Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The application provides a multi-functional intestinal belt cleaning device, as shown in fig. 1, the device includes: a limiting unit 100, wherein the limiting unit 100 is provided with an occlusion component 101 and a nursing component 102, the occlusion component 101 is used for keeping part of structures of the device placed in the anus of the patient and the body part of the patient in stable connection, and the nursing component 102 can protect the privacy of the patient to improve the compliance of the patient in enema cleaning; the cleaning unit 200 is used for cleaning the intestinal contents of a patient and discharging the intestinal contents out of the body by using a cleaning solution, so that the cleaning state of the inner part of the intestinal tract can meet the requirements of examination and operation; a workbench 300, wherein the workbench 300 for adjusting the cleaning process is connected with the cleaning unit 200 and the limiting unit 100 through pipelines, the workbench 300 comprises a cleaning adjusting part 301 for adjusting the flushing parameters, a suck-back adjusting part 302 for adjusting the suck-back parameters, and a water filling part 303 and an air filling part 304 for respectively filling water and inflating air to the blocking assembly 101 and the nursing assembly 102 of the limiting unit 100; the intelligent unit 400 provides the work bench 300 with control parameters for adjusting the enema cleaning process based on the state information of the limiting unit 100, the washing unit 200 and the work bench 300, so that the intelligent unit 400 and the work bench 300 can realize the accuracy of enema cleaning and the applicability of the device based on feedback control.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the limiting unit 100 comprises an occluding component 101 which can be placed inside the anus, and particularly, the occluding component 101 can be placed inside the internal anal sphincter to avoid sphincter injury; in the cleaning enema process, the plugging component 101 is used for plugging a passage through which intestinal contents or mixed liquid flows out from the anus and only can flow out from a set passage of the device and perform charging and discharging control through a pipeline; the occlusion component 101 can be a water bag or an air bag 1022, the air bag 1022 is inflated quickly, and control is flexible, but the pressing of the air bag 1022 on the skin and tissues inside the anus is relatively prominent; for improving clean in-process patient's of enema experience, shutoff subassembly 101 in this application adopts the water pocket, the water pocket is based on the flexible characteristics of water, can realize laminating better and alleviate the oppression sense to the inboard tissue of anus with the inboard skin of anus, the water pocket also has better cooling or cold-proof effect simultaneously, the temperature of control water pocket water, can improve the cold and hot difference behind the shutoff subassembly 101 income anus, make the water pocket that is close human physiological temperature can be when guaranteeing the shutoff effect, improve the compliance that the patient cleaned the enema. Preferably, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the limiting unit 100 comprises a nursing component 102 which can be placed outside the anus, the nursing component 102 realizes the cleaning and privacy protection of the outside of the anus based on a multi-layer structure, the nursing component 102 comprises a nursing pad 1021 which directly contacts the outside structure of the anus and the skin around the anus, the nursing pad 1021 comprises an absorption layer, a water-proof layer and an odor elimination layer, and the absorption layer is configured to be a water-absorbing material for absorbing the liquid or mixture accidentally flowing out from the anus; the waterproof layer prevents liquid from further diffusing outwards from the absorption layer, and the odor removal layer is provided with a freshener to improve the odor experience in the enema process; the absorption layer and the waterproof layer can be arranged into a quick replacement module which is detachably connected with the odor removal layer and is used as a disposable article for clystering cleaning, and the whole nursing pad 1021 can be used as a quick replacement whole which is detachably connected with the air bag 1022, wherein the air bag 1022 is connected with the inflation part 304 of the workbench 300 through the inflation tube 1023 to adjust the inflation and deflation state of the air bag 1022; the air bag 1022 is configured to be a flat structure in an expanded state, so that the air bag 1022 can wrap and support the nursing pad 1021, the nursing component 102 formed by the air bag 1022 and the nursing pad 1021 is connected with the waist and the abdomen of a patient through the wearing part 1024, the fitting effect of the nursing component 102 and the anus skin of the patient is ensured, the nursing component 102 cannot apply acting force to the cleaning tube 201 penetrating through the center of the nursing component 102, and the effect of the blocking component 101 connected with the cleaning tube 201 is prevented from being reduced.
As shown in fig. 2, the cleaning unit 200 comprises a cleaning tube 201 connecting the anus inside and the anus outside, the cleaning tube 201 is divided into an anus inner tube 2011 and an anus outer tube 2014, the anus outer tube 2014 is a tube section connected to the workbench 300 from the annular balloon 1011, the anus inner tube 2011 is a tube section connecting the intestinal tract deep and the workbench 300, so that the anus outer tube 2014 surrounds part of the anus inner tube 2011; the occluding component 101 and the care component 102 defining the unit 100 are disposed around the outer anal tube 2014; specifically, the anal internal tube 2011 comprises a tube rear section 2013 close to the anus and a tube front section 2012 far away from the anus, the tube front section 2012 and the tube rear section 2013 form a region covering partial range of the rectum and colon of a patient, in order to ensure the moving function of the anal internal tube 2011 in the intestinal tract, the tube rear section 2013 mainly located in the rectal section can be made of a material with higher toughness, the tube front section 2012 needing to pass through the rectal section and partial colon section can be made of a material with better flexibility, the higher toughness means that the tube rear section 2013 basically keeps straight in the rectal section and has lower deformable degree, and the better flexibility means that the tube front section 2012 has higher deformable degree, so that the anal internal tube 2011 can adapt to the bent and folded structure of the rectal section and the colon section to achieve the target position of enema cleaning.
