The shock pad is located in the slider groove, only the upper end face and the lower end face of the shock pad are in contact with the armature and the slider, the shock pad is not easily influenced by temperature rise of a brake, the shock pad is not in direct contact with the electromagnet, the side face of the shock pad cannot rub against the electromagnet, stability of the shock pad is improved, and the shock pad is not easily aged.
(2) Hollow bolt and armature change into clearance fit, and hollow bolt no longer plays the guide effect, even hollow bolt's position precision is relatively poor, also can not lead to the fact the interference to the removal of armature, can not lead to the armature jamming. According to the invention, after the friction plate is improved to be of uniform wall thickness, the friction plate can be well attached to the tractor rotor, and the noise of the shaking of the armature iron is reduced.

The working principle is the same as that of the existing brake, and the difference is that when the armature 1 moves towards the electromagnet 2, the armature 1 is buffered by the shock absorption pad 15 when being about to touch the electromagnet 2, so that the armature 1 does not directly collide with the electromagnet 2 or collides with the electromagnet 2 only at a very small speed, the generation of noise is avoided or reduced, in the moving process, the axial guide is carried out on the optical axis part of the brake release screw 10, and the circumferential rotation and the auxiliary guide are avoided by the O-shaped ring outside the hollow bolt 7.
