In the method for identifying claim risk according to the present embodiment, the identification of claim risk according to a preset claim database specifically includes:

In the embodiment, a user relation database is adopted to identify the condition of multiple numbers of one person, and the claim settlement condition of the user is completely described; mining the receiving and sending relations of abnormal users in the graph under the condition of identifying one person and multiple numbers, and identifying a target group; the complete customer claim settlement information and receipt and sending information are provided for an claimant to improve the identification capability of the claimant and for security to improve the claim breaking capability of the claimant, so that the effect of reducing the claim settlement cost is achieved.

In some embodiments of the present application, the claim risk identification apparatus includes:
querying a preset target group database, and judging whether a pre-stored identification information set associated with each target group contains the claim settlement identification information or not;
if the claim identification information is not contained, executing the step of inquiring a preset user relation database;
and if the identification information of the claim settlement is contained, outputting the identification result that the target waybill has the risk of claim settlement.
In some embodiments of the present application, the claim risk identification apparatus includes:
if the identification result is that the claim settlement risk exists, processing target freight note information corresponding to the target user identification, the target equipment identification and/or the target account identification to obtain an abnormal mailing user relationship;
acquiring historical claim settlement records associated with all mailing user identifications in the mailing user relationship, and calculating the waybill settlement odds of the claim settlement identification information according to the historical claim settlement records;
and if the waybill settlement odds are larger than a preset odds threshold, marking the mailing user identification as a target group, and summarizing the equipment identification and/or the account identification associated with the mailing user identification to form a pre-stored identification information set.
In some embodiments of the present application, the claim risk identification device output module 603 includes:
acquiring the number of users of the target user identifier, the number of devices of the target device identifier and/or the number of accounts of the target account identifier;
comparing the number of users, the number of devices and/or the number of accounts with a preset threshold value respectively;
and if the number of the users, the number of the equipment and the number of the accounts are all larger than a preset threshold value, outputting an identification result that the target waybill has a risk of claim settlement.
In some embodiments of the present application, the claim risk identification device output module 603 includes:
querying a preset target group database, and judging whether a pre-stored identification information set associated with each target group contains the target user identification, the target equipment identification and/or the target account identification;
and if the target user identification, the target equipment identification and/or the target account identification are/is included, outputting the identification result that the target waybill has the risk of claim settlement.
In some embodiments of the application, the claim risk identification device comprises:
inquiring a preset mailing relation database, and acquiring target mailing user information and target mailing address information corresponding to the claim settlement identification information;

