Abstract

Description

换热器储液盒圆管管壁的封闭方法
本发明涉及生产圆管的方法,它将板材卷成圆柱状,其相对的两条纵向边的侧面相互对接起来,其间隙不超过几十微米,然后熔化钎焊材料,将上述间隙密封起来,并将两个纵向边牢固连接起来。
在EP-A-0351938中描述了这种方法,以制造换热器储液盒的圆管。在这个现有的制造方法中,两条纵向边为直线,由于钎焊热将导致板材变形,它们之间会产生局部的周向分开。在上述的资料中也设置了一些特殊的装置,例如:将纵向边开成斜的,以便在有变形的情况下也能进行钎焊。
但是,无论对制造成的圆管本身还是对钎焊焊缝的可靠性而言,最好是防止这种变形的发生,而不是减小其后果。
这就是本发明的目的。
本发明针对前面所介绍的生产方法,在纵向边上设置了阴阳相配的非直线部分,构成防滑脱部分,以防止两条纵向边在钎焊完成之前沿圆周方向分开。
本发明其它附加的、有变化、有特色的特点如下:
——两条纵向边上分别设有榫头和榫槽,榫头***榫槽内。
——每个榫头或榫槽有一个颈部,上面连接着一个头部,榫头的头部相对于颈部位于板的外边,而榫槽的头部位于板的内部,头部从颈部向纵向边的纵向方向加宽。
——榫头和榫槽只占纵向边长度的一个很小部分,纵向边的其余部分被分隔成一些直边。
——榫头或榫槽沿纵向边分布,两个榫头或榫槽之间的距离不超过大约60mm。
——我们首先将板子卷起来,使具有榫头的纵向边上的直边部分与具有榫槽的纵向边上的直边部分对在一起;榫头沿切向伸在圆筒的外面;然后在榫头上施加一个径向的压力,使其进入榫槽。
——钎焊材料在板子卷成筒之前作为覆盖层涂在板子的一个侧面上。
——生产换热器储液盒管壁的方法。它包括如下步骤:
a)先将位于纵向边中间的带状区域卷弯;
b)在弯曲的中间部分上开槽,这些槽用于安装通入储液盒的液体循环管;以及
c)随后继续将板子卷弯,直到上述纵向边相互对接起来,接缝的径向位置基本上位于对着槽的另一面。
本发明也涉及主要用于换热器储液盒的圆管管壁,它是由卷成圆筒状的板子构成,板子卷起来后,它的两个相对的纵向边的侧面相互对接起来,两条纵向边用钎焊的方法密封而牢固地连接在一起。
根据本发明,这些纵向边上有可相互配合的非直线部分,构成防脱开机构,以便使两条纵向边在周向相互卡住。

图1显示了一个用于换热器储液盒的圆管,其形状与EP-A-0351938中所描述的形状基本一致。这个管子的管壁是用图2中显示的矩形金属板制成的。沿着板2的一个纵向边4有一些凸出的榫头3,其间距约为60mm。在与纵向边4相对的另一个纵向边6上对应于每个榫头3的位置处均有一个榫槽5。榫头3之间由与纵向边4和6的基本方向平行的边7连接。同样,榫槽5之间也用边8连接起来。榫头3和榫槽5的形状是阴阳相配的,当板象图1那样绕轴9卷起来,使边7和边8对起来时,榫头3将卡入榫槽5,它们之间的间隙不大于几十个微米。
图3为榫头3和榫槽5的共同形状,图中主要是显示了榫头3。榫头3由头部10和将其与直边7连接的颈部11构成,在颈部和直边之间有过渡圆弧12。头部10从颈部11沿纵向边4的纵向,分别向两边增宽(向图3中的上方和下方)。因此榫头3的形状象一个燕尾榫头,构成防脱部分13,但没有尖角。
在图1中可以看到,有一些穿过管壁1的槽14,换热器中循环液体的管子将从中穿过。这些槽14沿与边7和8相对的母线排列。它们最好是当其所在的部分15如图4所示的那样被弯成与圆管管壁半径相同的圆弧之后再冲成,相邻的部分16和17沿圆弧15的切线伸出。
最后,图5显示了板在直边7和8之间的所有部分用适当的冲压方式全部卷起来的情况,而榫头3与卷成的圆筒在边7的位置相切。这样,榫头3在径向位于圆筒和榫槽5的外边。在榫头上沿F方向冲一下,将使榫头完全进入榫槽内。
如大家知道的那样,纵向边4和6将通过熔化钎焊材料的方法密封地连接在一起,在板2卷起来之前,至少有一条纵向边上涂有钎焊料。在本发明中,钎焊材料也填在榫头3和榫槽5之间的间隙,以及直边8和7之间的间隙内。
卷板过程可以用任何已有的工具。

Claims (11)

1.生产圆管的方法,它将板(2)卷成圆柱状,其相对的两条纵向边(4,6)相互对接起来,其间隙不超过几十微米,然后将钎焊材料熔化将上述间隙密封起来,并将两个纵向边牢固连接起来,其特征为:在这些纵向边上有阴阳相配的非直线部分,构成防滑脱部分(13),以防止两条纵向边在钎焊完成之前沿圆周方向分开。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征为:两条纵向边上分别设有榫头(3)和榫槽(5),榫头将***榫槽内。
3.根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征为:每个榫头或榫槽有一个颈部(11),上面连接着一个头部(10),榫头的头部相对于颈部位于板的外边,而榫槽的头部位于板的内部,头部从颈部向纵向边的纵向方向加宽。
4.根据权利要求2和3中任意一条所述的方法,其特征为:榫头和榫槽只占纵向边(4,6)长度的一个很小部分,纵向边(4,6)的其余部分被分隔成一些直边。
5.根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征为:榫头或榫槽沿纵向边分布,两个榫头或榫槽之间的距离不超过大约60mm。
6.根据权利要求4和5中任一条所述的方法,其特征为:首先将板子卷起来,使具有榫头(3)的纵向边(4)上的直边部分(7)与具有榫槽(5)的纵向边(6)上的直边部分(8)对在一起;榫头沿切向伸在圆筒的外面;然后在榫头上施加一个径向的压力,使其进入榫槽。
7.根据上述上述权利要求中任意一条所述的方法,其特征为:钎焊材料在板子卷成筒之前作为覆盖层涂在板子的一条纵向边的侧面上。
8.根据上述权利要求中任意一条所述的方法,用以生产换热器储液盒管子的管壁。
9.根据权利要求8所描述的方法,其特征为:它包括如下步骤:
a)先将位于纵向边(4,6)中间的带状区域(15)卷弯;
b)在弯曲的中间部分上开槽(14),这些槽用于安装通入储液盒的液体循环管;以及
c)随后继续将板子卷弯,直到上述纵向边相互对接起来,接缝的位置在径向上大致对着槽。
