Detailed Description
Preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings so that the advantages and features of the invention may be more readily understood by those skilled in the art.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the present embodiment provides a children's product and a backrest adjusting mechanism 100 thereof, the children's product at least further includes a body 200 and a backrest 300 rotatably disposed on the body 200. The child article in this embodiment is specifically exemplified by a stroller, and since the stroller is often pushed and moved outdoors when in use, the stability performance of the stroller is particularly important. In other embodiments, the backrest adjusting mechanism 100 is suitable for children products, such as cribs, children's beds, children's seats, and the like, which have a backrest pitch angle adjusting function.
Without specific reference, the descriptions of the orientations of the child product, such as front-back, left-right, up-down, etc., are based on fig. 1, and the orientation of the child product, which is observed by a parent pushing behind the child product when the child product is placed on a horizontal plane for normal use, is only defined for convenience of description and understanding, and does not represent that the child product and the backrest adjusting mechanism 100 thereof must have a specific use direction, and should not be construed as limiting the present invention.
In this embodiment, the main body 200 of the stroller is a stroller frame, the main body 200 includes two left and right push rods 210, the backrest 300 is disposed between the two push rods 210, a lower portion of the backrest 300 is connected to the main body 200 to be relatively rotatable around a rotation center line 1001, and the rotation center line 1001 extends in a left and right direction of the main body 200. It should be noted that, in order to clearly show the structures of the components, the backrest 300 in the figure only shows the backrest rod at the periphery thereof, and in an actual product, the backrest 300 further includes a support structure such as a cloth cover or a backup plate connected to the backrest rod; in other embodiments, the specific shape of the backrest 300 can be other known techniques, and the invention is not limited thereto.
In this embodiment, the backrest 300 has at least a relatively upright sitting position and a relatively horizontal lying position, and the backrest adjusting mechanism 100 is used for adjusting the pitch angle of the backrest 300. The backrest adjusting mechanism 100 herein can specifically realize stepless adjustment of the backrest 300 within a certain angle, and at the same time, the backrest adjusting mechanism 100 can avoid the "worst angle" of the backrest 300, and does not allow the backrest 300 to be used at a position where the center of gravity is unstable, thereby improving the safety of the stroller in use.
Referring to fig. 1 to 6, the backrest adjusting mechanism 100 includes an adjusting device 120 and two adjusting belts 110, the two adjusting belts 110 are respectively disposed on the left and right sides of the backrest 300, the two adjusting belts 110 are respectively connected with the body 200, the two adjusting belts 110 are respectively connected with the adjusting device 120, and the adjusting device 120 is located on the rear side of the backrest 300. In this embodiment, each of the adjusting belts 110 has a connecting end 110a and a free end 110b respectively disposed at two ends different from each other in the length direction, wherein the connecting end 110a is connected to the body 200, specifically, connected to the push rod 210 on the same side, and the free end 110b is located at the rear side of the backrest 300. The adjusting device 120 can slide between the connecting end 110a and the free end 110b of the two adjusting belts 110 at the same time. In this way, the portion of the adjusting belt 110 between the adjusting device 120 and the two connecting ends 110a can form a support for the backrest 300, and the shorter the length of the adjusting belt 110 is, the smaller the included angle between the backrest 300 and the front horizontal plane is, and the closer the backrest 300 is to the sitting position; conversely, the longer the length of the partial adjusting belt 110, the larger the angle between the backrest 300 and the front horizontal plane, and the closer the backrest 300 is to the lying position. The caring adult can change the length of the adjusting belt 110 between the adjusting device 120 and the two connecting ends 110a by changing the relative position of the adjusting device 120 on the adjusting belt 110, and then can adjust the pitch angle of the backrest 300. In this embodiment, the free ends 110b of the two adjusting belts 110 are fixed together, and further provided with an operating handle 130 for the parents to hold, thereby facilitating the operation. In other embodiments, the two adjustment bands 110 may be two portions of the same band integrally disposed; in other embodiments, the free ends 110b of the two adjustment straps 110 may be separated from each other and not connected to each other.
