After the multimedia recording device receives the recording stopping instruction to stop recording, if the recording starting instruction is not received within a preset time period, the multimedia recording device enters a dormant state, and after the multimedia recording device enters an awakening state or the dormant state, a state notification needs to be sent to the computer device, so that the computer device determines the type of the sent instruction according to the state of the multimedia recording device. It should be noted that the emotion recognition and emotion marking of the multimedia file can be performed in real time in the process after the multimedia recording device starts recording and before the recording is finished; or the recording may be performed offline after the recording is finished, and may be specifically set according to needs.

Referring to fig. 2, a schematic flow chart of another diagnosis and treatment process management method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure is shown in fig. 2, where the step S10 of acquiring a multimedia file recorded by a multimedia recording device in a preset diagnosis and treatment site may include:

The recording format comprises the following steps: the audio and video recording format and the audio recording format can be determined according to the properties of the preset diagnosis and treatment place.

According to the diagnosis and treatment process management method provided by the embodiment, the recording format of the multimedia recording device is determined according to the property of the preset diagnosis and treatment place so as to obtain the multimedia file corresponding to the recording format, so that the multimedia recording device can be controlled as required, and multimedia files with different formats can be flexibly generated.

Referring to fig. 3, a schematic flow chart of another diagnosis and treatment process management method according to an embodiment of the present application is shown in fig. 3, where in the above step S40, a process of generating a diagnosis process file of a preset patient according to the identity information of the preset patient and a marked multimedia file for starting a diagnosis receiving operation may include:

For example, the unit visit time period may be a time period in which one visit request set by the medical institution is valid, and in general, the unit visit time period may be one day.
In a possible implementation manner, the return diagnosis operation may be at least a second start diagnosis operation received within the unit diagnosis time period, or may be an operation directly input by the patient through a return diagnosis button provided in a display interface of the computer device after the detection that the facial image of the preset patient is acquired at least a second time within the unit diagnosis time period.

Referring to fig. 4, a schematic flow chart of another diagnosis and treatment process management method according to an embodiment of the present application is shown in fig. 4, where the process of generating the diagnosis process file of the preset patient according to the identity information of the preset patient and the target multimedia file in S43 may include:

In a possible implementation manner, the determination of the splicing reason may be manually input by the service provider or manually selected from a plurality of selectable return-service reasons, or may be determined according to an examination item provided by the service provider in a diagnosis and treatment process before the return-service operation, and if it is recognized that only one detection item provided by the service provider is provided, the reason marking is directly performed according to the detection item in the splicing process; if the examination items issued by the service provider are recognized to include at least two items, the service provider can be provided with at least two options of examination item objects to perform reason marking according to the selection of the service provider. For example, the examination items may be items that cannot be performed by a preset medical site, such as assay items and radiology examination items.
Furthermore, since the systems of the medical institution are interconnected through the server, when the preset medical staff completes the examination of the specified examination item and the examination result is generated, the detection result can be directly checked in the computer equipment of the medical staff in the preset medical place, and when the preset medical staff returns to the preset medical place again, a return diagnosis instruction is generated in response to the result checking operation of the medical staff for the preset examination item, so as to obtain the multimedia file recorded by the multimedia recording equipment.
According to the diagnosis and treatment process management method provided by the embodiment, the reason marks are carried out on the marked multimedia files, so that when a manager views the preset diagnosis and treatment process file of the patient, the manager can clearly master the contents in the spliced multimedia files through the reason marks, the manager does not need to deduce the contents in the spliced multimedia files through viewing the multimedia files and other diagnosis and treatment records, and the waste of labor and time is avoided.
On the basis of the above embodiment, the embodiment of the present application further provides another diagnosis and treatment process management method. Referring to fig. 5, a schematic flow chart of another diagnosis and treatment process management method according to an embodiment of the present application is shown in fig. 5, where the method may further include:

