Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of health-care product preparation, and provides yak bone double-core oligopeptide powder which comprises the following raw materials: yak bone peptide collagen peptide powder, marine oyster peptide powder, cod protein peptide powder, yeast extract and lutein crystal. The preparation method of the yak bone double-core oligopeptide powder comprises the following working steps: s1: preparing yak bone peptide collagen peptide powder; s2: preparing marine oyster peptide powder; s3: preparing cod collagen peptide; s4, preparing a yeast extract; s5, preparing lutein crystals; and S6, preparing a finished product. The yak bone peptide collagen peptide powder prepared by the method can improve bone strength, achieve the effect of preventing osteoporosis, enhance the tension and elasticity of skin, and effectively prevent melanin deposition, wherein the vitamin B2 can promote development and cell regeneration, and lutein can effectively protect eyesight, has a strong antioxidation effect, enhances the immunity of an organism, and has a delaying effect on early arteriosclerosis.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of health-care product preparation, in particular to yak bone double-core oligopeptide powder and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Nowadays, people pay more and more attention to health, so people pay more and more attention to daily diet, and what is beneficial to the body is the most concerned topic of people.
Modern society develops rapidly, and diet is unreasonable, lack of motion, work and rest are irregular, sleep is not enough, mental stress, psychological stress is big, long-term bad mood etc. leads to sub-health, accelerates the health ageing, especially human skeleton and joint, and along with the increase of age, the loss of collagen, skeleton can become more fragile, and the skin also can become shriveled, the deposit of melanin etc. and along with the improvement of quality of life, hyperlipemia also becomes general health problem, along with the continuous enhancement of people's health consciousness, gradually tends to non-drug therapy.
Aiming at sub-health people, the body can be slowly conditioned through non-drug therapy, the existing health care product can only carry out maintenance physical therapy on bones, joints or skin singly, and the comprehensive maintenance of the body of people is difficult to carry out, for example, physical therapy maintenance on various aspects of the body such as bones, joints, skin and blood vessels is carried out simultaneously.
Therefore, yak bone double-core oligopeptide powder and a preparation method thereof are provided.
