技术领域
本发明涉及玻璃技术领域,具体地涉及一种玻璃组件以及应用该玻璃组件的窗体总成。
背景技术
随着汽车工业的快速发展以及消费者对车辆功能日益增长的需求,具有照明效果的发光玻璃已受到车辆生产商的广泛重视和消费者的青睐。主动发光模式的发光玻璃成本高昂,不利于普遍实施。由此,具有照明效果的发光玻璃通常是通过将微结构膜层层压到玻璃中形成图案区域,或者采用在玻璃的表面基于图案设计进行微雕或施加例如发光珐琅(釉质)或油墨等光提取材料,利用设置在玻璃侧面或集成于玻璃中的光源发出的入射光在玻璃中发生全反射之后,当投射到图案区域时,由于表面结构的变化,光线被散射或漫射而通过图案区域透出,从而实现不同的发光效果。
对于集成在玻璃中的光源而言,在靠近光源的区域,尤其是在用于将光源嵌入玻璃中的孔洞周围,光源发射的光易于产生光晕现象或光环现象,从而影响用户使用的感观舒适度。因此,如何减小光晕的大小或者降低光晕的亮度是提升发光玻璃发光效果的关键之一。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提出一种在不影响密封性的前提下改善发光功能的玻璃组件,该玻璃组件能够缓减或消除光晕效应,从而提高光照性能,增强用户体验。
为此,根据本发明的一个方面,提供一种玻璃组件,所述玻璃组件包括通过中间层彼此附接的第一玻璃体和第二玻璃体,所述第一玻璃体和/或所述第二玻璃体设有开口以适于容置电子器件,所述电子器件至少包括发光元件;所述中间层与所述开口之间设有密封件,以使得所述中间层与玻璃组件的外部隔离,其中,所述密封件的至少朝向所述开口的表面是非反射性的,所述密封件的折射率小于所述中间层的折射率。
通过缓减光晕效应,增强了用户使用的舒适感。
根据上述技术构思,本发明的实施方式可进一步包括任何一个或多个如下的可选形式。
在某些可选形式中,所述密封件为透明件。
在某些可选形式中,所述密封件的折射率选自1.34~1.47的范围。

在某些可选形式中,所述窗体总成为车窗玻璃,所述车窗玻璃包括前风挡玻璃、后风挡玻璃、天窗玻璃、车门玻璃或角窗玻璃,其中,第一玻璃体朝向车辆外部,第二玻璃体朝向车辆内部,所述第二玻璃体设有开口以适于容置至少包括发光元件的电子器件。

本文中,“玻璃”是非晶无机非金属材料,一般是用多种无机矿物(如石英砂、硼砂、硼酸、重晶石、碳酸钡、石灰石、长石、纯碱等)为主要原料,另外加入少量辅助原料制成,主要成分为二氧化硅和其他氧化物。在所描述的各个实施方式中,除非特别说明,玻璃的厚度为本领域通常所使用的厚度,玻璃上的各层叠结构的厚度适用于常规范围,并不以图中所示为限制。此外,虽然图中以平面玻璃示出,本发明的玻璃也可以是曲面玻璃。在各个实施方式中,以独立的玻璃体或玻璃板描述,然而某些情形中,玻璃的表面还可使用特殊涂层来提高隔热性和/或舒适度。
下文中,以玻璃组件应用于车窗玻璃来描述,然而并不排除玻璃组件可应用于门、窗、幕墙、飞机玻璃或轮船玻璃等环境中。当玻璃组件描述用于车辆的车窗玻璃时,“外”和“内”是相对于车身来说的方向,“外”是指远离车身的方向,“内”是指面向车身的方向。应理解的是,根据本发明的实施方式的车窗玻璃包括但不限于前风挡玻璃、后风挡玻璃、天窗玻璃、车门玻璃或角窗玻璃,可基于不同的需求提供不同的照明效果。
在日新月异的汽车行业中,具有照明和装饰效果的玻璃组件已广泛应用于中高档车型的例如车辆天窗中,不仅可以实现光线明暗和/或颜色变化等效果,还可以结合涂层和/或夹层结构形成具有不同图案的光照效果。
