Disclosure of Invention
The invention relates to a wiper blade device for a windscreen wiper, comprising at least one heating unit for warming a wiper strip of the windscreen wiper and comprising at least one spring rail, which is formed along at least a substantial part of the main longitudinal extent of the spring rail by two spring rail parts that are spaced apart from one another, wherein the heating unit comprises at least one heating element, wherein the heating element comprises at least one intermediate region along the main longitudinal extent of the spring rail, in which the heating element extends, in particular when viewed along the main longitudinal extent of the spring rail in the assembled state, from one of the two spring rail parts to the other of the two spring rail parts.
It is proposed that the intermediate region extends over at least a substantial part of the main longitudinal extent of the spring rail. Preferably, the heating element is formed by a middle region and two side regions. In particular, the two side regions are each arranged at the sides of the middle region facing away from one another. Preferably, the two side regions each extend at least substantially completely within the range of the greatest longitudinal extension of the heating element. Preferably, the middle region and the side regions are arranged alongside one another at least substantially perpendicularly to the maximum longitudinal extension of the heating element. "substantially perpendicularly" is to be understood to mean, in particular, the orientation of a straight line, a plane or a direction, in particular of an imaginary straight line, which explains the sequence of arrangement of the central region and the lateral regions, relative to a further straight line, a further plane or a reference direction, in particular a straight line which encompasses the greatest longitudinal extension of the heating element, wherein the straight line, the plane or the direction and the further straight line, the further plane or the reference direction, in particular, as viewed in the projection plane, span an angle of 90 °, which has a maximum deviation of less than 8 °, preferably less than 5 °, and particularly preferably less than 2 °. In particular, the middle region and the two side regions are arranged alongside one another, viewed along the maximum longitudinal extension of the heating element. In particular, the two lateral regions are each arranged directly at the central region and are connected to one another in particular via the central region. It is conceivable that the heating element comprises a plurality of intermediate regions which are arranged one behind the other, in particular along the maximum longitudinal extension of the heating element. In particular, these intermediate regions together extend over at least a large part of the main longitudinal extent of the spring rail, in particular at least substantially completely over the main longitudinal extent of the spring rail and/or of the heating element.
The wiper blade device is preferably designed as a component of a wiper blade of a windshield wiper. The heating elements are preferably arranged in each case via two lateral regions on the spring rails, in particular on the spring rail parts. The spring rail, in particular the spring rail part, is preferably provided for holding and/or fixing the wiper strip, in particular over an at least substantially complete main longitudinal extent of the spring rail. In particular, the spring rail is provided for at least partially surrounding and/or clamping the wiper strip. "provided" is to be understood in particular as specially designed and/or specially equipped. The term "function that the object is provided with for determining" is to be understood in particular to mean that the object fulfills and/or implements such a determined function in at least one application state and/or operating state. Preferably, the maximum main longitudinal extent of the spring rail extends at least substantially parallel to the main extension axis of the wiper blade, the maximum longitudinal extent of the heating element and/or the main longitudinal extent of the wiper strip, in particular in the assembled state of the wiper blade device. "substantially parallel" is to be understood in particular as meaning the orientation of a line, plane or direction, in particular a line which encloses the greatest main longitudinal extent of the spring rail, relative to a further line, a further plane or reference direction, in particular a main extension axis of the wiper blade, the greatest longitudinal extent of the heating element and/or a main longitudinal extent of the wiper strip, wherein the line, plane or direction has a deviation of less than 8 °, preferably less than 5 ° and particularly preferably less than 2 ° relative to the further line, the further plane or reference direction.
Preferably, the two spring rail parts are arranged at least substantially parallel to each other. In particular, the two spring rail parts are arranged alongside one another, viewed along the greatest main longitudinal extent of the spring rail. The two spring rail parts are preferably each of plate-like and/or strip-like design. In particular, the two spring rail parts have a common main plane of extension, in particular in the assembled state of the wiper blade device. The "main plane of extension" of the structural unit, in particular of the spring rail part, is to be understood in particular as a plane which is parallel to the largest side of the smallest imaginary cuboid which just completely surrounds the structural unit, and which extends in particular through the middle point of the cuboid. It is conceivable for the spring rail to be formed in two parts over the entire main longitudinal extent of the spring rail, in particular by two spring rail parts, or for the two spring rail parts to be connected to one another by at least one connecting point.
