The positioning right pressing plate 9-8 comprises a right folding plate 9-8-1, a right inclined plate 9-8-2, a right vertical plate 9-8-3 and a right adjusting rod 9-8-4, wherein the right inclined plate 9-8-2 is welded at the inlet end of the right folding plate 9-8-1 and is parallel to the left inclined plate 9-4-2, the right vertical plate 9-8-3 is welded at the outlet end of the right folding plate 9-8-1 and is parallel to the left vertical plate 9-4-5, and the right adjusting rod 9-8-4 is welded at the side surface of the right folding plate 9-8-1.
The positioning right cross beam 9-6 is in threaded connection with the middle and rear adjusting assembly 1-4 of the frame and the adjusting screw 1-6 of the outlet adjusting assembly 1-5, the positioning right cross beam 9-6 is in bolt connection with two ends of the positioning right vertical plate 9-7, a long hole is formed in the positioning right vertical plate 9-7, the outer end of the right adjusting rod 9-8-4 penetrates through the long hole of the positioning right vertical plate 9-7, the inner end of the right adjusting rod 9-4 is welded with the side face of the right folding plate 9-8-1, and nuts are arranged on the right adjusting rods 9-8-4 on two sides of the positioning right vertical plate 9-7.
The circumference of the positioning rotating roller 9-15 is provided with a plurality of positioning long spiral grooves 9-15-1, the circumference of the outlet end of the positioning rotating roller 9-15 is provided with a plurality of positioning short spiral grooves 9-15-2, positioning adhesive tapes 9-14 are embedded in the spiral grooves, the cross section of each spiral groove is trapezoid with wide inside and narrow outside, and the cross section of each positioning adhesive tape 9-14 is trapezoid with the same shape.
The two ends of the positioning roller 9-15 are respectively arranged on an inlet positioning roller seat 9-13 and an outlet positioning roller seat 9-5, the inlet positioning roller seat 9-13 and the outlet positioning roller seat 9-5 are fixed on a positioning right cross beam 9-6, a plurality of positioning adhesive tapes 9-14 are arranged on the circumference of the positioning roller 9-15, the positioning roller chain wheel 9-12 and the inlet end of the positioning roller 9-15 are fixed together, the positioning speed reducer chain wheel 9-10 and the positioning speed reducer 9-9 are fixed together, and when the positioning speed reducer 9-9 rotates, the positioning roller 9-15 is driven to rotate through a positioning chain 9-11.
The cutter assembly 12 comprises a blade 12-1, a cutter shaft 12-2, an upper adjusting bolt 12-3, a side adjusting bolt 12-4, an inner adjusting plate 12-5, a connecting plate 12-6, an outer adjusting plate 12-7, a bearing chamber 12-8 and a motor 12-9, wherein the connecting plate 12-6 is fixedly connected with the outlet end of the gall bladder positioning section 9, the outer adjusting plate 12-7 is welded on the connecting plate 12-6, a long hole is formed in the outer adjusting plate, the outer adjusting plate 12-7 is fixedly connected with the inner adjusting plate 12-5 through the bolt penetrating through the long hole, the side adjusting bolt 12-4 penetrates through the side end of the outer adjusting plate 12-7 to be in threaded connection with the side end of the inner adjusting plate 12-5, a long hole is formed in the inner adjusting plate, the bolt penetrates through the long hole to fixedly connect the inner adjusting plate 12-5 with the bearing chamber 12-8, and the upper adjusting bolt 12-3 penetrates through the disc plate at the upper end of the bearing chamber to be in threaded connection with the upper end of the inner adjusting plate 12-5.

as shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3: the present application provides an apparatus for separating the intestines and the gallbladder from the viscera pack of poultry, wherein the viscera pack 100 comprises a gallbladder 200, a stomach pouch 300, a liver 400, grease 500, a poultry intestine 600, a heart lung, etc. The device comprises a frame 1, a collecting tank 2, a poultry intestine stretching section 3, a track 4, a stomach bag guide rail 5, a grease separation guide rod 6, a disconnecting switch 7, a hanging bracket 8, a gall bladder positioning section 9, a water spraying pipeline 10, an air suction pipeline 11 and a cutter assembly 12. The collecting tank 2 is fixed at the middle lower part of the frame 1, the poultry intestine stretching section 3 is arranged at the inlet end of the frame 1 (the end of the poultry viscera pack enters the device of the application), and the inclination angle and the left and right positions of the poultry intestine stretching section 3 relative to the poultry viscera pack can be adjusted. The hanger 8 is fixed at the middle of the frame 1, the rail 4 is fixed at the upper end of the hanger 8, and the poultry viscera coating viscera clamp 700 clamps the viscera entering the device of the application through the rail. The isolating switch 7 is fixed on the side surface of the hanging bracket 8. The stomach bag guide rail 5 is arranged at the left side of the frame 1 in the advancing direction, the height of the stomach bag guide rail 5 and the left and right positions relative to the frame 1 can be adjusted, the grease separation guide rod 6 is arranged at the right side of the frame 1 in the advancing direction, and the height of the grease separation guide rod 6 and the left and right positions relative to the frame 1 can be adjusted. The gall bladder positioning section 9 is arranged at the outlet end of the frame 1, the inclination angle of the gall bladder positioning section 9 and the left and right positions of the gall bladder positioning section relative to the viscera bag of the poultry can be adjusted, the water spraying pipeline 10 is respectively fixed at the poultry intestine stretching section 3 and the gall bladder positioning section 9, the air suction pipeline 11 is fixed at the left side of the gall bladder positioning section 9, and the cutter assembly 12 is fixed at the outlet end of the gall bladder positioning section 9. The water spraying pipeline is used for lubricating and cleaning poultry viscera and poultry viscera travel channels. The air suction pipeline is used for positioning the gallbladder before cutting the intestinal liner.
As shown in fig. 1, 4 and 5: the frame 1 includes: the device comprises a frame weld 1-1, an inlet adjusting assembly 1-2, a middle front adjusting assembly 1-3, a middle rear adjusting assembly 1-4, an outlet adjusting assembly 1-5, a collecting tank seat 1-7, a foot margin 1-8 and a supporting leg 1-9. The two sides of the frame welding 1-1 are sequentially connected with an inlet adjusting assembly 1-2, a middle front adjusting assembly 1-3, a middle rear adjusting assembly 1-4 and an outlet adjusting assembly 1-5 along the advancing direction, and the adjusting assemblies can slide up and down and are used for adjusting the inclination angles and the heights of the poultry intestine stretching section 3 and the gall bladder positioning section 9. The inlet adjusting assembly 1-2, the middle front adjusting assembly 1-3, the middle rear adjusting assembly 1-4 and the outlet adjusting assembly 1-5 are identical in structure and comprise adjusting screws 1-6, fixing plates 1-10, adjusting plates 1-11 and fixing rings 1-12, wherein the adjusting screws 1-6 are arranged on the upper parts of the adjusting assemblies, the lengths of the adjusting plates 1-11 extending out can be adjusted and used for adjusting the left and right positions of the stretching sections 3 and the gall bladder positioning sections 9 of the poultry intestines relative to the viscera bags of the poultry, the adjusting plates 1-11 are connected with the fixing plates 1-10 through bolts, the adjusting plates 1-11 can slide up and down along the fixing plates 1-10 and are used for adjusting the inclination angles and the heights of the stretching sections 3 and the gall bladder positioning sections 9 of the poultry, the fixing rings 1-12 are welded on the lower parts of the fixing plates 1-10, jackscrews penetrate through the fixing rings 1-12 from bottom to top and are used for propping up the lower end faces of the adjusting plates 1-11, and the fixing plates 1-10 are fixed on a frame in a welding mode. The collecting tank seat 1-7 is fixed with the collecting tank connecting lug 2-3, the ground feet 1-8 are connected with the supporting legs 1-9, and the length of the ground feet 1-8 extending out of the supporting legs 1-9 can be adjusted. The supporting legs 1-9 are arranged at the lower ends of the vertical beams of the frame welding 1-1, the extending length of the supporting legs 1-9 can be adjusted, and the supporting legs are fixed through jackscrews.
As shown in fig. 1, 4, 5 and 6: the collecting tank 2 comprises a tank body 2-1, a blocking plate 2-2, a collecting tank connecting lug 2-3, a sewage drain 2-4 and a flange 2-5. The collecting tank connecting lugs 2-3 are welded on two sides of the tank body 2-1 and are used for being fixed with the collecting tank seat 1-7, the drain outlet 2-4 is positioned at the bottommost part of the tank body 2-1, one end of the drain outlet 2-4 is sealed by the blocking plate 2-2, the other end of the drain outlet 2-4 is connected with the flange 2-5 and is used for draining, when the draining direction is opposite to the illustration direction, the positions of the blocking plate 2-2 and the flange 2-5 can be changed, and the draining direction is changed.