As shown in fig. 2 and fig. 3, a flushing assembly 202 and a suck-back assembly 203 are arranged in the cleaning tube 201, the flushing assembly 202 pumps a cleaning liquid or a medicinal liquid into the intestinal tract through a pipeline connected with a cleaning adjusting part 301 of the workbench 300 to soak, refine, dissolve and flush the contents in the intestinal tract to form a small-particle mixed liquid, and the suck-back assembly 203 discharges the mixed liquid in the intestinal tract out of the body through a pipeline connected with a suck-back adjusting part 302 of the workbench 300 to form a treatment cycle.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 3, the flushing assembly 202 includes a plurality of flushing pipes 2021 disposed in the cleaning pipe 201, one end of the flushing pipe 2021 is connected to the cleaning adjustment portion 301 of the workbench 300, the other end of the flushing pipe 2021 is connected to the flushing ports 2022 disposed on the surface of the anal internal pipe 2011, and the flushing pipes 2021 and the corresponding flushing ports 2022 form a plurality of flushing channels; the cleaning adjustment part 301 of the working table 300 pumps the cleaning solution or the liquid medicine into the washing tube 2021, and the washing tube 2021 arranged in the cleaning tube 201 provides a passage for the cleaning solution to flow from the outside of the anus to the inside of the anus, so that the cleaning solution in the washing tube 2021 can be sprayed out from the washing port 2022 arranged on the surface of the cleaning tube 201, thereby forming a liquid flow for washing the inner space of the intestinal tract and the inner wall of the intestinal tract. In order to ensure that the cleaning solution or the liquid medicine flows in one direction in the washing pipe 2021 to avoid backflow, the washing pipe 2021 is provided with a one-way valve 2023 in the inner part close to the washing port 2022, i.e. the cleaning solution or the liquid medicine flows from the washing pipe 2021 into the intestinal tract with extremely low resistance, and under the action of the structural obstruction of the one-way valve 2023 and the internal pressure of the washing pipe 2021, the mixed solution in the intestinal tract is difficult to flow back into the washing pipe 2021 from the internal space of the intestinal tract, wherein the one-way valve 2023 can be a three-piece structure or a four-piece structure.
In order to ensure that the flushing assembly 202 can effectively clean the internal space of the intestinal tract and the inner wall structure of the intestinal tract, the solid in the mixed liquid of the intestinal tract contents can be thinned to the extent that the solid can smoothly pass through the pipeline of the back suction assembly 203; particularly, the anterior tube section 2012 of the inner anal tube 2011 is arranged near the connection position of the rectum and the sigmoid colon, when the enema cleaning position of a patient is a commonly used left side position, the sigmoid colon and the descending colon belong to structures with the lowest height in an intestinal space, and the inner wall structure of the sigmoid colon is complex and belongs to an intestinal connection bending part, so that intestinal contents are easy to accumulate at the position and cannot enter the rectum to be discharged out of the body, therefore, in the application, the flushing assembly 202 is provided with a plurality of flushing channels according to a mode capable of forming flushing liquid flows acting on different positions in the intestinal tract, and the flushing channels form the flushing liquid flows with different injection angles through a plurality of flushing ports 2022 arranged on the surface of the inner anal tube 2011; the first direction is defined as the direction of the axis of the anal internal tube 2011 towards the inside of the intestinal tract, the second direction is defined as the radial direction of the anal internal tube 2011, and the third direction is defined as the direction of the axis of the anal internal tube 2011 towards the outside of the intestinal tract.
Specifically, the flushing channel includes: a first channel 2024, the first channel 2024 being for forming a flow of the irrigation fluid directed in a first direction for directly flushing the internal space of the intestine to refine and agitate the intestinal contents and the intestinal contents mixture; under a normal state, the axis of the cleaning tube 201 is approximately coincident with the axis of the intestinal tract, and the flushing port 2022 corresponding to the first channel 2024 is arranged at one end of the front tube section 2012 close to the inside of the intestinal tract; the flushing port 2022 can be a large-size jet port arranged at the axial center of the front end of the pipe front section 2012, or can be a plurality of small-size jet ports annularly arranged around the axial line of the pipe front section 2012, or can be a combined jet port formed by combining the small-size jet ports and the large-size jet ports; a second channel 2025, the second channel 2025 is used for forming a flushing liquid flow facing to a second direction and used for flushing intestinal contents attached to the inner wall of the intestinal tract, the flushing port 2022 corresponding to the second channel 2025 is arranged at the position close to the front end of the tube front section 2012, and a plurality of flushing ports 2022 are arranged on the radial surface of the tube front section 2012 around the axis of the tube front section 2012, so that the flushing ports 2022 corresponding to the second channel 2025 can form a radial jet port with the circumferential direction of three hundred and sixty degrees by virtue of arrangement around the axis of the tube front section 2012; the third channel 2026 is used for forming a flushing liquid flow facing between the first direction and the second direction, the third channel 2026 is inclined based on an angle and is inclined towards the first direction to laterally flush the inner wall of the intestinal tract and the internal space of the intestinal tract, the flushing port 2022 corresponding to the third channel 2026 is arranged on the radial surface of the front end of the front pipe section 2012, and a plurality of flushing ports 2022 form inclined jet ports which are arranged around the axis of the front pipe section 2012 and are inclined towards the first direction and are circumferentially three hundred and sixty degrees; a fourth channel 2027, the fourth channel 2027 is used for forming a flushing liquid flow facing between the second direction and the third direction, the fourth channel 2027 can flush the inner space of the intestinal tract and the inner wall of the intestinal tract based on the flushing liquid flow inclined at an angle and biased to the third direction, the flushing port 2022 of the fourth channel 2027 is arranged on the radial surface of the tube front section 2012, and a plurality of flushing ports 2022 form an inclined jet port which is circumferentially arranged at three hundred sixty degrees around the axis of the tube front section 2012 and biased to the third direction.
