The server is used as a transfer, when the client is connected with and accesses the target virtual cloud mobile phone, the client can be authenticated, when the authentication is legal, the virtual machine operation authority of a user corresponding to the client is identified, and when the user passes the authority identification, the virtual cloud mobile phone can transmit data streams to the client in real time so as to synchronize the service data of the virtual cloud mobile phone to the client; the data stream is specifically also the operation result of the virtual machine;
in addition, screenshot can be performed on the picture data displayed by the target virtual cloud mobile phone according to the service requirement; and adding a watermark to the captured picture, and storing the picture added with the watermark to a data management platform.
4. When the client finishes using the target virtual cloud mobile phone, if the server detects that the communication connection between the client and the target virtual cloud mobile phone is disconnected and indicates that the use is finished, the service data of the target virtual cloud mobile phone can be cleared, and meanwhile, the use state of the target virtual cloud mobile phone is updated.
In an embodiment, the background management platform corresponding to the cloud mobile phone may establish a relationship between all scenes in a certain channel and a scene homepage in a certain scene through channel management, channel scene management, and homepage management, for example: under the channel for consuming the money, there are scenes such as public accumulation money, real estate, etc., and under the scene of public accumulation money, there are homepages of public accumulation money scenes of all cities in the country correspondingly. The scene main page opened by the user through the cloud mobile phone is configured by the background management platform, is safe and credible, and has no possibility of counterfeiting. The background management platform can provide different virtual cloud mobile phones for different scenes through virtual cloud mobile phone configuration management, wherein the different virtual cloud mobile phones comprise virtual mobile phone models, virtual mobile phone memory sizes, mobile phone screen size configuration and the like.
The cloud mobile phone component on the application control page of the user terminal can be configured according to a background management platform of a service line in a customer service center, for example: the background management platform can be configured with a cloud mobile phone component in a gold-eliminating scene.
In a specific scene, such as a cash-out scene, a customer service of a cash-out service line logs in a customer service center desk and waits for an accessed user at any time. When a fund-consuming user needs to provide a public deposit property certificate when transacting a loan, the user can enter an online bank to establish a session when applying a loan process, and at the moment, the customer service center can obtain a session identifier (id), a business serial number and user information (including a city corresponding to the user).
Specifically, a user clicks a cloud mobile phone component in a client and links to a virtual cloud mobile phone, and a background management platform creates a corresponding virtual cloud mobile phone according to a session identifier, city and service line parameters and cloud mobile phone configuration (model, memory size and the like); the method comprises the steps that all channel scene lists under a corresponding agent business line are obtained on an operation page of the cloud mobile phone, an agent selects a scene (such as public accumulation fund) and a homepage (such as xx city public accumulation fund) under a city, a back-end interface is called in response to clicking operation of a user on the homepage, a content provider bridge interface is called at the back end to execute an adb command to transmit operation parameters to a navigation APP on the virtual cloud mobile phone, a scene homepage address is opened through the navigation APP, after the virtual cloud mobile phone is ready, a customer service agent can click a sending button of a middle station to send page data of the cloud mobile phone to the user, the user can open a H5 page of the cloud mobile phone on a conversation message page of an online bank, the public accumulation fund page of the remote virtual cloud mobile phone enters, the user can operate the H5 page through operations (such as sliding, clicking, inputting and the like) to synchronously operate the remote virtual cloud mobile phone, after public accumulation fund information is obtained, the agent can actively screen-capture the customer service agent can obtain a public accumulation fund in the middle station on the customer service page needing screen capture (water-print processing) and store the public accumulation fund page on a data management platform server, and provide a unified API or other business removing parties.
The user controls the remote virtual cloud mobile phone through the H5 page, the opened scene page and the APP are configured on the background management platform, the customer service seat initiates, and the screenshot is also seat operation, so that the user is in a black box environment, the user cannot forge the virtual cloud mobile phone, and the safety is high.
As can be seen from the above, the present embodiment may deploy at least one virtual cloud handset on the server; when a virtual machine access request sent by a client is received and the use state of a target virtual cloud mobile phone is in an available state, establishing communication connection between the client and the target virtual cloud mobile phone, wherein the virtual machine access request comprises a service line parameter currently triggered on an application control page of the client, and the target virtual cloud mobile phone is a virtual cloud mobile phone corresponding to the virtual machine access request; and triggering the target virtual cloud mobile phone to display the picture data corresponding to the service line parameters through the communication connection, and synchronizing the picture data to the client. According to the cloud mobile phone management method and the cloud mobile phone management system, at least one virtual cloud mobile phone can be deployed on the server, so that the server can manage the cloud mobile phones more effectively, and the hardware cost and the operation cost are greatly reduced.
