In some embodiments of the present invention, the distributed network is used for providing a basic architecture design, and includes a lease node, a third party verification node, a supervision node, a client node, a lease node, an information distribution node, and other nodes; the preset protocol comprises rules protocols of various transaction behaviors such as leasing, supervision, accounting, returning, settlement and the like.
The invention provides a credit-based deposit-free leasing system, which utilizes a preset protocol pre-deployed on a distributed network to complete a deposit-free leasing protocol between a deposit-free leasing company and a leaser and realize the transfer of target use rights between the deposit-free leasing company and the deposit-free leaser. The invention provides a distributed network, which comprises a leasing node, a third-party verification node, a supervision node, a client node, a leasing node and an information issuing node; providing a preset protocol which comprises transaction rules of various transaction behaviors such as exempt from deposit lease, third-party verification company verification, supervision, return and the like, establishing a public platform for exempting from deposit lease and providing information release. The whole set of flow of the deposit-free rental system is completed by using the distributed network, all steps are clear and transparent, and can be checked in a trace manner, so that the financial dispute of the rental market is greatly reduced, and the system of the deposit-free rental market is standardized.
The credit-based deposit free rental method provided by the embodiment of the invention is briefly described below with reference to specific scenarios:
the invention provides a credit-based deposit-free leasing system, which utilizes a preset protocol pre-deployed on a distributed network to complete a deposit-free leasing protocol between a deposit-free leasing company and a leaser and realize the transfer of target use rights between the deposit-free leasing company and the deposit-free leaser. The invention provides a distributed network, which comprises leasing nodes, third-party verification nodes, supervision nodes, client nodes, leasing nodes and information release nodes; providing a preset protocol which comprises transaction rules of various transaction behaviors such as exempt from deposit lease, third-party verification company verification, supervision, return and the like, establishing a public platform for exempting from deposit lease and providing information release.
When the credit-based deposit-free rental method provided by the embodiment of the invention is realized, the method comprises the following steps:
the public platform free of deposit lease is accessed to a distributed network, updates the updated lease targets in real time and releases lease information;
the third-party monitoring node is accessed to the distributed network, a third-party monitoring mechanism with public trust is searched for monitoring the updated lease targets of the platform, a latest monitoring report is issued, and information of the lease targets, monitoring dates, the monitoring mechanism, the monitoring report and the like is uniformly packaged and stored in the distributed network;
the leasing node is accessed to the distributed network, a deposit-free leaser acquires target leasing information and supervised related data through the public platform, determines a target to be leased and then sends a leasing request to the public platform through research and comparison of the data, and acquires the right to use the leasing target for a certain time;
finishing the design of a deposit-free lease preset protocol, sending related parameters of lease transaction to the preset protocol by the distributed network, wherein the protocol needs to contain related information such as deposit-free lease price, target verification related information, deposit-free lease time, insurance and the like, and storing the information to the distributed network after the lease parties finish execution;
the leasing node is accessed to the distributed network, and after execution is completed, fund transfer is completed according to the leasing price marked by the protocol, and network accounting is completed by the leasing node;
the monitoring node is accessed to the distributed network, after the subscription of the deposit-free leasing protocol is finished and the related fee is paid, the monitoring node verifies the transaction, the leasing transaction is formally finished after the verification is passed, and the public platform updates the information of the leasing target in real time;
and after the agreement is expired or the leaser returns in advance, the leased target is supervised by a third-party supervision node, a latest supervision report is issued and compared with the last report, if the loss occurs, the loss is checked and compensated according to the latest loss assessment report issued by the third-party verification node, if all the loss occurs, the loss is returned according to the rule agreed by the preset agreement, the corresponding agreement is released, and after the supervision and verification pass, the target is returned, and the information of the leased target is updated in time by the public platform.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a computer readable storage medium, which stores a computer program, and the computer program is executed by a processor to realize the credit-based deposit-free leasing method.
An embodiment of the present invention further provides a computer program product, where the computer program product includes a computer program, and when executed by a processor, the computer program implements the above-mentioned credit-based deposit-free rental method.
The present invention also provides, in some embodiments, a credit-based deposit-free rental system, as described in the embodiments below. Because the principle of solving the problems of the system is similar to the credit-based deposit-free rental method, the implementation of the system can be referred to the implementation of the credit-based deposit-free rental method, and repeated parts are not described again.
