本发明涉及一种除草组合物,由第一活性成分苯唑草酮、第二活性成分氟氯吡啶酯、第三活性成分双氟磺草胺及助剂组成,属于复配农药技术领域。
背景技术
苯唑草酮,是由巴斯夫公司发现和开发的第一个苯甲酯吡唑酮类除草剂,通过根和幼苗、叶吸收,在植物中向顶、向基传导到分生组织,抑制对羟基苯基丙酮酸酯双氧化酶,间接地抑制类胡萝卜素的生物合成,干扰叶绿体的合成和功能,由于叶绿素的氧化降解,导致发芽的敏感杂草白化,失绿的组织坏死。苯唑草酮对耐草甘膦、三嗪类、乙酰乳酸合成酶(ALS)抑制剂和乙酰辅酶A羧化酶(ACCase)抑制剂的杂草有很好的防除效果,是广谱苗后除草剂,能有效防除玉米田一年生禾本科和阔叶杂草,高剂量对莎草科杂草有一定的抑制作用。
氟氯吡啶酯,是陶氏益农开发的一种新型激素类除草剂,是芳基吡啶甲酸酯类新化学类型中的首个产品,其模拟了高剂量天然植物生长激素的作用,引起特定生长素调节基因的过度刺激,干扰敏感植物的多个生长过程。可以由植物的茎、叶及根部吸收,通过与植物体内的激素受体结合,刺激植物细胞过度***,阻塞传导组织,最后导致植物营养耗尽死亡。主要用于小麦、大麦、燕麦、黑麦、黑小麦、大豆、芸苔属植物等,防除播娘蒿、荠菜、猪殃殃等多种阔叶杂草。
双氟磺草胺,是由美国陶氏农业科学公司开发的***并嘧啶磺酰胺类除草剂。通过抑制植物体内的乙酰乳酸合成酶活性以阻止支链氨基酸的生物合成,导致蛋白质的合成受到破坏,干扰了植物细胞有丝***及DNA的合成,进而阻止其本体生长而最终死亡。双氟磺草胺主要用于苗后防除冬小麦田阔叶杂草如猪殃殃、繁缕、播娘蒿、荠菜等。
含有单一活性成分的除草剂在使用的过程中,存在不同程度的缺陷,比如:杀草谱有限、杂草容易产生抗性以及使用不当容易产生药害等问题。苯唑草酮作为玉米田除草剂,一般用于防治玉米田一年生杂草,在小麦田有安全风险,申请人经过具体研究实验发现,将苯唑草酮与安全及双苯噁唑酸混用,可大大降低苯唑草酮对小麦的安全风险。并且将作用机理不同以及使用对象不同的苯唑草酮、氟氯吡啶酯、双氟磺草胺三元复配使用,对小麦田阔叶杂草具有优异的防治效果,并且增效作用显著,可以有效延缓抗药性的产生,减少药剂使用量,减低成本,保护环境。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了提供一种增效除草组合物,该组合物相比于单剂及二元制剂,可以扩大杀草谱,减少药剂使用量,提高了对小麦田阔叶杂草的防治效果。
针对所要解决的技术问题,本发明提供一种复配农药组合物,包括三种活性成分,分别为:
A)第一活性成分苯唑草酮;
B)第二活性成分氟氯吡啶酯;
C)第三活性成分双氟磺草胺。
第一活性成分、第二活性成分与第三活性成分质量比为(1-10):(0.1-3):(0.1-2)。
按质量百分比计,有效活性成分含量占总质量的1%-90%。
本发明一种含苯唑草酮的三元除草组合物按照本技术领域技术人员所公知的方法,可以配制成农业上允许的各种剂型,比较好的剂型有悬浮剂、可分散油悬浮剂、悬乳剂。
本发明农药组合物制备成的各种应用剂型中,除了有效活性成分外,还包括不同农药剂型中允许使用和可以接受的各种辅助成分。
所述的辅助成分包括但不限于乳化剂、分散剂、润湿剂、溶剂、防冻剂、消泡剂、增稠剂、崩解剂、增效剂、防腐剂和填料等,都是农药制剂中常用或允许使用的成分,并无特别限定,具体成分和用量根据配方要求通过试验确定。

