In one embodiment, referring to fig. 1-8, a fishery aquaculture net cleaning machine comprises a mounting base 1, a fishing net lifting mechanism 2 and a cleaning mechanism 3, wherein the mounting base 1 can be fixed on a fishing boat in a manner of bolts and the like, and moves along with the fishing boat on the water surface;

In one aspect of the present embodiment, a water pump 13 is disposed on the second supporting plate 14, an output end of the water pump 13 is connected to one end of the liquid guiding tube 11, the other end of the liquid guiding tube 11 is connected to the liquid separating plate 10, an input end of the water pump 13 is connected to one end of the water pumping tube 12, and the other end of the water pumping tube 12 is connected to a suction head 15 disposed inside the water body. In the implementation process of the embodiment, the cleaning machine is connected with the tail or the side of the fishing boat through the mounting seat 1, and the driving motor 25 is powered by the power supply on the fishing boat, at the moment, the cleaning machine can be moved to the position above a fishnet to be cleaned through the fishing boat, the rotating handle 22 is firstly rotated, the rotating handle 22 is rotated to the position above the fishing boat, at the moment, the clamping wheels 40 are rotated to the state that the front side is vertical, the clamping wheels 40 are arranged on the two sides of the fishnet, the fishnet can be clamped by the clamping wheels 40, the driving motor 25 is started, the driving shaft 30 is rotated by the output shaft of the driving motor 25 in a gear transmission mode, the driving shaft 30 rotates the clamping wheels 40 through the third bevel gear 33, the fourth bevel gear 34 and the fifth bevel gear 35 which are in meshed transmission with each other, so that the two clamping wheels 40 drive the fishnet to move upwards, so that the fishnet in water is pulled up, after the fishnet is completely pulled up, the supporting roller 8 penetrates through the space below the two ends of the supporting roller 8 and is placed in the placing groove 7, and the preparation work of the whole device is completed.
After the rotating handle 22 is rotated to the lower part, the clamping wheel 40 is rotated to the horizontal state, the cleaning machine is driven to move by the fishing boat, the fish net is moved synchronously by the clamping wheel 40, and at the moment, the bottom of the fish net close to one side of the supporting roll 8 is lifted, namely the fish net is completely higher than the supporting roll 8 after moving to the position of the supporting roll 8, the fish net can be paved on the supporting roll 8 in a manual paving mode, and at the moment, the fish net can be dropped into the water again under the action of gravity after being separated from the supporting roll 8, namely, the fish net on the right side of the supporting roll 8 is dropped downwards as seen from the attached drawing 2, at the moment, the fish net can be tensioned, namely the fish net has certain pressure on the supporting roll 8, the fish net can be pressed on the surface of the supporting roll 8, and limiting bulges can be arranged at the front side and the back side of the supporting roll 8, when the support roller 8 passes through the bottom of the fishing net for the first time, an operator can manually lay the fishing net on the support roller 8, two sides of the fishing net are mutually interfered with the bulges of the support roller 8, at the moment, the fishing net on the support roller 8 can not retract, only when the fishing net is separated from the support roller 8, the fishing net can be kept in a state of being suspended on the water surface again under the action of gravity, so that the whole cleaning machine moves along the fishing net, in the moving process, the fishing net is pulled up and laid on the support roller 8, the fishing net vertically suspended in the water is pulled up and falls on the support roller 8, the clamping wheels 40 are just positioned at two sides of the fishing net which is folded together after being pulled up, so that the clamping wheels 40 drive the fishing net to move, the moving speed of the fishing net is equal to the moving speed of a fishing boat, namely, the fishing net can not be torn, and at the moment, the water pump 13 is started, the water pump 13 pumps water to the spray head 9, the high-pressure water flow washes the fishnet to realize the cleaning effect, and after the fishnet wound by a circle is cleaned, the supporting roller 8 can be drawn out, so that the fishnet falls back into the water again, and the whole cleaning treatment is completed.
The invention is suitable for a fishery aquaculture net cleaning machine, the driving motor 25 above the water surface can continuously provide rotating power when the clamping wheel 40 below the water surface rotates at different angles through the arrangement of the third bevel gear 33, the fourth bevel gear 34 and the fifth bevel gear 35 which are meshed with each other, so that the cleaning machine can independently pull out a fishing net and move the fishing net for cleaning only by being fixed on a fishing boat, and the cleaning efficiency of the cleaning machine on the fishing net is improved.
