the acquisition module 21 is used for acquiring the outdoor environment temperature and the water temperature of the engine; the control module 22 is used for controlling the starting of the fuel preheating system when the outdoor environment temperature is less than a preset outdoor temperature threshold and the water temperature of the engine is less than a preset engine temperature threshold; the determining module 23 is used for determining the actual heating power and the actual heating time; the heating module 24 is configured to control the fuel preheating system to operate according to a preset heating target temperature, an actual heating power and an actual heating time, so as to preheat the fuel.

In some embodiments, the determining module 23 is further specifically configured to: determining a fuel base temperature and a fuel concentration according to the fuel signal; determining heating heat according to the basic fuel temperature, the preset heating target temperature and the fuel concentration; and determining the actual heating power and the actual heating time according to the heating heat and the voltage electric quantity signals.
In some embodiments, the control module 22 is specifically configured to: judging whether the engine can be normally started or not; if so, determining that the heating temperature of the fuel preheating system meets the preset heating target temperature, and otherwise, correcting the preset heating target temperature.
In some embodiments, the control module 22 is further specifically configured to: and/or when the transmitter operates and the emission of the engine after the engine is started is lower than a preset emission threshold, the engine cannot be started normally.
In some embodiments, the heating module 24 is specifically configured to: determining target heating power according to a preset heating target temperature; calculating the difference value between the actual heating power and the target heating power; and adjusting the actual heating power and the actual heating time according to the difference value, and controlling the fuel preheating system to operate according to the adjusted actual heating power and the adjusted actual heating time so as to preheat the fuel.

the heating fuel rail 32 is connected with the engine 31, a heating assembly 41 is arranged on the heating fuel rail 32, and the heating assembly 41 is used for preheating fuel; the high pressure nozzle 33 is connected to the heated fuel rail 32 for supplying air to the engine; the control device 2 of the fuel preheating system is used for controlling the fuel preheating system to operate according to the preset heating target temperature, the actual heating power and the actual heating time so as to preheat the fuel.
According to the vehicle 3 provided by the embodiment of the invention, the fuel preheating system is arranged on the engine, when the outdoor environment temperature is lower than the preset outdoor temperature threshold and the water temperature of the engine is lower than the preset engine temperature threshold, the fuel preheating system is controlled to be started to preheat the fuel in the oil way, so that the fuel temperature can reach the preset heating target temperature when the engine is normally started, the problem that the engine is difficult to cold start when the gasoline and ethanol content is higher and the environment temperature is lower is solved, the engine can be ensured to be suitable for oil products with various ethanol ratios, and the success rate of cold start of the engine is improved.

1. A control method of a fuel preheating system, characterized by comprising:
acquiring the outdoor ambient temperature and the water temperature of an engine;
when the outdoor environment temperature is lower than a preset outdoor temperature threshold value and the water temperature of the engine is lower than a preset engine temperature threshold value, controlling the fuel preheating system to start;
determining actual heating power and actual heating time;
and controlling the fuel preheating system to operate according to a preset heating target temperature, an actual heating power and the actual heating time so as to preheat the fuel.
2. The control method of the fuel preheating system according to claim 1, wherein determining the actual heating power and the actual heating time includes:
acquiring a fuel signal and a voltage and electric quantity signal of a storage battery;
and determining the actual heating power and the actual heating time according to the fuel signal and the voltage electric quantity signal.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein determining the actual heating power and the actual heating time based on the fuel signal and the voltage charge signal comprises:
determining a fuel base temperature and a fuel concentration from the fuel signal;
determining heating heat according to the fuel basic temperature, the preset heating target temperature and the fuel concentration;
and determining the actual heating power and the actual heating time according to the heating heat and the voltage electric quantity signal.
4. The control method of the fuel preheating system according to claim 1, characterized by further comprising, after controlling the fuel preheating system to preheat the fuel:
judging whether the engine can be normally started or not;
if so, determining that the heating temperature of the fuel preheating system meets the preset heating target temperature, otherwise, correcting the preset heating target temperature.
5. The control method of the fuel preheating system according to claim 4, characterized in that correcting the preset heating target temperature includes:
and correcting the preset heating target temperature according to a preset temperature threshold until the engine can be normally started.
6. The control method of the fuel preheating system according to claim 4, wherein the engine being unable to start normally includes:
the engine is operated and the starting speed of the engine is lower than a preset speed, and/or
The engine is operated and the emission after the engine is started is lower than a preset emission threshold.
7. The control method of the fuel preheating system according to claim 1, wherein controlling the fuel preheating system to operate according to the preset heating target temperature, the actual heating power, and the actual heating time to preheat the fuel comprises:
determining target heating power according to the preset heating target temperature;
calculating a difference value between the actual heating power and the target heating power;
and adjusting the actual heating power and the actual heating time according to the difference value, and controlling the fuel preheating system to operate according to the adjusted actual heating power and the adjusted actual heating time so as to preheat the fuel.
8. The control method of the fuel preheating system according to claim 7, further comprising, after controlling the operation of the fuel preheating system according to the adjusted actual heating power and the adjusted actual heating time:
after the fuel preheating time reaches the adjusted actual heating time and the fuel preheating power reaches the adjusted actual heating power, controlling the fuel preheating system to stop preheating the fuel, determining that the preheating is completed, and sending a preheating completion reminding message after determining that the preheating is completed.
9. A control device of a fuel preheating system, characterized by comprising:
the acquisition module is used for acquiring the outdoor environment temperature and the water temperature of the engine;
the control module is used for controlling the fuel oil preheating system to be started when the outdoor environment temperature is smaller than a preset outdoor temperature threshold value and the water temperature of the engine is smaller than a preset engine temperature threshold value;