For example, as shown in fig. 3, when the flushing ports 2022 of the flushing passages are arranged in such a manner that the flushing port 2022 of the first passage 2024 is arranged at the front end of the pipe front section 2012, the flushing port 2022 of the second passage 2025 is arranged on the radial surface of the pipe front section 2012, the flushing port 2022 of the third passage 2026 is arranged on the radial surface of the pipe front section 2012 near the front end and between the flushing port 2022 of the second passage 2025 and the flushing port 2022 of the first passage 2024, and the flushing port 2022 of the fourth passage 2027 is arranged on the radial surface of the middle part of the pipe front section 2012; the first channel 2024 mainly aims at the internal space of the intestinal tract, when the intestinal tract contents are not completely decomposed and refined under the soaking of the cleaning solution, the flushing liquid flow of the first channel 2024 is over against the axial direction of the intestinal tract, so that the flushing liquid flow can directly flush the mixed liquid of the intestinal tract contents, and the intestinal tract contents with larger sizes in the mixed liquid of the intestinal tract contents are decomposed and refined under the action of the flushing liquid flow; the second channel 2025 mainly aims at the inner wall of the intestinal tract, when the intestinal tract contents are attached to the wrinkles or bent positions in the intestinal tract, the flushing liquid flow of the first channel 2024 is difficult to directly flush in place, the flushing liquid flow flowing through the turned-over intestinal tract contents can continuously bring new auxiliary substances, the radial flushing liquid flow of the second channel 2025 can assist the flushing liquid flow of the first channel 2024 to form a mutually perpendicular flushing process, the flushing liquid flow of the third channel 2026 and the fourth channel 2027 mainly aims at the directions which are not related to the first channel 2024 and the second channel 2025, the flushing liquid flow in the inclined directions can be matched with the liquid flow of the first channel 2024 and the second channel 2025 to form circumferential flushing liquid flows aiming at different positions, and the flushing liquid flow of the first channel 2024 to the fourth channel 2027 can also form an intelligent cleaning mode suitable for different intestinal tract states by means of control combination of flushing time and flushing parameters; because the front end of the front section 2012 of the tube is positioned near the colon and is close to a structure with the lowest height at the left position of enema cleaning, more mixed liquid of intestinal contents is accumulated at the position, and the intestinal connection structure and the shape of the inner wall of the intestinal tract are complex, when the mixed liquid of the intestinal contents is accumulated at the position of the front section 2012 of the tube and flows unsmoothly, the single flushing direction in the prior art hardly meets the requirements of dredging, refining, side cleaning and the like, in the application, the flushing liquid flows of the first channel 2024 and the third channel 2026 are matched, and the flushing liquid flow facing or deviating to the first direction can form an impact flow and form a vortex in the inner space of the intestinal tract, so that the accumulated intestinal contents are stirred and dispersed, and meanwhile, large-size substances in the mixed liquid of the intestinal contents are in intermittent contact with the impact flow based on the flowing process, so that the large-size substances are eroded by the impact flow or the vortex to be gradually refined, thereby solving the problem that the large-size accumulation of the undecomposed intestinal contents at the position of the colon causes unsmoothly intestinal contents to unsmoothly in the cleaning of the colon; the second channel 2025 and the fourth channel 2027 provide a tendency of the mixed liquid of the intestinal contents to move to the rectal position, that is, the combined impact liquid flow formed by the second channel 2025 and the fourth channel 2027 is biased to the third direction, which may generate disturbance to the mixed liquid of the intestinal contents to the rectal direction, the impact liquid flows of the second channel 2025 and the fourth channel 2027 cooperate with the flushing liquid flows of the first channel 2024 and the third channel 2026 to form impact disturbance to the third direction and the first direction, respectively, which may significantly accelerate the thinning process of the intestinal contents to solve the problem of accumulation or deposition of the mixed liquid of the intestinal contents at the position of the colonic bending junction.
As shown in fig. 3, in order to ensure that the mixed liquid of the intestinal contents refined by the flushing assembly 202 can be smoothly discharged out of the body through a closed channel, that is, the mixed liquid of the intestinal contents is discharged out of the body without contacting with air without passing through the anus, the present application is provided with a suck-back assembly 203, the suck-back assembly 203 comprises a plurality of recovery pipes 2031 arranged in the cleaning pipe 201, one end of each recovery pipe 2031 is connected with the suck-back regulating part 302 of the workbench 300, a control valve is arranged at a position of each recovery pipe 2031 close to the suck-back regulating part 302, the other end of each recovery pipe 2031 is connected with a suck-back port 2032 arranged on the surface of the cleaning pipe 201, the working pressure of the suck-back regulating part 302 is less than the pressure of the internal space of the intestinal tract, so that the mixed liquid of the intestinal contents in the enema cleaning process can be discharged to the suck-back regulating part 302 outside the body through a recovery channel formed by the suck-back port 2032 and the recovery pipes 2031 to form a closed process, thereby preventing the mixed liquid of the intestinal contents from polluting the environment, thereby improving the working environment of the intestinal cleaning operation of the intestinal contents, and reducing the pressure and the working amount of the air treatment and the sterilization treatment.