and comparing the payroll claims with a preset claims rate threshold, and outputting the identification result of the claims risk of the target payroll.
In some embodiments of the application, the claim risk identification device further comprises:
and if the risk identification result indicates that the risk exists, marking the claim settlement information and sending the claim settlement information to a terminal corresponding to a claim settlement person.
In the embodiment, the preset user relationship database acquires the target user identifier, the target equipment identifier and/or the target account identifier associated with the claim identifier information according to the preset user relationship database, and performs the claim risk identification of the waybill according to the target user identifier, the target equipment identifier and/or the target account identifier, so that the efficiency and the accuracy of the risk identification of the claim risk of the target waybill are improved, and the waste of manpower and material resources is reduced.
An embodiment of the present invention further provides a claim settlement risk identification device, as shown in fig. 8, fig. 8 is a schematic structural diagram of the claim settlement risk identification device according to the embodiment of the present invention.
The claim risk identification device integrates any claim risk identification device provided by the embodiment of the invention, and comprises:
one or more processors;
a memory; and
one or more application programs, wherein the one or more application programs are stored in the memory and configured to be executed by the processor to perform the steps of the method for claim risk identification described in any of the embodiments of the method for claim risk identification described above.
Specifically, the method comprises the following steps: the claim risk identification device may include components such as a processor 701 of one or more processing cores, memory 702 of one or more computer storage media, a power supply 703, and an input unit 704. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the claim risk identification device configuration shown in fig. 8 does not constitute a limitation of the claim risk identification device, and may include more or fewer components than those shown, or some components in combination, or a different arrangement of components. Wherein:
the processor 701 is a control center of the claim risk identification device, connects various parts of the whole claim risk identification device by using various interfaces and lines, and executes various functions and processing data of the claim risk identification device by operating or executing software programs and/or modules stored in the memory 702 and calling data stored in the memory 702, thereby performing overall monitoring on the claim risk identification device. Alternatively, processor 701 may include one or more processing cores; preferably, the processor 701 may integrate an application processor, which mainly handles operating systems, user interfaces, application programs, etc., and a modem processor, which mainly handles wireless communications. It will be appreciated that the modem processor described above may not be integrated into the processor 701.
The memory 702 may be used to store software programs and modules, and the processor 701 executes various functional applications and data processing by operating the software programs and modules stored in the memory 702. The memory 702 may mainly include a program storage area and a data storage area, wherein the program storage area may store an operating system, an application program required by at least one function (such as a sound playing function, an image playing function, etc.), and the like; the storage data area may store data created from use of the claim risk recognition device, and the like. Further, the memory 702 may include high speed random access memory, and may also include non-volatile memory, such as at least one magnetic disk storage device, flash memory device, or other volatile solid state storage device. Accordingly, the memory 702 may also include a memory controller to provide the processor 701 with access to the memory 702.
The claim risk identification device further comprises a power supply 703 for supplying power to each component, and preferably, the power supply 703 is logically connected with the processor 701 through a power management system, so that functions of managing charging, discharging, power consumption management and the like are realized through the power management system. The power supply 703 may also include any component including one or more of a dc or ac power source, a recharging system, a power failure detection circuit, a power converter or inverter, a power status indicator, and the like.
The claim risk recognition device may further include an input unit 704, and the input unit 704 may be used to receive input numeric or character information and generate keyboard, mouse, joystick, optical or trackball signal inputs related to user settings and function control.
Although not shown, the claim risk recognition device may further include a display unit and the like, which are not described in detail herein. Specifically, in this embodiment, the processor 701 in the claim risk identification device loads the executable file corresponding to the process of one or more application programs into the memory 702 according to the following instructions, and the processor 701 runs the application program stored in the memory 702, so as to implement various functions as follows:
acquiring claim settlement information of a target freight note and claim settlement identification information carried by the claim settlement information;
querying a preset user relationship database, and acquiring a target user identifier, a target device identifier and/or a target account identifier associated with the claim identification information;
and outputting the identification result of the claim settlement risk of the target freight bill according to the target user identification, the target equipment identification and/or the target account identification.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the steps of the methods of the embodiments described above may be performed by instructions, or by instructions controlling associated hardware, which may be stored in a computer storage medium and loaded and executed by a processor.
To this end, an embodiment of the present invention provides a computer storage medium, which may include: read Only Memory (ROM), random Access Memory (RAM), magnetic or optical disks, and the like. The computer program is loaded by a processor to execute the steps of any claim settlement risk identification method provided by the embodiment of the invention. For example, the computer program may be loaded by a processor to perform the steps of:
acquiring claim settlement information of a target freight note and claim settlement identification information carried by the claim settlement information;
querying a preset user relationship database, and acquiring a target user identifier, a target device identifier and/or a target account identifier associated with the claim identification information;
and outputting the identification result of the claim settlement risk of the target freight bill according to the target user identification, the target equipment identification and/or the target account identification.

