s3, liquid enters an inner cavity of the pump pipe 1 from the position of the pumping inlet pipe 31, the liquid firstly flows upwards through the annular filter plate 4 so as to filter less large granular impurities in the liquid, then the liquid continuously flows upwards to a position between the annular filter plate 4 and the filter disc 7, and as the aperture of the through groove in the filter disc 7 is smaller than that of the through groove in the annular filter plate 4, impurities passing through the annular filter plate 4 can be intercepted by the filter disc 7, and at the moment, because the micro motor 11 is in a starting state, the outer surface of the rotating rod 12 can rotate towards a set direction under the driving of the output shaft of the micro motor 11 through the stirring blade 14 arranged on the movable lantern ring 13 so as to break up the granular impurities intercepted by the filter disc 7 and further reduce the size of particles;
s4, discharging the liquid at the position of the filtering disc 7 from the position of the water outlet pipe 2, wherein the flow sensor 15 can monitor the flow velocity of the liquid in real time and then convert the flow velocity into flow, and when the flow velocity value monitored by the flow sensor 15 is close to zero, the voice alarm 19 electrically connected with the flow sensor sends out a set alarm sound to remind a worker of cleaning the filtering disc 7 and the annular filtering plate 4;
s5, the worker breaks the connection between the bending pipe 20 and the flow sensor 15, breaks the connection between the pump pipe 1 and the upright sleeve 32, holds the two groups of holding rods 9, applies a rotating force in a set direction to the holding rods to enable the annular filter plate 4, the filter disc 7 and the two groups of threaded rings to be separated from each other, and then pulls the filter mechanism out of the pump pipe 1 to be cleaned.
The working principle is as follows: the working personnel sets a monitoring fixed value between a distance sensor 29 and a lower fixing plate 23 through an external control mechanism, then a plurality of electric extension rods 27 are started, the existing distance value between the distance sensor 29 and the lower fixing plate 23 is monitored according to the distance sensor 29, the vertical extension operation is correspondingly carried out, then the comprehensive length of a folding pipe 21 is changed, a comprehensive plate 24 provided with the distance sensor 29 moves up and down along with an upright pipe 22 until the distance between the distance sensor 29 and the lower fixing plate 23 is sensed to be the same as the set value, the operation of the electric extension rods 27 electrically connected with the distance sensor stops, when the centrifugal pump operates, a micro motor 11 synchronously operates, liquid entering a pump pipe 1 from an extraction inlet pipe 31 is filtered by an annular filter plate 4 to filter few large granular impurities, then the impurity particles passing through the annular filter plate 4 are intercepted by the filter disc 7, the micro motor 11 is matched to drive a rotating rod 12 to rotate according to a set rotating speed, then a movable lantern ring 13 drives a stirring blade 14 to synchronously rotate so as to break away the granular impurities intercepted by the filter disc 7, the filter disc 7 to reduce the size, then the granular impurities and the liquid flow rate in the flow rate sensor 2 are reminded by the alarm sensor 15, and the working personnel are connected with the flow rate monitoring alarm, and the flow rate sensor 15, and the flow rate of the flow rate sensor is set to be close to the alarm when the flow rate of the flow rate monitoring alarm device, when the flow rate monitoring device is set.
