Disclosure of Invention
Problems to be solved by the invention
In the cup holder disclosed in patent document 1, when the beverage container is taken out of and put into the recess, the distal end portion of the sub-holding piece may be caught on a part of the beverage container depending on the shape of the beverage container, and the beverage container cannot be smoothly taken out and put into the cup holder. When the lid is closed and a small object is placed on the lid, a member for increasing the coefficient of friction, such as a nonwoven fabric, may be disposed on the surface of the lid in order to prevent the small object from moving on the lid due to a change in acceleration in the horizontal direction caused by the movement of the automobile. In this case, a member for increasing the friction coefficient, such as a nonwoven fabric, which is a separate member from the sub-holding sheet, is required, which causes a problem that the number of components increases.
In view of the above problems, an object of the present invention is to provide a cup holder having a simple structure, capable of smoothly taking out and putting in a beverage container from and to a recess, and capable of stably holding a small object on a lid when the lid is closed.
Means for solving the problems
A first aspect of the present invention is a cup holder including: a recess for holding a beverage container; a pair of covers capable of opening and closing the recess in a state where opening and closing operations of the covers are synchronized with each other; and a substantially flat-plate-shaped rubber member having flexibility and attached to at least one of the pair of covers, wherein the pair of covers has an upper surface capable of holding the small object placed thereon in a state where the concave portion is closed, and the rubber member is attached to at least one of the pair of covers by being inserted through and fixed to a through hole provided in at least one of the pair of covers, the rubber member including: a first portion protruding from the upper surfaces of the pair of covers, the first portion having a greater coefficient of friction than the pair of covers; and a second portion that protrudes toward the beverage container in a state where the pair of lids open the recessed portions, and elastically deforms when contacting the beverage container to apply a pressing force to the beverage container.
According to the first aspect, the second portion of the rubber member is elastically deformed when the beverage container is taken out from and put into the recess, and therefore the distal end portion does not catch on a part of the beverage container and can be smoothly taken out and put into the recess. Further, since the first portion having a larger friction coefficient than the pair of covers abuts on the small object placed on the pair of covers when the pair of covers are closed, the small object can be prevented from moving on the pair of covers due to a change in acceleration in the horizontal direction caused by movement of the automobile. Further, since the first portion capable of stably holding small objects without slipping and the second portion holding the beverage container in the recess can be supplied by one rubber member, an increase in the number of components can be suppressed.
A second aspect of the present invention is the first aspect, wherein the pair of covers are provided with the rubber members, respectively.
According to the second aspect, when the pair of lids is opened and the beverage container is placed in the recess, the beverage container is pressed and supported by the second portion from both sides, and therefore the beverage container can be stably held in the recess. Further, when the pair of covers are closed and the small article is placed on the cover, the number of the first portions is 2, so that the small article can be stably held while further suppressing the sliding.
A third aspect of the present invention is the first or second aspect, wherein a gap or a projection/recess for increasing a friction coefficient is formed in a portion of the first portion that abuts the small object.
According to the third aspect, when the pair of covers is closed and the small article is placed on the covers, the small article can be stably held while further suppressing the sliding.
A fourth aspect of the present invention is characterized in that, according to the first aspect or the second aspect, the rubber member is colored in a color different from that of the pair of caps. A fifth aspect of the present invention is characterized in that, according to the third aspect described above, the rubber member is colored in a color different from the pair of caps.
According to the fourth aspect or the fifth aspect, when the pair of covers is closed, a change in design can be provided, and the degree of freedom in design is improved.

Detailed Description
Fig. 1 to 6 show a cup holder 10 according to an embodiment of the present invention. This embodiment is an example in which the present invention is applied to the center armrest 1 of the rear seat of the automobile. In the drawings, each direction with respect to the automobile and the rear seat of the automobile is shown by an arrow. In the following description, description about the direction is made with reference to the direction.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the center armrest 1 provided with the cup holder 10 according to the present embodiment is applied to a rear seat of a bench type in an automobile. The center armrest 1 is attached to a center seat portion of a seat back of a rear seat so as to be able to be tilted forward and unfolded into a horizontal state. A cup holder 10 is provided at a front end side portion of the upper surface portion of the center armrest 1 in a horizontally expanded state. As shown in fig. 5 and 6, the center armrest 1 includes a metal frame 1a constituting a framework, a urethane resin pad 1b serving as a cushioning material covering the frame 1a, and a cover 1c serving as a skin material covering the pad 1b.
