Detailed Description
To make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more clear, embodiments of the present application will be described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The control method of the dishwasher can ensure that the dishwasher determines a washing program according to the actual condition of the tableware, and realizes water and electricity saving while washing the tableware.
The first embodiment,
Fig. 1 shows a schematic implementation flow chart of a dishwasher control method provided by an embodiment of the invention.
Referring to fig. 1, a dishwasher control method according to an embodiment of the present invention may include steps 101 to 101.
Step 101: a wetting operation is performed on target dishware within the dishwasher, an initial weight of the basket being obtained after the wetting operation is completed.
Step 102: performing a first washing on the target dishware, and obtaining a first weight of the bowl basket after the first washing is completed.
Step 103: and calculating a first difference value between the initial weight and the first weight, and executing a cleaning ending program if the first difference value is less than or equal to a preset first weight threshold value.
Specifically, if the first difference is less than or equal to the preset first weight threshold, it indicates that too much sundries such as food residues or oil stains are not washed away in the first washing process, so that less sundries and stains carried by the target tableware can be reflected, a simpler washing procedure can be performed to realize a washing effect, time can be saved, the flow can be simplified, and water and electricity resources can be saved.
In some embodiments, executing the end-of-wash procedure in step 103 includes:
performing first cleaning on the target tableware, and acquiring a first updated weight of the bowl basket after the first cleaning is completed;
calculating a first updated difference value between the first weight and the first updated weight, wherein the first updated difference value is less than or equal to a preset first weight threshold value, and then rinsing the target tableware;
the washing process of the target dishes is completed after the rinsing is finished.
In some embodiments, if the first updated difference is greater than the first weight threshold, performing a second cleaning on the target dishware and performing the corresponding steps after the second cleaning.
In some embodiments, the method further comprises a second cleaning process after step 103:
if the first difference value is larger than a preset first weight threshold value, performing second cleaning on the target tableware, and obtaining a second weight of the bowl basket after the second cleaning is completed;
and calculating a second difference value between the first weight and the second weight, and if the second difference value is less than or equal to the first weight threshold value, performing third cleaning on the target tableware.
Optionally, the dishwasher is drained before the second wash.
In a specific example, if the first difference is greater than the first weight threshold, the first cleaning of the surface removes more impurities such as a slight reference or oil stains, which reflects that the target dishes carry more impurities and stains, and a more powerful cleaning procedure is required to ensure the cleaning effect.
In some embodiments, the second cleaning process may further include:
if the second difference value is larger than the first weight threshold value, repeating the second washing on the target tableware;
and if the weight difference value of the bowl basket after the two adjacent times of second cleaning is smaller than or equal to the first weight threshold, performing third cleaning on the target tableware.
In some embodiments, when the weight difference is less than or equal to the first weight threshold, the stain carried on the target dishware may be deemed to have decreased to a lower level and the next wash stage may be entered.
In some embodiments, the performing a third wash comprises:
performing third cleaning on the target tableware, and acquiring a third weight of the bowl basket after the third cleaning is completed;
calculating a third difference between the second weight and the third weight;
if the third difference is less than or equal to a preset second weight threshold, rinsing the target tableware;
if the third difference value is larger than the preset second weight threshold value, rinsing the target tableware after third cleaning;
the washing process of the target dishes is completed after the rinsing is finished.
In some embodiments, the dishes are inspected for residual or secondary contaminants after the rinsing process is complete, and if present, a single wash is performed.
Optionally, the second weight threshold is smaller than the first weight threshold.
In one specific example, the values of the first weight threshold and the second weight threshold are determined according to the total weight of the target dishware. For example, the first weight threshold is set to 1% or 2% of the total weight of the target dishware.
In one particular example, the weight of the basket and the dishes contained therein are obtained using a weight sensor.
The invention judges the cleaning condition of pollutants on the tableware based on the weight change in the tableware cleaning process, and particularly uses the weight sensor to detect the weight values of the bowl basket and the cleaned tableware contained in the bowl basket for multiple times so as to obtain the weight change of the cleaned tableware in the cleaning process. When the food residue, oil stain and other pollutants on the tableware are cleaned, the weight value acquired by the weight sensor is reduced. If the weight change of the bowl basket before and after a certain cleaning process is large, the change indicates that more pollutants are removed in the cleaning process, and the distance between the tableware and the tableware is still a certain distance after the tableware is completely cleaned. If the weight change of the dish basket before and after the continuous washing process is small, the change indicates that the pollutants on the tableware which can be washed are removed, and the washing process can be ended quickly.
