In some embodiments of the present invention, when the skirt 52 has an L-shaped cross-section, one side of the "L" is a protrusion that engages with the bracket 51, and the other side of the "L" is used to prevent small particles of dirt from flowing back or toward the filter screen 32 of the dirt cup assembly and directly into the separator 3 and to catch impurities and hair falling from the filter screen 32.
In some embodiments of the present invention, when the skirt 52 has a U-shaped cross-section, one vertical side of the "U" is a protrusion that engages with the bracket 51, one transverse side of the "U" extends in the radial direction of the dirt cup for receiving impurities and hair falling from the filter screen 32, and the other vertical side of the "U" engages with the transverse side for preventing dust particles from flowing back or toward the filter screen 32 of the dirt cup assembly directly into the interior of the separator 3.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, the skirt 52 has an L-shaped cross section, and the skirt 52 includes a protrusion and a blocking portion connected to the protrusion, the protrusion and the blocking portion forming an acute angle therebetween, and the blocking portion being inclined downward with respect to the horizontal direction.
In some embodiments of the present invention, when the gas-solid rotates at a high speed in the first ash storage cavity 11 to perform the first gas-solid separation, the gas-solid rotates at a high speed in the first ash storage cavity 11 to collide with the cup body 1, the ash storage 4, the dust blocking member 5, etc., the gas-solid contacts with the upper surface of the dust blocking member 5 first, the hair or large-particle impurities are blocked by the dust blocking member 5 and the filter screen 32 and attached to the surface of the dust blocking member 5, the small-particle dust is thrown to the bottom of the first ash storage cavity 11 along with the rotating airflow, and the airflow completing the first gas-solid separation continues to perform the second separation through the gap between the dust blocking member 5 and the cup body 1. In order to increase the separation efficiency and reduce the influence of the dust guard 5 on the gas flow speed, as shown in fig. 1, 3 and 4, a filter hole 521 is provided on the shielding portion of the skirt 52, and the separation effect and the ventilation amount can be simultaneously ensured through the filter hole 521.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the size of the filtering hole 521 may be determined through a plurality of experiments before the dust suction apparatus is shipped. The number of the filter holes 521 may be one, two or more, and when the number of the filter holes 521 is two or more, the filter holes 521 are spaced apart from each other on the skirt 52, and further, two or more filter holes 521 are spaced apart from each other uniformly on the skirt 52. In one embodiment, the skirt 52 has a plurality of uniformly spaced filter holes 521.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the skirt 52 may be made of plastic, such as PP (polypropylene), PE (polyethylene), PVC (polyvinyl chloride), etc., or rubber, silicone, etc.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the bracket 51 is detachably connected to the dust storage member 4, and the dust blocking member 5 is installed to the dust storage member 4 in the direction opposite to the installation direction of the dust storage member 4 to the separator 3, and further, the bracket 51 is installed to the dust storage member 4 in the direction opposite to the installation direction of the dust storage member 4 to the separator 3, according to the above description. The detachable connecting structure capable of realizing the opposite installation direction can adopt an internal and external thread assembly mode and also can adopt a slide way bulge matching mode. In one embodiment, the bracket 51 is detachably connected with the ash storage member 4 by a way of a slideway convex fit.
In some embodiments of the present invention, one of the bracket 51 and the ash storage member 4 is provided with a first connecting portion 511, and the other is provided with a second connecting portion 42, and the bracket 51 and the ash storage member 4 are detachably connected by the snap-fit of the first connecting portion 511 and the second connecting portion 42. One of the first connection portion 511 and the second connection portion 42 is a slide, and the other is a protrusion. In one embodiment, the bracket 51 is provided with a first connecting part 511, the first connecting part 511 is a slideway formed by the depression of the inner wall of the bracket 51, the ash storage part 4 is provided with a second connecting part 42, the second connecting part 42 is a protrusion formed by the extension of the outer wall of the ash storage part 4, and the detachable connection of the two parts is realized through the sliding of the protrusion in the slideway.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the first connection portion 511 may be provided with one, two, or more. When the first connection portion 511 is one, it may be disposed at any position of the bracket 51, and when the first connection portion 511 is two or more, two or more first connection portions 511 are disposed at intervals on the bracket 51, and further, two or more first connection portions 511 are disposed at intervals on the bracket 51. The second connection portion 42 may be provided with one, two, or more. When the second connecting portion 42 is one, it can be disposed at any position of the ash storage member 4, when the second connecting portion 42 is two or more, two or more second connecting portions 42 are disposed at intervals on the ash storage member 4, and further, two or more second connecting portions 42 are disposed at intervals on the ash storage member 4. The second connecting part 42 enters the first connecting part 511 of the slideway and is limited by the side wall of the slideway to avoid the separation of the ash storage part 4 and the bracket 51, thus realizing the detachable connection between the two.
The contour of the slideway can be L-shaped or U-shaped, and the ash storage part 4 is limited to be inseparable from the separation by the different positions of the contour of the slideway.