As shown in fig. 1, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12: the poultry intestine stretching section 3 comprises a stretching left transverse beam 3-1, a stretching left vertical plate 3-2, a stretching left baffle plate 3-3, an outlet stretching roller seat 3-4, a stretching right transverse beam 3-5, a stretching right vertical plate 3-6, a stretching right baffle plate 3-7, a stretching speed reducer 3-8, a stretching speed reducer chain wheel 3-9, a stretching chain 3-10, a stretching roller chain wheel 3-11, an inlet stretching roller seat 3-12, a stretching adhesive tape 3-13 and a stretching roller 3-14. The two ends of the stretching roller 3-14 are respectively arranged in an inlet stretching roller seat 3-12 and an outlet stretching roller seat 3-4, and a plurality of stretching adhesive tapes 3-13 are embedded in stretching spiral grooves 3-14-1 on the circumference of the stretching roller 3-14. The stretching roller chain wheel 3-11 is fixed with the inlet end of the stretching roller 3-14, the stretching speed reducer chain wheel 3-9 is fixed with the stretching speed reducer 3-8, and when the stretching speed reducer 3-8 rotates, the stretching roller 3-14 is driven to rotate by the stretching chain 3-10. The stretching left vertical plate 3-2 is connected with the stretching left cross beam 3-1, the stretching left baffle plate 3-3 is connected with the stretching left vertical plate 3-2, and the length of the stretching left baffle plate 3-3 extending out of the stretching left vertical plate 3-2 can be adjusted by adjusting nuts on the stretching left screw rods 3-3-1 on two sides of the stretching left vertical plate 3-2, so that the size of a gap between the stretching left baffle plate 3-3 and the stretching rotary roller 3-14 is adjusted. The stretching right vertical plate 3-6 is connected with the stretching right cross beam 3-5, the stretching right baffle plate 3-7 is connected with the stretching right vertical plate 3-6, and the length of the stretching right baffle plate 3-7 extending out of the stretching right vertical plate 3-6 can be adjusted by adjusting nuts on stretching right screw rods 3-7-3 on two sides of the stretching right vertical plate, so that the size of a gap between the stretching right baffle plate 3-7 and the stretching rotary roller 3-14 is adjusted. When the viscera clamp clamps the viscera bag to pass through the poultry intestine stretching section 3, the poultry intestines travel in a channel formed by the stretching left baffle plate and the stretching right baffle plate, and the rotating stretching rotary roller 3-14 clamps the poultry intestines together with the stretching left baffle plate 3-3 through the adhesive tape 3-13 to downwards pull the poultry intestines together.
As shown in fig. 1, 13 and 14: the stomach pouch guide rail 5 comprises a guide plate 5-1 in the form of a grid plate, an adjusting rod 5-2, a transverse groove 5-3, a vertical groove 5-4 and a bolt 5-5. The vertical groove 5-4 is fixed on the frame 1 by bolts 5-5, the horizontal groove 5-3 is connected to the upper end of the vertical groove 5-4, the height can be adjusted by long holes on the vertical groove 5-4 and threaded holes on the horizontal groove 5-3, one end of the adjusting rod 5-2 is connected with the horizontal groove 5-3, the other end is connected with the grid guide plate 5-1, and the length of the adjusting rod 5-2 extending out of the horizontal groove 5-3 can be adjusted by nuts on the adjusting rod. The guide plate 5-1 is bent towards the inlet end towards the transverse groove direction, so that the viscera bag of the poultry can be conveniently entered, and when the viscera clamp clamps the viscera bag to pass through the stomach bag guide rail 5, the guide plate 5-1 in the form of a grid plate rotates the liver backwards, so that the gall bladder and the stomach bag are exposed.