Preferably, the recovery assembly 203 can also be used as a passage for assisting intestinal tract to exhaust, for example, in the case that the abdominal distention of the patient does not exhaust after the abdominal operation, the recovery tube 2031 of the recovery assembly 203 can isolate the external environment and communicate the intestinal tract interior with the suck-back regulation portion 302, when the working pressure of the suck-back regulation portion 302 is smaller than the intestinal tract interior pressure, the intestinal tract interior gas can be discharged to the suck-back regulation portion 302 through the recovery tube 2031, so that the suck-back assembly 203 can perform sealing treatment in the auxiliary intestinal tract exhaust process without leakage, the air quality and the treatment experience can be effectively improved, the device can complete various functions of exhaust, enema, intestinal tract administration and the like, and the applicability of the device is remarkably improved.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 3, the suck-back port 2032 of the suck-back assembly 203 is disposed at the tube rear section 2013 of the anal inner tube 2011, and in order to ensure that the mixed liquid of the intestinal contents can smoothly enter the recovery tube 2031 through the suck-back port 2032, the suck-back port 2032 is disposed at a position of the tube rear section 2013 close to the annular bag 1011, so that the position of the suck-back port 2032 is located at a position closest to the outside of the body by the space blocked by the annular bag 1011; specifically, the outer side surface of the rear tube section 2013 and the surface of the annular bag 1011 form a back suction port 2032, so that the cross section of the back suction port 2032 is the part of the cross section of the outer anal tube 2014 minus the cross section of the inner anal tube 2011, and the back suction port 2032 formed by the outer surface of the inner anal tube 2011 and the outer surface of the annular bag 1011 can fully utilize a local expansion space generated by blocking of the annular bag 1011, namely, a space with a stable size exists at the position due to the acting force of the annular bag 1011 on the inner wall of the intestinal tract, so that intestinal tract contents are suitable to be mixed and enter the back suction tube from the position, compared with the arrangement scheme of opening a pipeline, the Fang Ran obviously improves the size and the fluency of the back suction port 2032, namely, the edge of the back suction port arc 2032 is the surface of the line changing bag and the outer surface of the inner anal tube, so that the intestinal tract mixture discharged from the colon to the rectum can smoothly pass through the back suction port 2032 and does not have dead corners, and the recovery efficiency of the intestinal tract contents can be obviously improved; the inner side of the annular bag 1011 is the part of the anus outer tube 2014 extending to the inner side of the annular bag 1011, the size of the anus inner tube 2011 is smaller than that of the anus outer tube 2014, the inside of the anus inner tube 2011 is mainly used for surrounding a plurality of washing tubes 2021, and the anus outer tube 2014 is used for surrounding the anus inner tube 2011 and the recovery tube 2031 to form a closed treatment channel. Preferably, when the mixed liquid volume of the intestinal contents transferred from the colon to the rectum is larger than the transportation capacity of the suck-back assembly 203, the mixed liquid of the intestinal contents is accumulated at the position, part of the intestinal contents may be deposited to block the suck-back port 2032, in order to ensure good passing of the mixed liquid of the intestinal contents at the position of the suck-back port 2032, the cleaning assembly is provided with a fifth channel 2028 and a sixth channel 2029 at the position of the back section 2013 of the anal tube 2011 close to the suck-back port 2032 for aiming at the mixed liquid of the intestinal contents near the suck-back port 2032, the fifth channel 2028 is used for generating a flushing liquid flow biased to the first direction, the sixth channel 2029 is used for generating a flushing liquid flow biased to the third direction, and the liquid flow biased to the first direction can disturb the mixed liquid of the intestinal contents near the suck-back port 2032, so that the mixed liquid of the intestinal contents deposited at the position near the suck-back port 2032 floats based on the action of the flushing liquid flow to renew the more uniform mixed liquid of the intestinal contents in the intestinal contents; the flow of flushing fluid biased in the third direction in combination with the flow biased in the first direction flushes the intestinal contents entering the suck back 2032 to facilitate its passage through the suck back 2032; the irrigation liquid flows of the fifth channel 2028 and the sixth channel 2029 not only can further refine the size of the intestinal content, but also can increase the liquid proportion in the mixed liquid of the intestinal content, thereby improving the fluidity and the permeability of the mixed liquid of the intestinal content.
Specifically, several flushing ports 2022 of the fifth channel 2028 and the sixth channel 2029 are arranged in a manner surrounding the axis of the rear tube section 2013; when the inner anal tube 2011 is arranged close to the inner side edge of the outer anal tube 2014, and the arrangement plane of the flushing port 2022 of the fifth channel 2028 is staggered with the arrangement plane of the flushing port 2022 of the sixth channel 2029, the size of the flushing port 2022 arranged at the position close to the contact position of the inner anal tube 2011 and the outer anal tube 2014 is smaller, and the size of the flushing port 2022 arranged at the position far away from the contact position of the inner anal tube 2011 and the outer anal tube 2014 is larger, so that the flow rate of the flushing port 2022 of the fifth channel 2028 and the sixth channel 2029 is positively correlated with the passing size of the flushing direction, namely the farther the flushing port 2022 is away from the inner wall of the intestinal tract, the larger the size of the flushing port 2022 is, the flushing liquid flow of the fifth channel 2028 and the sixth channel 2029 can adapt to the mixing amount of the intestinal tract contents in the proper direction to improve the disturbance efficiency of the flushing liquid flow, and further improve the passing efficiency of the intestinal tract content at the suck-back port 2032.