In some embodiments, the above process of obtaining the weight of the bowl basket comprises:
and after each cleaning is finished, waiting for the preset first time and then acquiring the weight of the bowl basket.
Specifically, after the cleaning process is finished each time, the bowl basket and the tableware are placed for a period of time and then weighed, and weight data are obtained after most of cleaning water on the tableware drips, so that the interference of a large amount of water on the weight change result is prevented.
In some embodiments, the cleaning time and the cleaning temperature of the wetting operation, the first cleaning, the second cleaning, and the third cleaning may be the same or different.
The dishwasher control device provided by the embodiment of the invention washes the tableware based on a circulating washing mode, and accurately judges the washing result through the weight detection of the bowl basket for multiple times, so that a specific washing program can be determined according to the actual condition of the tableware to be washed, which contains pollutants, and the washing condition, and the effects of shortening the cleaning program and saving water and electricity are realized on the premise of ensuring the cleanness.
Example II,
FIG. 2 is a schematic flow chart of another implementation of the dishwasher control method according to the embodiment of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 2, in a specific example, a dishwasher control method according to an embodiment of the present invention is implemented as follows.
The dishwasher enters an intelligent washing mode, firstly, the dishware to be washed in the dishwasher is wetted, and optionally, the washing time of the wetting operation is t1.
After the wetting operation, the weight of the basket and the dishware contained therein in the dishwasher is detected as n0.
And (5) carrying out secondary cleaning, and detecting that the weight of the bowl basket and the tableware contained in the bowl basket is n1 after the secondary cleaning. Optionally, the time of the secondary cleaning is T2, and the washing temperature is T2.
The weight difference between the weight after the wetting operation and the weight after the secondary cleaning is calculated and compared with a preset threshold Δ n.
If the first weight difference is larger than the weight threshold value delta n, namely n0-n1> delta n, indicating that the tableware is more polluted during the secondary cleaning, the cleaning is continued.
If the weight difference is less than or equal to the threshold delta n, which indicates that the pollutants on the tableware are less during the secondary cleaning, the washing process is carried out again, and then the final washing is carried out, and the washing of the current tableware by the dish-washing machine is finished. Specifically, if the measured weight difference is greater than the preset threshold value Δ n after the second cleaning, the cleaning is continued.
Further, if the weight difference is greater than the weight threshold Δ n, the cleaning process is continued as follows.
Three times of cleaning are carried out, and the weight n after three times of cleaning is calculated i The weight n after the previous cleaning i-1 And comparing the weight difference with a preset threshold value deltan. Optionally, the cleaning time of the three times of cleaning is T3, and the washing temperature is T3.
If the current weight difference is larger than the threshold value delta n, the cleaning process is repeatedly executed for three times until the obtained weight difference is smaller than or equal to the threshold value delta n.
And if the current weight difference is less than or equal to the threshold delta n, draining and entering a cleaning process for four times.
Performing four times of cleaning, and calculating the weight n after the four times of cleaning and the weight n after the previous cleaning i And comparing the weight difference with a preset threshold value Δ m. Optionally, the cleaning time of the four times of cleaning is T4, and the washing temperature is T4.
If the current weight difference is larger than the threshold value delta m, the cleaning process is repeatedly executed for four times until the obtained weight difference is smaller than or equal to the threshold value delta m.
And if the current weight difference is less than or equal to the threshold value delta m, draining, carrying out the last washing, and finishing the washing of the current tableware by the dish washing machine. Optionally, the cleaning time of the rinsing process is T5, and the cleaning temperature is T5.
In summary, the dishwasher control method provided by the embodiment of the invention judges the degree of soiling of the dishware by respectively detecting the weight of the dish basket and the weight of the dish basket accommodated in the dish basket, and selects and adjusts different washing stages by multiple judgments, and can reduce secondary pollution on the dishware and finally ensure that the dishware is cleaned. If the degree of contamination of the dishes is low, the dishes are washed in a short washing time, and if the degree of contamination of the dishes is high, the dishes are treated in a multistage washing manner. The dishwasher control method provided by the embodiment of the invention can adjust the cleaning process based on the actual condition of the tableware, not only can ensure the cleaning effect, but also can realize power and water saving and improve the user satisfaction.
