Background
The relay protection equipment test is mainly a test performed on a relay protection device of a transformer substation and used for improving the safety of field power operation, and the test of the relay protection equipment generally needs manual execution of a large amount of operations, so that time and labor are wasted, a large amount of labor cost is caused, and the problem of low test efficiency of the relay protection equipment exists.
In addition, the relay protection equipment is added with a protection function in the test, but the automatic test function is not provided, and meanwhile, a switch still needs to be used in the test process, so that the test time is prolonged, and further the test efficiency of the relay protection equipment is low.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides a closed-loop test system and a closed-loop test method for relay protection equipment, which improve the test efficiency of the relay protection equipment, have high automation in the test process and reduce a large amount of manual operation; meanwhile, the test can be realized without using a switch, and the test time is shortened.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:
a closed-loop test system of relay protection equipment comprises the relay protection equipment, secondary equipment connected with the relay protection equipment through a cable, a tester connected with the secondary equipment through a cable, and an intelligent test platform in communication connection with the tester through a network cable; the intelligent test platform is in communication connection with the relay protection device MMS, and comprises a test scheme generation system, an automatic test system and an operation interface module; the test scheme generation system is used for generating a scheme required by the test; the automatic test system is used for reading the test scheme and advancing the test process, automatically judging the test result data, filling the data and the conclusion into the test report and outputting the test report; the operation interface module is used for providing a human-computer interaction interface for the test scheme generation system and the automatic test system; the automatic test system comprises a scheme matching module, a single test module, an automatic test module, a test stopping module, a result judging module, a program output module, a signal output module, a report previewing module and a report generating module; the single test module is respectively and electrically connected with the scheme matching module, the test stopping module and the result judging module, the automatic test module is respectively and electrically connected with the scheme matching module, the test stopping module and the result judging module, the program output module and the signal output module are respectively and electrically connected with the result judging module, the report previewing module is respectively and electrically connected with the program output module and the signal output module, and the report generating module is respectively and electrically connected with the program output module and the signal output module; the scheme matching module is used for automatically matching a test scheme according to the model of the secondary equipment; the single item test module is used for selecting single item test contents in the test scheme to test; the automatic test module is used for starting to execute all the test programs from the beginning according to the selected test scheme; the stop test module is used for stopping the test process; the result judging module is used for displaying the result of each test in the tree-shaped column; the program output module is used for displaying operation information, prompt information and error reporting information; the signal output module is used for displaying MMS report information in the test item, and the report information comprises receiving time, action description, fault phase and action relative time; the report previewing module is used for displaying a test result report; and the report generation module is used for generating a report and storing the current report.
Preferably, the test scheme generation system comprises a scheme navigation module, a numerical value setting module, a model file module and a tool navigation module which are electrically connected with each other; the scheme navigation module is used for displaying all test items, sub-test items and operations in a form of a tree list; the numerical value setting module is used for displaying specific contents of each test item, each sub-test item and each operation; the model file module is used for displaying the read contents of the model file, including various contents and specific numerical values of the relay protection test; the tool navigation module is used for forming a tool navigation area in the operation interface module.
Preferably, the tool navigation module comprises a new scheme creating unit, a scheme opening unit, a scheme saving unit and a model opening unit; the new scheme unit is used for creating a new test scheme; the opening scheme unit is used for opening the existing scheme; the storage scheme unit is used for storing the created test scheme and can additionally store the created test scheme for a folder; the opening model unit is used for opening the model to be used.
Preferably, the scheme navigation module, the value setting module and the model file module respectively form a scheme navigation area, a value setting display area and a model file area on the operation interface module.
Preferably, the content of the model file area is associated with the content of the numerical value setting display area, and is used for moving the operation item of the model file area to the numerical value setting display area for parameter editing.

s2, if the test scheme meets the test requirement, directly performing report registration; if the test scheme does not meet the test requirements, modifying the test scheme through the test scheme generation system, copying the new test scheme into a scheme library after the configuration is finished, and then performing report registration;
s3, carrying out automatic testing: starting a report, remotely controlling a pressure plate control word, controlling the output of a tester, automatically judging a result and resetting relay protection equipment;
and S4, generating a test report and storing the test report in a specified folder.

s31, sequentially executing all test items according to the test item sequence in the test scheme;
s32, calling a tester interface module to control the tester to output the test quantity and collecting the action behavior of the secondary equipment;
s33, calling the protection communication module to realize communication with the secondary equipment, realizing operation of various communication commands and acquiring operation results of the communication commands;
s34, automatically judging whether the test is qualified or not according to the result;
and S35, the automatic test execution module fills the test parameters and the test results into the test report template according to the test requirements and outputs a standard report.
The beneficial effects of the invention are:
1) The intelligent test platform is in communication connection with the tester, so that the problem of single network port of a single PC is solved, and the test can be realized without a switch;
2) The test scheme can be flexibly configured, so that the state quantity can be automatically calculated according to the fixed value, and the applicability is strong;
3) After the configuration of the test scheme is completed, the automatic test on the relay protection equipment can be automatically completed through the automatic test system, and a standard report is output, so that the automation degree is high, and the test efficiency is high;
4) Through the establishment of the scheme library, the same scheme is shared by the secondary devices of the same model, the process of manually configuring the scheme is reduced, and the test efficiency is further improved.

In this embodiment, when the secondary device adopts the intelligent station digital device, an analog quantity needs to be applied to the front end of the merging unit through a cable; when the secondary equipment adopts conventional station digital equipment, analog quantity is applied through a cable behind the relay protection equipment, and the analog quantity is used for rapidly and accurately testing the relay protection equipment.

As shown in fig. 1 to 5, a testing method of a closed-loop testing system of a relay protection device includes the following specific steps:
s1, entering a main interface of an automatic test system and matching a test scheme;
s2, if the test scheme meets the test requirement, directly performing report registration; if the test scheme does not meet the test requirements, modifying the test scheme through the test scheme generation system, copying the new test scheme into a scheme library after the configuration is finished, and then performing report registration;
s3, carrying out automatic testing: starting a report, remotely controlling a pressure plate control word, controlling the output of a tester, automatically judging a result and resetting relay protection equipment;
and S4, generating a test report and storing the test report in a specified folder.

According to the invention, the scheme required by the test is generated by the test scheme generation system, then the automatic test system automatically tests the relay protection equipment according to the test scheme, and the test report is output after the test is finished, so that the test efficiency of the relay protection equipment is high, a switch is not required, the test process is highly automatic, and a large amount of manual operation is reduced; the test scheme can be flexibly configured, so that the state quantity can be automatically calculated according to the fixed value, and the applicability is strong; and the same scheme can be shared by secondary equipment of the same type through the establishment of the scheme library, so that the process of manually configuring the scheme is reduced, and the test efficiency is further improved.