Preferably, the cleaning unit 200 is connected with the workbench 300 through a cleaning tube 201, the cleaning tube 201 is configured with an anal inner tube 2011 and an anal outer tube 2014 which accommodate different pipelines, the anal inner tube 2011 accommodates a plurality of washing tubes 2021, the anal outer tube 2014 accommodates part of the anal inner tube 2011, and a recovery tube 2031 which is connected to the workbench 300 from the inner side of the annular bag 1011 is formed based on the outer wall of the anal inner tube 2011 and the inner wall of the anal inner tube 2011, the recovery tube 2031 is formed based on the existing pipeline, when the anal inner tube 2011 is arranged close to the inner side edge of the anal outer tube 2014, the axis of the anal inner tube 2011 is parallel to the axis of the anal outer tube 2014 at intervals, so that the recovery channel of the recovery tube 2031 can form a recovery channel with a larger size; in addition, the suction pipe can also be arranged to gradually retract from the suction port 2032 to an independent pipeline parallel to the anal internal pipe 2011, the recovery channel formed by the independent pipeline can reduce the impregnation range of the mixed liquid of the intestinal contents, the protection performance of the independent pipeline is relatively strong, the durability of the cleaning pipe 201 can be improved, the recovery pipe 2031 is provided with a control valve at a position close to the suction adjusting part 302 for controlling the communication state between the recovery pipe 2031 and the suction adjusting part 302, when the control valve is opened, the recovery pipe 2031 is communicated with the suction control part, so that the mixed liquid of the intestinal contents enters the suction adjusting part 302 through the recovery pipe 2031 and is stored by a special box to be transferred to a further processing place.
As shown in fig. 4, the workbench 300 is configured with a cleaning adjustment portion 301 for adjusting liquid parameters of the flushing assembly, the liquid parameters include flushing pressure, flushing flow rate, etc., the cleaning liquid or the liquid medicine is pumped into a plurality of independently arranged flushing pipes 2021 by the cleaning adjustment portion 301, and the flushing pipes 2021 spray the cleaning liquid at a set angle through a plurality of correspondingly arranged flushing ports 2022 to clean the inner wall and the inner space of the intestinal tract; the workbench 300 is provided with a suck-back adjusting part 302 for adjusting working parameters of the suck-back assembly 203, wherein the working parameters comprise working pressure, negative pressure difference and the like; the working pressure of the suck-back regulating part 302 is less than the internal pressure of the intestinal tract, so that the mixed liquid of the intestinal tract contents at the position of the suck-back port 2032 can automatically enter the recovery pipe 2031 based on the negative pressure difference, and then enter the suck-back regulating part 302 to form a closed treatment; the workbench 300 is also provided with a water filling part 303 for adjusting the internal pressure of the annular bag 1011 and an inflating part 304 for adjusting the internal pressure of the air bag 1022, wherein the water filling part 303 is connected to the annular bag 1011 through a water filling pipe 1012 arranged inside the external anal tube 2014, so that the pipeline structure passing through the anus of the patient is simplified; the inflation part 304 is connected with the air bag 1022 through an inflation tube 1023, and the inflation tube 1023 is arranged along the outer side of the anal outer tube 2014 to ensure that the pipelines are arranged orderly; the work bench 300 is further provided with a display part 305 for displaying enema cleansing process status information and human-machine interaction.
In order to realize the goal that the device can perform feedback control and intelligent cleaning according to state information in the cleaning process, the intestinal tract cleaning device is provided with an intelligent unit 400, the main body part of the intelligent unit 400 is distributed on a workbench 300, the intelligent unit 400 comprises a controller 401 for calculation and analysis, a pressure monitoring component 402 for monitoring partial structural space pressure and intestinal tract environment pressure of the device, a flow monitoring component 403 for monitoring the processing flow of the flushing component 202 and the suck-back component 203, an image monitoring component 404 for acquiring image information inside the intestinal tract, a communication component 405 for sending the state information and control information of the cleaning process to a cloud terminal or other equipment terminals, a prompting component 406 for prompting the cleaning state, and the prompting component 406 can also be used for prompting risk information to an operator.
Preferably, the pressure monitoring assembly 402 is provided with first to sixth pressure sensors for monitoring the flushing pressure in the first to sixth channels 2024 to 2029 at the cleaning adjustment part 301, and the pressure monitoring assembly 402 is provided with a seventh pressure sensor at the front tube section 2012 for monitoring the internal pressure of the intestinal tract; the flow rate monitoring unit 403 is provided with first to sixth flow rate sensors for monitoring the flow rates of the flushing water in the first to sixth passages 2024 to 2029 in the cleaning adjustment section 301, and the flow rate monitoring unit 403 is provided with a seventh flow rate sensor in the suck-back adjustment section 302; the cleaning adjustment part 301 controls the flushing flow and the flushing pressure of the liquid entering the flushing pipe 2021 through electric devices respectively arranged; the image monitoring assembly 404 comprises a first image pick-up element arranged at the position of the rear pipe section 2013 close to the annular bag 1011 and a second image pick-up element arranged at the front pipe section 2012, wherein the first image pick-up element is used for acquiring image information of the mixed liquid of the intestinal contents near the suction opening 2032, the second image pick-up element is used for acquiring image information of the mixed liquid of the intestinal contents in the colon at the position where the front pipe section 2012 is arranged, and an intestinal cleaning grade can be acquired according to image analysis so as to guide the cleaning process of the cleaning unit 200.
The water charging part 303 is also provided with an eighth pressure sensor for monitoring the internal pressure of the annular bag 1011, so that the internal pressure of the annular bag 1011 can be stabilized at a set pressure through the water charging pipe 1012 and an electric device to keep a good plugging effect; the inflating portion 304 is further provided with a ninth pressure sensor for monitoring the internal pressure of the air bag 1022, and the internal pressure of the air bag 1022 is stabilized at a set pressure by the inflating tube 1023 and the electric device, so that the nursing pad 1021 can closely fit the skin of the patient based on the actions of the air bag 1022 and the wearing portion 1024.