As shown in fig. 1, 15 and 16: the grease-separating guide bar 6 includes: guide rod inlet seat 6-1, guide rod body 6-2, guide rod outlet seat 6-3. The guide rod body 6-2 is respectively connected with the guide rod inlet seat 6-1 and the guide rod outlet seat 6-3, and the length of the guide rod body 6-2 extending out of the guide rod inlet seat and the guide rod outlet seat can be adjusted through nuts on the guide rod. The heights of the guide rod inlet seat 6-1 and the guide rod outlet seat 6-3 can be adjusted through long holes on the guide rod inlet seat and the guide rod outlet seat, and the inclination angle of the guide rod can be adjusted through the long holes, so that the height and the angle of the guide rod body 6-2 can be adjusted. When the viscera clamp clamps viscera bags to pass through the grease separation guide rod 6, the distance between the guide rod body 6-2 and the grid guide plate 5-1 is gradually narrowed from the inlet end to the outlet end, grease attached to the intestines of the poultry is scraped off under the combined action of the guide rod body 6-2 and the grid guide plate 5-1, and the grease is prevented from entering the subsequent gall bladder positioning section.
As shown in fig. 1, 17, 18, 22: the gall bladder positioning section 9 comprises a left positioning cross beam 9-1, a left positioning vertical plate 9-2, a gall bladder guide rail 9-3, a left positioning pressing plate 9-4, a left positioning baffle plate 9-16, an outlet positioning roller seat 9-5, a right positioning cross beam 9-6, a right positioning vertical plate 9-7, a right positioning pressing plate 9-8, a positioning speed reducer 9-9, a positioning speed reducer sprocket 9-10, a positioning chain 9-11, a positioning roller sprocket 9-12, an inlet positioning roller seat 9-13, a positioning adhesive tape 9-14 and a positioning roller 9-15. The two ends of the positioning rotating roller 9-15 are respectively arranged in an inlet positioning rotating roller seat 9-13 and an outlet positioning rotating roller seat 9-5, a plurality of positioning adhesive tapes 9-14 are embedded in a positioning long spiral groove 9-15-1 and a positioning short spiral groove 9-15-2 of the positioning rotating roller 9-15, and a plurality of positioning short spiral grooves 9-15-2 are formed in the circumference of the outlet end of the positioning rotating roller 9-15 so as to increase the downward pulling force of the positioning adhesive tapes 9-14 on the poultry intestines and prepare for cutting the poultry intestines by a cutter. The positioning roller chain wheel 9-12 is fixed with the inlet end of the positioning roller 9-15, the positioning speed reducer chain wheel 9-10 is fixed with the positioning speed reducer 9-9, when the positioning speed reducer 9-9 rotates, the positioning roller 9-15 is driven to rotate through the positioning chain 9-11, the positioning left vertical plate 9-2 is connected with the positioning left cross beam 9-1, and the gall bladder guide rail 9-3 is connected with the positioning left vertical plate 9-2. The length of the gallbladder guide rail 9-3 extending out of the left positioning vertical plate 9-2 can be adjusted by nuts on left adjusting rods 9-3-2 on two sides of the left positioning vertical plate, and the height of the gallbladder guide rail 9-3 can be adjusted by long holes on the left positioning vertical plate. The left positioning pressing plate 9-4 is connected with the left positioning cross beam 9-1 and is positioned below the gallbladder guide rail 9-3. The left positioning baffle plate 9-16 is connected with the left positioning cross beam 9-1 and is positioned below the left positioning pressing plate 9-4, and a gap between the left positioning pressing plate 9-4 and the right positioning pressing plate 9-8 can be adjusted. The right locating vertical plate 9-7 is connected with the right locating cross beam 9-6, the right locating pressing plate 9-8 is connected with the right locating vertical plate 9-7, and the length of the right locating pressing plate 9-8 extending out of the right locating vertical plate 9-7 can be adjusted through nuts on right adjusting rods 9-8-4 on two sides of the right locating vertical plate.
As shown in fig. 17, 18 and 19: the gallbladder guide rail 9-3 includes: a guide plate 9-3-1, an upper fin plate 9-3-3 and a left adjusting rod 9-3-2. The upper fin plate 9-3-3 is welded with the guide plate 9-3-1 and is tilted upwards, the inner end of the left adjusting rod 9-3-2 is welded with the guide plate 9-3-1, and the outer end of the left adjusting rod is connected with the positioning left vertical plate 9-2 for adjusting the length and the height of the left vertical plate 9-2 extending out and positioning.
