Claims (11)

1. The mechanism of ringing, its characterized in that includes:
the steering wheel connecting seat (1) is provided with a horn groove (11) and a through hole (12) penetrating through the upper side and the lower side of the horn groove (11), and the horn groove (11) is used for placing a horn (10);
the air bag connecting seat (2) is arranged above the steering wheel connecting seat (1), and a pressing convex part (21) extending into the horn groove (11) is arranged on the surface, facing the steering wheel connecting seat (1), of the air bag connecting seat (2);
the adjusting assembly (3) comprises a lifting disc (31) and a transmission piece (32) for driving the lifting disc (31) to lift, the lifting disc (31) is arranged between the steering wheel connecting seat (1) and the air bag connecting seat (2), and the transmission piece (32) penetrates through the through hole (12) and is connected with the lifting disc (31);
the lever assembly (4) comprises a supporting rod (41) with one end rotatably connected to the air bag connecting seat (2) and a lever (42) with the middle part rotatably connected to the other end of the supporting rod (41), one end of the lever (42) is rotatably connected to the lifting disc (31), and the other end of the lever is clamped to the air bag connecting seat (2);
and the elastic reset piece (5) is abutted between the steering wheel connecting seat (1) and the air bag connecting seat (2).

The clicking mechanism as claimed in claim 1, wherein the air bag connecting seat (2) comprises a seat body (22) having an inner cavity (20) and an elastic body (23) located in the inner cavity (20) and having one end connected to the seat body (22), the pressing protrusion (21) is disposed on the seat body (22), and the other end of the lever (42) is engaged with the other end of the elastic body (23).

The ringing mechanism as claimed in claim 2, wherein said elastic body (23) is ring-shaped, and said lever assembly (4) is provided in plurality, and a plurality of said lever assemblies (4) are uniformly and alternately arranged along the circumference of said elastic body (23), and one end of each of said levers (42) is rotatably connected to the edge of said lifting plate (31), and the other end thereof is rotatably connected to the edge of said elastic body (23).

The ringing mechanism according to claim 2 or 3, wherein said elastic member (23) comprises an inclined portion (231) disposed at an angle to the side wall of said seat body (22) and a horizontal portion (232) disposed perpendicular to the side wall of said seat body (22), said inclined portion (231) is fixedly connected to said seat body (22), said horizontal portion (232) is fixedly connected to said inclined portion (231), and the other end of said lever (42) is connected to said horizontal portion (232) in a clamping manner.

The clicking mechanism according to claim 2 or 3, wherein the top surface of the elastic body (23) is provided with a catch (233) having a semicircular longitudinal section, the other end of the lever (42) is provided with a catch (421) matching with the catch (233), and the catch (233) is caught in the catch (421).

The ringing mechanism according to claim 2 or 3, wherein a protrusion (13) extending into the inner cavity (20) is disposed in the middle of the top surface of the steering wheel connecting seat (1), the through hole (12) is disposed through the protrusion (13), the horn groove (11) is located in a portion of the steering wheel connecting seat (1) where the protrusion (13) is not disposed, a supporting protrusion (14) having a tapered cross section is disposed on the top surface of the protrusion (13), one end of the supporting rod (41) is rotatably connected to the supporting protrusion (14), and the supporting protrusion (14) is disposed to be away from the lifting disk (31).

The clicking mechanism according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the transmission member (32) comprises an internally threaded sleeve (321) passing through the through hole (12) and a screw rod (322) having one end screwed into the internally threaded sleeve (321), and the other end of the screw rod (322) is fixedly connected to the lifting plate (31).
8. A ringing mechanism according to any one of claims 1 to 3 further comprising a right angle gear pair (6) and a turning lever (7), said turning lever (7) being secured to one gear of said right angle gear pair (6) and said transmission member (32) being secured to the other gear of said right angle gear pair (6).
9. The clicking mechanism as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3 further comprising an adjustment and spacing assembly, said adjustment and spacing assembly being selectively connected to said drive member (32) and said adjustment and spacing assembly being adapted to spacing said drive member (32).
10. A steering wheel comprising a horn (10) and the sounding mechanism of any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein the horn (10) is disposed at the bottom of the horn slot (11), and the pressing protrusion (21) is capable of sounding the horn (10) when the air bag connector holder (2) is pressed.
11. A vehicle comprising the steering wheel of claim 10.
