Specifically, when the pressure inside the liquid heating container exceeds the set threshold, the steam inside the container body 60 can enter the safety air inlet 220, the safety channel 230 and the safety air outlet 240 and flush the anti-overflow valve plate 30, so that the steam is quickly discharged from the safety outlet, and the danger caused by the incapability of discharging the steam inside the container body 60 and the excessive pressure is avoided.

In practical applications, optionally, the number of the protrusions 250 is plural, the plural protrusions 250 can stably support the bottom surface of the anti-tipping valve 20, and further, a gap is provided between two adjacent protrusions 250, and the gap serves as a gas guide opening 260 to communicate the steam inlet 120 and the safety gas inlet 220.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the steam inlet 120 is horizontally offset from the safety inlet 220. In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 7, the steam inlet 120 is located at one side edge of the bottom wall of the hollow portion 111 away from the center of the lower cover 10. With the arrangement, the steam inlet 120 is located on the bottom wall of the hollow portion 111 and close to the outer peripheral edge of the lower cover 10 as much as possible, so that the anti-toppling valve 20 located on the upper side can be located at a higher position when the liquid heating container is toppled, the risk of water submerging is reduced as much as possible, a passage can be kept, steam can be ensured to flow out from the spiral channel, dangers caused by incapability of discharging steam and excessive pressure inside the container body 60 are avoided, and the requirement of the liquid heating container in the anti-toppling state is further met.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6, the cover assembly further comprises: the middle cover 40 is connected above the lower cover 10, an air guide channel is formed between the lower surface of the middle cover 40 and the lower cover 10 in a surrounding manner, a steam outlet 410 communicated with the outside is arranged on the side wall of the lower cover 10 and/or the middle cover 40, and the air guide channel is communicated with the spiral channel and the steam outlet 410.
In the embodiments, an air guide channel is formed by the anti-tipping valve 20, the lower cover 10 and the middle cover 40, and the steam outlet 410 is arranged on the middle cover 40 and/or the lower cover 10, so that steam discharged from the spiral channel of the anti-tipping valve 20 can directly flow to the steam outlet 410 through the air guide channel, the steam can quickly reach the steam outlet 410, and then the steam outlet 410 discharges the cover body assembly, the time from boiling to tripping of a power switch is reduced, meanwhile, the contact surface for steam condensation is reduced, and the generation of condensed water in the cover body assembly is reduced.
Further, in some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1 to 6, the cover assembly further includes an upper cover 50 installed above the middle cover 40, and the upper cover 50 can shield parts on the middle cover 40, which is beneficial to the cleanness and the aesthetic appearance of the cover assembly.
Further, in some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1 to 6, the cover assembly further includes a sealing ring, and the sealing ring is sleeved on the periphery of the lower cover 10, so as to prevent water from flowing out between the cover assembly and the container body 60, and thus, the cover assembly and the container body 60 are connected in a sealing manner.
According to a second aspect of the present invention, there is provided a liquid heating vessel comprising: a container body 60, the top of the container body 60 having an opening 610; and a cover assembly as in any of the previous claims, the cover assembly covering the opening 610.
The liquid heating container provided by the embodiment of the present aspect has the beneficial effects of any one of the above technical solutions due to the cover assembly of any one of the above technical solutions, which is not repeated herein.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1, 2, 5 and 6, the liquid heating vessel further comprises a water pouring port 620 and a handle arranged oppositely, wherein a steam switch is arranged in the handle; the number of the anti-dump valves 20 is two, and the two anti-dump valves 20 are symmetrically arranged along a line connecting the water pouring port 620 and the handle.
In these embodiments, since the handle is used as a fulcrum when the liquid heating container is poured, two anti-dumping valves 20 are symmetrically arranged on a connecting line between the water pouring port 620 and the handle, so that no matter which side the liquid heating container is poured, one anti-dumping valve 20 can not be submerged by the water surface, the anti-dumping valve 20 located on the upper side keeps a passage, steam can be ensured to flow out from the spiral channel, danger caused by incapability of discharging steam and excessive pressure inside the container body 60 is avoided, and the requirement of the liquid heating container in an anti-dumping state is further met. Further, a steam switch is arranged in the handle, specifically, a container steam outlet 630 is arranged on the container body 60, the container steam outlet 630 is communicated with the steam outlet 410 and further communicated to the inside of the handle, so that the steam in the cover body assembly can flow into the handle through the steam outlet 410 and the container steam outlet 630, and is condensed in the handle or discharged to the outside; further, steam can trigger the steam switch under certain conditions, avoids liquid heating container abnormal operation, prevents to dry combustion method and takes place danger, promotes the security of product.

Claims (13)

1. A cover assembly, the cover assembly comprising:
the anti-overflow device comprises a lower cover (10), wherein at least two anti-overflow columns (110) protruding upwards are arranged on the lower cover (10), hollow parts (111) are arranged inside the anti-overflow columns (110), a steam inlet (120) penetrating through the lower cover (10) is arranged in each anti-overflow column (110), and the steam inlets (120) are communicated with the hollow parts (111);
and the anti-dumping valve (20) is arranged in the hollow part (111), one of the outer side wall of the anti-dumping valve (20) and the inner side wall of the hollow part (111) is provided with a threaded part (210), the other one is a light surface column, and a spiral channel is formed between the threaded part (210) and the light surface column.
2. The cover assembly of claim 1,
the difference between the diameter of the threaded portion (210) and the diameter of the polished surface cylinder ranges from-0.5 mm to 0.5mm.
3. The cover assembly of claim 1,
the outer side wall of the anti-dumping valve (20) is provided with the thread part (210), and the inner side wall of the hollow part (111) is the smooth surface column.

wherein, under the condition that the pressure in the container body (60) is greater than a set threshold value, the pressure can open the anti-overflow valve plate (30).
6. The cover assembly of claim 5,
