Thus, the harness assembly 40 constitutes a five-point harness, and when a patient is positioned on the present safety transfer device in a sitting position, the body of the patient is restrained by the harness assembly 40, thereby preventing the patient, particularly a patient without voluntary awareness, from falling off the present safety transfer device during the transfer process, and improving safety.
The operation method comprises the following steps:
the safe transfer device is in a stretcher-like use state initially; after the emergency patient performs initial examination on the examination bed, the medical staff lifts the safety transfer device to the examination bed, enables the patient to lean on his side under the assistance of the medical staff, places the safety transfer device below the body of the patient, then assists the patient to lie flat and slightly move the body of the patient, and enables the patient to be positioned on the flattened variable upper support assembly in the lying flat posture;
then the medical staff operates the safety belt assembly 40 to fix the body of the patient; then, the medical staff lifts the safety transfer device to the ground and puts it flat, lifts the rear part of the transfer device, and simultaneously tilts the two middle support beams 12 downwards (the rear rollers 13 are kept in contact with the ground), at this time, due to the jacking action of the front parts of the middle support beams 12 on the middle frame 19 and the action of the sliding support assembly, the middle support 19 and the front support 27 are lifted, the middle support rod 18 is moved to the proper position on the two rear connectors 7 and is embedded in the tooth socket at the position, then the rear frame 5 is lifted to leave the lower frame, the rear support rod 8 is manually lifted, the upper part of the rear support rod is moved to the proper position on the two rear connectors 7 and is embedded in the tooth socket at the position, and then the pedal assembly is opened by operation; at the moment, the safety transfer device is changed into a wheelchair-like use state, and the patient is changed into a sitting posture state;
then, the medical care personnel pushes the safety transfer device to move, and the patient is transferred and conveyed to other examination facilities; after the patient arrives at the destination, the reverse operation steps are executed, the transfer device is converted into a stretcher-like using state, the safe transfer device is positioned on the ground after adjustment, then medical personnel take the transfer device and place the transfer device on facilities such as an examination bed, the patient leans on one's side and gets down from the side of the transfer device with the assistance of the medical personnel, the transfer device is withdrawn from the back of the patient, and then the patient is enabled to recover the lying posture, and the transfer operation is completed.