图1A示出了具有发光效果的一种照明方式的玻璃组件10。玻璃组件10包括第一玻璃体11、第二玻璃体12以及置于第一玻璃体11和第二玻璃体12之间的中间层13。应用于车窗玻璃时,第一玻璃体11可被称为外玻璃,第二玻璃体12可被称为内玻璃,第一玻璃体11和第二玻璃体12由中间层13粘合为一体,中间层例如为PVB(聚乙烯醇缩丁醛),或EVA(乙烯-乙酸乙烯共聚物)。根据不同需求,可在第一玻璃体11和/或第二玻璃体12中内置电子器件来实现电子感应、电动控制、照明等功能,其中,电子器件可包括发光元件、传感元件、控制元件等。在所示方式中,发光元件14例如为集成于第二玻璃体12内部的点状或线状光源,第二玻璃体12相应设置有通孔15供发光元件14嵌入。通常,在中间层13和通孔15之间布置有密封箔片16,例如铝箔,用于在玻璃组件的层压过程中将中间层与外部空气隔绝而起到密封作用。由于铝箔的高反射性,发光元件14发射的光线在密封箔片16的表面上发生反射,虽然不会显著降低图案区域19处的光线亮度,却使得光源处产生较大尺寸的光晕。如图1B所示,当没有密封箔片时,发光元件在通孔15处产生的光圈17以虚线示出,当采用密封箔片16之后,如图1C所示,铝箔不能吸收投射至其表面的光线,进而各个角度的光线在该表面被反射,导致通孔15处产生尺寸增大的光圈18,这意味着由于密封箔片16的反射性,将光晕扩散到了更外部的区域,进而使得玻璃组件在光源处会有类似于漏光的缺陷,引起用户的感观不适。
为了使得光晕尺寸更小而改善光晕现象,甚至消除光晕现象,有必要去除高反射的表面。然而,为了在层压过程中保持空气密封的功能,玻璃组件中需要设置密封件于中间层和通孔之间。因而,如何对密封件加以改进是减小或消除光晕的关键。
图2A示出了根据本发明一种实施方式的玻璃组件100。玻璃组件100包括通过中间层130彼此附接的第一玻璃体110和第二玻璃体120,其中第二玻璃体120设有开口150以适于容置电子器件,所述电子器件至少包括发光元件140。中间层130与开口150之间设有密封件160,以使得中间层130与玻璃组件100的外部隔离,其中,密封件160被构造为至少朝向开口150的表面是非反射性的,并且密封件160的折射率被设置为小于中间层130的折射率,例如当中间层采用PVB时,密封件的折射率设置为小于1.48。以这种方式,在密封件朝向通孔的表面上没有反射,由此减少光晕的产生,并且密封件的存在并不改变第二玻璃体对入射光的全反射,保证玻璃组件的照明效果。
有利地,密封件为透明件,以使其表面为非反射性的。
在某些实施方式中,密封件的折射率选自1.34~1.47的范围。
在某些实施方式中,密封件为丙烯酸酯聚合物或含氟聚合物制得的膜层。其中,丙烯酸酯聚合物可从折射率为约1.45~1.47的材质中选择。作为示例,可用来制造含氟聚合物膜层的材质包括聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)、聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF,折射率为约1.43)、氟化乙烯丙烯共聚物(FEP,折射率为约1.34)和聚氟乙烯(PVF)、乙烯-四氟乙烯共聚物(ETFE,折射率为约1.4)。可选地,本发明的密封件由氟化乙烯丙烯共聚物(FEP)或乙烯-四氟乙烯共聚物(ETFE)制得。其中,FEP的折射率约为1.34,ETFE的折射率约为1.4,均能够满足折射率小于例如PVB的中间层的折射率以及透明材质的条件。
可选地,密封件为单层膜或者由多层膜层叠而成。某些实施方式中,密封件可与第二玻璃体粘附之后再施加中间层于两层玻璃体之间,或者,可选地将密封件与中间层附接之后再将结合有密封件的中间层附着于第二玻璃体之上。无论何种方式,由于丙烯酸酯聚合物或含氟聚合物自身具有良好的粘接性,在层压过程中,密封件与中间层和玻璃体能够保持可靠粘接,避免了例如金属箔片等形式的密封件的额外组装和固定的流程,简化了制备工艺并降低生产成本。
在某些实施方式中,密封件160的截面尺寸大致等于开口150的截面尺寸,从而避免密封件的边缘对入射光产生影响。应理解的是,开口的截面形状可为圆形、椭圆形或多边形,密封件的尺寸尽可能小,并且截面形状与开口的截面形状轮廓适配,从而能够完全覆盖开口的截面尺寸。“大致等于”是指密封件的边缘超过开口的边缘的距离不大于10mm。