本发明与现有技术相比,提供了一种新的除草组合物,该除草组合物的活性成分包括苯唑草酮、氟氯吡啶酯以及双氟磺草胺,本申请发明人经具体试验发现,该三种活性成分复配对阔叶杂草具有明显的增效作用,在具体的生产实践中,该三元组合物可以制成农业上允许的多种剂型,能够有效防治小麦田阔叶杂草,相比于单剂及二元制剂,可以有效减少药剂使用量,扩大防治谱,降低防治成本,并且该三种活性成分具有不同的作用机制,在具体生产实践中,能够有效延缓杂草抗药性的产生,因此在农药市场上具有广阔的应用前景。

下面通过具体实施例对来说明苯唑草酮、氟氯吡啶酯以及双氟磺草胺三元复配对阔叶杂草的联合作用。应当理解,下面实施例仅是示例性地说明和解释本发明,而不应该理解为对发明保护范围的限制。
试验方法参考《农药室内生物测定试验准则 除草剂 第4部分:活性测定试验 茎叶喷雾法》。实验对象为阔叶杂草:繁缕、猪殃殃。首先将原药用丙酮溶解,再用0.1%吐温80水溶液稀释并设置5个不同浓度梯度(在预备试验结果的基础上,根据药剂配比不同,浓度梯度设置亦有所不同,防除率在5%~90%的范围内按等比级数设定)。施药方法采用茎叶喷雾法,当杂草处于2~3叶期,从低剂量到高剂量分别进行喷雾处理,每处理4次重复,另设清水处理为空白对照。处理后置于温室条件下培养观察,以盆钵底部渗灌方式补水,21天后计算各药剂处理的杂草存活率,采用colby法评价除草剂联合作用方式。
计算公式:
实际杂草存活率E(%)=处理组地上鲜重/对照组地上鲜重×100
理论杂草存活率E0(%)=A×B×C/1002
A为苯唑草酮以某一剂量单用时靶标杂草的实际存活率
B为氟氯吡啶酯以某一剂量单用时靶标杂草的实际存活率
C为双氟磺草胺以某一剂量单用时靶标杂草的实际存活率
E0为三者混用时靶标杂草理论的理论存活率
评价标准:E0-E>10%表示为增效作用,E0-E<-10%表示为拮抗作用;-10%≤E0-E≤10%表示为相加作用。