As shown in fig. 1, 17, 18, 20, 21: the positioning left pressing plate 9-4 comprises a left folding plate 9-4-1, a left inclined plate 9-4-2, an air suction pipe 9-4-3, an air suction port 9-4-4, a left vertical plate 9-4-5 and an outlet bent plate 9-4-6. The left inclined plate 9-4-2 is gradually raised in height from the inlet to the outlet. The left inclined plate 9-4-2 is welded at the inlet end of the left folding plate 9-4-1, the right folding plate 9-8-1 is inclined, the left vertical plate 9-4-5 is welded at the outlet end of the left folding plate 9-4-1, the left vertical plate 9-4-5 is provided with the air suction port 9-4-4, the air suction pipe 9-4-3 is welded with the air suction port 9-4-4, the air suction pipe 9-4-3 is connected with the air suction pipeline 11 and used for adsorbing gall bladder, and the outlet bent plate 9-4-6 is welded at the outlet ends of the left folding plate 9-4-1 and the left vertical plate 9-4-5. The outlet bent plate 9-4-6 is provided with a long hole at the position corresponding to the left vertical plate 9-4-5. When the poultry intestines travel to the slot position of the outlet bend plate 9-4-6, the blades of the cutter assembly are arranged under the slot, and the rotating blades cut away the poultry intestines and the poultry gallbladder.
As shown in fig. 17, 18, 20, 21: the positioning right pressing plate 9-8 comprises: the right folding plate 9-8-1, the right sloping plate 9-8-2, the right vertical plate 9-8-3 and the right adjusting rod 9-8-4. The right inclined plate 9-8-2 is welded at the inlet end of the right folding plate 9-8-1 and is parallel to the left inclined plate 9-4-2, a gap formed by the left inclined plate 9-4-2 and the right inclined plate 9-8-2 is adjusted to be just used for the passage of poultry intestines and gall bladder, the right vertical plate 9-8-3 is welded at the outlet end of the right folding plate 9-8-1 and is parallel to the left vertical plate 9-4-5, a gap formed by the left vertical plate 9-4-5 and the right vertical plate 9-8-3 is adjusted to be just used for the passage of poultry intestines and gall bladder, and the right adjusting rod 9-8-4 is welded at the side surface of the right folding plate 9-8-1 to adjust the size of a poultry intestines channel gap.
As shown in fig. 1, 23 and 24: when the viscera clamp clamps the viscera bag to pass through the entrance of the gallbladder positioning section 9, the rotary positioning rotary roller 9-15 clamps the poultry intestines through the positioning adhesive tape 9-14 and the left positioning baffle plate 9-16 together to pull the poultry intestines downwards, the upper fin plate 9-3 supports the liver and rotates backwards, the liver is prevented from entering a gap formed by the left inclined plate 9-4-2 and the right inclined plate 9-8-2, the liver is prevented from being cut by a cutter, the gall bladder and the stomach bag are exposed, when the viscera clamp clamps the viscera bag to pass through the exit of the gall bladder positioning section 9, the poultry intestines and the gall bladder are positioned in the gap formed by the left vertical plate 9-4-5 and the right vertical plate 9-8-3, the rotary positioning rotary roller 9-15 pulls the poultry intestines downwards through the positioning adhesive tape 9-14, and the air suction port 9-4-4 adsorbs the gall bladder, so that the cutter assembly is ready for cutting the gall bladder and the poultry intestines.
As shown in fig. 1 and 25: the cutter assembly 12 comprises a cutter blade 12-1, a cutter shaft 12-2, an upper adjusting bolt 12-3, a side adjusting bolt 12-4, an inner adjusting plate 12-5, a connecting plate 12-6, an outer adjusting plate 12-7, a bearing chamber 12-8 and a motor 12-9. The connecting plate 12-6 and the outlet end of the gallbladder positioning section 9 are fixed together, the outer adjusting plate 12-7 is welded on the connecting plate 12-6, the outer adjusting plate 12-7 and the inner adjusting plate 12-5 are connected together, the inner adjusting plate 12-5 is connected with the bearing chamber 12-8, the bearing chamber 12-8 and the motor 12-9 are fixed together, the cutter shaft 12-2 is arranged in the bearing chamber 12-8, the lower end of the cutter shaft 12-2 is connected with the motor 12-9, the upper end of the cutter shaft 12-2 is fixed with the cutter blade 12-1, the height of the bearing chamber 12-8 is adjusted through the upper adjusting bolt 12-3, so that the height of the cutter blade 12-1 is adjusted, the left and right positions of the bearing chamber 12-8 are adjusted through the side adjusting bolt 12-4, so that the left and right positions of the cutter blade 12-1 are driven to rotate through the motor 12-9, and the intestines and the gallbladder of birds are cut off.
