after receiving a project requirement of a project supplier through a project management module, issuing the project requirement;
after receiving the standing data uploaded by the project requiring party, sending the standing data to the corresponding project supplying party;
and after receiving a review result obtained by the project supplier for project approval review, issuing the review result and establishing a corresponding relation between the project supplier and the project demander corresponding to the scientific research project.
9. The scientific project management and sharing method according to claim 7 or 8, wherein said supervising the completion of the scientific project and sending a project completion instruction to the project demander after acceptance of the scientific project comprises:
establishing process nodes of the scientific research project, and setting time limit and file type limit for each process node;
issuing reminding information to the project demander and the project supplier after the action of the project demander exceeds the time limit or the file type limit;
after all the process nodes of the scientific research project are finished, receiving project acceptance data uploaded by the project demander and sending the project acceptance data to the corresponding project supplier;
and receiving the acceptance and review results of the project supplier, sending an adjusting and modifying instruction to the project demander when the acceptance fails, and sending a project completing instruction to the project demander when the acceptance passes.
10. The scientific project management and sharing method according to claim 7 or 8, further comprising:
after receiving a transaction request of another project supplier for the project achievement, establishing a corresponding relation between the project supplier and the project achievement;
and monitoring the transaction process of the project achievement and issuing the transaction achievement after the transaction is completed.