Preferably, the intelligent unit 400 is provided with several working modes for the enema cleaning process, relating to a preparation phase of arranging the intestinal tract cleaning device and injecting the cleaning solution, a cleaning phase in which the intelligent unit 400 controls the work table 300 to adjust the working parameters of the cleaning unit 200, and a self-cleaning phase;
for example, the intelligent unit 400 is provided with a preparation mode in the preparation stage, and the medical staff sets the internal pressure of the annular bag 1011 and the air bag 1022 on the display part 305 and adjusts according to the tolerance of the patient; the display section 305 is provided with an injection amount of the cleaning liquid, which is determined depending on the patient; adjusting the suck-back regulation part 302 so that the working pressure thereof maintains a pressure difference with the intestinal internal pressure to allow the air squeezed out by the cleansing liquid to be discharged to the recovery regulation part through the recovery pipe 2031; the cleaning adjustment part 301 injects a set amount of cleaning solution into the intestinal tract of the patient in a manner of maintaining the first pressure and the first flow rate, closes the control valve of the recovery tube 2031, and enters a defecation state after the cleaning solution is maintained in the intestinal tract of the patient for a period of time;
further, the intelligent unit 400 is provided with a first working mode, a second working mode and a third working mode in the cleaning stage, the first working mode is for a first type of patients with mixed liquid of intestinal contents in a normal state, the second working mode is for a second type of patients with mixed liquid of intestinal contents with a large solid size, and the third working mode is for a third type of patients with weak structures in the intestinal tract; for example, in the first operation mode, the intelligent unit 400 controls the flushing pressure and the flushing flow of the first to sixth channels 2024 to 2029, the flushing pressure of the first to sixth channels 2024 to 2029 is in the range of 1.01 times to 1.10 times the first pressure, and the flushing flow of the first to sixth channels 2024 to 2029 is in the range of 1.0 to 1.5 times the first flow; that is, when the first pressure is 1.01 times of the initial pressure inside the intestinal tract, the flushing pressure of the first channel 2024 to the sixth channel 2029 can be adjusted within a certain range to improve the cleaning effect, and since the speed of injecting the cleaning solution is slow, the injection amount in the cleaning stage can be properly increased to improve the cleaning efficiency; in the second operation mode, the intelligent unit 400 controls the flushing pressure and the flushing flow rate of the first channel 2024 to the sixth channel 2029, the flushing pressure of the first channel 2024 to the sixth channel 2029 is in the range of 1.02 times to 1.15 times the first pressure, and the flushing flow rate of the first channel 2024 to the sixth channel 2029 is in the range of 1.2 times to 1.8 times the first flow rate; in the third operation mode, the intelligent unit 400 controls the flushing pressure and the flushing flow rate of the first to sixth channels 2024 to 2029, the flushing pressure of the first to sixth channels 2024 to 2029 is in the range of 1.00 times to 1.08 times the first pressure, and the flushing flow rate of the first to sixth channels 2024 to 2029 is in the range of 1.0 times to 1.3 times the first flow rate. Specifically, according to the difference between the action positions and the flushing directions of the first channel 2024 to the sixth channel 2029, the flushing pressure and the flushing flow rate of the first channel 2024 to the sixth channel 2029 can be respectively set or adjusted in the corresponding ranges by the display portion 305 of the workbench 300; for example, the sixth channel 2029 acts on the rear tube 2013 near the suck-back port 2032 and is mainly used for stirring the mixed liquid of intestinal contents and making it smoothly enter the recovery tube 2031, and the flushing pressure and the flushing flow rate of the sixth channel 2029 can be set to be larger in the corresponding range to ensure smooth flow.
The device is provided with a self-cleaning mode in a self-cleaning stage, when the enema cleaning is completed and the device is qualified, the intelligent unit 400 of the device controls the cleaning unit 200 to perform self-cleaning operation on the device, for example, the flushing assembly 202 enables part of the first channel 2024 to the sixth channel 2029 to participate in the self-cleaning operation, and the generated liquid is discharged into the suck-back adjusting part 302 through the suck-back assembly 203, so that the device cleans the part of the device placed in the body and related pipelines while further strengthening the intestinal tract cleaning effect, and the subsequent cleaning difficulty and workload of the device can be reduced.
Preferably, the controller 401 of the intelligent unit 400 receives the pressure information transmitted by the pressure monitoring assembly 402, which may include the irrigation pressure of the irrigation tube 2021, the internal pressure of the intestine, the working pressure of the back suction regulator 302, the internal pressure of the annular bag 1011 and the internal pressure of the air bag 1022; the controller 401 receives flow information transmitted by the flow monitoring assembly 403, including the flushing flow of the flushing pipe 2021 and the flow of the recovery pipe 2031; the controller 401 receives image information of the inside of the intestine from the image monitoring module 404, including a first image of the vicinity of the suckback port 2032 captured by the first camera and a second image of the colon position captured by the second camera.
The controller 401 of the intelligent unit 400 controls the washing unit 200 and the work bench 300 to automatically switch the operation mode according to the received pressure information, flow information, and image information to perform an intelligent feedback cleaning operation. The method comprises the following specific steps:
(1) Preparing enema liquid, wherein normal saline and/or 0.1% -0.2% soap water are commonly used, and the liquid temperature is 39-41 ℃; the patient after drainage is positioned at the left side, the cleaning tube 201 of the device is unfolded, the determining components are tightly connected, at the moment, the annular bag 1011 and the air bag 1022 are in an initial state, the anal inner tube 2011 coated with lubricating liquid is slowly placed in the patient until the positions of the nursing pad 1021 and the air bag 1022 are attached to the skin of the anus of the patient, the wearing part 1024 is worn on the waist of the patient to ensure the attachment state of the annular bag 1011 and the nursing pad 1021 to the skin of the patient, the workbench 300 is operated to respectively start the water filling part 303 and the air filling part 304, the internal pressure of the annular bag 1011 and the air bag 1022 reaches a pressure value set by empirical data or determined by the tolerance capacity of the patient, and the cleaning unit 200 can be stably connected with the patient; the information of the pressure inside the annular bag 1011 and the air bag 1022 is displayed by the display part 305 and the pressure value is adjusted by the keys; the depth of the anal internal tube 2011 inserted into the patient is 10-20mm, and a proper cleaning unit 200 is selected according to the body type of the patient to ensure that the anterior tube section 2012 of the anal internal tube 2011 can be arranged near the sigmoid colon.
