As one implementation, the order tag may be associated with the goods by a separately created information card recording order information between the order tag and the goods for which the distribution is completed.

The staff places the cargoes which are distributed on the tray of the weighing and metering device, and the cargoes are weighed by the weighing and metering device to obtain the weight of the cargoes.
Further, the goods are placed in the container, the weight of the goods is the net weight of the goods, the main control device weighs the goods on the tray to obtain the gross weight of the goods, and then the goods are peeled according to the preset weight of the container to obtain the net weight of the goods.
If the goods are directly placed on the tray, the weight of the goods obtained by weighing by the weighing and metering device is the net weight of the goods.
The main control device automatically fills the measured cargo weight into the order information table. Further, the staff may also manually input other information in the order information table, such as: remark information, weighing operator name, etc.
Furthermore, the main control device can also automatically calculate the quantity of the distributed goods according to the measured net weight of the goods and the preset weight of the single goods, and the quantity of the distributed goods is filled in the order information table. If the quantity of the goods to be distributed is inconsistent with the quantity of the next quantity, the main control device displays an alarm popup window on the display device, a prompt message is displayed on the alarm popup window, staff knows that the quantity of the goods to be distributed is not right through the prompt message, and then the goods to be distributed are distributed again; after the goods are re-distributed, the new weighing process is carried out, namely the code scanning order labels are needed, the corresponding order information table is displayed on the display equipment, the main control device collects the weight obtained by weighing the goods again by the weighing and metering device, and the weight of the goods and the distribution quantity in the order information table are updated. The main control device can send out sound alarm besides popup alarm.

The product label comprises two-dimension code patterns (also called product two-dimension codes) and various fields and field values contained in product information, and after printing of the product label is completed, staff attaches the product label to goods and sends the goods to customers for marking the source of the goods.
Further, in order to facilitate the user to distinguish the processing states of the orders, before the printing of the product labels is completed, the master control device displays the background color of the order information table in red, and after the printing of the product labels is completed, the master control device switches the background color of the order information table to green.
Furthermore, the main control device can be connected with a tax control printer, and a paper invoice of the goods is printed according to the product information and sent to a client along with the goods; or the main control device communicates with the server of the tax platform, invokes the invoice service of the tax platform, generates an electronic invoice according to the product information, and sends the electronic invoice to a client, for example: and sending the electronic invoice to a mailbox or an invoice clip of the mobile terminal of the client.
In some embodiments, the technical features described in S306 and/or S307 may be omitted; the main control device can also obtain the product information according to the order information table content filled with the weight information, and print the product label.
When the method and the device are used for processing the order of the customer, order information from the customer is received, an order label is printed according to the order information, the order label is attached to the goods after the goods are distributed, then a first identification code on the order label is scanned through a bar code scanning device to obtain a first identification code image, and the first identification code image is analyzed to obtain the order information; the main control device creates an order information table according to the order information and displays the order information table on the display equipment, wherein the order information table comprises order information; and then the main control device receives the weight of the goods obtained by weighing the matched goods by the weighing device, fills the weight of the goods into the order information table, obtains the product information according to the content of the order information table to produce a second identification code, prints the product label containing the second identification code and the product information, and attaches the product label to the goods to finish production. The method comprises the steps that a main control device creates an order information table according to order information by scanning a first identification code, and displays the corresponding order information table on a display device; the weight information can be automatically filled into the order information table after weighing, and labels are automatically counted and printed, so that the manual recording process in the weighing process is reduced, the weighing efficiency can be improved, the probability of weighing errors is reduced, and the production efficiency is improved; in particular, the corresponding relation between the order quantity and the distribution quantity can be automatically verified, and the risk brought to the producer by the distribution error is reduced.

the main control device receives the weight of the goods obtained by weighing the goods by the weighing and measuring device, and fills the weight of the goods into the order information table; estimating the distribution quantity according to the net weight of the goods and the preset weight of the single goods, and filling the distribution quantity into the order information table; if the quantity of the goods is inconsistent with the quantity of the next quantity, displaying an alarm dialogue box on a display device; staff knows that the quantity of the goods is not right through the prompt message, and then the goods are distributed again; weighing and metering according to a new weighing flow after re-proportioning;

2. The method of claim 1, wherein the order information is generated by a customer making an order via a user terminal.
3. The method of claim 1 or 2, wherein the cargo weight is a net cargo weight;
the main control device receives the weight of the goods obtained by weighing the goods by the weighing and metering device, and the main control device comprises:
the main control device receives the gross weight of the goods obtained by weighing the goods by the weighing and metering device;
and peeling the gross weight of the goods according to the preset weight of the container to obtain the net weight of the goods.
