The working principle of the embryo egg transport vehicle is as follows: when embryo eggs need to be transported, the sealing compartment door 2 is opened, the initial moving baffle 11 is positioned below and is matched with the fixed baffle 10 to separate the compartment 1 from a disinfection area, the stop lever 502 is positioned in a vertical upward state, the small cart filled with the embryo eggs is conveyed into the disinfection area, wheels of the small cart are positioned in the corresponding disinfection tank 12, a plurality of small carts can be placed in the disinfection area between the fixed baffle 10 and the sealing compartment door 2 at the same time, the sealing compartment door 2 is closed, the liquid conveying pump 402 is started, the liquid conveying pump 402 pumps out disinfectant in the liquid storage tank 401 to spray on the surface of the small cart, the small carts and the embryo eggs are disinfected and sterilized, in the process, the air conditioner 200 and the axial flow fan 7 are in an opening state, the axial flow fan 7 blows low-temperature gas to the tail part of the compartment 1, namely the disinfection area, the electric cylinder 101 at the sealing compartment door 2 is opened, driving the corresponding sealing plate 102 to be far away from the air outlet 4, enabling air in a sterilization area to flow out of the air outlet 4, enabling air flow to accelerate drying of disinfectant on the surfaces of the trolley and the embryonated eggs, when the trolley is pushed into the carriage 1, the sliding seat 703 is located at the position of the rearmost side, the initial fixing rod 801 and the rotating rod 802 are in a horizontal state, after the trolley is pushed, the fixing rod 801 and the rotating rod 802 are rotated to a vertical state, meanwhile, the limiting plate is rotated to the vertical state to limit the rear side of the rotating rod 802, the first motor 301 is started, the first motor 301 drives the first screw 302 to rotate, the movable baffle 11 is made to ascend, shielding of the bearing position of the carriage 1 is removed, the second motor 701 is started, the plurality of second screws 702 are driven to rotate, the plurality of sliding seats 703 drive the fixing rod 801 and the rotating rod 802 to move towards the front part of the carriage 1, and the rotating rod 802 is in contact with the rear side of the trolley, pushing a plurality of small carts to the foremost side to be contacted with the partition 6, then controlling the second motor 701 to rotate reversely to drive the plurality of sliding seats 703 to move towards the direction of the sealing compartment door 2, controlling the first motor 301 to rotate reversely to drive the movable baffle 11 to descend when the small carts move to the rearmost side, sealing the interior of the compartment 1, then opening the sealing compartment door 2, rotating the fixed rod 801 and the rotating rod 802 to a horizontal state, placing a plurality of new small carts filled with embryo eggs in a sterilization area at the tail part of the compartment 1, rotating the rotating rod 802 and the fixed rod 801 to a vertical state, closing the sealing compartment door 2, sterilizing the small carts, then opening the first motor 301 to drive the movable baffle 11 to ascend, opening the second motor 701 to drive the sliding seats 703 to move forwards, pushing the small carts to move forwards through the rotating rod 802, setting the rotation angle of a second motor 701 to move the small carts to a position close to the first batch of small carts, then controlling the second motor 701 and a first motor 301 to rotate reversely to move a sliding seat 703 to the rearmost, descending a movable baffle plate 11 to isolate a killing area, repeating the steps, sequentially arranging a plurality of small carts filled with embryo eggs in the carriage 1, finally positioning the sliding seat 703 at the rearmost side, positioning the movable baffle plate 11 below, opening a sealing carriage door 2, rotating a corresponding knob 601 to enable a baffle rod 502 to rotate to a horizontal state, limiting the front and rear positions of the small carts by two adjacent baffle rods 502, then closing the sealing carriage door 2, and starting the first motor 301 to lift the movable baffle plate 11 to enable air in the carriage 1 to flow;
when the temperature in the compartment 1 needs to be regulated, the air conditioner 200 and the axial flow fan 7 are started, the air conditioner 200 enables the compartment 1 to be in a constant temperature state, the electric cylinder 101 is started, the air inlet 3 and the air outlet 4 are in a slightly opened state, the temperature of each area in the compartment 1 is monitored in all directions through the temperature probe 9, the temperature in the compartment 1 is regulated through the air conditioner, air circulation in the compartment 1 is realized through the axial flow fan 7, and the purpose of keeping the compartment body at a constant temperature is achieved;
after reaching the designated position, when unloading is required, the sealing compartment door 2 is opened, the first motor 301 is opened to drive the movable baffle 11 to ascend, the knob 601 is rotated to enable the plurality of baffle rods 502 to rotate to the vertical state to relieve the limitation on the small handcart, then the fixed rod 801 and the rotating rod 802 are rotated to the vertical state, and the limiting plate is located at a position far away from the rotating rod 802, so that the rotating rod 802 can rotate, at the moment, the sliding seat is located at the rearmost side, then the second motor 701 is opened, the second motor 701 drives the sliding seat 703 to move towards the front side of the compartment 1, the rotating rod 802 is rotated backwards under the blocking effect of the small handcart, the rotating rod 802 and the fixed rod 801 pass through the bottom of the small handcart, when the sliding seat moves to the forefront, the rotating rod 703 returns to the vertical state under the effect of the spring 803, the second motor 701 is rotated backwards to drive the sliding seat to move backwards, the rotating rod 802 is driven to push the small handcart, the fixed rod 801 limits the position of the small handcart 802, the plurality of the small trolleys are pushed out of the compartment 1, and then the interior of the compartment 1 is cleaned and disinfected.