在某些实施方式中,为便于组装,密封件的边缘超过开口的边缘的距离为5~10mm。举例来说,当开口的截面形状为圆形时,其孔径为20mm,则密封件可选为圆形,并且其直径为30mm。
应理解的是,密封件的厚度通常应小于中间层的厚度,当采用聚合物膜层的形式时,层压过程中密封件会与中间层加热熔融而彼此粘接。在某些实施方式中,取决于所选材质的性能,密封件的厚度可选自0.01~0.5mm的范围。
通过上述设计,由于中间层130和第二玻璃体120之间用于密封开口150的密封件160采用非反射性且折射率小于中间层130的材质,使得发光元件140发射的入射光在投射至密封件160的表面时不会发生反射,而是在第二玻璃体120内传输和全反射之后从图案区域190处散射出第二玻璃体120,在保证照明效果的同时,减少或消除了光源处的光晕现象。如图2B所示,相比于图1C所示方式,在本发明使用了密封件160的玻璃组件中,有效减小了光源处光圈180的尺寸,增强了乘客使用的舒适感。本发明的玻璃组件对现有设计改动不大但性能提升明显,工艺简单且易于广泛应用。
在已描述或未描述的可能实施方式中,单片的第一玻璃体和/或第二玻璃体可选为夹层玻璃,并且在夹层玻璃中可设置多种功能层来获得不同功能,例如调光层(如PDLC,聚合物分散液晶;或者EC,电致变色)、发光层、成像层、触控层等等,本发明并不排除上述功能层在玻璃组件中的使用。
这里应当理解的是,图中所示实施方式仅显示了根据本发明的玻璃组件的各个可选部件的可选架构、形状、尺寸和布置方式,然而其仅为示意而非限制,在不背离本发明的思想和范围的情况下,亦可采取其他形状、尺寸和布置方式。
以上已揭示本发明的技术内容及技术特点,然而可以理解,在本发明的创作思想下,本领域的技术人员可以对上述公开的构思作各种变化和改进,但都属于本发明的保护范围。上述实施方式的描述是例示性的而不是限制性的,本发明的保护范围由权利要求所确定。
Claims (10)
1.一种玻璃组件,其特征在于,所述玻璃组件包括通过中间层彼此附接的第一玻璃体和第二玻璃体,所述第一玻璃体和/或所述第二玻璃体设有开口以适于容置电子器件,所述电子器件至少包括发光元件;
所述中间层与所述开口之间设有密封件,以使得所述中间层与玻璃组件的外部隔离,其中,所述密封件的至少朝向所述开口的表面是非反射性的,所述密封件的折射率小于所述中间层的折射率。
2.根据权利要求1所述的玻璃组件,其特征在于,所述密封件为透明件。
3.根据权利要求1所述的玻璃组件,其特征在于,所述密封件的折射率选自1.34~1.47的范围。
4.根据权利要求1所述的玻璃组件,其特征在于,所述密封件的截面尺寸大致等于所述开口的截面尺寸。
5.根据权利要求4所述的玻璃组件,其特征在于,所述密封件的边缘超过所述开口的边缘的距离为5~10mm。
6.根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的玻璃组件,其特征在于,所述密封件为丙烯酸酯聚合物或含氟聚合物制得的膜层。
7.根据权利要求6所述的玻璃组件,其特征在于,所述密封件由氟化乙烯丙烯共聚物或乙烯-四氟乙烯共聚物制得。
8.根据权利要求6所述的玻璃组件,其特征在于,所述密封件为单层膜或者由多层膜层叠而成。
9.一种窗体总成,其特征在于,所述窗体总成包括根据权利要求1至8中任一项所述的玻璃组件,其中,所述窗体总成包括门、窗、幕墙、车窗玻璃、飞机玻璃或轮船玻璃。
10.根据权利要求9所述的窗体总成,其特征在于,所述窗体总成为车窗玻璃,所述车窗玻璃包括前风挡玻璃、后风挡玻璃、天窗玻璃、车门玻璃或角窗玻璃,其中,第一玻璃体朝向车辆外部,第二玻璃体朝向车辆内部,所述第二玻璃体设有开口以适于容置至少包括发光元件的电子器件。
