Abstract

本申请实施例提供定位方法、通信装置及通信***。该方法包括:终端设备通过会话接收来自位置管理网元的第一消息,第一消息用于请求终端设备的位置信息;终端设备向接入网设备发送第一消息;终端设备接收来自接入网设备的位置信息;终端设备通过会话向位置管理网元发送位置信息。该方案,是通过用户面传递用于定位的定位信令和终端设备的位置信息。由于用户面路径较短且传输时延较短,因而可以实现快速传输用于定位的定位信令和终端设备的位置信息,进而可以降低定位终端设备的位置的时延,实现快速定位终端设备的位置。
