A power pipe cutting device for laying cables comprises a frame and is characterized in that a cutting assembly, a placing assembly and a flow guide assembly are mounted on the frame, a cross rod used for supporting the power pipe is mounted on the frame, the cutting assembly is in sliding fit with the frame, a fixing assembly used for fixing the power pipe is mounted on the cutting assembly, the placing assembly is mounted at the top of the frame, the flow guide assembly is mounted at the bottom of the frame, a supporting frame is mounted on one side of the frame, a driving assembly and a transmission assembly are mounted on the supporting frame, one end of the transmission assembly is connected with the driving assembly, and the other end of the transmission assembly is connected with the cutting assembly;
the driving assembly comprises a motor, a fixed shell, a driving wheel, a driven wheel and a rotating shaft, the fixed shell is fixedly arranged on the supporting frame, the motor is arranged on the supporting frame and positioned on one side of the fixed shell, an output shaft of the motor penetrates through the fixed shell and extends into the fixed shell, the driving wheel is arranged on the output shaft of the motor, the rotating shaft is arranged on the fixed shell, two ends of the rotating shaft respectively extend to two sides of the fixed shell, and the driven wheel is arranged on the rotating shaft and meshed with the driving wheel;
the transmission assembly comprises rotating arms and transmission rods, the rotating arms are symmetrically arranged at two ends of the rotating shaft, one end of each rotating arm is fixedly arranged on the rotating shaft, one end of each transmission rod is rotatably arranged at the other end of each rotating arm, and the other end of each transmission rod is rotatably arranged on the cutting assembly;
the transmission assembly further comprises a swing arm and a connecting rod, one end of the swing arm is mounted at the bottom of the frame, one end of the transmission rod is mounted at the top of the swing arm, one end of the connecting rod is rotatably mounted at the top of the rotating arm, and the other end of the connecting rod is rotatably mounted on the swing arm and located below the connecting rod;
the cutting assembly comprises a sliding plate, a knife rest is mounted at the top of the sliding plate, a cutting knife is mounted on the knife rest, a mounting seat is mounted on one side of the sliding plate, one end of a transmission rod is rotatably mounted on the mounting seat, sliding parts are further mounted at two ends of the sliding plate, support rods are mounted at two ends of a frame, the support rods are fixedly mounted on the frame and located below the side plates, sliding grooves are formed in the side plates and the support rods, and the sliding parts are in sliding fit with the sliding grooves;