Referring to fig. 2 to 8, in order to describe the specific structure of the adjusting device 120 more clearly, in the present embodiment, an XYZ three-dimensional coordinate system is established with reference to the adjusting device 120, wherein a first direction X, a second direction Y, and a third direction Z are perpendicular to each other, the first direction X is an extending direction common to the two adjusting belts 110, and the second direction Y is a thickness direction common to the two adjusting belts 110. The backrest adjustment mechanism 100 shown in fig. 2 is in a state when an external force is applied to pull the operation knob 130. In practical use, since the adjusting belt 110 is a flexible belt, when no external force is applied, the free end 110b will naturally sag to drive the adjusting device 120 connected to the adjusting belt 110 to move, and the specific orientation of the adjusting device 120 will be influenced by the self-gravity and the angle of the backrest 300, so that the XYZ three-dimensional coordinate system will change in an absolute space, and cannot be completely described by concepts of front-back, left-right, up-down, and the like in the absolute space. Further, referring to fig. 2, when the backrest adjusting mechanism 100 is installed on a children's product for use, the two connecting ends 110a are respectively disposed at the left and right sides of the backrest 300 and extend toward each other, and each adjusting strap 110 generally undergoes a change in angle of binding at the adjusting device 120 from the connecting end 110a to the free end 110b, so that there are "an extending direction common to the two adjusting straps 110" and "a thickness direction common to the two adjusting straps 110" at the adjusting device 120.
Referring to fig. 3 to 5, in the embodiment, two adjusting belts 110 are identical and symmetrically arranged, each adjusting belt 110 has a first section 111, a second section 112 and a third section 113 connected in sequence along the length direction thereof, wherein the first section 111 is located on the side closest to the connecting end 110a, the second section 112 is located in the middle, and the third section 113 is located on the side closest to the free end 110 b. The thickness of the first section 111 is equal or approximately equal to the thickness of the third section 113, and the thickness of the second section 112 is minimal. In this embodiment, the second section 112 occupies the shortest length, and the first section 111 occupies the longest length. In other embodiments, the first section 111 and the second section 112 may be provided with more than one set, for example, when the backrest 300 has a plurality of discrete angle ranges to be avoided, the first section 111 and the second section 112 with different thicknesses may be alternately provided on the adjusting belt 110.
In this embodiment, the adjusting device 120 has a locked state and an unlocked state. When the adjusting device 120 is in the locked state, if the adjusting device 120 is located at the first section 111, the adjusting device 120 cannot slide relatively along the length extending direction of the first section 111; if the adjusting device 120 is located at the second section 112, the adjusting device 120 can slide relatively along the length extension direction of the second section 112; if the adjusting means 120 is located at the third segment 113, the adjusting means 120 cannot slide relatively along the length extension direction of the third segment 113. When the adjusting device 120 is in the unlocked state, the adjusting device 120 can slide relatively along the length extension direction of any one of the first section 111, the second section 112, and the third section 113. In other words, the adjusting device 120 can lock and unlock the first section 111 and the third section 113, so as to adjust the angle of the backrest 300; however, the adjusting device 120 cannot be locked at the second section 112, and when the adjusting device 120 slides to the second section 112, it can only choose to continue sliding to the first section 111 or the third section 113, and cannot stay at the second section 112 to be used.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in the present embodiment, the backrest 300 has a backrest surface (not shown) for supporting a child. When the adjusting device 120 is simultaneously positioned at the first section 111 of the two adjusting belts 110, the included angle between the backrest surface and the front horizontal plane is not more than 145 degrees; when the adjusting device 120 is simultaneously located at the third sections 113 of the two adjusting belts 110, the included angle between the backrest surface and the horizontal plane is more than 150 °. That is, in the present embodiment, the thickness reduction of the second section 112 prevents the locking of the adjusting device 120 at the second section 112, and prevents the backrest 300 from being used in an unstable angle range of 145 ° to 150 °. In other embodiments, the range of angles specifically avoided by the second section 112 may be adjusted, generally to cover the industry-specified "worst-case angle," i.e., 149 °. In some embodiments, the adjusting belt 110 may not be provided with the third segment 113, the adjusting device 120 can only be locked and adjusted on the first segment 111, and after the adjusting device 120 slides to the second segment 112, the adjusting device will directly slide to the bottommost portion of the adjusting belt 110 under the action of gravity and be supported by the free end 110b or the operating handle 130, and at this time, the backrest 300 is directly converted into a stable full-lying state.
