The invention has the beneficial effects that:
(1) The sweet essence prepared by the invention is a fat-soluble controlled-release sweet essence for cigarettes, can be added into triacetin to directly prepare a sweet filter stick, and widens the application range of the sweet essence;
(2) The emulsified wall material matrix is used as the fat-soluble matrix, so that the water-soluble sweetener is wrapped, the problem that the water-soluble sweetener cannot be directly dissolved in the glyceryl triacetate can be effectively solved, and the utilization effect of the sweetener is greatly improved;
(3) In the preparation process of the sweet glyceryl triacetate, a ultrasonic emulsification technology is adopted to uniformly mix the liquid slow-release mint essence and the glyceryl triacetate together, so that the uniform distribution of the sweet feel of the filter stick for cigarettes is ensured;
(4) The solvents adopted by the invention are water and ethanol, which are edible solvents, so that the invention is safer, and can combine the triacetin and the slow-release sweet essence, and the system is more uniform;
(5) The preparation method provided by the invention has the advantages of simple process, low cost and good sweetening effect, and the sweetening effect can be achieved only by a small amount of sweetener;
(6) The essence and the sweetener in the filter stick are mainly added into the glyceryl triacetate, saliva gradually contacts the filter stick in the process of smoking the cigarette by a consumer, and the essence is slowly and continuously dissolved and released, so that the comfort of smoking the cigarette is improved, and the harm of the cigarette to the human health is reduced;
(7) According to the invention, the filter tip with better sweet effect is prepared by respectively sweetening the filter stick and the transfer paper, the sweetening filter stick and the transfer paper cooperate, the transfer paper can not only effectively sweeten but also play a role in blocking the sweetener, the sweetening effect and the sucking taste are further improved, and the sweet feeling is more durable.

(1) Preparation of wall Material matrix solution
(1) According to sucrose ester: polyglycerol ricinoleate = 4:1 (mass ratio) weighing 5kg of wall material;
(2) selecting Span60 as an emulsifier, and weighing Span60 g according to the weight ratio of wall material to the emulsifier of 10:1;
(3) according to the wall material matrix: 50% aqueous ethanol solution=1:1 (mass ratio) 5.5kg of 70% aqueous ethanol solution was weighed, mixed and stirred therein at a stirring speed of 300r/min and a temperature of 40 ℃ for 0.5h, to obtain a wall material matrix solution.
(2) Preparing a sweetener solution;
(1) the total weight of sucrose and fructose is weighed according to the mass ratio of 2:1 and 25kg, and the sucrose and the fructose are used as sugar substances.

(1) Weighing 30kg of sucrose and fructose according to the mass ratio of 2:1, and using the sucrose and the fructose as sugar substances.
(2) Weighing saccharin sodium and neotame which are 1kg in total according to the mass ratio of 10:1, and using the saccharin sodium and neotame as sweetener.
(3) Weighing 3kg of total lactic acid, citric acid and malic acid according to the mass ratio of 1:5:8, and using the total lactic acid, citric acid and malic acid as acid substances.

Mixing and stirring for 2 hours at 40 ℃ and stirring speed of 500rpm until the components are uniformly mixed, and obtaining the sweet essence of the embodiment.
(2.3) adding a barrier agent B (hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose and hydroxypropyl cellulose) solution, sweet flavor and gloss oil according to a mass ratio of 2:2:80, performing high-speed dispersion and high-pressure homogenization treatment for 150min under the conditions of 60MPa of pressure and 25,000r/min of stirring speed to obtain the controlled-release sweet photosensitive oil;
(3) Preparing transfer paper for cigarettes;

Example 4
Evaluation of sensory quality of cigarette
Cigarette sensory quality evaluation was performed on cigarette samples containing conventional filters and cigarette samples prepared from the filter sticks of examples 1 to 3 according to national standard GB5606.4-2005, and after 10 smokers evaluated the average score was as shown in table 1.

Hazardous substance detection
The cigarette filters prepared in examples 1 to 3 were tested in comparison with cigarettes without wall material matrix and sweetener, and tested by the methods of ISO and GB, as shown in Table 2.

