Based on the hardware structure of the controller, the invention provides various embodiments of the film watching position prompting method.
The embodiment of the invention provides a film watching position prompting method.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart of a first embodiment of a film viewing position prompting method according to the present invention; in the first embodiment of the present invention, the viewing position prompting method is applied to a television apparatus; the film watching position prompting method comprises the following steps:
step S10, determining the current working condition parameters of the television equipment;
the television device in this embodiment includes, but is not limited to, a smart television, a tablet computer, a personal computer, a projector, a display, and a display device. The current operating parameters of the television equipment include, but are not limited to, the screen size, the viewing angle range, the optimal viewing angle range, the current sound effect and sound volume value of playing, the installation height of the television equipment, the specification parameters of the screen, and the like. Determining the current operating condition parameter of the television apparatus may simultaneously determine at least one operating condition parameter.
The screen size, the visual angle range, the optimal viewing angle range, the mounting height of the television equipment and the specification parameters of the screen of the television equipment can be stored in a system of the television equipment in a preset mode, and can be directly read from a specific storage area of the system when the working condition parameters need to be determined, and the current playing sound effect and sound quantity value and the specification parameters of the screen can also be determined by reading the functional parameters of the system or the actual working conditions of a loudspeaker and the screen.
S20, determining a corresponding target film watching position according to the working condition parameters;
after one or more working condition parameters are determined, the target viewing position corresponding to one or more working condition parameters at the same time is determined according to different one or more working condition parameters, and the target viewing position is the optimal viewing position automatically recommended by the television equipment, for example, after a certain working condition parameter is determined, the target viewing position corresponding to the working condition parameter is calculated by a look-up table or a specific function, is 5m away from the center of the television equipment and is deviated from the normal of the center of the television equipment by 30 degrees. The process of determining the target viewing position is completed and realized inside the television equipment system, and further the target viewing position needs to be represented outside the television equipment to be converted into an actual viewing position, namely the actual viewing position can be presented to a user in a display or voice broadcast mode, so that the user is helped to determine the optimal viewing position, and better viewing experience is obtained.
Referring to fig. 3, in an embodiment, the operating parameters include a screen size, a viewing angle range, and an optimal viewing angle range of the television apparatus; the step S20 includes:
step S21, determining a target film watching distance between a user and the television equipment according to the size of the screen body;
step S22, determining a target film watching angle between a user and the television equipment according to the visual angle range and the optimal film watching angle range;
and S23, determining the target film watching position of the user relative to the television equipment according to the target film watching distance and the target film watching angle.
In this embodiment, the screen size refers to the overall size of the television apparatus, such as a 70-inch smart television, a projector with a screen size of 80 inches, and the like. It is well understood that the screen size of the television apparatus often directly determines the more appropriate viewing position of the user, and the larger the screen size of the television apparatus is, the more appropriate viewing position and the optimal viewing position are relatively farther away, and vice versa, the relatively closer. Based on the above relationship between the screen size and the optimal viewing position, the target viewing distance corresponding to different screen sizes, that is, the optimal viewing distance, may be 3.8m, for example, for a 60-inch smart television, may be determined through a test experiment, and in order to efficiently determine the target viewing distance, the corresponding relationship between the screen size and the target viewing distance may be preset in a screen size-viewing distance mapping table in the television device, and when the target viewing distance needs to be determined, the target viewing distance may be determined quickly by directly reading a table.
The visual angle range refers to a visual angle range of a display screen of the television device, and may include a horizontal visual angle range and a vertical visual angle range, for example, the horizontal visual angle range is 0 to 170 °, which means that a picture displayed by the television device can be clearly viewed within the 170 ° angle range, and a picture displayed by the television device cannot be viewed or cannot be viewed beyond the angle. The optimal viewing angle range is a sub-interval of the visual angle range, and the specific value can be determined according to the types of different display screens (self-luminous display screens, liquid crystal display screens and the like) and the screen specification parameters such as the pixel arrangement of the display screens, for example, taking (15 degrees and 80 degrees) as the optimal angle range in the 170-degree visual angle range.