According to the method described in the foregoing embodiment, the following description will be further detailed by taking an example in which the control device of the cloud mobile phone is specifically integrated in a server.
An embodiment of the present application provides a method for controlling a cloud mobile phone, and as shown in fig. 2, a specific process of the method for controlling a cloud mobile phone may be as follows:
201. deploying at least one virtual cloud handset through a server.
The virtual cloud mobile phone refers to a cloud virtualization system, and can also be understood as a cloud mobile phone at the cloud. The virtual cloud mobile phone can be referred to as a virtual machine for short, and can provide business services required by the mobile phone for a cloud mobile phone client through a chip architecture on the server side by depending on a mobile phone system established by a cloud server at the cloud end. Specifically, the virtual cloud mobile phone may be a virtual mobile phone that provides a service at the cloud end for a user by means of an ARM virtualization technology, and the user installs a cloud mobile phone Application (APP) on a local mobile phone and can remotely control the virtual cloud mobile phone in real time in a video streaming manner after opening the APP.
202. When a virtual machine access request sent by a client is received and the use state of a target virtual cloud mobile phone is in an available state, establishing communication connection between the client and the target virtual cloud mobile phone through a server, wherein the virtual machine access request comprises a service line parameter triggered on an application control page of the client at present, and the target virtual cloud mobile phone is a virtual cloud mobile phone corresponding to the virtual machine access request.
The client specifically may refer to a cloud mobile phone client installed on a smart phone of a user.
The virtual machine access request is an instruction of a client for requesting to operate the virtual cloud mobile phone. The service line parameter may be a touch operation parameter of the user on the application control page of the client, for example, the service line parameter may be an operation parameter corresponding to clicking of a certain cloud mobile phone component on the application control page, and the operation parameter may include an operation type, a specific component to be operated, and the like.
After the communication connection between the client and the target virtual cloud mobile phone is established, the use state of the target virtual cloud mobile phone can be updated to the unavailable state.
Optionally, in this embodiment, the virtual machine access request includes device attribute information corresponding to the device where the client is located;
the step of establishing a communication connection between a client and a target virtual cloud mobile phone when a virtual machine access request sent by the client is received and the use state of the target virtual cloud mobile phone is in an available state may include:
when a virtual machine access request sent by a client is received, determining a target virtual cloud mobile phone from the at least one virtual cloud mobile phone according to the equipment attribute information and the service line parameters;
and when the use state of the target virtual cloud mobile phone is in an available state, establishing communication connection between the client and the target virtual cloud mobile phone.
The device attribute information may include a mobile phone model, a mobile phone memory size, a mobile phone screen size setting, and the like corresponding to the device where the client is located.
The target virtual cloud mobile phone may be a virtual cloud mobile phone that is matched with a current scene (such as a device or a processed service) where the client is located, in at least one virtual cloud mobile phone deployed on the server.
In this embodiment, the matched virtual cloud mobile phone can be selected according to the device attribute information and the service line parameters of the device where the client is located, so as to ensure that the virtual mobile phone model, the virtual mobile phone memory size and the mobile phone screen size configuration corresponding to the virtual cloud mobile phone are matched with the device where the client is located, and ensure that the service provided by the virtual cloud mobile phone is matched with the service currently processed by the client, thereby improving the user experience.
203. And triggering the target virtual cloud mobile phone to display the picture data corresponding to the service line parameters through the communication connection, and synchronizing the picture data to the client.
The communication connection may be a communication connection under a target communication protocol, where the target communication protocol may be a protocol for implementing full duplex communication between a device where the client is located and the server, and the full duplex communication refers to communication that allows data to be transmitted in two directions simultaneously, and is equivalent to a combination of two simplex communication modes in capability. For example, the target communication protocol may be a webSocket protocol.
Optionally, in this embodiment, the step of triggering the target virtual cloud mobile phone to display the picture data corresponding to the service line parameter through the communication connection may include:
identifying the operation authority of the virtual machine for the user corresponding to the client;
and when the user passes the authority identification, triggering the target virtual cloud mobile phone to display the picture data corresponding to the service line parameters through the communication connection.
The method comprises the steps of determining whether a user purchases a service of the cloud mobile phone according to a user identifier corresponding to the user, and accordingly determining whether the user has the operation authority of the virtual machine. And when the fact that the user purchases the service of the cloud mobile phone and is still in the service period of the service is determined, the user passes the authority authentication. The user identification may be the account name of the user currently logged in the client, and the like.
