Abstract
本公开实施例公开了一种资源分配方法及其装置，可以应用于在移动通信技术中，该方法包括：结合终端设备上报的关于最大传输资源块的能力信息，确定终端设备的最大传输资源块数，并结合所确定出的最大传输资源块数，对终端设备进行资源块配置，从而结合终端设备的最大传输资源块的能力信息，实现了资源分配，合理利用了网络资源，提高了频谱利用率。