Referring to fig. 6 to 13, in the present embodiment, the adjusting device 120 specifically includes a housing 121, a locking member 122, a matching member 123, an unlocking member 124, a first elastic member 125, a second elastic member 126, and the like. The housing 121 is a casing of the whole adjusting device 120, and plays a role of mounting and accommodating other components, and the housing 121 is provided with guide holes 121a through which the two adjusting belts 110 can pass respectively. In the view shown in fig. 6, the housing 121 has an upward opening, and the unlocking member 124 is disposed at the opening so as to be relatively movable in the third direction Z. Referring to fig. 8 and 12, the opening of the housing 121 has a limit flange 1211, the unlocking member 124 has a limit hook 1241 hooked on the limit flange 1211 in a matching manner, and the limit flange 1211 and the limit hook 1241 form a limit structure between the unlocking member 124 and the housing 121, so that the unlocking member 124 can be prevented from being separated from the housing 121 along the third direction Z.
In this embodiment, the locking member 122 and the mating member 123 are disposed in a manner capable of moving relatively, two gaps are formed between the locking member 122 and the mating member 123, and each gap is penetrated by one of the adjusting bands 110. Referring to fig. 9 and 11, when the adjusting device 120 is in the locked state, each gap has a first width, which is greater than the thickness of one of the second segments 112, and the locking member 122 and the engaging member 123 can form a clamping action on the two first segments 111 respectively. Referring to fig. 10, when the adjustment device 120 is in the unlocked state, each gap has a second width that is greater than the thickness of one of the first segments 111. Similarly, when the adjusting device 120 is in the locked state, the locking member 122 and the engaging member 123 can form respective clamping of the two third segments 113; and when the adjustment device 120 is in the unlocked state, the second width is greater than the thickness of one of the third segments 113. That is, no matter the adjusting device 120 is in the locked state or the unlocked state, the locking member 122 and the engaging member 123 cannot form a clamp on the second section 112, and the adjusting device 120 cannot be fixed at the second section 112.
Further, referring to fig. 9 to 11, in the present embodiment, the locking member 122 is capable of moving relative to the mating member 123 along the first direction X, the mating member 123 has two locking portions respectively disposed on two different sides of the locking member 122 in the second direction Y, the locking member 122 has two locking portions respectively disposed on two different sides of the locking member 122 in the second direction Y, and the locking portions on the same side and the mating member 123 form the above-mentioned gap. When the adjusting device 120 is in the locked state, the locking part and the fitting member 123 on the same side can clamp the adjusting belt 110 located therebetween; when the adjustment device 120 is in the unlocked state, the locking portion is relatively distant from the mating piece 123 in the first direction X. In this embodiment, the first elastic member 125 is used for providing the force required for the locking portion to move relatively close to the mating member 123 in the first direction X, and here, the first elastic member 125 is specifically a compression spring disposed between the locking member 122 and the housing 121.
Referring to fig. 9 to 11, in the present embodiment, each locking portion gradually extends in a direction inclined toward the second direction Y along the first direction X, each mating member 123 gradually extends in a direction inclined toward the second direction Y along the first direction X, the locking portions on the same side and the mating member 123 have inclined extension directions parallel to each other, and the inclined extension directions of the locking portions on both sides are opposite. In the first direction X, the two engaging members 123 have a first passage opening 120a with a relatively short distance therebetween and a second passage opening 120b with a relatively long distance therebetween, and the first elastic member 125 is used for providing a force required for the locking member 122 to move from the second passage opening 120b toward the first passage opening 120 a. In the view shown in fig. 9, the first passage opening 120a is located on the left side, the second passage opening 120b is located on the right side, and the two locking portions of the locking member 122 are formed substantially in the shape of an isosceles trapezoid, and both the locking portions are simultaneously away from the corresponding mating member 123 when the locking member 122 is moved rightward against the elastic force of the first elastic member 125.
In this embodiment, each locking portion has a first protruding tooth 1221 protruding toward the mating member 123 on the same side, the first protruding teeth 1221 have at least two, specifically two, protruding teeth arranged at intervals along the first direction X, and each first protruding tooth 1221 extends obliquely from the locking member 122 gradually toward the side (the right side in fig. 9) away from the connecting end 110 a. Accordingly, each of the fitting members 123 has a second projecting tooth 1231 projecting toward the locking portion on the same side, and the second projecting teeth 1231 have at least two, specifically five, projecting in the first direction X, and each of the second projecting teeth 1231 extends obliquely from the fitting member 123 toward the side away from the connecting end 110 a. As can be seen from fig. 2, when the child product is actually used, the first teeth 1221 and the second teeth 1231 extend in a direction inclined substantially downward. When the backrest adjustment mechanism 100 is installed on a children's product, the adjustment device 120 has a tendency to move downward and the adjustment strap 110 has a tendency to move upward relative to the adjustment device 120 under the weight of the backrest 300. In the view shown in fig. 9, the adjustment strap 110 has a tendency to move to the left relative to the adjustment device 120. At this time, since the inclination directions of the first and second teeth 1221 and 1231 are opposite to the movement tendency direction of the adjustment band 110, the first and second teeth 1221 and 1231 can better perform a friction supporting function, prevent the adjustment band 110 from slipping off, and make the locking of the adjustment device 120 more stable.