Specifically, step S22 includes:
step a, determining a preset visual angle range and acquiring a screen specification parameter of the television equipment;
b, determining the optimal viewing angle range according to the visual angle range and the screen specification parameters;
and c, determining a target film watching angle between the user and the television equipment according to the optimal film watching angle range.
The screen specification parameters may include one or more of screen size (screen body size may be taken as screen size), pixel arrangement, pixel density and screen type, and the target area of the visual angle range may be determined according to the screen specification parameters, and then the optimal viewing angle range may be determined according to the target area. The target area comprises a front target area, a middle target area and a rear target area, wherein the front target area, the middle target area and the rear target area can be equally or unequally divided, for example, the front target area refers to the front 1/3 interval or 1/4 interval of the visual angle range. Taking the visible angle range as 120 °, the optimal viewing angle range corresponding to the front target region is (0, 40 °) or (0, 30 °), and the middle target region may be the middle 1/3 interval and the last 1/3 interval of the visible angle range, or may be other fractional intervals.
After the optimal viewing angle range is determined, the optimal viewing angle range can be directly used as a target viewing angle, and a more appropriate target viewing angle can be determined according to other working condition parameters, so that the optimal viewing experience is obtained.
After the target viewing distance and the target viewing angle are determined, the target viewing position, i.e., the optimal viewing position that the user can move to a certain linear distance and a certain offset angle from the television apparatus, is also naturally determined.
In an embodiment, the operating condition parameters include a playing sound effect and a volume value of the television equipment; the step S20 includes:
d, determining a corresponding target film viewing position according to the playing sound effect and a preset sound effect-film viewing position mapping table; or
And e, determining a corresponding target film watching position according to the volume value and a preset volume-film watching position mapping table.
In this embodiment, the playing sound effect used by the television device currently playing the program can be read, and the corresponding target viewing position is determined for achieving the optimal viewing and listening effect through different playing sound effects. The playing sound effect here is, for example, mono sound effect, stereo surround sound effect, pure human sound effect, etc. How to determine the target viewing position according to the playing sound effect can be quickly determined by quickly inquiring the sound effect-viewing position mapping table.
The volume value can be determined by inquiring system function parameters such as a menu and the like, or can be determined by detecting the actual operating power of a loudspeaker (loudspeaker), preferably the actual operating power of the loudspeaker, and the volume value can be a volume decibel value because the specification difference of the loudspeaker which is inherent to the television equipment or an external loudspeaker which is connected with the television equipment and selected by a user is that the actual volume playing decibel value is different even if the same volume is displayed on the menu, so that the actual volume playing effect can be more accurately determined, a more accurate and reliable target film watching position can be further determined, and how to determine the corresponding target film watching position according to the volume value can be directly and efficiently determined by inquiring a volume-film watching position mapping table.
In addition, in this embodiment, the target viewing position may be determined jointly by television apparatus operating condition parameters such as the screen size, the viewing angle range, and the viewing optimum angle range in combination with the above embodiment, so as to provide a more satisfactory viewing experience for the user, and as for how to determine the target viewing position jointly according to each operating condition parameter, the corresponding target viewing position may be determined by each operating condition parameter or operating condition combination parameter, to obtain a plurality of target viewing positions, and then the intersection of all the target viewing positions may be taken to determine the optimum target viewing position, for example, the target viewing position determined according to the screen size, the viewing angle range, and the viewing optimum angle range is a distance television apparatus (3m, 5m), an offset angle (30 °,60 °), the target viewing position determined according to the screen size, the viewing angle range, and the viewing optimum angle range is a distance television apparatus (4m, 7m), an offset angle (35 ° -70 °), and the intersection is taken to be the optimum target viewing position: offset by an angle (30 °,60 °) from the television apparatus (4 m,5 m). And the film watching experience of the user is further refined and improved.
And S30, acquiring and displaying the current corresponding scene information of the television equipment, obtaining an actual film watching position according to the target film watching position and the scene information, and prompting a user to move to the actual film watching position.