As shown in fig. 2, 4, and 6, the cup holder 10 includes a main body 20, a receiving portion 30 for holding a beverage container 2 such as a plastic bottle, and a pair of front and rear covers 40 for opening and closing an upper opening of the receiving portion 30. Here, the receiving portion 30 corresponds to the "recess" of the invention.
The main body 20 is an injection-molded resin member, and has a rectangular shape with its longitudinal direction oriented in the left-right direction when viewed from above. A bottomed square recess 21 having a substantially rectangular parallelepiped inner side is provided on the rear side, and a square wall portion 22 having a substantially square cylindrical inner side is provided on the front side. The square recessed portion 21 is a portion used as a small article storage box. The lower side of the square wall portion 22 is formed as a rectangular opening 22a whose longitudinal direction is the left-right direction when viewed from above.
The receiving portion 30 is an injection-molded resin member, and has a rectangular shape in outer shape when viewed from above, the rectangular shape corresponding to the opening 22a of the square wall portion 22, and is attached to the square wall portion 22 so as to close the opening 22a. The receiving portion 30 is formed with a pair of right and left cup-shaped recessed portions 31 that open upward, and a partition portion 32 that partitions the pair of right and left recessed portions 31 at a right and left center portion. The recessed portion 31 is recessed below the partition portion 32 in a shape matching the bottom surface of the beverage container 2 such as a plastic bottle.
Since the pair of covers 40 are substantially symmetrical in the front-rear direction, the rear cover 40 will be described as a representative example, and only the different portions will be appropriately supplemented with supplementary descriptions. The lid 40 is an injection-molded resin member, and includes a planar lid portion 41 extending horizontally in the closed state S1 shown in fig. 3 and 5, a first wall portion 42 extending downward from a front end portion of the lid portion 41, and a pair of left and right second wall portions 43 extending downward on both left and right side portions of the lid portion 41.
As shown in fig. 3 and 5, in the closed state S1, the lid portion 41 has a rectangular shape with the longitudinal direction thereof oriented in the lateral direction when viewed from above, and a pair of slits 41a extending in the lateral direction are provided at bilaterally symmetrical positions on the front end side of the lid portion 41. A substantially flat plate-shaped flexible rubber-made pressure plate member 45 is attached to each slit 41a in an inserted state. The platen member 45 is colored in a different color from the pair of covers 40. More specifically, the platen member 45 includes a widened portion 45a provided at an upper end portion and widened in the plate thickness direction, i.e., the front-rear direction, and a body portion 45b extending downward from a lower surface of the widened portion 45 a. A plurality of projecting portions 45c projecting in the rearward direction are provided on the upper end portion side of the body portion 45b. In addition, a receiving recess 41b capable of receiving the widened portion 45a is formed in an upper end side outer peripheral edge portion of the slit 41a in the cover portion 41. When the main body portion 45b of the pressure plate member 45 is inserted into the slit 41a from the front end side, the plurality of protrusions 45c are engaged with the lower end side outer peripheral edge portion of the slit 41a in a state where the widened portion 45a is accommodated in the accommodation recessed portion 41b, and the pressure plate member 45 is fixed to the lid portion 41. The recessed depth of the receiving recess 41b is set such that the upper surface portion 45a1 of the widened portion 45a slightly protrudes upward from the upper surface of the lid portion 41. In the upper surface portion 45a1, irregularities such as dimples are formed to increase the friction coefficient. As shown in fig. 4 and 6, in the open state S2, the body portion 45b of the platen member 45 extends in the horizontal direction, and the distal end portion side of the body portion 45b is formed by being cut in an arc shape so as to easily conform to the outer shape of the beverage container 2. Here, the slit 41a and the platen member 45 correspond to a "through hole" and a "rubber member" in the claims, respectively. The widened portion 45a and the body portion 45b correspond to the "first portion" and the "second portion" of the present invention, respectively.
As shown in fig. 4, the first wall portion 42 is provided with a rectangular central cutout 42a at a central portion in the left-right direction, and a pair of arc-shaped side cutouts 42b at positions corresponding to the left and right slits 41a. The central cutout 42a is provided to avoid interference of the first wall portion 42 with the partition portion 32 of the receiving portion 30 when the lid 41 is in the closed state S1, and the side cutout 42b is provided to avoid interference with the beverage container 2. The pair of right and left second wall portions 43 contribute to improvement in rigidity of the lid portion 41. Between the front lid 41 and the first wall 42, a hand placing recess 44 for placing a hand when opening and closing is formed in the center in the left-right direction on the rear end side in the closed state S1.
