The inner lining for fixing products in the existing packing box is generally a combined structure formed by a bottom plate and a film, the packing mode of the existing packing box is that the products are placed on the bottom plate, the products are tightly bound on the bottom plate through a telescopic film adhered on the bottom plate, and then the inner lining and the products are placed in a box body to form a complete packing structure. If packaging of higher products is desired, a film having a length greater than the base plate is adhered to the base plate. However, the conventional film pasting process can only paste the film with the length equal to or less than the length of the base plate on the base plate, and if the film with the length greater than the length of the base plate is to be pasted on the base plate, special film pasting equipment is required for production, so that the production cost is high.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic structural view of one embodiment of a film packaging box 100 provided by the present invention; in this regard, it is desirable to provide a film package 100 for use in the field of packaging products 200, and it is understood that the products 200 include, but are not limited to, electronic products 200, toys, food products, and the like.
Referring to fig. 1 again, and referring to fig. 2 a-2 g, fig. 3 a-3 d and fig. 4 a-4 c together, fig. 2 a-2 g are schematic diagrams illustrating a process of folding the film packing box 100 of fig. 1 to pack the product 200 under the first structure by the second bottom plate 20; FIGS. 3 a-3 d are schematic views of the film package 100 of FIG. 1 partially enclosing the product 200 with the second bottom panel 20 folded to the second configuration; FIGS. 4 a-4 c are schematic views of the film package 100 of FIG. 1 partially in the process of folding the second bottom panel 20 to a third configuration for packaging the product 200; the film packaging box 100 comprises a first bottom plate 10, a second bottom plate 20 and a film 30, wherein the first bottom plate 10 can be folded to form an outer box, the second bottom plate 20 comprises a first wing plate 21, a first connecting plate 22, a middle plate 23, a second connecting plate 24 and a second wing plate 25 which are sequentially connected, and two ends of the flattened film 30 are respectively connected to the front surfaces 232 of the first connecting plate 22 and the second connecting plate 24;
the second base 20 is foldable into at least three configurations for mating with the sleeve;
in a first configuration, the first wing 21 is coplanar with the first web 22 and folded to conform to the back 233 of the intermediate panel 23, the second wing 25 is coplanar with the second web 24 and folded to conform to the first wing 21 and the first web 22, wherein the film 30 is folded along with the first web 22 and the second web 24 (see fig. 2 a-2 g);
in the second configuration, the first wing panel 21 and the second wing panel 25 can be folded into a first supporting structure 201 and a second supporting structure 202, respectively, the first connecting panel 22 and the second connecting panel 24 are folded toward the back 233 of the middle panel 23, respectively, the first supporting structure 201 and the first connecting panel 22 are supported on one side of the middle panel 23, and the second supporting structure 202 and the second connecting panel 24 are supported on the other side of the middle panel 23 (please refer to fig. 2 a-2 c, 3 a-3 d, and 2g in sequence);
in the third configuration, the first wing plate 21 and the second wing plate 25 can be folded into the first supporting structure 201 and the second supporting structure 202, respectively, and the first connecting plate 22 and the second connecting plate 24 are folded toward the front surface 232 of the middle plate 23, respectively, so that the first supporting structure 201 and the second supporting structure 202 are supported on two sides of the front surface 232 of the middle plate 23, which are far away from each other; wherein, with the folding of the first and second connection plates 22, 24, the longer film 30 can be transferred in correspondence with the intermediate plate 23 (please see fig. 2 a-2 c, fig. 4 a-4 c and fig. 2g in sequence).
With such arrangement, the first bottom board 10 of the film packaging box 100 provided by the present invention can form an outer box, and the second bottom board 20 can form three different packaging structures by a structure folding manner instead of a film coating process, so that the lengths of the films 30 corresponding to the middle board 23 are different, that is, the accommodating space between the bottom wall 112 of the outer box and the films 30 is amplified to different extents, and further, the outer box can be matched to correspondingly package products 200 with different heights, and each structure can be matched with the outer box to form a complete protection structure, thereby ensuring the stability and safety of the packaged products 200.