In this embodiment, the television apparatus may be provided with an image sensor such as a camera, a sensor such as a radar, infrared, or ultrasonic sensor, or may be externally connected to one or more of these sensors. Scene information in front of a display screen of the television equipment is collected in real time through the one or more sensors, and the collected scene information can be displayed on the television equipment, so that a user can know the current position of the user and visually embody the recommended target viewing position in the scene information in a visual mode (actual viewing position), the user is guided to move to the optimal actual viewing position, and better viewing experience is obtained.
Referring to fig. 4, in an embodiment, the scene information includes scene image information; in step S30, acquiring and displaying the current scene information corresponding to the television device, including:
step S31, obtaining scene image information in a preset collection range of the television equipment, and determining a target human body image in the scene image information;
and S32, marking the target human body image, and displaying the marked scene object image information in real time.
In this embodiment, the method is implemented when the television apparatus includes an image sensor such as a camera, and scene image information within a preset acquisition range (which may be set according to actual needs) of the television apparatus is acquired by the image sensor, where the scene image information often includes various objects (images) in front of the television apparatus such as a seat, a sofa, a table, and a user, and a target human body image in the scene image information, that is, each user image in front of the television apparatus is determined by a preset image recognition technology, and each user image in the scene image information is labeled with the target human body image in a frame, an indication pattern, and the scene object image on the screen at this time is the scene image labeled with the human body image.
The invention mainly determines the operation working condition of the television equipment in real time, automatically recommends the optimal viewing position for the television equipment when a user views the video according to working condition parameters such as screen size, visual angle, sound effect and the like of the television equipment, marks the optimal target viewing position on the scene information in front of the television equipment acquired in real time in a visual mode, displays the marked scene information, and guides the user to move to the target viewing position, thereby automatically, accurately and reliably helping the user to determine the optimal actual viewing position through the television equipment, avoiding the influence on viewing experience caused by the user blindly sitting on a certain position, greatly facilitating the user to quickly find the optimal viewing position, further greatly improving the viewing sensory experience of the user, enabling the user to fully enjoy the playing quality of the television equipment, improving the viscosity and the good feeling of the user on the television equipment, and further improving the sales volume and the economic benefit of the television equipment.
Further, a second embodiment of the viewing position prompting method of the present invention is provided based on the first embodiment of the viewing position prompting method of the present invention, in this embodiment, after the step of obtaining the scene image information within the preset collection range of the television apparatus in step S31, the method further includes:
f, determining a target human body image in the scene image information and determining a target object image in the scene image information;
step g, determining the current human body distance and the current human body angle of the corresponding target human body relative to the television equipment according to the target human body image;
and h, determining the current object distance and the current object angle of the corresponding target object relative to the television equipment according to the target object image.
In the present embodiment, similarly, the target human body image in the scene image (information) may be determined according to the image recognition technology, and the target object image may be an object specific to a human body, such as a sofa, a seat cushion, or the like.
After the target human body image and the target object image are determined, the current human body position including the current human body distance and the current human body angle, the current object position including the current object distance and the current object angle can be determined according to a preset ranging algorithm, so that the current human body (user) position and the object position of the specific object are determined, and the purpose is to generate guidance animation and other indication information to guide the user to move and sit at the optimal viewing position such as the optimal sofa position and the optimal cushion position according to the spatial distribution of the user and the specific object, or guide the user to move the positions of the objects such as the sofa and the seat and sit at the moved positions such as the sofa, so that the user is greatly helped to move the positions, the optimal viewing position is conveniently and efficiently moved, the action cost of the user is low, and the experience is good.
In an embodiment, the step g of determining, according to the target human body image, a current human body distance and a current human body angle of the corresponding target human body relative to the television device includes:
and converting the target human body image into human body space coordinates through a preset ranging algorithm to determine the current human body distance and the current human body angle of the corresponding target human body relative to the television equipment.