As shown in fig. 4 to 6, the lid 41 is coupled to the rear end side of the receiving portion 30 so as to be rotatable in the vertical direction by a rotation axis A1 extending in the horizontal direction at the rear end side. The front cover 41 is coupled to the rear end of the receiving portion 30 so as to be rotatable in the vertical direction by a rotation axis A2 extending in the horizontal direction at the front end. Further, since the pivot axis A1 and the pivot axis A2 are coupled via the link mechanism 46, the rear cover 40 and the front cover 40 are configured to be rotated in synchronization in the vertical direction about the pivot axis A1 and the pivot axis A2, respectively, to be opened and closed in synchronization with each other in opening and closing operations, and can adopt the closed state S1 and the open state S2. At this time, by the action of a torsion spring, not shown, when the pair of covers 40 are in a turning region close to the closed state S1, the turning shaft A1 and the turning shaft A2 are turned in the direction of the closed state S1, and when the pair of covers 40 are in a turning region close to the open state S2, the turning shaft A1 and the turning shaft A2 are turned in the direction of the open state S2. Thus, when the front lid 40 is lifted by putting a hand on the hand placing recess 44 when the lid 40 is opened from the closed state S1, the rear lid 40 is also lifted in conjunction with each other, and the pair of lids 40 are opened in synchronization with each other in the opening and closing operation and held in the opened state S2. To change from the open state S2 to the closed state S1, when either of the front and rear covers 40 is pushed in and closed, the cover is interlocked and closed.
The present embodiment configured as described above provides the following operational advantages. When the cup holder 10 is in the open state S2 of the pair of lids 40, and the beverage container 2 is taken out of the recess 31 of the receiving portion 30 and put into the recess 31 of the receiving portion 30, the main body portion 45b of the pressing plate member 45 can be smoothly taken out of and put into the beverage container 2 without being caught by a part of the beverage container 2. When the pair of covers 40 are in the closed state S1 and the small object 3 such as a smartphone is placed on the pair of covers 40, the upper surface portion 45a1 of the widened portion 45a of the platen member 45 abuts against the small object 3. At this time, since the upper surface portion 45a1 of the widened portion 45a has a higher friction coefficient than the upper surfaces of the pair of covers 40, the small object 3 can be prevented from moving on the pair of covers 40 due to a change in the acceleration in the horizontal direction caused by the movement of the automobile. Further, since the widened portion 45a capable of stably holding the small articles 3 without slipping and the main body portion 45b supporting the beverage container 2 in the recessed portion 31 of the receiving portion 30 can be supplied by one platen member 45, an increase in the number of components can be suppressed.
When the beverage container 2 is placed in the recessed portion 31 of the receptacle 30 when the pair of lids 40 are in the open state S2, the beverage container 2 is pressed and supported from both front and rear sides by the main body portion 45b of the pressing plate member 45, and therefore the beverage container 2 can be stably held in the recessed portion 31 of the receptacle 30. Further, when the pair of covers 40 are brought into the closed state S1 and the small article 3 is placed on the pair of covers 40, the number of the widened portions 45a is 2, so that the small article 3 can be stably held while further suppressing sliding. Further, since the projections and recesses such as the knurls are formed on the upper surface portion 45a1 of the widened portion 45a, when the pair of covers 40 are brought into the closed state S1 and the small objects 3 are placed on the pair of covers 40, the small objects 3 can be stably held while further suppressing the sliding. In addition, since the platen member 45 is colored in a color different from that of the pair of lids 40, when the pair of lids 40 are brought into the closed state S1, a change in design can be provided to the cup holder 10, and the degree of freedom in design can be improved.
Although the specific embodiments have been described above, the present invention is not limited to these external appearance and configuration, and various modifications, additions, and deletions can be made within the scope not departing from the spirit of the present invention. For example, the following structures can be mentioned.
1. In the above embodiment, the upper surface portion 45a1 of the platen member 45 is formed with irregularities such as dimples for increasing the friction coefficient, but the present invention is not limited thereto, and at least 1 slit may be formed for increasing the friction coefficient.
2. In the above embodiment, when the pressure plate member 45 is attached to the lid portion 41 of the cover 40, the body portion 45b of the pressure plate member 45 is inserted into the slit 41a from the distal end side, and the plurality of protrusions 45c are engaged with and fixed to the lower end side outer peripheral edge portion of the slit 41a in a state where the widened portion 45a is accommodated in the accommodation recess 41b. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and the pressure plate member 45 may be fixed to the lid 41 by adhesion, or may be mechanically fixed by screws or the like.
3. In the above embodiment, the cup holder 10 is applied to a seat for an automobile, but is not limited thereto, and may be applied to a seat mounted on an airplane, a ship, an electric train, or the like.