The working process comprises the following steps:
as shown in fig. 12, 14, 16, 23, 24, 26: the viscera clamp clamps the viscera bag to enter the poultry intestine stretching section 3 of the intestine-liner separator, the water spraying pipeline 10 sprays water to the viscera bag, lubricates and cleans the viscera bag and equipment, and the rotating stretching roller 3-14 clamps the poultry intestines together through the stretching adhesive tape 3-13 and the stretching left baffle 3-3 to downwards pull away the connected poultry intestines. Then the viscera clamp clamps the viscera bag to pass through the stomach bag guide rail 5, the grid guide plate 5-1 rotates the liver backwards to expose the gall bladder and the stomach bag, and simultaneously the guide rod body 6-2 and the grid guide plate 5-1 jointly act to scrape off the grease attached to the intestines of the poultry, so that the grease is prevented from entering the subsequent gall bladder positioning section. Then the viscera clamp clamps the viscera bag to enter the entrance of the gallbladder positioning section 9, the rotary positioning rotary roller 9-15 clamps the poultry intestines through the positioning adhesive tape 9-14 and the left positioning baffle plate 9-16 together to pull the poultry intestines downwards, the upper fin plate 9-3 supports the liver and rotates backwards, the liver is prevented from entering a gap formed by the left inclined plate 9-4-2 and the right inclined plate 9-8-2, the liver is prevented from being cut by a cutter when the poultry intestines and the gallbladder are cut, the gallbladder and the stomach bag are exposed at the same time, the viscera clamp clamps the viscera bag to be positioned in the gap formed by the left vertical plate 9-4-5 and the right vertical plate 9-8-3 when the viscera bag is exported through the gallbladder positioning section 9, the rotary positioning rotary roller 9-15 pulls the poultry intestines downwards through the positioning adhesive tape 9-14, and the air suction port 9-4-4 adsorbs the gallbladder. When the poultry intestines and the gall bladder are contacted with the blade 12-1, the rotating blade 12-1 cuts off the poultry intestines and the gall bladder, the cut-off poultry intestines and gall bladder fall into the collecting tank, the water spraying pipeline 10 sprays water to the viscera bag and the equipment, the equipment is cleaned, the gall bladder and the poultry intestines are downwards flushed, and then the viscera bag with the viscera clamp clamped and separated intestines and gall bladder is removed from the intestines and gall bladder separator, so that the whole intestinal and gall bladder separation process is completed.
The inner end in the application is the end of the wire facing the longitudinal center of the whole machine, and the opposite direction is the outer end. The front end is the entrance end of the poultry viscera walking, and the rear end is the exit end. The left side is the left side of the poultry viscera walking direction, and the right side is the right side of the poultry viscera walking direction. "inside", "outside", "front", "back", "left", "right", etc. are used for the purpose of illustrating the structure of the product and are not intended to limit the present application.
Description: the direction indicated by the arrow in the drawing is the viscera advancing direction of the poultry.

An apparatus for separating a liner from a poultry viscera pack, comprising: the poultry intestine separating device comprises a frame (1), a hanging bracket (8), a track (4), a collecting tank (2), a poultry intestine stretching section (3), a stomach bag guide rail (5), a grease separating guide rod (6), a gall bladder positioning section (9), an air suction pipeline (11) and a cutter assembly (12), wherein the hanging bracket (8) is installed in the middle of the frame (1), the track (4) is installed at the upper part of the hanging bracket (8), the collecting tank (2) is installed at the lower part of the frame, the poultry intestine stretching section (3), the stomach bag guide rail (5), the grease separating guide rod (6), the gall bladder positioning section (9) and the cutter assembly (12) are sequentially installed on the frame from an inlet to an outlet above the collecting tank, and the air suction pipeline (11) is fixedly installed on the gall bladder positioning section (9);
The machine frame (1) comprises a machine frame welding joint (1-1), an inlet adjusting component (1-2), a middle front adjusting component (1-3), a middle rear adjusting component (1-4), an outlet adjusting component (1-5), a collecting tank seat (1-7), a foundation (1-8) and supporting legs (1-9);