Optionally, in this embodiment, the method for controlling the cloud mobile phone may further include:
intercepting the picture data according to the service requirement corresponding to the picture data displayed on the target virtual cloud mobile phone to obtain an intercepted picture;
and carrying out watermark adding treatment on the intercepted picture, and storing the picture added with the watermark.
The image data can be intercepted, added with the watermark and stored according to business requirements corresponding to the image data displayed on the target virtual cloud mobile phone, such as the importance degree of the business and the like.
Optionally, in this embodiment, the method for controlling the cloud mobile phone may further include:
when the fact that the client end is operated to finish the access of the target virtual cloud mobile phone is detected, the picture data displayed on the target virtual cloud mobile phone is cleaned, and the using state of the target virtual cloud mobile phone is updated.
The access ending operation indicates that the client ends using the target virtual cloud mobile phone, so that the service data on the target virtual cloud mobile phone can be cleared, and the use state of the service data can be updated from the unavailable state to the available state.
As can be seen from the above, in the embodiment, at least one virtual cloud phone may be deployed through a server; when a virtual machine access request sent by a client is received and the use state of a target virtual cloud mobile phone is in an available state, establishing communication connection between the client and the target virtual cloud mobile phone, wherein the virtual machine access request comprises a service line parameter currently triggered on an application control page of the client, and the target virtual cloud mobile phone is a virtual cloud mobile phone corresponding to the virtual machine access request; and triggering the target virtual cloud mobile phone to display the picture data corresponding to the service line parameters through the communication connection, and synchronizing the picture data to the client. According to the cloud mobile phone management method and the cloud mobile phone management system, at least one virtual cloud mobile phone can be deployed on the server, so that the server can manage the cloud mobile phones more effectively, and the hardware cost and the operation cost are greatly reduced.
In order to better implement the above method, an embodiment of the present application further provides a control device of a cloud mobile phone, as shown in fig. 3, the control device of the cloud mobile phone may include a deployment unit 301, an establishment unit 302, and a display unit 303, as follows:
(1) A deployment unit 301;
and the deployment unit is used for deploying at least one virtual cloud mobile phone on the server.
(2) A building unit 302;
the system comprises an establishing unit and a processing unit, wherein the establishing unit is used for establishing communication connection between a client and a target virtual cloud mobile phone when a virtual machine access request sent by the client is received and the use state of the target virtual cloud mobile phone is in an available state, the virtual machine access request comprises a service line parameter which is currently triggered on an application control page of the client, and the target virtual cloud mobile phone is a virtual cloud mobile phone corresponding to the virtual machine access request.
Optionally, in some embodiments of the present application, the establishing unit may include a scanning subunit, a storing subunit, an inquiring subunit, and an establishing subunit, as follows:
the scanning subunit is configured to scan and query the use states of the virtual cloud handsets;
the storage subunit is configured to store the queried virtual machine identifier of the virtual cloud mobile phone in the available state in the preset available virtual machine database;
the query subunit is configured to query whether the virtual machine identifier of the target virtual cloud mobile phone exists in the preset available virtual machine database when receiving a virtual machine access request sent by a client;
and the establishing subunit is used for establishing communication connection between the client and the target virtual cloud mobile phone when the virtual machine identifier of the target virtual cloud mobile phone is inquired in the preset available virtual machine database.
Optionally, in some embodiments of the present application, the virtual machine access request includes device attribute information corresponding to a device where the client is located;
the establishing unit may comprise a determining subunit and a connection establishing subunit, as follows:
the determining subunit is configured to determine, when receiving a virtual machine access request sent by a client, a target virtual cloud mobile phone from the at least one virtual cloud mobile phone according to the device attribute information and the service line parameter;
and the connection establishing subunit is configured to establish a communication connection between the client and the target virtual cloud mobile phone when the use state of the target virtual cloud mobile phone is in an available state.
(3) A display unit 303;
and the display unit is used for triggering the target virtual cloud mobile phone to display the picture data corresponding to the service line parameters through the communication connection and synchronizing the picture data to the client.
Optionally, in some embodiments of the application, the control device of the cloud mobile phone may further include an intercepting unit, as follows:
the intercepting unit is used for intercepting the picture data according to the service requirement corresponding to the picture data displayed on the target virtual cloud mobile phone to obtain an intercepted picture; and carrying out watermark adding treatment on the intercepted picture, and storing the picture added with the watermark.
Optionally, in some embodiments of the present application, the display unit includes an authentication subunit and a display subunit, as follows:
the authentication subunit is configured to perform operation authority authentication on the virtual machine for the user corresponding to the client;
and the display subunit is used for triggering the target virtual cloud mobile phone to display the picture data corresponding to the service line parameters through the communication connection when the user passes the authority authentication.