Referring to fig. 8, 12 and 13, in the present embodiment, the unlocking member 124 can move relative to the locking member 122 along the third direction Z. The unlocking member 124 has a first inclined surface 124a facing the locking member 122, the locking member 122 has a second inclined surface 122a facing the first inclined surface 124a, the first inclined surface 124a and the second inclined surface 122a respectively extend along the third direction Z and gradually incline towards the first direction X, and the extending directions of the first inclined surface 124a and the second inclined surface 122a are parallel to each other. The second elastic member 126 is used for providing a force required for the unlocking member 124 to move relatively away from the locking member 122 in the third direction Z, and here, the second elastic member 126 is embodied as two compression springs disposed between the unlocking member 124 and the housing 121. In the view shown in fig. 12, the first inclined surface 124a and the second inclined surface 122a respectively extend from top to bottom and gradually incline forward, and the second elastic member 126 is used for driving the unlocking member 124 to move upward. In this way, when the keeper presses the unlocking member 124 to move downward along the third direction Z, the unlocking member 124 can drive the locking member 122 to move away from the mating member 123 along the first direction X (i.e., move to the right in fig. 12) by the first inclined surface 124a, so that the adjusting device 120 is switched to the unlocking state. When the pressure on the unlocking member 124 is removed, the unlocking member 124 moves upward and the locking member 122 moves leftward under the cooperation of the first elastic member 125 and the second elastic member 126, and the adjusting device 120 automatically changes to the locked state.
It should be noted that, in other embodiments, the adjusting device 120 may have a different structure from that in the present embodiment. For example, fig. 14 and 15 show one kind of adjusting device 120, fig. 16 and 17 show another kind of adjusting device 120, and the specific internal structures of both kinds of adjusting devices 120 can adopt the prior art, which is the biggest difference from the adjusting device 120 in the present embodiment: the adjusting device 120 here includes a locking member 122 and a fitting member 123, the locking member 122 and the fitting member 123 are disposed in a relatively movable manner, a gap is formed between the locking member 122 and the fitting member 123, and two adjusting belts 110 are simultaneously inserted into the gap. When the adjusting device 120 is in the locked state, the gap has a first width, which is greater than the sum of the thicknesses of the two second sections 112, and the locking member 122 and the mating member 123 can form a clamping of the two first sections 111; when the adjustment device 120 is in the unlocked state, the gap has a second width that is greater than the sum of the thicknesses of the two first sections 111. When the two adjusting belts 110 further have the third section 113, the locking member 122 and the fitting member 123 can form a clamping of the two third sections 113 when the adjusting device 120 is in the locked state; when the adjustment device 120 is in the unlocked state, the second width is greater than the sum of the thicknesses of the two third sections 113.
That is, the adjusting device 120 may not be limited to the structure described in the embodiment, but the switching of the adjusting device 120 between the locked state and the unlocked state is realized by clamping and releasing the first segment 111 or the third segment 113 based on the principle that the gap between the locking member 122 and the mating member 123 varies. Further, since the thickness of the second section 112 is significantly smaller than the thickness of the first section 111 and the third section 113, the locking element 122 and the fitting element 123 can not clamp the second section 112 all the time, thereby avoiding the worst angle of the backrest 300.
In summary, the child product and the backrest adjustment mechanism 100 thereof provided in this embodiment can avoid the state where the stability of the child product such as a stroller is the most unfavorable by switching the thickness of the adjustment belt 110, thereby improving the safety of using the child product.
The above-mentioned embodiments are merely illustrative of the technical idea and features of the present invention, and the purpose thereof is to enable those skilled in the art to understand the contents of the present invention and implement the present invention, and not to limit the scope of the present invention, and all equivalent changes or modifications made according to the spirit of the present invention should be covered in the scope of the present invention.
