一种用于控制电芯的电路(100)和电子设备(200),该电路(100)包括:用于匹配定制适配器充电的第一充电路径(110),包括第一SC变换器(1221),可支持固定比例的电压转换;用于匹配非定制适配器充电的第二充电路径(120),包括:第一开关变换电路(1220)和第二SC变换器(1223),其中,第一开关变换电路(1220)支持buck模式,第二充电路径(120)能够实现可变比例的电压转换,从而支持需要稳流的充电模式。该电路(100)可以兼容定制适配器和非定制适配器,提高了控制电芯充放电的灵活性和管理效率。