Optionally, in some embodiments of the present application, the control device of the cloud mobile phone may further include a cleaning unit, as follows:
the cleaning unit is used for cleaning the picture data displayed on the target virtual cloud mobile phone and updating the use state of the target virtual cloud mobile phone when the client is detected to finish the access operation of the client to the target virtual cloud mobile phone.
As can be seen from the above, the present embodiment may deploy at least one virtual cloud handset on the server through the deployment unit 301; when a virtual machine access request sent by a client is received and the use state of a target virtual cloud mobile phone is in an available state, establishing communication connection between the client and the target virtual cloud mobile phone by an establishing unit 302, wherein the virtual machine access request comprises a service line parameter triggered on an application control page of the client at present, and the target virtual cloud mobile phone is a virtual cloud mobile phone corresponding to the virtual machine access request; and triggering the target virtual cloud mobile phone to display the picture data corresponding to the service line parameters through the communication connection by the display unit 303, and synchronizing the picture data to the client. According to the cloud mobile phone management method and the cloud mobile phone management system, at least one virtual cloud mobile phone can be deployed on the server, so that the server can manage the cloud mobile phones more effectively, and the hardware cost and the operation cost are greatly reduced.
An electronic device according to an embodiment of the present application is further provided, as shown in fig. 4, and shows a schematic structural diagram of the electronic device according to the embodiment of the present application, where the electronic device may be a terminal or a server, and specifically:
the electronic device may include components such as a processor 401 of one or more processing cores, memory 402 of one or more computer-readable storage media, a power supply 403, and an input unit 404. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the electronic device configuration shown in fig. 4 does not constitute a limitation of the electronic device and may include more or fewer components than those shown, or some components may be combined, or a different arrangement of components. Wherein:
the processor 401 is a control center of the electronic device, connects various parts of the entire electronic device using various interfaces and lines, performs various functions of the electronic device and processes data by operating or executing software programs and/or modules stored in the memory 402 and calling data stored in the memory 402. Optionally, processor 401 may include one or more processing cores; preferably, the processor 401 may integrate an application processor, which mainly handles operating systems, user interfaces, application programs, etc., and a modem processor, which mainly handles wireless communications. It will be appreciated that the modem processor described above may not be integrated into the processor 401.
The memory 402 may be used to store software programs and modules, and the processor 401 executes various functional applications and manipulations of the cloud phone by running the software programs and modules stored in the memory 402. The memory 402 may mainly include a program storage area and a data storage area, wherein the program storage area may store an operating system, an application program required by at least one function (such as a sound playing function, an image playing function, etc.), and the like; the storage data area may store data created according to use of the electronic device, and the like. Further, the memory 402 may include high speed random access memory, and may also include non-volatile memory, such as at least one magnetic disk storage device, flash memory device, or other volatile solid state storage device. Accordingly, the memory 402 may also include a memory controller to provide the processor 401 access to the memory 402.
The electronic device further comprises a power supply 403 for supplying power to the various components, and preferably, the power supply 403 is logically connected to the processor 401 through a power management system, so that functions of managing charging, discharging, and power consumption are realized through the power management system. The power supply 403 may also include any component of one or more dc or ac power sources, recharging systems, power failure detection circuitry, power converters or inverters, power status indicators, and the like.
The electronic device may further include an input unit 404, and the input unit 404 may be used to receive input numeric or character information and generate keyboard, mouse, joystick, optical or trackball signal inputs related to user settings and function control.
Although not shown, the electronic device may further include a display unit and the like, which are not described in detail herein. Specifically, in this embodiment, the processor 401 in the electronic device loads the executable file corresponding to the process of one or more application programs into the memory 402 according to the following instructions, and the processor 401 runs the application program stored in the memory 402, thereby implementing various functions as follows:
deploying at least one virtual cloud handset on the server; when a virtual machine access request sent by a client is received and the use state of a target virtual cloud mobile phone is in an available state, establishing communication connection between the client and the target virtual cloud mobile phone, wherein the virtual machine access request comprises a service line parameter currently triggered on an application control page of the client, and the target virtual cloud mobile phone is a virtual cloud mobile phone corresponding to the virtual machine access request; and triggering the target virtual cloud mobile phone to display the picture data corresponding to the service line parameters through the communication connection, and synchronizing the picture data to the client.
The above operations can be implemented in the foregoing embodiments, and are not described in detail herein.