由表1可以看出,苯唑草酮、氟氯吡啶酯与双氟磺草胺在一定的用量范围内复配对阔叶杂草繁缕表现出一定的增效作用或相加作用。

由表2可以看出,苯唑草酮、氟氯吡啶酯与双氟磺草胺在一定的用量范围内复配对阔叶杂草猪殃殃表现出一定的增效作用或相加作用。
为了更好地说明本发明,下面结合实施例对本发明内容作进一步说明,配方中的百分比均为重量百分比。
制剂实施例1
16%苯唑草酮、2%氟氯吡啶酯、2%双氟磺草胺、7.5%解毒喹、3%三苯乙基苯酚聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯嵌段聚合物、3.5%烷基聚氧乙烯醚磺酸钠、3.5%硅酸镁铝、1%羧乙基纤维素、3.5%聚乙二醇、1%苯甲酸钠、1%硅油,去离子水加至100%重量份。上述原料经混合,高速剪切分散30min,用砂磨机砂磨后制得34%苯唑草酮·氟氯吡啶酯·双氟磺草胺悬浮剂。
制剂实施例2
15%苯唑草酮、3%氟氯吡啶酯、3%双氟磺草胺、3%解毒喹、1.5%木质素磺酸钠、4%农乳1601#、3%斯盘-60#、1.5%烷基磺酸钠、0.5%聚乙烯醇、2.5%丙二醇,油酸甲酯加至100%重量份。上述原料经混合,高速剪切分散30min,用砂磨机砂磨后制得21%苯唑草酮·氟氯吡啶酯·双氟磺草胺可分散油悬浮剂。
制剂实施例3
10%苯唑草酮、2%氟氯吡啶酯、2%双氟磺草胺、3%解毒喹、3%烷基萘磺酸钠、3%斯盘-60#、3%吐温-60#、3.5%农乳700#、3%萘磺酸钠、1%白炭黑、3%乙二醇,大豆油加至100%重量份。上述原料经混合,高速剪切分散30min,用砂磨机砂磨后制得14%苯唑草酮·氟氯吡啶酯·双氟磺草胺可分散油悬浮剂。
生物实施例:防治小麦田杂草的田间药效试验。
发明人于2022年进行了制剂实施例1、制剂实施例2、制剂实施例3以及对照药剂防治小麦田阔叶杂草田间药效试验,验证了该药剂对小麦田阔叶杂草的防治效果及对小麦的安全性。
试验方法参考《农药田间药效试验准则(一) 除草剂防治麦类作物地杂草 GB/T17980.41-2000》。试验作物为小麦,防治对象为小麦田阔叶杂草,本次试验田中发生较为严重的阔叶杂草有播娘篙、猪殃殃、繁缕,因此将这三种杂草作为调查对象。试验田地势平坦,肥力中等,每小区15㎡,小区随机区组排列,施药方法采用常规喷雾法,于杂草3~5叶期施药,每处理重复4次,另设空白对照。试验药剂及剂量详见表5,每亩打30kg水,药后30天调查杂草株防效。
调查标准:
1级:无草;
2级:相当于空白对照区的0-2.5%;
3级:相当于空白对照区的2.6%-5%;
4级:相当于空白对照区的5.1%-10%;
5级:相当于空白对照区的10.1%-15%;
6级:相当于空白对照区的15.1%-25%;
7级:相当于空白对照区的25.1%-35%;
8级:相当于空白对照区的35.1%-67.5%;
9级:相当于空白对照区的67.6%-100%。
防效计算公式:防治效果=(对照区杂草株数-处理区杂草株数)/对照区杂草株数×100

由表3可以看出,以上制剂实施例对小麦田阔叶杂草有很好的防治效果,苯唑草酮、氟氯吡啶酯及双氟磺草胺三元复配对小麦田阔叶杂草的防治效果明显高于对照药剂,该三元组合物复配增效作用明显,并且试验期间安全性调查表明,所有供试药剂对小麦生长安全,无药害现象发生。
以上实施例对本发明的实施方式进行了说明,但是,本发明不限定于上述实施方式。凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所做的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (7)
1.一种含苯唑草酮的三元除草组合物,其特征在于,所述除草组合物包括活性成分A、活性成分B和活性成分C,其中,活性成分A为苯唑草酮;活性成分B为氟氯吡啶酯;活性成分C为双氟磺草胺,A、B和C的重量比为(1-10):(0.1-3):(0.1-2)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的三元除草组合物,其特征在于,所述除草组合物中活性成分A、B和C的重量比为(1-8):(0.1-2.5):(0.1-1.8)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的三元除草组合物,其特征在于,所述除草组合物中活性成分A、B和C的质量百分含量占总量的1-90%。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的三元除草组合物,其特征在于,所述除草组合物中还包括常规助剂,所述常规助剂包括载体和/或表面活性剂。
5.根据权利要求4所述的三元除草组合物,其特征在于,所述除草组合物的具体制剂为悬浮剂、可分散油悬浮剂、水悬浮剂、悬乳剂、可湿性粉剂、乳油、水分散粒剂、水乳剂或微乳剂。
6.根据权利要求1所述的三元除草组合物在防治小麦田杂草上的应用。
7.根据权利要求7所述的应用,其特征在于,所述小麦田杂草为阔叶杂草。
