本公开实施例公开了一种资源分配方法及其装置,可以应用于在移动通信技术中,该方法包括:结合终端设备上报的关于最大传输资源块的能力信息,确定终端设备的最大传输资源块数,并结合所确定出的最大传输资源块数,对终端设备进行资源块配置,从而结合终端设备的最大传输资源块的能力信息,实现了资源分配,合理利用了网络资源,提高了频谱利用率。
