Background
With the development of economy, especially the development of the automobile industry, the number of automobiles in the society is increased, along with the improvement of living standard of people, the automobiles are used as walking tools, and the configuration requirements of consumers on the automobiles are also increased more and more when the consumers buy the automobiles. At present, more and more vehicles are equipped with human-computer interaction systems, and the human-computer interaction systems can perform voice interaction with passengers to realize vehicle control or provide related information for users.
The voice interaction function of the current man-machine interaction system is basically based on Mandarin. Although Mandarin has become quite popular, dialects always have a sense of familiarity with passengers, and if dialects can be used to interact with passengers, the experience of the passengers can be greatly improved. Especially, if the car owner or the passenger in the car cannot interact through mandarin, the voice interaction function in the existing human-computer interaction system does not have dialect function, which results in resource waste.
On the other hand, each place has dialects of each place, and the number of the dialects under the Chinese language system is very large. Although the idiomatic dialect of the user can be determined by inquiring the user, if the idiomatic dialect of the passenger in the vehicle can be automatically, quickly and accurately known, so that the corresponding dialect database can be accurately applied to carry out voice interaction with the passenger, a better experience can be brought to the user.
In view of this, it is desirable to provide a dialect-based vehicle-mounted interaction method, device and system, which can interact with passengers by actively acquiring home information of a vehicle owner and using the dialect of the home of the vehicle owner, so that the passengers feel more familiar and the user experience is good.

The invention is described in detail below with reference to the figures and the specific embodiments. It is noted that the aspects described below in connection with the figures and the specific embodiments are only illustrative and should not be construed as imposing any limitation on the scope of the present invention.
First of all. As shown in fig. 1, the dialect-based vehicle-mounted interaction method provided by an aspect of the present invention specifically includes:
step S110: acquiring daily voice information of passengers in the vehicle, and acquiring to-be-recognized voice information which cannot be recognized as Mandarin;
step S120: acquiring vehicle position information of a vehicle in a preset specific time period;
step S130: determining the hometown of the owner according to the voice information to be recognized and the vehicle position information in a specific time period; and
step S140: a hometown-based dialect database is voice-interactive with passengers in the vehicle.
It can be understood that the dialect-based vehicle-mounted interaction method provided by the invention is applied to a vehicle-mounted environment. In the step S110, the acquired daily voice information may be voice information when the passenger communicates with other passengers in the vehicle, or voice information when the passenger instructs the vehicle to perform corresponding operations in a voice interaction manner. The voice information mentioned above points to voice data.
In the embodiments described above, it will be appreciated that the daily speech information of the occupants of the vehicle may be obtained by various means, existing or in the future, by those skilled in the art, including but not limited to collecting speech data via one or more microphones in the vehicle, etc.
As described above, a user may not all be working through Mandarin but may be using a more familiar home dialect when engaging in voice communication in a vehicle. Therefore, among the acquired daily speech information, speech information that cannot be recognized as mandarin among them can be considered dialect information.
Further, in the present invention, in order to more accurately and quickly determine what dialect the voice information to be recognized, which cannot be recognized as mandarin, belongs to, and in order to more accurately determine the hometown of the vehicle owner, the vehicle-mounted interaction method provided by the present invention initially obtains the location information related to the hometown of the vehicle owner through step S120.
In step S120, the preset specific time period referred to in the present invention is directed to the spring festival holiday time period and/or the qingming holiday time period. It will be appreciated that during the spring festival, most owners of vehicles may choose to return to hometown, and therefore, the vehicle location information during the spring festival holiday period is likely to point to the owner's hometown. Similar to the spring festival holiday, during the Qingming holiday, the owner may go back to the hometown to perform activities such as sacrifice, and therefore, the vehicle location information in the time period of the Qingming holiday is likely to point to the owner's hometown.
Although the above examples of spring festival holidays and qingming holidays are merely illustrative, those skilled in the art can set other preset time periods as needed to facilitate locating to a possible hometown of an owner through vehicle position information in the time periods.
The skilled person can obtain the vehicle position information within the preset specific time period by various means existing or will exist, including but not limited to continuously collecting the vehicle position information by using a GPS system.