Claims (13)

1. A claim risk identification method, characterized in that the claim risk identification method comprises:
acquiring claim settlement information of a target freight note and claim settlement identification information carried by the claim settlement information;
querying a preset user relationship database, and acquiring a target user identifier, a target device identifier and/or a target account identifier associated with the claim identification information;
and outputting the identification result of the claim settlement risk of the target freight note according to the target user identification, the target equipment identification and/or the target account identification.
2. The method for claim 1, wherein before querying a preset user relationship database to obtain a target user identifier, a target device identifier and/or a target account identifier associated with the claim identification information, the method comprises:
acquiring marked waybill information, and extracting a user identifier, an equipment identifier and an account identifier carried by each piece of waybill information;
establishing an association relation among the user identifier, the equipment identifier and the account identifier aiming at each waybill information;
and merging the same user identification, the same equipment identification and/or the same account identification to integrate the association relations to generate a preset user relation database.
3. The method for claim risk identification, as claimed in claim 1, wherein after the claim information of the target manifest and the claim identification information carried in the claim information are obtained, the method comprises:
querying a preset target group database, and judging whether a pre-stored identification information set associated with each target group contains the claim identification information or not;
if the claim identification information is not contained, executing the step of inquiring a preset user relation database;
and if the identification information of the claim settlement is contained, outputting the identification result that the target waybill has the risk of claim settlement.
4. The method for claim risk identification, wherein after outputting the identification result of the risk of claim settlement of the target manifest according to the target user identifier, the target device identifier and/or the target account identifier, the method comprises:
if the identification result is that the claim settlement risk exists, processing target freight note information corresponding to the target user identification, the target equipment identification and/or the target account identification to obtain an abnormal mailing user relationship;
acquiring historical claim settlement records associated with all mailing user identifications in the mailing user relationship, and calculating the waybill settlement odds of the claim settlement identification information according to the historical claim settlement records;
and if the waybill settlement odds are larger than a preset odds threshold, marking the mailing user identification as a target group, and summarizing the equipment identification and/or the account identification associated with the mailing user identification to form a pre-stored identification information set.
5. The method for claim risk identification, wherein outputting the identification result of the risk of claim settlement of the target manifest according to the target user identifier, the target device identifier and/or the target account identifier comprises:
acquiring the number of users of the target user identifier, the number of devices of the target device identifier and/or the number of accounts of the target account identifier;
comparing the number of users, the number of devices and/or the number of accounts with a preset threshold value respectively;
and if the number of the users, the number of the devices and the number of the accounts are all larger than a preset threshold value, outputting an identification result that the target waybill has a claim settlement risk.
6. The method for claim risk identification, wherein outputting the identification result of the risk of claim settlement of the target manifest according to the target user identifier, the target device identifier and/or the target account identifier comprises:
inquiring a preset target group database, and judging whether a pre-stored identification information set associated with each target group contains the target user identification, the target equipment identification and/or the target account identification;
and if the target user identification, the target equipment identification and/or the target account identification are/is included, outputting the identification result that the target waybill has the risk of claim settlement.
7. The method for claim risk identification, wherein after the claim information of the target manifest and the claim identification information carried in the claim information are obtained, the method comprises:
inquiring a preset mailing relation database, and acquiring target mailing user information and target mailing address information corresponding to the claim settlement identification information;
and outputting the identification result of the claim settlement risk of the target freight bill according to the target mailing user information and/or the target mailing address information.
8. The method for claim risk identification, wherein before querying a preset mailing relationship database to obtain target mailing user information and target mailing address information corresponding to the claim identification information, the method comprises:
acquiring marked waybill information, and identifying mailing user information and mailing address information in the waybill information;

9. The method for claim risk identification, as claimed in claim 1, wherein after the claim information of the target manifest and the claim identification information carried in the claim information are obtained, the method comprises:
querying a preset claim settlement database, and acquiring a historical claim settlement record corresponding to the claim settlement identification information;
calculating the waybill settlement odds of the claim settlement identification information according to the historical claim settlement records;
and comparing the payroll claims with a preset claims rate threshold, and outputting the identification result of the claims risk of the target payroll.
10. The method for claim risk recognition, as claimed in any one of claims 1-9, wherein after outputting the recognition result of the claim risk of the target manifest based on the target user identifier, the target device identifier and/or the target account identifier, the method comprises:
and if the risk identification result indicates that the risk exists, marking the claim settlement information and sending the claim settlement information to a terminal corresponding to a claim settlement person.