(2) The intelligent unit 400 is in a preparation mode, the control valve of the suck-back assembly 203 is opened to exhaust the gas extruded from the intestinal tract by injecting the cleaning solution, the suck-back adjustment assembly adjusts the working pressure, which is slightly lower than the initial pressure in the intestinal tract, so that a first negative pressure difference is maintained between the working pressure of the suck-back adjustment portion 302 and the pressure in the intestinal tract, for example, the first negative pressure difference may be 0.1-0.5KPa, so that the gas extruded from the cleaning solution in the intestinal tract can be exhausted to the suck-back adjustment portion 302 through the suck-back assembly 203; the cleaning adjustment assembly is started to inject cleaning fluid into the intestinal tract of the patient, the cleaning fluid is injected into the intestinal tract at low pressure and low speed, the intestinal tract internal pressure transmitted to the display part 305 of the workbench 300 by the seventh pressure sensor is observed, the sealing assembly 101 is arranged at the position of the anus, the cleaning fluid with a set amount is injected under the condition that the intestinal tract internal pressure is ensured to be within a safe value and a certain safety margin is reserved, the patient is transferred to a defecation posture after keeping the prone posture for 5-10min, and the defecation posture can be a semi-lying posture with the abdomen height higher than the anus height, so that the patient does not need to transfer to get off the bed, and the device is also suitable for patients who are difficult to move or inconvenient to move;
(3) Determining the patient category according to the information acquired by the image monitoring component 404 and the past disease data of the patient when the patient is in the defecation posture; for the first type of patients, the intelligent unit 400 performs cleaning operation in the first working mode, and the suck-back regulating part 302 regulates the working pressure so that the working pressure and the intestinal pressure keep a second negative pressure difference; the flushing regulating part regulates the flushing pressure and the flushing flow of the first channel 2024 to the sixth channel 2029 to perform cleaning operation, and when the first image and the second image monitored by the image monitoring component 404 both meet the requirement of the cleaning grade, the intelligent unit 400 controls the cleaning unit 200 to enter a self-cleaning mode; for the second type of patients, the intelligent unit 400 starts the second working mode first, and the suck-back regulating part 302 adjusts the working pressure so that the working pressure and the internal pressure of the intestinal tract keep a third negative pressure difference; when the image information acquired by the image monitoring component 404 is close to the first type of patient, the intelligent unit 400 switches to the first working mode to continue cleaning, and when the first image and the second image monitored by the image monitoring component 404 both meet the requirement of the cleaning grade, the intelligent unit 400 controls the cleaning unit 200 to enter a self-cleaning mode; for a third type of patients, the intelligent unit 400 activates a third mode, and the suck-back regulating part 302 adjusts the working pressure so that the working pressure and the internal pressure of the intestinal tract keep a fourth negative pressure difference; when the first image and the second image monitored by the image monitoring component 404 both meet the requirement of the cleaning grade, the intelligent unit 400 controls the cleaning unit 200 to enter a self-cleaning mode;
(4) Monitoring that the internal pressure of the intestinal tract is in a safe range in the cleaning process, reducing the flushing pressure and/or the flushing flow of at least part of the first channel 2024 to the sixth channel 2029 when the internal pressure of the intestinal tract exceeds a first threshold value, so that the internal pressure of the intestinal tract is restored to a reasonable range, and temporarily injecting a cleaning solution into the cleaning unit 200 and giving an alarm through a prompt component 406 of the workbench 300 when the internal pressure of the intestinal tract exceeds a second threshold value, so as to remind medical personnel that the problem of the inspection device is eliminated;
(5) When the internal cleaning of the intestinal tract meets the requirement, the intelligent unit 400 starts a self-cleaning mode, the suck-back regulating part 302 regulates the working pressure, so that the working pressure and the internal pressure of the intestinal tract keep a fifth negative pressure difference, the flushing regulating part starts partial channels from the first channel 2024 to the sixth channel 2029 to participate in self-cleaning operation, and the generated liquid is discharged into the suck-back regulating part 302 through the suck-back component 203;
(6) After the closed enema cleaning is finished, the annular bag 1011 and the air bag 1022 are respectively discharged and deflated, the nursing pad 1021 is collected, and the device is slowly moved out of the body for cleaning and disinfection treatment.
It should be noted that the above-mentioned embodiments are exemplary, and that those skilled in the art, having benefit of the present disclosure, may devise various arrangements that are within the scope of the present disclosure and that fall within the scope of the invention. It should be understood by those skilled in the art that the present specification and figures are illustrative only and are not limiting upon the claims. Claims (10)

1. A multi-functional bowel cleansing apparatus, said apparatus comprising:
a restriction unit (100) for restricting the device attachment to the patient's body, the restriction unit (100) sealing off the normal faecal passageway based on a balloon and/or a water balloon arranged inside and outside the patient's anus;
a washing unit (200) for cleaning the inside of the intestinal tract and delivering a washing liquid and a recovery liquid, the washing unit (200) being provided with a cleaning tube (201) replacing a normal defecation channel;
the cleaning tube (201) of the cleaning unit (200) is connected to the workbench (300) and the working parameters of the flushing channel and the recovery channel are controlled and adjusted by an intelligent unit (400) arranged on the workbench (300) to form working modes aiming at different intestinal tract internal cleaning states;
wherein, in case the cleaning tube (201) is provided with an inner anal tube (2011) and an outer anal tube (2014) extending to different intestinal positions of the patient, the inner anal tube (2011) and the outer anal tube (2014) are capable of forming the flushing channel and the recovery channel for respectively transmitting the cleaning liquid and the recovery liquid in a manner that the partial length of the inner anal tube (2011) is surrounded by the outer anal tube (2014), wherein the flushing channel comprises a plurality of sub-channels acting on different intestinal positions of the patient.