After step S110 and step S120, the step S130 of determining the hometown of the owner according to the voice information to be recognized and the vehicle location information in the specific time period further includes:
acquiring a dialect database corresponding to vehicle position information in a specific time period;
judging whether the voice information to be recognized can be matched with a dialect database corresponding to the vehicle position information in a specific time period;
and responding to the dialect database which can be matched with the voice information to be recognized and corresponds to the vehicle position information in the specific time period, and judging that the place corresponding to the vehicle position information in the specific time period is the hometown of the vehicle owner.
According to the vehicle-mounted interaction method provided by the invention, the dialect area corresponding to the voice information to be recognized is obtained by comparing the voice information to be recognized with the dialect databases one by one for the voice information to be recognized obtained in the step S110. Instead, the possible dialect area is obtained again in step S120, and then the dialect database of the dialect area is obtained, and the dialect area corresponding to the voice information to be recognized is determined by comparing the voice information to be recognized obtained in step S110 with the dialect database of the possible dialect area.
Or, according to step S130 in the vehicle-mounted interaction method provided by the present invention, the vehicle location information in a specific time period is first located to the possible hometown of the vehicle owner, and the voice information to be recognized acquired in step S110 is used to verify whether the possible hometown of the vehicle owner obtained in step S120 is accurate. On one hand, the complex process of comparing the voice information to be recognized obtained in the step S110 with a plurality of dialect databases is avoided, and on the other hand, the hometown information of the owner can be more accurately determined by combining a specific time period.
Further, in response to the fact that the home information of the owner can be determined in step S130, in step S140, voice interaction is performed with the passenger in the vehicle based on the dialect database of the home, so that the sense of intimacy can be improved, and the user experience is good.
In one embodiment, in step S140, the passenger in the vehicle can instruct the vehicle through the dialect database in the home country, so as to implement human-computer interaction, i.e. an in-vehicle service system capable of recognizing dialects.
On the other hand, in step S140, after the hometown of the vehicle owner is determined, interaction information related to the hometown of the vehicle owner may also be acquired to interact with passengers in the vehicle. In one embodiment, the interactive information related to the hometown of the owner may include, but is not limited to, one or more of weather and news of the hometown, and provides related information to passengers in the vehicle through dialects.
In another embodiment, the vehicle-mounted interaction method provided by the invention further comprises:
acquiring daily position information of a vehicle;
and in response to the daily position information of the vehicle not being matched with the hometown of the owner of the vehicle, acquiring interaction information related to the daily position information of the vehicle to interact with passengers in the vehicle.
In the above-described embodiment, the daily position information of the vehicle is directed to the vehicle position information that is continuously collected on a daily basis by means including, but not limited to, GPS and the like. In other words, the daily position information here is directed to the position of the vehicle with respect to the vehicle position information within the preset specific time period described above, and is different in that the two are collected at different times.
The daily location information of the vehicle is usually directed to the owner's place of daily residence, such as the place of work. Similar to the above, the interactive information related to the daily location information may include, but is not limited to, one or more of weather, news related to the daily location information. For example, the owner is homed at location a, but works at location B. The interactive information related to the B place is usually also concerned by the vehicle owner, so that the vehicle-mounted interactive method provided by the invention also provides the interactive information related to the daily position information for the vehicle owner, thereby providing the related information for passengers in the vehicle.
It should be noted that although the interactive information related to the daily location information of the vehicle is provided, in the vehicle-mounted interaction method provided by the invention, the interactive information related to the daily location information of the vehicle can be provided based on the dialect database in the home of the vehicle owner, so that the distance to the passenger in the vehicle is shortened, and the intimacy and the user experience are improved.
Further, in another embodiment, the vehicle-mounted interaction method provided by the present invention further includes:
and responding to the fact that the daily position information of the vehicle is not matched with the hometown of the vehicle owner, and pushing the vehicle owner information of other vehicles with the same daily position information and the same hometown of the vehicle owner to the vehicle owner.
That is, if the owner's hometown is at location A, but it is working at location B. The vehicle-mounted interaction method provided by the invention can collect other vehicle owners similar to the experience of the vehicle owners, namely other vehicle owners hometown in A place but working in B place through the background cloud. Through the mode, the vehicle owner can push the fellow people who experience similarity to help the vehicle owner to expand the friend making circle, and the country thinking situation of the vehicle owner can be relieved to a certain extent.
In the vehicle-mounted interaction method provided by the invention, the dialect database adopted can be an existing dialect database provided by a relevant platform. On the other hand, in order to solve various problems possibly existing in the existing dialect database, the cloud end can collect dialects in different areas in a vehicle-mounted interaction mode by means of the vehicle-mounted interaction method provided by the invention.