In some embodiments of the present invention, in one embodiment, the chute is L-shaped, specifically, as shown in fig. 1 to 6 and 9, the first connection portion 511 includes a first axial chute 5111 and a first circumferential chute 5112, the first axial chute 5111 extends axially along the inner wall of the bracket 51 along the end surface of the bracket 51 facing the ash storage 4, that is, the first axial chute 5111 is a chute arranged on the inner wall of the ash storage 4, the first circumferential chute 5112 is connected to the first axial chute 5111 and is communicated with the first axial chute 5111, and the second connection portion 42 enters from the first axial chute 5111 and moves along the first axial chute 5111, enters into the first circumferential chute 5112 and moves along the first circumferential chute 5112 until the ash storage 4 cannot move, which indicates that the ash storage 4 is assembled with the bracket 51. The ash storage part 4 entering the first circumferential slideway 5112 is limited from being separated from the bracket 51 by the difference of the extension directions of the first circumferential slideway 5112 and the first axial slideway 5111, so that the connection between the ash storage part 4 and the bracket 51 is ensured.
The extending direction of the first axial slideway 5111 may be parallel to the axial direction, and may also be set to form an acute angle with the axial direction, and the extending direction of the first circumferential slideway 5112 may be parallel to the horizontal direction, and may also be set to form an acute angle with the horizontal direction, that is, the extending direction of the first axial slideway 5111 and the extending direction of the first circumferential slideway 5112 may be an acute angle, an obtuse angle, or a right angle. In one embodiment, the first axial ramp 5111 extends parallel to the axial direction and the first circumferential ramp 5112 extends parallel to the horizontal direction.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 to 6 and 9, a first blocking portion 512 is disposed in the first circumferential slideway 5112, and the second connecting portion 42 is further limited by the first blocking portion 512 to prevent the ash storage member 4 from being separated from the bracket 51. Specifically, along the axial direction of the bracket 51, the upper end surface of the first blocking portion 512 is higher than the lower end surface of the first circumferential slideway 5112, and because there is a height difference between the first blocking portion 512 and the lower end surface of the first circumferential slideway 5112, when a user installs the dust collector, the second connecting portion 42 will receive resistance when moving along the first circumferential slideway 5112 to contact with the first blocking portion 512, and the user continues to apply an acting force, and the second connecting portion 42 will overcome the resistance to cross the first blocking portion 512 from one side of the first blocking portion 512 and contact with the other side of the first blocking portion 512, and realize the limitation on the second connecting portion 42 by means of the other side of the first blocking portion 512 and the first circumferential slideway 5112, so as to avoid the separation of the dust storage member 4 from the bracket 51.
In other embodiments, the lower end surface of the first blocking portion 512 may be lower than the upper end surface of the first circumferential slideway 5112 along the axial direction of the bracket 51, and because there is a height difference between the first blocking portion 512 and the lower end surface of the first circumferential slideway 5112, when a user installs the dust collecting device, the second connecting portion 42 will receive resistance when moving along the first circumferential slideway 5112 to contact with the first blocking portion 512, and the user will continue to apply an acting force, and the second connecting portion 42 will overcome the resistance to cross the first blocking portion 512 from one side of the first blocking portion 512 and contact with the other side of the first blocking portion 512, and realize the limitation of the second connecting portion 42 by means of the other side of the first blocking portion 512 and the first circumferential slideway 5112, so as to avoid the dust collecting member 4 from being separated from the bracket 51.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the connection between the dust guard 5 and the dust storage 4 may be a detachable connection or a non-detachable connection, as described above. The following description will be made with reference to the non-detachable connection between the dust blocking member 5 and the dust storage member 4. Adopt the mode that keeps off the dust piece 5 and store up the ash piece 4 and can not dismantle the connection, after accomplishing the dust absorption clean, open the bottom 2 of dirt cup subassembly bottom, the solid in first storage ash cavity 11 and the second storage ash cavity 41 can be separated with the dirt cup subassembly under the effect of gravity, when having remaining hair or large granule impurity on keeping off the dust piece 5, need to keep off the dust piece 5 and dismantle and clear up, through the dismantlement of storing up ash piece 4 and separator 3, the user only need remove store up the connection between ash piece 4 and the separator 3 can, open the bottom 2 of dirt cup bottom, keep separator 3 to be connected with the dirt cup all the time, need not dismantle separator 3 together, can't accurate counterpoint when avoiding carrying out the assembly once more of separator 3 and lead to the problem that the separating capacity descends, reduce the operation when the user clears up the dirt cup subassembly, be convenient for the user to clear up, maintain or change it. The dust storage part 4 and the dust blocking part 5 are detached together, and the dust storage part and the dust blocking part can be cleaned simultaneously, so that the detaching times of a user are reduced. Meanwhile, the dust storage part 4 and the dust blocking part 5 are cleaned and then arranged back to the interior of the dust cup, so that the single use time of the dust collection equipment can be prolonged, and the cleaning frequency of the dust cup component can be reduced.
Wherein, store up the undetachable connection between ash part 4 and the dust piece 5 and can be for pasting the connection through glue, also can directly mould plastics as an organic whole with both, store up ash part 4 and dust piece 5 and adopt the same material to reduce manufacturing procedure. In other embodiments, the dust blocking member 5 and the dust storage member 4 may be made of different materials.
