Description

Continuous rolling-steaming dyeing method for corduroy fabric reactive dye
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of reactive dyes, in particular to a continuous pad-steam dyeing method of a corduroy fabric reactive dye.
Background
The reactive dye is also called reactive dye, is a novel water-soluble dye appearing in the 50 th century in 20 th century, contains active groups capable of reacting with hydroxyl in cellulose and amino in protein fiber in a molecule, and is mainly applied to dyeing and printing of fibers such as cotton, hemp, viscose, silk, wool and the like and blended fabrics thereof, and a dyeing method of the reactive dye; the most commonly used dyeing method for dyeing cotton with reactive dyes is as follows: padding dyes, and the like. A dip dyeing method: the dip dyeing method can be divided into three dyeing methods, namely a one-bath one-step method, a one-bath two-step method and a two-bath method. A: one-bath one-step method: the method has the advantages of simple process, short dyeing time and convenient operation, and the dye can not be diffused any more after the fixation because the adsorption and the fixation are carried out simultaneously, so the level dyeing and the permeability are poor. And meanwhile, the dyeing is carried out under the alkaline condition, so that the dye stability and hydrolysis of the dye bath are more. B: one-bath two-step method: dyeing in a neutral bath, adding an alkaline agent into the dyeing bath when the dyeing of the dye is close to balance, adjusting the pH value to a specified color fixing pH value, and then, covalently bonding the dye and the fiber to achieve the color fixing purpose.
The patent publication number is CN101200859A, and a salt-free pad-steaming continuous dyeing method for reactive dyes belongs to the novel technical field of textile printing and dyeing. The method mainly comprises the steps of dyeing a semi-finished product of the cellulose fiber woven fabric through singeing, desizing, boiling, bleaching and mercerizing, namely carrying out continuous dyeing process of padding, steaming fixation, washing, soaping, washing and drying by using reactive dye. The method comprises the following steps of carrying out three steps of padding a pretreated semi-finished product of the cellulose fiber woven fabric with a dye solution, steaming and washing, wherein the dye solution consists of an M-type reactive dye, a leveling agent, a fixation alkaline agent and water, and the proportion is as follows: m type reactive dye: 0.01-10%, leveling agent: 0.1-0.2%, fixation alkaline agent: 1.5-4%, water: and (4) the balance. The method is different from the conventional continuous dyeing process of rolling, drying, rolling and steaming the reactive dye and is also different from the wet short steaming process of the reactive dye. Greatly saves energy and reduces cost.
However, the existing active dye mainly adopts padding dye liquor → pre-drying → high-temperature baking fixation → washing → soaping → washing → drying, the technical steps are too complicated, the required water consumption is extremely large, and energy and water conservation is difficult to achieve.