The heating element is preferably designed as a heating membrane or as a heating wire which is applied, in particular, in a planar manner. The heating element is preferably designed in such a way that the heating power is transmitted via the two lateral regions and via the central region. The heating element is preferably provided for fastening at the spring rail, in particular at the two spring rail parts, by means of two lateral regions, for example by means of an adhesive connection or the like. It is conceivable for the heating unit to comprise a plurality of heating elements, wherein in particular the intermediate regions of the heating elements together extend over at least a large part of the main longitudinal extent of the spring rail, in particular at least substantially completely over the main longitudinal extent of the spring rail and/or of the heating elements. In particular, the heating elements are provided for being arranged one after the other along the main longitudinal extension of the spring rail. Alternatively, it is conceivable for the heating element to be designed such that it heats only the intermediate region, for example in the connecting region for connection to the wiper blade adapter, at least partially.
Preferably, a wiper blade device is provided for connection to the wiper strip and to at least one wiper blade adapter of the windshield wiper. In particular, a wiper blade device is provided for fastening a wiper strip at a wiper blade adapter. Preferably, the wiper blade device, in particular the spring rail, is provided with at least one spoiler for retaining the wiper blade. It is conceivable that the spring rails, in particular the spring rail parts, each have at least one PET coating. Preferably, a heating unit, in particular at least one heating element, is provided for heating at least one fluid channel of the wiper blade, in particular at least one fluid channel defined by the spoiler and at least one fluid channel defined by the wiper blade adapter.
The design of the wiper blade device according to the invention makes it possible to achieve an advantageously robust heating element, in particular because the intermediate region is advantageously of large size. An advantageously rapid and reliable assembly of the wiper blade device and/or the wiper blade of the windshield wiper can be achieved, in particular because the heating element can be placed simultaneously on the two spring rail parts, advantageously over a large area. Advantageously low installation costs can be achieved. An advantageously simple stabilization of the wiper blade can be achieved, in particular because additional components for this purpose can be dispensed with. An advantageously uniform warming of the wiper blade can be achieved.
Furthermore, it is proposed that the heating element is provided for abutting, in particular in the assembled state, via the intermediate region against a wiper strip of the windshield wiper, in particular at a head portion of the wiper strip. An advantageously simple stabilization of the wiper strip fixed by the spring rail part can be achieved. It can advantageously be achieved that the spring rail parts are fixed relative to each other in the state arranged at the wiper strip. It is advantageously possible to counteract a relative movement of the lateral regions of the heating element arranged at the spring rail parts. This makes it possible to advantageously arrange the heating element stably as a component of the assembled wiper blade. The intermediate region is preferably arranged at a distance from the spring rail, in particular the spring rail part. In particular, the central region is offset from the lateral regions, in particular in the assembled state of the wiper blade device, perpendicular to the main plane of extension of the spring rails and/or of the heating element. In particular, the spring rails, in particular the spring rail parts, are provided for the wiper strip to extend at least partially, in particular through the head part of the wiper strip, between the two spring rail parts, in particular to the side of the spring rail on which the heating element is arranged. The heating element is preferably provided for planar abutment by the intermediate region at the wiper strip, in particular at the head portion of the wiper strip, preferably at least by a substantial portion of the inner surface of the heating element forming the intermediate region. In particular, the inner surface of the heating element is arranged at the side of the heating element facing the spring rail and/or the wiper strip.
It is furthermore proposed that the wiper blade device comprises at least one connecting region for connection to a wiper blade adapter of a windshield wiper, wherein the central region of the heating element extends along the main longitudinal extent of the spring rail at least substantially completely within the range of the greatest length of the connecting region. Advantageously, a simultaneous warming of the fluid channels of the wiper strip and of the wiper blade adapter can be achieved. Preferably, the wiper blade device is provided for fastening to a wiper blade adapter via a connecting region, wherein in particular the wiper blade adapter is connected to the spring rail via a clamping connection and/or a latching connection.
It is furthermore proposed that the intermediate region extends at least substantially completely over the maximum longitudinal extent of the heating element, in particular along the main longitudinal extent of the spring rail. Undesired weak points of the heating element along the main longitudinal extension of the spring rail can advantageously be prevented. This advantageously prevents undesirable damage to the heating element during operation of the windshield wiper. An advantageously uniform warming of the wiper strip can be achieved over the entire length of the wiper blade. "substantially completely" is to be understood to mean, in particular, a portion of the body, which portion extends over the maximum longitudinal extension of the heating element, which portion is dependent on the properties of the body, the function of the body and/or the action performed by the body, wherein the portion is at least 95%, preferably at least 98% and particularly preferably at least 99% of the entire body. It is conceivable for the intermediate region to extend at least substantially completely within the range of the greatest longitudinal extent of the spring rail, preferably excluding an end region of the spring rail, which is provided in particular for fastening an end cap of the wiper blade.