Fig. 4 is a schematic diagram of a credit-based deposit-free rental system according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 4, the embodiment of the present invention further provides a credit-based deposit-free rental system.
When the credit-based deposit-free rental system provided by the embodiment of the invention is implemented, in some embodiments, the credit-based deposit-free rental system includes:
a distributed network establishing module 401, configured to establish a distributed network and generate a preset protocol;
the lease information release module 402 is used for accessing the deposit-free lease public platform into a distributed network, updating the lease targets and releasing lease information;
the monitoring module 403 is used for accessing the third-party monitoring node to the distributed network, issuing an original monitoring report to the lease mark belonging to the deposit-free lease public platform, and uploading the original monitoring report to the distributed network;
a lease transaction process module 404, configured to access the lease node to the distributed network, obtain lease information from the deposit-free lease platform, establish a lease transaction process according to a preset protocol, and complete execution;
a lease transaction process auditing module 405, configured to access the monitoring node to the distributed network, audit the executed lease transaction process, and complete the lease transaction process after the audit is passed;
and the returning operation module 406 is used for issuing a returning supervision report to the rental mark through the third-party supervision node when the rental transaction process is finished, and performing returning operation according to the original supervision report.
In particular, when the deposit-free rental system based on credit provided by the embodiment of the present invention is implemented, in some embodiments, the monitoring module is specifically configured to:
accessing a third-party supervision node into a distributed network, supervising a leasing target of the deposit-free leasing public platform, and issuing an original supervision report of the leasing target before leasing; the original supervision report comprises: leasing target information, a monitoring date, a monitoring organization and a monitoring report;
the original supervision report is uploaded to a distributed network.
In particular, when the credit-based deposit free rental system provided by the embodiment of the present invention is implemented, in some embodiments, the rental transaction process module is specifically configured to:
accessing the leasing node to a distributed network, and acquiring leasing information from a deposit-free leasing platform; the lease information includes: free deposit lease price, target verification related information, insurance;
determining a rental target to be rented in response to a selecting operation of selecting the rental target from the rental information;
the method comprises the steps of obtaining an original supervision report of a leasing target, establishing a leasing transaction process through a preset protocol by combining a deposit-free leasing price, target verification related information, insurance and a leasing market, completing execution based on a deposit-free leasing public platform and a leasing node, uploading the executed leasing transaction process to a distributed network, and obtaining the use right of the leasing target.
When the credit-based deposit-free rental system provided by the embodiment of the present invention is implemented, in some embodiments, the system further includes a billing module, which is specifically configured to:
and accessing the leasing node into the distributed network, transferring the use right of the leasing target in the leasing transaction process to a leasing user from the deposit-free leasing public platform according to the executed leasing transaction process, determining fund transfer information and uploading the fund transfer information to the distributed network.
In particular, when the deposit-free rental system based on credit provided by the embodiment of the present invention is implemented, in some embodiments, the returning operation module is specifically configured to:
when the leasing transaction process is finished, carrying out secondary supervision on the leasing target through a third-party supervision node, and issuing a returning supervision report of the leasing target before returning;
comparing the returning supervision report with the original supervision report, and if the lease target is not changed, carrying out returning operation according to the lease transaction process;
if the damage of the leasing target is generated, checking the loss generated by the damage according to the return supervision report, and determining an indemnification strategy;
and after the rental user finishes the indemnity strategy, performing return operation according to the rental transaction process.