It should be emphasized that the length of the film 30 is not greater than the total length of the first connecting plate 22 and the middle plate 23, so that the adhesion between the film 30 and the second base plate 20 is simple in the present application, and no special film 30 process and equipment are required for adhesion, so that the production cost is low.
Further, the total length of the first connecting plate 22 and the first wing plate 21, and the total length of the second wing plate 25 and the second connecting plate 24 are not greater than the length of the middle plate 23, and the length of the middle plate 23 is equal to or less than the inner length of the outer box.
The back surface 233 of the middle plate 23 refers to a surface opposite to the bottom wall 112 inside the outer box after the first base plate 10 is folded to form the outer box, and the front surface 232 of the middle plate 23 refers to a surface opposite to the back surface 233 or a surface opposite to the bottom wall 112 inside the outer box after the first base plate 10 is folded to form the outer box.
It should be further noted that the packaging principle of the film package 100 of the present application under different structures is:
in the first structure, after the first wing plate 21, the first connecting plate 22, the second wing plate 25 and the second connecting plate 24 are sequentially laminated and attached to the middle plate 23 and are placed in the outer box, the length of the film 30 and the length of the middle plate 23 are still in a state corresponding to 1. In the first configuration, the first blade 21 and the first connecting plate 22, and the second blade 25 and the second connecting plate 24 may be directly bonded to the intermediate plate 23 or indirectly bonded to the intermediate plate 23, as long as they can be stacked on the intermediate plate 23.
In the second configuration, the first and second flaps 21 and 25 can form the first and second support structures 201 and 202, respectively, and fold the tensioning film 30 toward the middle, so that the first and second support structures 201 and 202 can enhance the protection of the sides or bottom of the film package 100 against the packaged product 200; it will be appreciated that in this configuration, when the intermediate panel 23 is of non-porous cardboard, the products 200 can only be placed between the intermediate panel 23 and the film 30, i.e. the first support structure 201 and the second support structure 202 can only add a certain support height and protective thickness below the intermediate panel 23, the length of the film 30 corresponding to the intermediate panel 23 is not lengthened thereby, and the film package 100 can still only package shorter products 200. The shielding capacity of the second configuration relative to the first configuration is enhanced by the folding of the first and second flaps 21 and 25.
In the third structure, the first supporting structure 201, the first connecting plate 22, the second supporting structure 202 and the second connecting plate 24 are all folded toward the front 232 of the middle plate 23, so that two ends of the film 30 can be transferred above the middle plate 23, that is, two ends of the film 30 are close to each other, and further the length of the film 30 corresponding to the middle plate 23 is relatively lengthened, while the protective performance of the first supporting structure 201 and the second supporting structure 202 is maintained, the length of the film 30 corresponding to the middle plate 23 is increased, so that the film packaging box 100 can package a product 200 with a relatively high height, it can be understood that, in the third structure, after the product 200 is packaged, the first supporting structure 201 and the second supporting structure 202 are located at two sides of the product 200, and the protective and buffering capabilities of the two sides of the film packaging box 100 on the product 200 are enhanced.
Referring again to fig. 1, and also to fig. 3d or fig. 4c, in one embodiment, the middle plate 23 has a central hole 231, and the thin film 30 can cover at least a portion of the central hole 231. So configured, the center hole 231 can facilitate fixing the bottom of the product 200, and more stably package the product 200. In other words, the bottom of the product 200 can be clamped and fixed by the plate body of the middle plate 23 through the central hole 231; covering at least a portion of the central aperture 231 with the film 30 ensures that the film 30, when tensioned, can grip the product 200 located at the central aperture 231. It is understood that the width of the film 30 may partially cover the central hole 231 or completely cover the central hole 231, as long as the film 30 can be tightly bound to fix the product 200.
It will be appreciated that, when the central hole 231 is provided in the middle plate 23, in the second and third configurations, the bottom of the product 200 is connected to the bottom wall 112 of the outer box, the top is tightly fixed by the film 30, and the middle plate 23 is fixed to the peripheral side of the product 200 through the central hole.