Furthermore, it is proposed that the heating element be provided for directly warming the spring rail part and, via the intermediate region, the wiper strip of the windshield wiper, in particular the head section of the wiper strip. Advantageously, a uniform warming of the wiper blade, in particular of the spring rails and of the wiper strip, can be achieved. An advantageously simple design of the heating element can be achieved, in particular because the heating element can be identically constructed over at least substantially the entire surface. Preferably, the heating element is provided for transferring heat at least through the part of the intermediate region that is to be placed against the wiper strip, in particular at the head part of the wiper strip. In particular, the heating element is provided for transferring heat to the spring rail part via the lateral region. In particular, it is preferred that the at least one heating element forms at least one line path which extends at least partially into or through the intermediate region. In particular, the heating element is provided for generating heat by means of a voltage applied to at least one line path. In particular, the density of the pipe path within the side regions of the heating element at least substantially corresponds to the density of the pipe path within the middle region of the heating element. Alternatively or additionally, it is conceivable for the line path to extend at regular intervals along the maximum longitudinal extent of the heating element through the middle region, in particular from one of the side regions to the other of the side regions.
It is furthermore proposed that the heating element is provided for at least partially, in particular at least largely, surrounding, in particular clamping, a wiper strip, in particular a head portion of the wiper strip, of the windshield wiper, in particular via the intermediate region, together with the spring rail, in particular as viewed along the main longitudinal extent of the spring rail. An advantageously stable fastening of the wiper strip can be achieved, in particular by the spring rail together with the heating element. An advantageously direct heat transfer to the spring rail part and the wiper strip can be achieved. In particular, the heating element is provided for at least partially, in particular at least predominantly, surrounding a wiper strip of a windshield wiper, in particular a head portion of the wiper strip, as viewed along the main longitudinal extent of the spring rail, together with the spring rail, via an intermediate region. In particular, the heating element is provided for clamping a wiper strip of a windshield wiper, in particular a head portion of the wiper strip, together with the spring rail via the intermediate region. The spring rail preferably forms at least one receiving recess for the wiper strip, in particular the head portion of the wiper strip, between the two spring rail parts. In particular, the spring rail, in particular the spring rail part, is provided for the form-fitting reception of the wiper strip by the reception recess, wherein in particular the head part of the wiper strip rests at least for the most part on the spring rail, in particular on the spring rail part, on the side of the spring rail facing the heating element. Preferably, the intermediate region, in particular in the assembled state of the wiper blade device, as viewed along the main longitudinal extent of the spring rail, extends completely beyond the maximum transverse extent of the receiving recess. Preferably, the intermediate region extends, in particular in the assembled state of the wiper blade device, at least partially within the range of the greatest transverse extent of the two spring rail parts, as viewed along the main longitudinal extent of the spring rail. The two spring rail parts and the heating element are preferably designed such that, in particular in the assembled state of the wiper blade device, the head portion of the wiper strip extends, as viewed along the main longitudinal extent of the spring rail, at least partially in the region of the maximum transverse extent of the two spring rail parts, starting from the receiving recess. In particular, the two spring rail parts and the heating element are configured such that a portion of the head portion of the wiper strip, which portion extends over a maximum transverse extent of the two spring rail parts, is arranged, in particular clamped, between the spring rail parts and an intermediate region of the heating element, in particular as viewed along a main longitudinal extent of the spring rail, in particular in the assembled state of the wiper blade device. In particular, the spring rails, in particular the spring rail parts, are provided for the flat abutment of the head portions of the wiper strip against the outer surfaces of the two spring rail parts facing the heating element.
Furthermore, a windshield wiper having at least one wiper strip and having at least one wiper blade device according to the invention is proposed. Preferably the windscreen wiper comprises a wiper blade. In particular, the wiper blade device is configured as a component of a wiper blade. Preferably, the wiper blade comprises a wiper blade adapter, which is provided in particular for fastening the wiper blade to a wiper arm of a windshield wiper. Preferably, the wiper blade comprises at least one, in particular two, end caps, which are each provided for fastening at one of the two end regions of the spring rail. In particular, the end cap is provided for blocking a relative movement of the spring rail, the deflecting spoiler and/or the wiper strip in a direction oriented at least substantially parallel to a main longitudinal extent of the spring rail and/or the wiper strip.
By means of the configuration according to the invention of the windshield wiper, an advantageously robust construction of the wiper blade in particular can be achieved. An advantageously rapid and reliable mounting of the wiper blade can be achieved, in particular because the heating element can be placed simultaneously on both spring rail parts, advantageously over a large area. Advantageously low installation costs can be achieved. An advantageously simple stabilization of the wiper blade can be achieved, in particular because additional components for this purpose can be dispensed with. An advantageously uniform warming of the wiper blade can be achieved.