Specifically, referring to fig. 2, in order to collect dialects in different areas, the cloud may perform the following steps:
step S210: determining a target area of a dialect sample library to be established;
step S220: acquiring daily voice information in each target vehicle related to a target area, and acquiring to-be-recognized voice information which cannot be recognized as Mandarin from the daily voice information; and
step S230: and integrating the voice information to be recognized of each target vehicle to form a dialect sample library of the target area.
It is understood that the above step S220, namely the cloud end, is implemented by using the vehicle interaction method provided by an aspect of the present invention. In other words, the method described above can be considered as an application of the vehicle-mounted interaction method provided by the aspect of the invention.
Through the steps, the dialect sample library of the local dialect which cannot be identified as the mandarin can be effectively obtained. However, in order to apply dialects, it is not enough to rely on the dialect sample library, and the mandarin meaning corresponding to the dialects needs to be known, so that the effective man-machine interaction can be performed.
Therefore, each target vehicle can be controlled to interact with the user in the vehicle through the vehicle-mounted interaction method provided by the invention, so as to obtain the semantic information of the voice information to be recognized of each target vehicle. And then, the cloud integrates the voice information to be recognized and the semantic information thereof of each target vehicle to form a dialect database of the target area.
And controlling each target vehicle to interact with the user in the vehicle, and integrating the voice information to be recognized of each target vehicle to form a dialect sample library of the target area further comprises:
controlling each target vehicle to interact with a user in the vehicle to confirm whether the voice information to be recognized of each target vehicle is dialect of a target area;
and integrating the speech information to be recognized of the dialect confirmed as the target area by the user in the vehicle into a dialect sample library.
Also, in the above-described embodiments, the interaction includes voice interaction and/or text interaction. That is, the interaction method used in confirming the semantic information of the dialect may not be limited to voice interaction.
In one embodiment, integrating the speech information to be recognized of each target vehicle to form a dialect sample library of the target area further comprises:
determining the frequency of each voice information to be recognized appearing on each target vehicle;
and integrating the voice information to be recognized with the frequency exceeding a preset threshold value into a dialect sample library.
By setting the frequency, some noise data which cannot be identified as mandarin and is not dialect can be effectively filtered.
In an embodiment, the cloud further performs the following steps:
acquiring daily position information of each vehicle; and determining that the target vehicle is a vehicle with daily position information matched with the target area. It will be appreciated that for a target area a, the dialect spoken by a passenger in a vehicle whose daily location information is the target area a may be the local dialect pointing to the target area a, since the likely majority of work living in the target area a is local to the target area a. Therefore, the dialect sample library and the dialect database can be effectively established.
In another embodiment, the cloud further performs the following steps:
acquiring specific position information of each vehicle in a preset specific time period; and determining the target vehicle as a vehicle with the specific position information matched with the target area. And, the preset specific time period includes a spring festival holiday time period and/or a Qingming holiday time period.
It is understood that, in the above embodiment, for a target area a, it is also possible that the dialect of the target area a is the owner of the vehicle whose home is the target area a although the daily location information is not in the target area a. Therefore, the possible hometown of the owner of the vehicle can be determined by presetting a specific time period, so that dialects corresponding to the hometown can be collected.
In an embodiment of collecting and integrating the dialect database at the cloud, the meaning and the effect of the daily location information of the vehicle and the specific location information within the preset specific time period are consistent with the daily location information of the vehicle and the vehicle location information within the preset specific time period in the vehicle-mounted interaction method provided by the aspect of the present invention, and specific reference is made to the foregoing description, and details are not repeated herein.
Through the cloud execution method, collection of dialects of all regions can be facilitated, and realization of the dialect database requirements of all regions by the vehicle-mounted interaction method provided by the invention is facilitated.
So far, a specific implementation of the dialect-based vehicle-mounted interaction method provided by the aspect of the invention has been described. According to the vehicle-mounted interaction method provided by the invention, the hometown of the vehicle owner can be actively and noninductively acquired, so that interaction with the passengers in the vehicle can be performed silently according to the hometown dialect of the vehicle owner, the distance between the vehicle owner and the passengers in the vehicle can be shortened, the vehicle-mounted interaction method is intelligent, and the user experience is good.