Referring again to fig. 3 a-3 d, it will be further appreciated that when the central aperture 231 is formed in the intermediate panel 23, in the second configuration, although the length of the film 30 corresponding to the intermediate panel 23 is not increased, the product 200 can be placed on the bottom wall 112 of the outer box through the central aperture 231, and therefore, the film package 100 can package a product 200 having a relatively high height depending on the depth of the outer box, the height of the gap between the bottom wall 112 of the outer box and the intermediate panel 23, and the length and flexibility of the film 30 in the second configuration in which the central panel 23 is formed. It will be appreciated that the height of the gap between the bottom wall 112 and the middle plate 23 of the outer box is determined by the total height of the first supporting structure 201 and the first connecting plate 22 or the second supporting structure 202 and the second connecting plate 24 formed by folding.
Referring to fig. 1 and fig. 3a to fig. 3d again, further, in one embodiment, the central hole 231 extends to the first connecting plate 22 and the second connecting plate 24, and the central hole 231 is surrounded by the middle plate 23, the first connecting plate 22, and the second connecting plate 24 and forms a ring-shaped plate structure together; in a second configuration, the longer membrane 30 can be transferred through the central hole 231 to correspond to the intermediate plate 23. With this arrangement, in the second structure, the film 30 can transfer the portions of the film 30 corresponding to the first connecting plate 22 and the second connecting plate 24 to the middle plate 23 through the central hole 231, so as to enlarge the accommodating space between the film 30 and the bottom wall 112 of the outer box, and enable the film packing box 100 to pack the product 200 with a higher height.
In other words, the portion of the central hole 231 extending to the first connecting plate 22 and the second connecting plate 24 can play a role of avoiding, and in the second structure, after the film 30 is tensioned, the portion of the film 30 extending to the first connecting plate 22 and the second connecting plate 24 through the central hole 231 is inclined, so that the portion of the corresponding film 30 can be transferred to the middle plate 23, and further the length of the film 30 corresponding to the middle plate 23 is lengthened, and the film packing box 100 can pack the product 200 with relatively high height, compared to the first structure and the second structure in which the middle plate 23 is not perforated. It will be appreciated that in this condition the height of the product 200 also depends on the length of the central aperture 231 extending to the first and second webs 22, 24, the longer the length of film 30 that can be transferred to the intermediate plate 23 in the second configuration, and the higher the height of the packageable product 200.
Referring to fig. 1 and 3a to 3d again, in one embodiment, the first connecting plate 22 includes a first supporting plate 221 and a first fixing plate 222 sequentially connected to the central plate, the second connecting plate 24 includes a second supporting plate 241 and a second fixing plate 242 sequentially connected to the central plate, two ends of the film 30 are fixedly connected to the first fixing plate 222 and the second fixing plate 242, respectively, and the central hole 231 extends to the first supporting plate 221 and the second supporting plate 241. With such an arrangement, the two ends of the film 30 are bonded to the first fixing plate 222 and the second fixing plate 242, and the positions of the two ends of the film 30 can be kept stable when the film 30 is tensioned, so that when the product 200 is packaged, the film 30 can be transferred to the position corresponding to the middle plate 23 through the part of the central hole 231 extending to the first supporting plate 221 and the second supporting plate 241 so as to form a larger accommodating space for packaging the product 200 with a higher height under the condition that the product 200 is effectively fastened.
Referring again to fig. 1, fig. 3a to fig. 3d, and fig. 4a to fig. 4c, in one embodiment, the first supporting structure 201 and the second supporting structure 202 are both in the shape of a hollow quadrangular prism. So set up, cavity quadrangular shape's stability is higher, and is more steady, firm after arranging outer box in, and cavity quadrangular shape's hollow portion can provide more buffer space, makes the protective properties of second bottom plate 20 packing product 200 back both sides stronger. It is understood that in other embodiments, the first support structure 201 and the second support structure 202 may be hollow triangular prisms, as long as the protective cushioning effect is not affected and the packaging of the product 200 is not affected.
