a first compression assembly (30) comprising: the first compression push head (31) is arranged in the trough (11), and the first hydraulic cylinder (32) can drive the first compression push head (31) to longitudinally compress the materials along the extending direction of the side wall (13); the advancing direction of the first compression pushing head (31) for compressing the materials is the direction approaching to the front wall (14);
a second compression assembly (40) comprising: the second compression push head (41) is arranged in the second compression chamber (11 b), and the second hydraulic cylinder (42) can drive the second compression push head (41) to transversely compress materials;
a door assembly (20), said door assembly (20) being capable of opening or closing said first compression chamber (11 a) from above said first compression chamber (11 a);
the tank (10) also has a top wall (15) arranged above the second compression chamber (11 b).
2. The metal baler according to claim 1, characterized in that the door assembly (20) comprises: a door cover plate (21) which is rotatably connected on the feed box (10), and a third hydraulic cylinder (22) which is used for driving the door cover plate (21) to act.
3. The metal baler according to claim 2, characterized in that the door cover plate (21) is provided with pin holes (21 a);
a bolt device (70) is arranged on the side wall (13); the latch device (70) is provided with a telescopic pin body (71); the bolt body (71) of the bolt device can extend into the pin hole (21 a) of the door cover plate (21) to limit the door cover plate (21) when the door cover plate (21) closes the first compression chamber (11 a).
4. A metal baler according to claim 3, characterised in that the latch means (70) is an electrically controlled device.
5. A metal baler according to claim 1, characterised in that the compression chamber shutter (50) opens or closes by an up-and-down action;
the side wall (13) is provided with a chute (51) capable of guiding the compression chamber gate (50) to move up and down.
6. The metal baler of claim 5, further comprising: and a fourth hydraulic cylinder (52) for driving the compression chamber shutter (50) to move up and down.
7. A metal baler according to claim 1, characterised in that one of the side walls is provided with a discharge outlet (13 a) communicating with the second compression chamber (11 b); and a discharge gate (60) matched with the discharge port (13 a) is further arranged on the side wall.
8. The metal baler of claim 7, further comprising: and the fifth hydraulic cylinder (61) is used for driving the discharging gate (60) to act so as to open or close the discharging port (13 a).
9. A metal wrapping method applied to the metal wrapping machine according to any one of claims 1 to 8, comprising the steps of:
adjusting the door cover assembly (20) to open the first compression chamber (11 a), and after adding the materials, adjusting the door cover assembly (20) to close the first compression chamber (11 a);
adjusting a gate (50) of the compression chamber to be opened, and adjusting the first compression assembly (30) to enable the first compression push head (31) to compress and push the material in the material groove (11) into the second compression chamber (11 b), and to retreat to the initial position;
the gate (50) of the compression chamber is adjusted to be closed, the material in the second compression chamber (11 b) is compressed for the second time by using the second compression assembly (40), and the packed blocks are taken out after the compression is completed.
10. A metal wrapping method applied to the metal wrapping machine according to any one of claims 1 to 8, comprising the steps of:
adjusting the door cover assembly (20) to open the first compression chamber (11 a), and after adding the materials, adjusting the door cover assembly (20) to close the first compression chamber (11 a);
under the state that the compression chamber gate (50) is closed, the first compression assembly (30) is used for carrying out first compression on the material in the first compression chamber (11 a);
when the first compression assembly (30) completes compression and no material exists in the second compression chamber (11 b), adjusting the compression chamber gate (50) to be opened, pushing the material which is completed by the first compression into the second compression chamber (11 b) by using the first compression assembly (30) and returning to the initial position;
the compression chamber gate (50) is adjusted to be closed, the material in the second compression chamber (11 b) is compressed for the second time by using the second compression assembly (40), and the packaging block is taken out after the compression is finished.