In this embodiment, for how to determine the current human body distance and the current human body angle between the user and the television device according to the scene image information and the target human body image, a corresponding preset distance measurement algorithm may be determined according to the types and/or the number of different sensors of the television device, and then the current human body position (including the distance and the angle) of the actual user relative to the television device is determined through the distance measurement algorithm. For example, referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 is a schematic view illustrating binocular positioning related to the method for prompting a viewing position according to the present invention; as shown in fig. 6, the television apparatus is equipped with two cameras, a camera 01 and a camera 02, the two cameras are spaced by a preset distance and can be respectively arranged at two ends of the television apparatus, the center of the television (television apparatus) is used as an original point, at least two images of a target object (human body) are simultaneously obtained by the two cameras, and then common feature points of the two images are calculated according to the two images of the target object (human body) and are represented as the same position points. And then the distance and the angle from the human body to the center of the television are calculated through the internal parameters prefabricated by the camera. Specifically, as the two cameras shoot two images with different angles, that is, the angles of the target object (human body) appearing in each scene image are different, the corresponding binocular matching ranging algorithm can be selected, and the triangulation principle is adopted, so that the position of the target human body image in the scene image can be calculated, the position in the image can be converted into an actual human body space coordinate, and the current human body distance and the current human body angle of the target human body relative to the television equipment, that is, the actual position of the space where the user is located can be obtained. In addition, the two cameras can be replaced by a movable camera to simulate double-camera shooting. The single camera can move to shoot two scene images of the same scene in a very short time, so that the hardware cost can be saved. And for the single camera, the current human body distance and the current human body angle of the target human body relative to the television equipment can be determined by a triangular distance measurement method corresponding to monocular camera distance measurement. In addition, the television device may further adopt other hardware sensors and corresponding ranging algorithms to convert a preset ranging algorithm corresponding to the target human body image into a human body space coordinate to determine a current human body distance and a current human body angle of the corresponding target human body relative to the television device without limitation.
The step h of determining the current object distance and the current object angle of the corresponding target object relative to the television equipment according to the target object image includes:
and converting the target object image into object space coordinates through a preset ranging algorithm to determine the current object distance and the current object angle of the corresponding target object relative to the television equipment.
Please refer to the description of the above embodiments, the current object distance and the current object angle of the target object such as a seat, a sofa, etc. relative to the television device may be determined based on the same principle, and will not be described herein again.
Referring to fig. 5, in an embodiment, in the step S30, obtaining an actual film viewing position according to the target film viewing position and the scene information, and prompting the user to move to the actual film viewing position includes:
step S300, marking the target film watching position to the scene image information to obtain an actual film watching position and actual film watching position indication information corresponding to the actual film watching position;
step S310, outputting the actual film viewing position indication information to prompt the user to move to the actual film viewing position based on the actual film viewing position indication information.
When a scene image (information) is displayed on a screen, the determined target viewing position can be marked (marked) in the scene image information in a visual mode to form an actual viewing position, specifically, patterns, animations, characters and the like can be adopted for marking, and a user is reminded to move to the actual viewing position. When the target film watching position is marked on the scene image information, the actual film watching position indicating information in visualization forms such as moving animation or arrow indication can be generated, and then the user is guided to efficiently and accurately move according to the vivid actual film watching position indicating information by displaying the actual film watching position indicating information, so that the optimal film watching position is timely adjusted, a better film watching effect is enjoyed, and the use of television equipment and film watching experience of the user are improved.
In addition, for further understanding of the main technical solution of the present invention, please refer to fig. 7, and fig. 7 is a flowchart illustrating an overall application of the method for prompting a viewing position according to the present invention. As shown in fig. 7:
1. starting a camera to take a picture (obtaining scene image information);
2. calculating the height, the distance from a television, the angle and the like of objects such as seats, audiences and the like through a distance measurement algorithm;
3. and displaying a picture (a scene image) on a television screen in real time, marking a suggested audience adjusting position, and displaying a position adjusting state in real time.
In addition, referring to fig. 8, the present invention further provides a film viewing position prompting apparatus, including:
