本发明属于农药技术领域,具体涉及一种含溴虫氟苯双酰胺的杀虫组合物。本发明提供的杀虫组合物用于防治农作物类害虫。
背景技术
溴虫氟苯双酰胺是由三井化学AGRO株式会社发现、三井化学和巴斯夫共同开发的间二酰胺类(或间苯甲酰氨基苯甲酰胺类)杀虫剂,其作用机理新颖,完全不同于氯虫苯甲酰胺等邻二酰胺类杀虫剂,与现有杀虫剂无交互抗性,溴虫氟苯双酰胺可用于防治蔬菜、大豆、棉花、水稻等作物上的咀嚼式口器害虫。
式(Ⅰ)所示的化合物的化学名为N-(1-甲基环丙基)-2-(3-吡啶基)-2H-吲唑-4-甲酰胺,英文化学名称为N-(1-methylcyclopropyl)-2-(3-pyridinyl)-2H-indazole-4-carboxamide,其化学结构式为:
通过农药混配,能够保护现有杀虫药剂品种,延长其使用寿命。将溴虫氟苯双酰胺与式(Ⅰ)化合物混配,不仅能够延长溴虫氟苯双酰胺的使用寿命,式(Ⅰ)化合物为一种新型的杀虫药剂,现在与溴虫氟苯双酰胺混用,其抗性基因在种群中的频率非常低,引起不同抗性机制的基因只存在于不同个体中。另外,经过发明人的复配研究,将溴虫氟苯双酰胺与(Ⅰ)所示的化合物复配后均能产生很好的增效作用,并且关于溴虫氟苯双酰胺与(Ⅰ)所示的化合物复配的相关报道尚未公开。

本发明的目的是提供一种具有协同增效作用、使用成本低、防效好的含溴虫氟苯双酰胺的杀虫组合物。
本发明所述的含溴虫氟苯双酰胺的杀虫组合物,包含活性成分A和活性成分B,活性成分A为溴虫氟苯双酰胺,活性成分B为式(Ⅰ)所示的化合物;结构式如下:

3)省工省时,还可以减少单一用药产生的抗性,达到增效减施的作用。
具体实施案例
制备例1:
20%溴虫氟苯双酰胺·式(Ⅰ)悬浮剂(3:2)
配方:溴虫氟苯双酰胺12%、式(Ⅰ)化合物8%、聚醚3.5%、苯乙基酚聚醚磷酸酯盐3.5%、格尔伯特醇聚氧乙烯醚2%、硅酸镁铝1.0%、黄原胶0.1%、丙二醇3%、甘油1%、苯并异噻唑啉酮0.03%、二甲基硅油0.4%、去离子水补足余量;
制备方法:按配方比例,将活性成分、表面活性剂和其他功能性助剂依次置于反应釜中,加水混合均匀,经高速剪切,湿法砂磨,最后匀质过滤即得悬浮剂。
制备例2:
30%溴虫氟苯双酰胺·式(Ⅰ)化合物悬浮剂(1:1)
配方:溴虫氟苯双酰胺15%、式(Ⅰ)化合物15%、聚醚2%、聚羧酸盐1.5%、异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚2.5%、苯乙基酚聚醚磷酸酯盐2.5%、硅酸镁铝1%、聚乙烯醇0.2%、丙二醇3%、甘油1%、苯甲酸0.1%、二甲基硅油0.4%、去离子水补足余量;
制备方法:同制备例1。
制备例3:
36%溴虫氟苯双酰胺·式(Ⅰ)化合物悬浮剂(4:5)
配方:溴虫氟苯双酰胺16%、式(Ⅰ)化合物20%、木质素磺酸盐5%、聚羧酸盐3.5%、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚甲醚缩合物硫酸盐3%、膨润土1%、黄原胶0.1%、丙二醇4.5%、苯并异噻唑啉酮0.02%、二甲基硅油0.5%、去离子水补足余量;
制备方法:同制备例1。
制备例4:
30%溴虫氟苯双酰胺·式(Ⅰ)化合物水分散粒剂(3:2)
配方:溴虫氟苯双酰胺18%、式(Ⅰ)化合物12%、木质素磺酸钠12%、十二烷基苯磺酸钠4.5%、十二烷基硫酸钠3%、白炭黑4.5%、淀粉8%、高岭土补足余量;
制备方法:按实施例配方比例,将活性成分加入载体中,并在其中加入表面活性剂和其他功能性助剂,混合,经气流粉碎后加水,然后经捏合、造粒、干燥、筛分制得水分散粒剂产品。
制备例5:
35%溴虫氟苯双酰胺·式(Ⅰ)化合物水分散粒剂(3:2)
配方:溴虫氟苯双酰胺21%、式(Ⅰ)化合物14%、木质素磺酸钠10%、聚羧酸钠盐5%、十二烷基硫酸钠3.5%、萘磺酸盐甲醛缩合物3%、白炭黑0.5%、淀粉10%、高岭土补足余量;
制备方法,同制备例4。
制备例6:
45%溴虫氟苯双酰胺·式(Ⅰ)化合物水分散粒剂(5:4)
配方:溴虫氟苯双酰胺25%、式(Ⅰ)化合物20%、木质素磺酸钠11%、聚羧酸钠盐5%、十二烷基硫酸钠3.5%、萘磺酸盐甲醛缩合物3%、白炭黑0.5%、淀粉12%、高岭土补足余量;
制备方法,同制备例4。
98%溴虫氟苯双酰胺原药、90%式(I)所示化合物原药,以上原药均由海利尔药业集团研发中心提供。室内活性试验案例:
试验方法:浸叶法;
供试虫龄:供试虫(黄曲条跳甲)采集于青岛市平度十字花科(白菜)蔬菜地,室内以新鲜未使用过任何农药的上海青叶片连续饲养72h后进行毒力测定。
采集新鲜未施用任何药剂的上海青叶片,在药液中浸渍约15s后取出,于通风处自然晾干后置于生测瓶中,接入虫龄大小一致的黄曲条跳甲成虫,每个浓度4个重复,每个重复25头成虫,用80目防虫网封口;以清水作空白对照。
将处理后的试虫置于25±1℃,光照时间L:D=16h:8h,相对湿度为65%的人工智能培养室进行饲养。
药剂处理72h后分别调查试虫死亡情况,判断试虫死亡标准为以毛笔触之不动视为死亡,记录死虫数。
数据统计与分析:空白对照死亡率小于5%无需校正;空白对照死亡率5%~10%,需进行校正死亡率;空白对照死亡率10%以上,则需重新进行试验。
计算公式如下:
以LC50值相对小的药剂为标准药剂,其毒力指数TI为100。
混剂的理论毒力指数TTI=TIA×PA+TIB×PB
式中:PA、PB分别为活性成分A、B在组合物中所占的重量比。
用Spss20软件进行数据统计分析,采用LSD进行单因素方差比较(两两比较)分析,并采用邓肯氏新复极差法(DMRT)进行差异显著性分析。
毒力测定结果:

由表1可知,溴虫氟苯双酰胺与式(Ⅰ)化合物防治黄曲条跳甲在1:40~8:1时,共毒系数均大于120,说明两者混配在1:40~8:1范围内混配均表现出增效作用。
当溴虫氟苯双酰胺与式(Ⅰ)化合物混配重量比在1:16~5:1时,共毒系数均大于130,说明两者混配在该重量比范围内表现为增效作用;当溴虫氟苯双酰胺与式(Ⅰ)化合物混配重量比为1:5~3:1时,共毒系数均大于160,说明两者在该混配重量比范围内表现为明显增效。
田间实施例1
田间试验防治黄曲条跳甲
供试作物:甘蓝;
试验对象:黄曲条跳甲(Phyllotreta striolata(Fabricius);
试验地点:山东省青岛市胶州秦家营村,试验地土壤为壤土,肥力中等,灌溉条件良好。试验地常年种植蔬菜,复种指数高,黄曲条跳甲发生较重。试验各小区肥水管理、作物长势等条件一致,且符合当地科学的农业实践(GAP)。
供试作物:甘蓝,品种为绿宝石;
供试药剂:36%溴虫氟苯双酰胺·式(Ⅰ)化合物悬浮剂(4:5)、30%溴虫氟苯双酰胺·式(Ⅰ)化合物水分散粒剂(3:2)、5%溴虫氟苯双酰胺悬浮剂、25%式I化合物水分散粒剂、50%哒螨灵悬浮剂;
试验设计:试验设6个处理,含清水对照;每处理4次重复,各小区随机区组排列,小区面积20m2。
试验方法:2021年10月20日施药,喷雾处理。
试验期间天气:施药当天天气晴,气温12~22℃,整个试验期间未出现直接影响试验结果的极端气象因子。
成虫调查:分别于药前和药后1d、7d进行调查,每小区调查10点,每点调查2株甘蓝,共调查20株甘蓝,统计活虫数,计算防治效果。
幼虫调查:于药后7d调查,每小区固定3点,每点调查2株,将植株根部及周边泥土挖回,并用清水漂洗,调查泥土中的幼虫数,计算防治效果。
安全性调查:施药后,调查各处理区施药对甘蓝是否造成药害以及对有益昆虫是否有影响。
药效计算方法:
数据分析:用Spss 20软件进行数据统计分析,运用Duncans新复极差法进行差异显著性检验。
田间药效试验结果:

从试验结果表2分析可以看出,溴虫氟苯双酰胺与式(Ⅰ)化合物混配对甘蓝黄曲条跳甲具有较好的防治效果,表现出较好的速效性和持效性。药后1d,混配处理对成虫防效在85%以上;药后7d,混配处理对成虫防效在90%以上,对幼虫防效在85%以上,表现出较高防效。
药剂安全性:药后调查与观察结果显示,本试验各处理均未见对甘蓝造成不良影响,各试验药剂在试验剂量下对甘蓝安全。
田间实施例2
田间试验防治马铃薯甲虫
供试作物:马铃薯;
试验对象:马铃薯甲虫;
试验设置在河北省坝上张家口马铃薯种植基地,基地面积12.6hm2。土壤肥力中上等,排灌方便,土壤pH7.0。马铃薯于2020年4月2日播种。
试验区情况:试验区马铃薯甲虫各个虫态均有发生;试验期间,马铃薯进入初花期。
试验于同年6月11日进行喷药,在马铃薯甲虫危害期采用卫士16型背负式手动电喷雾器进行均匀喷雾处理。
调查方法:每个处理和清水对照区采用对角线五点取样,每点固定5株挂牌,在施药前调查虫口基数,施药后3d、14d调查残存活虫。并计算虫口减退率和防治效果。

从试验结果表3分析可以看出,溴虫氟苯双酰胺与式(Ⅰ)化合物混配对马铃薯甲虫具有较好的防治效果,表现出较好的速效性和持效性。
药后3d,36%溴虫氟苯双酰胺·式(Ⅰ)化合物悬浮剂(4:5)用药量为15、20、25g.ai/hm2防效分别为88.92%、90.86%、92.77%;药后14d,防效分别为92.18%、92.78%、93.36%,防治效果呈现逐渐增大趋势。
药剂安全性:试验过程中,马铃薯生长正常,各处理药剂在供试浓度下均未对马铃薯植株造成药害。
虽然,上文中己经用一般性说明及具体实施方案对本发明作了详尽的描述,但在本发明基础上,可以对之作一些修改或改进,这对本领域技术人员而言是显而易见的,因此,在不偏离本发明精神的基础上所做的这些修改或改进,均属于本发明要求保护的范围。
Claims (9)
1.一种含溴虫氟苯双酰胺的杀虫组合物,其特征在于,包含活性成分A和活性成分B,活性成分A为溴虫氟苯双酰胺,活性成分B为式(Ⅰ)所示的化合物,结构式如下(Ⅰ);所述活性成分A和活性成分B的质量比为1:16~5:1。
2.根据权利1所述的杀虫组合物,其特征在于,所述的活性成分A和活性成分B的质量比为1:5~3:1。
3.根据权利要求1中所述的杀虫组合物,其特征在于,以所述杀虫组合物的总重量为100wt%计,所述活性成分A与活性成分B在杀虫组合物中的含量之和为1~85wt%。
4.根据权利要求3所述的杀虫组合物,其特征在于,所述杀虫组合物还包括辅助剂,所述辅助剂选自润湿剂、分散剂、乳化剂、增稠剂、崩解剂、防冻剂、消泡剂、稳定剂、渗透剂和载体中的一种或多种。
5.根据权利要求4所述的杀虫组合物,其特征在于,所述杀虫组合物可加工成悬浮剂、水分散粒剂。
6.如权利要求1-5中任一项所述的杀虫组合物在防治农业、林业、园艺植食性害虫中的应用。
7.如权利要求6所述的应用,其特征在于,所述植食性害虫为鞘翅目害虫。
8.如权利要求7所述的应用,其特征在于,所述鞘翅目害虫包括黄条跳甲、马铃薯甲虫、金针虫。
9.如权利要求6所述的应用,其特征在于,所述杀虫组合物以有效剂量施于需要控制的害虫或其生长的介质上。