In this embodiment, a manager of a medical institution acquires and views a visit process file from a server, when a diagnosis and treatment process recorded in a marked multimedia file in the visit process file needs to be evaluated, a preset marking time point at which a preset emotion state of a person needing to pay attention to is located can be determined according to emotion states of the person marked at different time points in the marked multimedia file, the multimedia files before and after the preset marking time point are viewed, problem description is performed on the diagnosis and treatment process in the multimedia file by combining the management file of the medical institution for the diagnosis and treatment process, so that a problem mark is generated at the preset marking time point based on the problem description, the problem description is used for indicating problems existing in the diagnosis and treatment process of the person who receives a visit at the preset marking time point, and related management files can be associated in the problem description, so that the problem description has a file basis.
In a possible implementation manner, the problem marking of the marked multimedia file may be performed on the marked multimedia file of the preset medical staff after receiving the complaint of the preset medical staff; in the periodic check management of the medical institution, the problem marking may be performed on any checked marked multimedia file, which is not limited in this embodiment.
S52: and generating a problem disposal prompt message with a preset marking time point according to the problem description and a preset disposal mode corresponding to the problem description.
In this embodiment, the preset disposal manner may be a preset disposal manner determined by a manager based on a problem existing in a diagnosis and treatment process, and may be a disposal manner corresponding to a problem description determined from a correspondence relationship between multiple predetermined problem descriptions and disposal manners, and a problem disposal prompt message is generated according to the problem description and the preset disposal manner. If the examination receiving personnel disagrees the problem description in the rectification list, the reason of the disagreement can be described, the rectification list is refuted and sent back to the management personnel to be conformed, if the management personnel determine that the problem description is not properly processed according to the reason of the disagreement, the rectification list is cancelled to cancel the rectification, and if the reason of the disagreement described by the examination receiving personnel is not approved, the reason of the problem can be perfectly adjusted and then sent to the examination receiving personnel again to be confirmed. If the examinee does not have an objection to the problem description in the rectification list, the problem description, the preset disposal mode and the related management files can be improved in time in the future diagnosis and treatment process according to the problem description.
In an optional embodiment, in order to improve the service quality, a service taker with a problem in the diagnosis process may be set as a key object of interest, so as to consult the marked multimedia file of the multiple service taker in the diagnosis process, and determine whether the service taker has the problem to be improved in the diagnosis process.
According to the diagnosis and treatment process management method provided by the embodiment, the preset marking time point is subjected to problem marking based on the marked emotion state of the person in the marked multimedia file, so that the problem disposal prompt message is sent to the patient receiver, the patient receiver can timely improve the future diagnosis and treatment process based on the problem disposal prompt message, the marked emotion state of the person can be used for more conveniently evaluating the quality of the diagnosis and treatment process, and the service quality of the patient receiver is improved.
In a possible implementation manner, after the visit of the visit staff is completed, the satisfaction degree of the diagnosis and treatment process can be evaluated through the visit voucher or the two-dimensional code information of the preset diagnosis and treatment place, and the satisfaction degree evaluation result of the visit staff and the identity information of the visit staff are managed. For example, the satisfaction evaluation may include: star rating and text rating.
Furthermore, based on the satisfaction evaluation of the medical staff, the manager can identify the low-quality diagnosis and treatment service and the high-quality diagnosis and treatment service according to the star-level evaluation score and the character evaluation content by using the service quality management module, and execute the processes of S51-S52 on the low-quality diagnosis and treatment service, so that the medical staff of the low-quality diagnosis and treatment service can correct the problems in the diagnosis and treatment process. The satisfaction evaluation result and the reward punishment system can be combined, the service taker providing low-quality diagnosis and treatment service is punished, and the service taker providing high-quality diagnosis and treatment service is rewarded, so that the service taker in a medical institution can be stimulated to improve the diagnosis and treatment service quality, and better and more professional diagnosis and treatment service is provided for the service taker.
In some embodiments, a data mining technology can be adopted to analyze problems in low-quality diagnosis and treatment services, deeply dig pain points between the patients and the medical staff in the diagnosis and treatment process, accurately position key problems of diagnosis and treatment service quality, and help medical institutions to make responses very quickly according to the key problems.
In other embodiments, the medical procedure document of the patient who is highly evaluated by the patient for a long time can be marked as a high-quality service content, the medical procedure document can be popularized in a medical institution, and the medical procedure document can also be listed in a study database for study of other patients.
On the basis of the above embodiment, the embodiment of the present application further provides a diagnosis and treatment process management device. performing emotion recognition on the multimedia file to obtain the emotion states of the people in the preset diagnosis and treatment place;
performing emotion marking on a time point corresponding to the emotion state of the person in the multimedia file to obtain a marked multimedia file for starting the reception operation;
and responding to the completion of the treatment receiving operation aiming at the preset treatment staff, and generating a treatment process file of the preset treatment staff according to the identity information of the preset treatment staff and the marked multimedia file for starting the treatment receiving operation.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein before acquiring the multimedia file recorded by the multimedia recording device in the preset medical treatment location, the method further comprises:
responding to the start of the examination receiving operation aiming at the preset medical personnel, and controlling the multimedia recording equipment to start recording;
the method further comprises the following steps:
and responding to the completion of the diagnosis receiving operation aiming at the preset medical staff, and controlling the multimedia recording equipment to stop recording.
3. The method according to claim 1, wherein the obtaining of the multimedia file recorded by the multimedia recording device in the preset medical treatment site comprises:
determining a recording format according to the property of the preset diagnosis and treatment place;
and acquiring a multimedia file corresponding to the recording format recorded by the multimedia recording equipment according to the recording format.

The method of claim 1, wherein if the starting of the diagnostic procedure is a return procedure; generating a diagnosis process file of the preset patient according to the identity information of the preset patient and the marked multimedia file for starting the treatment operation, wherein the generation process file comprises the following steps:
acquiring a marked multimedia file for the preset medical staff to start a reception operation at least once in the preset diagnosis and treatment place before the return diagnosis operation in the unit diagnosis time period;

receiving a question mark aiming at the preset mark time point of the marked multimedia file, wherein the question mark is as follows: the problem description of the corresponding patient at the preset marking time point is described;