To sum up, the deposit free lease method and system based on credit provided by the embodiment of the invention comprises: establishing a distributed network and generating a preset protocol; accessing the deposit-free lease public platform into a distributed network, updating the lease targets to which the deposit-free lease public platform belongs, and releasing lease information; accessing a third-party supervision node into the distributed network, issuing an original supervision report to a leasing target of the deposit-free leasing public platform, and uploading the original supervision report to the distributed network; accessing the leasing node to a distributed network, acquiring leasing information from a deposit-free leasing platform, establishing a leasing transaction process according to a preset protocol and finishing execution; accessing the supervision node to the distributed network, checking the executed lease transaction process, and finishing the lease transaction process after the check is passed; and when the leasing transaction process is finished, issuing a return supervision report to the leasing target through the third-party supervision node, and returning according to the original supervision report. The embodiment of the invention utilizes the preset protocol which is pre-deployed on the distributed network to complete the deposit-free leasing protocol between the deposit-free leasing company and the leaser, thereby realizing the leasing service between the deposit-free leasing company and the deposit-free leaser; furthermore, the deposit-free rental public platform monitors the rental targets through a third-party monitoring node to obtain a monitoring report, can obtain target states in advance, can be used as a reference for the rental users to select the targets, and then, when the rental transaction process is finished, the rental users return the monitoring report through the third-party monitoring node to issue the rental targets, so that damage possibly caused to the rental targets in the whole rental process can be evaluated, the rental users can clearly know the target states when the rental targets are returned again, the deposit-free rental public platform is prevented from falsely constituting the original faults of the targets as damage during the rental transaction process, the rights and interests of the rental users are guaranteed, and money loss is prevented; furthermore, the rental user issues the return supervision report to the rental target through the third-party supervision node before returning, and whether damage occurs to the rental target during the process of the rental transaction can be clearly known through the return supervision report, so that the return supervision report can be used as a basis for the exempt deposit rental company to recover the compensation for the rental user. The invention utilizes the distributed network to complete a whole set of flow of the deposit-free leasing system, each step is clear and transparent, and can be checked in a trace manner, thereby greatly reducing the financial dispute of the leasing market and standardizing the system of the deposit-free leasing market.
According to the technical scheme, the data acquisition, storage, use, processing and the like meet relevant regulations of national laws and regulations, and various types of data such as personal identity data, operation data, behavior data and the like related to individuals, clients, crowds and the like are authorized.

establishing a distributed network and generating a preset protocol;
accessing the deposit-free lease public platform to a distributed network, updating the lease targets to which the deposit-free lease public platform belongs, and releasing lease information;
accessing a third-party supervision node into the distributed network, issuing an original supervision report to a leasing target of the deposit-free leasing public platform, and uploading the original supervision report to the distributed network;
accessing the leasing node to a distributed network, acquiring leasing information from a deposit-free leasing platform, establishing a leasing transaction process according to a preset protocol and finishing execution;
accessing the supervision node to the distributed network, checking the executed lease transaction process, and finishing the lease transaction process after the check is passed;
and when the leasing transaction process is finished, issuing a return supervision report to the leasing target through the third-party supervision node, and returning according to the original supervision report.
2. The method of claim 1,
accessing a third-party supervision node into a distributed network, issuing an original supervision report for a leasing target of a deposit-free leasing public platform, and uploading the original supervision report to the distributed network, wherein the steps comprise:
accessing a third-party supervision node into a distributed network, supervising a leasing target of the deposit-free leasing public platform, and issuing an original supervision report of the leasing target before leasing; the original supervision report comprises: leasing target information, a monitoring date and a monitoring mechanism; the original supervision report is uploaded to the distributed network.
3. The method of claim 1,
accessing the leasing node into the distributed network, acquiring leasing information from the deposit-free leasing platform, establishing a leasing transaction process according to a preset protocol and finishing execution, and acquiring the use right of a leasing target, wherein the method comprises the following steps: accessing the leasing node to a distributed network, and acquiring leasing information from a deposit-free leasing platform;
determining a rental target to be rented in response to a selecting operation of selecting the rental target from the rental information;
the method comprises the steps of obtaining an original supervision report of a leasing target, establishing a leasing transaction process through a preset protocol by combining a deposit-free leasing price, target verification related information, insurance and a leasing market, completing execution based on a deposit-free leasing public platform and a leasing node, uploading the executed leasing transaction process to a distributed network, and obtaining the use right of the leasing target.
4. The method of claim 1,
further comprising:
and accessing the leasing node into the distributed network, transferring the use right of the leasing target in the leasing transaction process to a leasing user from the deposit-free leasing public platform according to the executed leasing transaction process, determining fund transfer information and uploading the fund transfer information to the distributed network.

when the lease transaction process is finished, issuing a return supervision report to the lease mark through a third party supervision node, and performing return operation according to an original supervision report, wherein the return operation comprises the following steps:
when the leasing transaction process is finished, carrying out secondary supervision on the leasing target through a third-party supervision node, and issuing a returning supervision report of the leasing target before returning;
comparing the returning supervision report with the original supervision report, and if the lease target is not changed, carrying out returning operation according to the lease transaction process;
if the damage of the leasing target is generated, checking the loss generated by the damage according to the return supervision report, and determining an indemnification strategy;
and after the rental user finishes the indemnity strategy, carrying out a return operation according to the rental transaction process.
