The method of claim 6, wherein the new-energy parking space management rule is dynamically adjusted according to the remaining amount of the current common parking spaces, when the remaining amount of the common parking spaces is less than a first preset value, the new-energy parking spaces occupy no vehicle type, and when the remaining amount of the common parking spaces is less than a second preset value, the new-energy vehicles completing charging can continue to occupy the new-energy parking spaces, wherein the first preset value is less than the second preset value.
8. The method of claim 7, wherein the determination period is determined according to a vehicle type, a charging pile state, a charging completion time, and a limit of a vehicle moving time.
9. The method of claim 8, wherein the determination of the determination period is as follows:
during the period that the new energy parking space is limited, after the common vehicle occupies the new energy parking space, the next judgment moment of the occupied new energy parking space is after the limited time for informing the driver to leave the new energy parking space;
during the period that the new energy parking space is limited, the new energy vehicle occupies the new energy parking space, first preset time is delayed to obtain state information of a charging pile, and if the charging pile is in a non-charging state, the next judgment moment of the occupied new energy parking space is behind the limited time for informing the driver of leaving the new energy parking space;
and when the charging is completed, the state information of the charging pile is acquired, and the next judgment moment of the occupied new energy parking space is after the time of driving away from the new energy parking space for the limited notification.
10. The method of claim 9, wherein said sending notification instructions to the manager and the driver comprises:
selecting a notification instruction according to a license plate of a vehicle parked on the new energy parking space and the type of the vehicle, and automatically pushing the notification instruction for a registered temporary vehicle; for the unregistered temporary vehicle, carrying out broadcast paging; for long rented vehicles, an automatic push notification instruction is adopted.
