When the inner sleeve 4 drives the stirring blades 10 to rotate, the pickled food can be lifted up, and when the stirring blades 10 are positioned at the top end, the food on the stirring blades loses support and falls down, so that the food can be stirred quickly by reciprocation, and the quick stirring of the food is realized. The stirring blade 10 and the lifting plate 9 are arranged to move reversely, so that the mixing speed of food and pickling liquid can be further improved, and the pickling liquid is flavored as soon as possible.
After the food is cured, firstly, the redundant curing liquid in the outer sleeve 3 is discharged through the liquid discharge pipe 11, then the sealing cover 5 is opened, the outer sleeve 3 and the inner sleeve 4 are controlled to overturn downwards through the hydraulic telescopic rod 6, meanwhile, the driving mechanism operates, and the cured food is driven to be output through the inlet and outlet ports 7 by means of the stirring blades 10 in the spiral plate-shaped structure in a rotating state.

When the sealing cover 5 is fixedly arranged at the inlet and outlet ports 7 on the outer sleeve 3 and the inner sleeve 4, the locking posts 35 penetrate through the inserting holes to enable the upper clamping grooves 39 to be positioned on the outer side of the sealing cover 5, the mirror locking rods 36 are sleeved with the clamping grooves 39, the driving rods 37 are operated to be pressed downwards, the locking rods 36 are locked, and sealing of the sealing cover 5 is achieved.

After food to be salted and the salting liquid are filled into the inner sleeve 4 and sealed by the sealing cover 5, the air suction pipe 42 is inserted into the pressure regulating pipe 8, the second switching valve 41 and the air suction pump 43 are opened, the air in the outer sleeve 3 is sucked out by the air suction pipe 43 through the pressure regulating pipe 8 and the air suction pipe 42 so that the outer sleeve 3 is in a vacuum state, the data surface of the barometer 40 is observed to control the switching operation of the air suction pump 43, when the barometer 40 displays that the outer sleeve 3 is in the vacuum state, the second switching valve 41 and the air suction pump 43 are sequentially closed, the air suction pipe 42 is pulled out from the pressure regulating pipe 8, and when the driving mechanism drives the outer sleeve 3 and the inner sleeve 4 to operate, the air suction pipe 42 and the air suction pump 43 are prevented from influencing the normal operation of the outer sleeve 3 and the inner sleeve 4.