2. The device according to claim 1, characterized in that, in the case of the cleaning tube (201) forming the irrigation and recovery channels for closed treatment in such a way that the two ends connect the patient's intestine and the work table (300), respectively, the anal internal tube (2011) arranged inside the cleaning tube (201) can be extended to the colon position, so that the anal internal tube (2011) can deliver a cleaning fluid at least partially from rectum to colon; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the outer anal tube (2014) surrounding part of the length of the inner anal tube (2011) can extend to the inside of the anus and form at least part of the recovery channel in cooperation with the outer surface of the inner anal tube (2011).

Device according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that, in the case where the anal canal (2011) is able to cover the rectum and extend to at least part of the structure of the colon, the part of the anal canal (2011) that is placed inside the body is divided into a anterior canal segment (2012) and a posterior canal segment (2013) depending on the location of placement, so that the anterior canal segment (2012) is able to cover at least part of the structure of the colon and the posterior canal segment (2013) is able to cover at least part of the structure of the rectum, wherein the anterior canal segment (2012) and the posterior canal segment (2013) are configured in such a way that there is a difference in flexibility.

Device according to one of the preceding claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the washing unit (200) is provided with a flushing assembly (202) for feeding washing liquid to the inside of the intestine, the flushing assembly (202) comprising several flushing tubes (2021) arranged inside the anal internal tube (2011) and several flushing ports (2022) arranged on the surface of the anal internal tube (2011), the flushing tubes (2021) being provided with one-way flaps (2023) for preventing backflow at a position close to the flushing ports (2022), wherein,
under the condition that the flushing ports (2022) act on different positions in the intestinal tract in different spraying angles, one end of the flushing pipe (2021) is connected with the plurality of flushing ports (2022), and the other end of the flushing pipe (2021) is connected with the cleaning adjusting part (301) of the workbench (300), so that the flushing pipe (2021) and the corresponding flushing ports (2022) can form a plurality of flushing channels with independently adjusted working parameters.

The device according to one of the preceding claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the limiting unit (100) is provided with an occluding component (101) and a nursing component (102) which are respectively arranged inside and outside the anus, wherein the occluding component (101) comprises an inflatable annular balloon (1011), and the annular balloon (1011) is configured in such a way that the cross-sectional diameter thereof gradually decreases from inside the body to outside the body, so that the annular balloon (1011) forms a top shape with a large top and a small bottom to adapt to the shape of muscles inside the anus in a contracted state; the care assembly (102) includes a care pad (1021) disposed against the anus and a bladder (1022) supporting the care pad (1021).

The device according to one of the preceding claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the washing unit (200) is equipped with a suck-back assembly (203) for delivering the intestinal internal recovery liquid, the suck-back assembly (203) is equipped with a recovery tube (2031) for forming the recovery channel, the two ends of the recovery tube (2031) are respectively connected with a suck-back port (2032) arranged inside the anus and a suck-back regulating part (302) arranged at the work bench (300);
with the annular balloon (1011) of the occluding component (101) arranged on the outer surface of the anal outer tube (2014) near the inner anal end, the tube back section (2013) of the anal inner tube (2011) passes inside the anal outer tube (2014) and extends outside the body, so that the suck-back component (203) forms the suck-back opening (2032) communicating with the recovery tube (2031) based on the annular balloon (1011) outer surface and the tube back section (2013) outer surface,
in case the rear tube section (2013) is arranged close to the inner surface of the outer anal tube (2014), the recovery tube (2031) constitutes the recovery channel with enlarged local flow cross-sectional size based on the outer anal tube (2011) surface and the inner anal tube (2014) surface.

The device according to any of the preceding claims 1 to 6, characterized in that said irrigation assembly (202) is provided with a number of said irrigation channels in such a way as to enable the creation of irrigation liquid streams acting at different locations inside the intestine, said irrigation channels creating irrigation liquid streams of different spray angles through a number of said irrigation ports (2022) arranged on the surface of said anal canal (2011);
the flushing channel comprises a first channel (2024) and a second channel (2025) arranged at the front section (2012) of the tube, and the first channel (2024) and the second channel (2025) form a combined flushing liquid flow for agitating the intestinal contents and flushing the inner wall of the intestinal tract based on flushing liquid flows jetted in mutually perpendicular directions.
8. a cleaning stage, wherein the controller (401) controls the cleaning unit (200) and the workbench (300) to adjust working parameters or switch working modes according to the internal pressure of the intestinal tract acquired by the pressure monitoring assembly (402) and the image information acquired by the image monitoring assembly (404), the working parameters comprise the number of channels, the flushing pressure and the flushing flow rate, and the flushing pressure and the flushing flow rate of the first channel (2024) to the sixth channel (2029) are independently adjusted by the controller (401); when the controller (401) meets the requirement of a cleaning grade based on the first image and the second image acquired by the image monitoring component (404), the intelligent unit (400) controls the cleaning unit (200) to enter a self-cleaning mode.