It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the steps of the methods of the above embodiments may be performed by instructions, or by instructions controlling associated hardware, which may be stored in a computer-readable storage medium and loaded and executed by a processor.
To this end, an embodiment of the present application provides a computer-readable storage medium, in which a plurality of instructions are stored, and the instructions can be loaded by a processor to execute the steps in any one of the methods for operating a cloud mobile phone provided in the embodiments of the present application. For example, the instructions may perform the steps of:
deploying at least one virtual cloud handset on the server; when a virtual machine access request sent by a client is received and the use state of a target virtual cloud mobile phone is in an available state, establishing communication connection between the client and the target virtual cloud mobile phone, wherein the virtual machine access request comprises a service line parameter currently triggered on an application control page of the client, and the target virtual cloud mobile phone is a virtual cloud mobile phone corresponding to the virtual machine access request; and triggering the target virtual cloud mobile phone to display the picture data corresponding to the service line parameters through the communication connection, and synchronizing the picture data to the client.

According to an aspect of the application, there is provided a computer program product or computer program comprising computer instructions stored in a computer readable storage medium. The processor of the computer device reads the computer instructions from the computer-readable storage medium, and the processor executes the computer instructions, so that the computer device executes the method provided in the various optional implementation modes of the control aspect of the cloud mobile phone.
The method for operating the cloud mobile phone and the related device provided by the embodiment of the application are described in detail, a specific example is applied in the description to explain the principle and the implementation of the application, and the description of the embodiment is only used for helping to understand the method and the core idea of the application; meanwhile, for those skilled in the art, according to the idea of the present application, the specific implementation manner and the application scope may be changed, and in summary, the content of the present specification should not be construed as a limitation to the present application.

Claims (10)

1. A control method of a cloud mobile phone is applicable to a server, and comprises the following steps:
deploying at least one virtual cloud handset on the server;
when a virtual machine access request sent by a client is received and the use state of a target virtual cloud mobile phone is in an available state, establishing communication connection between the client and the target virtual cloud mobile phone, wherein the virtual machine access request comprises a service line parameter currently triggered on an application control page of the client, and the target virtual cloud mobile phone is a virtual cloud mobile phone corresponding to the virtual machine access request;
and triggering the target virtual cloud mobile phone to display the picture data corresponding to the service line parameters through the communication connection, and synchronizing the picture data to the client.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein before establishing a communication connection between the client and a target virtual cloud mobile phone when a virtual machine access request sent by the client is received and a usage state of the target virtual cloud mobile phone is in an available state, the method further comprises:
scanning and inquiring the using state of each virtual cloud mobile phone;
storing the inquired virtual machine identification of the virtual cloud mobile phone with the available use state in a preset available virtual machine database;
when a virtual machine access request sent by a client is received and the use state of a target virtual cloud mobile phone is in an available state, establishing communication connection between the client and the target virtual cloud mobile phone comprises the following steps:
when a virtual machine access request sent by a client is received, inquiring whether a virtual machine identifier of the target virtual cloud mobile phone exists in the preset available virtual machine database;
and when the virtual machine identifier of the target virtual cloud mobile phone is inquired in the preset available virtual machine database, establishing communication connection between the client and the target virtual cloud mobile phone.
3. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
when the fact that the client-side finishes the operation of accessing the target virtual cloud mobile phone is detected, cleaning picture data displayed on the target virtual cloud mobile phone, and updating the using state of the target virtual cloud mobile phone.
4. The method according to claim 1, wherein the virtual machine access request includes device attribute information corresponding to a device where the client is located;
when a virtual machine access request sent by a client is received and the use state of a target virtual cloud mobile phone is in an available state, establishing communication connection between the client and the target virtual cloud mobile phone comprises the following steps:
when a virtual machine access request sent by a client is received, determining a target virtual cloud mobile phone from the at least one virtual cloud mobile phone according to the equipment attribute information and the service line parameters;
and when the use state of the target virtual cloud mobile phone is in an available state, establishing communication connection between the client and the target virtual cloud mobile phone.
5. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
intercepting the picture data according to the service requirement corresponding to the picture data displayed on the target virtual cloud mobile phone to obtain an intercepted picture;
and carrying out watermark adding treatment on the intercepted picture, and storing the picture added with the watermark.
6. The method according to claim 1, wherein the triggering the target virtual cloud phone to display the screen data corresponding to the service line parameter through the communication connection comprises:
identifying the operation authority of the virtual machine for the user corresponding to the client;
and when the user passes the authority identification, triggering the target virtual cloud mobile phone to display the picture data corresponding to the service line parameters through the communication connection.
