Claims (8)

1. The chocolate sauce mixing pouring method for the sandwich chocolate biscuit production line is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
step one: closing a valve at a connecting bent pipe (11) at the bottom end of a mixing barrel (16) for temporarily storing the chocolate sauce raw materials, adding the chocolate sauce raw materials to be poured into the mixing barrel (16), and after the adding is finished, starting to mix the chocolate sauce raw materials in the mixing barrel (16);

step three: starting a pouring roller (5), when a row of extrusion holes (10) on the outer wall of the pouring roller (5) simultaneously rotate to face right below, starting an aerator to pressurize the inside of a sealed mixing barrel (16) so as to extrude sauce from the extrusion holes (10), at the moment, just falling above biscuits below the extrusion holes (10), taking away biscuits with chocolate sauce extruded on the upper surface to the next station along with the continuous rotation of the pouring roller (5), and simultaneously, moving the biscuits of the last station to the right below of the pouring roller (5) again, and when the other row of extrusion holes (10) on the outer wall of the pouring roller (5) rotate to face right below, repeatedly starting the aerator to pressurize so as to perform circular pouring of the sauce;
at the moment that the pouring roller (5) is started again after the sauce is extruded each time, the blanking pipe (18) positioned at the feeding side is quickly lifted to a height of 1.5 biscuits, the biscuits are driven to run by the rubber ring (9) sleeved on the outer wall of the pouring roller (5) along with the rotation of the pouring roller (5), and the outer wall of the rubber ring (9) is attached to the surface of the main conveyor belt (8) to take away the lowest biscuits; wherein, the time of each extrusion of the pouring roller (5) is exactly equal to the time of controlling the intermittent gear (28) lifted by the blanking pipe (18) to rotate for one circle, namely, the circulating discharging is formed;