Claims (10)
1. The preparation method of the sweet cigarette containing the slow-release sweet essence filter tip and the double-barrier transfer paper is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
1. preparation of filter stick containing sustained and controlled release sweet flavor
(1) Emulsifying a wall material by using an emulsifying agent to obtain a wall material matrix, and dissolving the wall material matrix in an ethanol water solution to obtain a wall material matrix solution;
(2) Preparing a sweetener solution;
(3) Mixing a wall material matrix solution and a sweetener solution to obtain a solution I;
(4) Mixing the solution I and glyceryl triacetate according to the mass ratio of 1:1-20, dispersing in the atmosphere with the pressure of 30-60Mpa, stirring at 13000-25000r/min and the dispersing time of 90-150min to obtain the sustained and controlled release sweet essence;
(5) Spraying the slow-release sweet flavor essence prepared in the first step on the tow with 10-30% of the mass of the tow for cigarettes, and then sizing;
(6) Sending the tows into a forming cavity of a filter tip forming unit to form a tows strip containing sweet essence, and then wrapping forming paper;
(7) Cutting to obtain the tobacco filter stick with the sustained and controlled release sweet flavor;
2. preparation of double Barrier transfer papers
(1) Preparation of Barrier A solution
Uniformly mixing the barrier agent A and 95% -100% (v/v) ethanol water solution according to a mass ratio of 1:1-20, wherein the stirring speed is 100-500r/min in the dissolving process, the stirring time is 0.5-2h, and the dissolving temperature is 35-55 ℃;
the blocking agent A is one or a mixture of more of epoxidized soybean oil, cellulose diacetate, cellulose acetate propionate, polyvinyl butyral, polyvinyl acetate and hydroxyethyl cellulose;
(2) Preparation of controlled Release sweet photosensitive oil
(2.1) preparing a barrier agent B solution;
dissolving the blocking agent B in 0% -20% (v/v) ethanol water solution, and uniformly mixing to obtain a blocking agent B solution;
the blocking agent B is one or a mixture of more of polyethylene glycol, polyvinyl alcohol, polyacrylic acid, hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose and hydroxypropyl cellulose;
(2.2) preparing sweet essence
Saccharide substances, sweetener and acid substances are mixed according to the mass ratio of 3-25:1 to 5:3-10 is dissolved in 0% -20% (v/v) ethanol water solution;
(2.3) dispersing the barrier agent B solution, the sweet essence and the gloss oil at high speed under high pressure to obtain the controlled-release sweet photosensitive oil;
(3) Preparing transfer paper for cigarettes;
the printing process is that the gravure printing process is coated on the surface of the base paper, and the printing process flow is as follows:
(3.1) base color and barrier agent a printing;
(3.2) pearlescent printing;

The method for preparing a sweet cigarette containing a slow-release and controlled-release sweet flavor filter tip and double-barrier transfer paper according to claim 1, wherein the sweetener solution in the step one (2) is prepared by dissolving sugar substances, sweeteners and acid substances in an ethanol water solution with the mass concentration of 0-20%; wherein the mass ratio of the sugar substances to the sweetening agent to the acid substances is 3-25:1-5:3-10; the mass ratio of the total mass of the sugar substances, the sweetener and the acid substances to the ethanol water solution is 1:1-20; the saccharide is selected from one or more of glucose, fructose, sucrose, maltose, starch sugar and lactose; the sweetener is selected from one or more of saccharin, saccharin sodium, sodium cyclamate, aspartame, acesulfame potassium, sucralose and neotame; the acid substance is selected from one or a mixture of several of lactic acid, acetic acid, citric acid and malic acid; the stirring speed is 100-500r/min, the temperature is 25-55 ℃, and the stirring time is 0.5-2h in the dissolving process.
5. The method for preparing a sweet cigarette containing a slow-release and controlled-release sweet flavor filter tip and double-barrier transfer paper according to claim 1, wherein the mass ratio of the sweetener solution to the wall material matrix solution in the step one (3) is 1:1-20; stirring at a speed of 100-500r/min and a temperature of 25-55deg.C for 0.5-2h; the mixing method is to dropwise add sweetener solution into wall material matrix solution while stirring.

The method for preparing a sweet cigarette containing a slow-release sweet flavor filter tip and double barrier transfer paper according to claim 1, wherein the concentration of the ethanol aqueous solution in the second step (2.1) is 0% -20%; the stirring speed of dissolution is 100-500r/min, the temperature is 25-55 ℃, and the stirring time is 0.5-2h.

The method for preparing the sweet cigarette containing the slow-release and controlled-release sweet flavor filter tip and the double-barrier transfer paper according to claim 1, wherein the mass ratio of the barrier B solution to the sweet flavor to the gloss oil in the step two (2.3) is 1-10:1-10:20-80, wherein the dispersion pressure is 30-60MPa, and the stirring speed is 13,000-25,000r/min.
