Description

Banbury mixer and batch production method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of production of internal mixers, in particular to a product batch generation method of an internal mixer and the internal mixer.
Background
The 620 internal mixer (mainly used for plastication and mixing of rubber) has two film receiving stations (namely film output stations) in the film arranging process, the two film receiving stations are respectively received into two independent rubber discs, the stack top information is consistent, and the two film receiving stations belong to the same batch of rubber materials, namely the two film receiving stations receive the same batch of rubber materials.
At present, the sizing materials in two independent rubber plates use the same batch bar code to correspond to the same sizing material batch in which the sizing materials are located, and no distinction is made.
However, the actual weight of the gum material in each pan is not the same, resulting in anomalies when used in the following scenarios:
1. if the sizing materials in the two independent rubber discs are simultaneously fed at the double stations of the same internal mixer, the batch bar codes of the sizing materials in the two independent rubber discs are the same, and the system can be considered as a bar code during feeding scanning, so that the two feeding stations cannot be simultaneously fed.
2. When scanning batch bar codes, the total weight of two tray glues is obtained, and the actual weight of the glue material of the independent glue tray and the weight of the deduction when the glue material is consumed cannot be recorded and obtained, so that the weight of the deduction is disordered.
3. After the sizing materials in the two independent rubber discs with the same batch number are delivered to a semi-finished product process, the sizing materials in the two rubber discs cannot be scanned and fed on different semi-finished product machines simultaneously because one bar code can only be used on one machine.

The train number range of the plurality of product trains of the product batch refers to the number from the initial train number to the last train number of the plurality of product trains of the product batch. For example, a product batch includes three product runs, which are the products produced by the lathe for the first time, the second time and the third time, respectively, and the product batch includes the products produced by the lathe for the first time to the third time; when the number of the lathe for the first time is 001, the number of the lathe for the second time is 002, and the number of the lathe for the third time is 003, the number of the lathe for the batch of products ranges from 001 to 003.

For example, a first mark or a second mark is added at the end of the master batch barcode, respectively, to form two independent batch barcodes. Optionally, the two product output stations of the internal mixer are a left product output station and a right product output station, respectively, the first identifier is "L", and the second identifier is "R". Further, when the master batch barcode is 220436JX2N14004006, the two independent batch barcodes are 220436JX2N14004006L and 220436JX2N14004006R, respectively.

In this embodiment, the method for generating a product batch further includes: performing performance detection on a product batch before the product batch is divided into a plurality of independent product batches; and recording the performance detection result of the product batch into the production information of each independent product batch of the product batch. In this way, performance testing of individual product batches is no longer required, so that performance testing is simplified. Among other things, performance testing includes some of the performance requirements that a film needs to meet in order to be used to make a tire half.
