after the pedal (2) is unfolded and put down, the seat (4) is in a scooter mode before being supported;
the seat (4) is in a seat mode when being supported to move forwards and backwards, and the vehicle body (1) becomes a backrest.

A collapsible and foldable chair vehicle in the shape of a backed chair according to claim 1, wherein the seat (4) is converted from a scooter mode to an electric vehicle mode with a seat in a rearward-facing state when it is supported; the pedal (2) and the seat (4) are folded and put in an accommodating cavity (12) at the rear part of the vehicle body (1);
the vehicle body (1) further comprises a power system, the power system is used for providing power for the electric vehicle, and the power system can be an electric power system, a fuel power system, a manpower power system or a hybrid power system of the electric power system, the fuel power system and the manpower power system.
3. A collapsible foldable chair-type vehicle with back rest configuration according to any of claims 1-2, wherein the footrest (2) is further provided with a support plate (5); the supporting plate (5) is columnar or plate-shaped;
the first end of the supporting plate (5) pivots the upper part of the pedal plate (2); the second end of the supporting plate (5) is pivoted with the seat (4);
a supporting plate accommodating groove (21) is formed in the upper surface of the pedal (2);
a first pivoting sub-hole (211) and a second pivoting sub-hole (212) are respectively formed in two side walls of one end inside the supporting plate accommodating groove (21) of the pedal plate (2); one end of the supporting plate (5) is provided with a first pivot shaft (51), and two ends of the first pivot shaft (51) are respectively pivoted in the first pivot sub-hole (211) and the second pivot sub-hole (212).
In the scooter mode, the support plate (5) is in a retracted state, the support plate (5) is retracted in the support plate accommodating groove (21), and the seat (4) is placed on the pedal (2);
in the seat mode, the supporting plate (5) is in a supporting state, the second end of the supporting plate (5) is supported at one end of the seat (4), and the seat (4) is in a forward supporting state;

the second pivot shaft (411) is rotatably arranged in the third pivot sub-hole (521), and the switching fan plate (52) is matched with the pivot matching groove (41).
The switching fan plate (52) is rotatably arranged relative to the support plate (5);
the switching fan plate (52) is switched to a backward state, when the supporting plate (5) is in a folding state, the seat (4) is turned backwards relative to the supporting plate (5), and the whole body is in a scooter mode;
the switching fan plate (52) is switched to a backward state, and when the supporting plate (5) is in an unfolded state, the seat (4) is turned backwards relative to the supporting plate (5), so that the whole body is in a seat mode;

a rear wheel receiving groove (22) is formed in the lower surface of the pedal (2);
the rear wheel (3) is in a backward state in a scooter mode and an electric vehicle mode of a right seat;
in the seat mode, the rear wheel (3) is housed in a rear wheel housing groove (22) of the footrest (2).

A collapsible foldable chair-type vehicle with back rest profile according to claim 7, characterized in that the rear wheel (3) is provided with a rear wheel arm (31) and a rear pulley (32); a first end of the rear wheel arm (51) pivots the footboard (2); a second end of the rear wheel arm (31) pivots the rear pulley (32);
a tenth pivoting sub-hole (221) and an eleventh pivoting sub-hole (222) are formed in the two sides of the inner part of the rear wheel accommodating groove (22);
a fourth pivot rotor hole (311) and a fifth pivot rotor hole (312) are formed in the first end of the rear wheel arm (31); the first pivot shaft (51) of the support plate (5) passes through the tenth pivot sub-hole (221), the fourth pivot sub-hole (311), the fifth pivot sub-hole (312) and the eleventh pivot sub-hole (222) in sequence.

A collapsible foldable chair-type vehicle with back rest profile according to claim 8, characterized in that the second end of the rear wheel arm (31) is provided with a third pivot axis (313) inside; a sixth pivoting sub-hole (321) is formed in the rear pulley (32); the third pivot shaft (313) passes through the sixth pivot sub-hole (321); the rear pulley (32) is rotatably disposed with respect to the third pivot shaft (313).
10. A collapsible foldable chair-type vehicle with back rest configuration according to any of claims 1-2, wherein the foot pedal (2) has a first pivot post (23) extending from an upper portion of one end thereof; the first pivoting column (23) is provided with a seventh pivoting sub-hole (231);
a second pivoting column (121) extends out of the accommodating cavity (12) in the back of the vehicle body (1), and an avoidance notch (1211) is formed in the second pivoting column (121); an eighth pivoting sub-hole (12111) and a ninth pivoting sub-hole (12112) are formed in two sides of the inside of the avoidance notch (1211); a fourth pivot shaft (12113) is arranged in the avoidance notch (1211);
the fourth pivot shaft (12113) passes through an eighth pivot sub-hole (12111), a seventh pivot sub-hole (231), and a ninth pivot sub-hole (12112) in sequence; the footboard (2) is rotatably arranged relative to a fourth pivot axis (12113).