In some embodiments of the present invention, since the dust blocking member 5 comprises the bracket 51 and the skirt 52, as described above, the bracket 51 can be eliminated because the dust blocking member 5 is integrally formed with the dust storage member 4, and the skirt 52 is directly integrally formed with the dust storage member 4 as shown in fig. 8, thereby reducing the number of parts of the dust cup assembly.
In some embodiments of the present invention, when the gas-solid rotates at a high speed in the first ash storage cavity 11 to perform the first gas-solid separation, the gas-solid rotates at a high speed in the first ash storage cavity 11 to collide with the cup body 1, the ash storage 4, the dust blocking member 5, etc., the gas-solid contacts with the upper surface of the dust blocking member 5 first, the hair or large-particle impurities are blocked by the dust blocking member 5 and the filter screen 32 and attached to the surface of the dust blocking member 5, the small-particle dust is thrown to the bottom of the first ash storage cavity 11 along with the rotating airflow, and the airflow completing the first gas-solid separation continues to perform the second separation through the gap between the dust blocking member 5 and the cup body 1. In order to increase the separation efficiency and reduce the influence of the dust retainer 5 on the gas flow rate, as shown in fig. 8, a filter hole 521 is provided in the shielding portion of the skirt 52, and the separation effect and the ventilation amount can be simultaneously ensured through the filter hole 521.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the size of the filtering hole 521 may be determined through a plurality of experiments before the dust suction apparatus is shipped. The number of the filter holes 521 may be one, two or more, and when there are two or more filter holes 521, the filter holes 521 are arranged at intervals on the skirt 52, and further, two or more filter holes 521 are arranged at intervals on the skirt 52. In one embodiment, the skirt 52 has a plurality of uniformly spaced filter holes 521.
In some embodiments of the present invention, when the bracket 51 is detachably coupled to the ash storage member 4 as described above, the bracket 51 is installed to the ash storage member 4 in a direction opposite to the installation direction of the ash storage member 4 to the separator 3. The detachable connecting structure capable of realizing the opposite installation direction can adopt an internal and external thread assembly mode and also can adopt a slide way bulge matching mode. The bracket 51 is detachably connected with the ash storage part 4 in a way of matching with the bulge of the slide way, the ash storage part 4 and the separator 3 can be assembled in an internal and external thread way or in a way of matching with the bulge of the slide way, and in one embodiment, the ash storage part 4 and the separator 3 are in a way of matching with the bulge of the slide way.
In some embodiments of the present invention, one of the ash storage member 4 and the separator 3 is provided with a third connecting portion 43, and the other is provided with a fourth connecting portion 33, and the ash storage member 4 and the separator 3 are detachably connected by the snap-fit of the third connecting portion 43 and the fourth connecting portion 33. One of the third connecting portion 43 and the fourth connecting portion 33 is a slide, and the other is a projection. In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, 2, 9 and 10, the ash storage member 4 is provided with a third connecting portion 43, the third connecting portion 43 is a chute formed by recessing the outer wall of the ash storage member 4, the separator 3 is provided with a fourth connecting portion 33, the fourth connecting portion 33 is a protrusion formed by extending the inner wall of the separator 3, and the detachable connection between the third connecting portion and the fourth connecting portion is realized by the protrusion sliding in the chute.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the third connection portion 43 may be provided with one, two, or more. When there is one third connecting portion 43, it may be disposed at any position of the ash storage member 4, and when there are two or more third connecting portions 43, two or more third connecting portions 43 are disposed at intervals on the ash storage member 4, and further, two or more third connecting portions 43 are disposed at intervals on the ash storage member 4. The fourth connection portion 33 may be provided with one, two, or more. When there is one fourth connecting portion 33, it may be disposed at any position of the separator 3, and when there are two or more fourth connecting portions 33, two or more fourth connecting portions 33 are disposed at intervals on the separator 3, and further, two or more fourth connecting portions 33 are disposed at intervals on the separator 3. The convex fourth connecting part 33 enters the third connecting part 43 of the slideway and is limited by the side wall of the slideway to avoid the separation of the separator 3 and the ash storage part 4, thus realizing the detachable connection between the two.
The contour of the slideway can be L-shaped or U-shaped, and the separator 3 is limited to be inseparable from the separation by the different positions of the contour of the slideway.
In some embodiments of the invention, in one embodiment, the chute is L-shaped, as shown in fig. 1, 2, 9 and 10, in particular, the third connection portion 43 comprises a second axial chute 431 and a second circumferential chute 432, the second axial chute 431 extends axially along the outer wall of the ash storage 4 along the end face of the ash storage 4 facing the separator 3, i.e. the second axial chute 431 is a chute provided on the outer wall of the separator 3, the second circumferential chute 432 is connected to the second axial chute 431 and communicates with the second axial chute 431, the fourth connection portion 33 moves along the second axial chute 431 from the second axial chute 431, further into the second circumferential chute 432 and moves along the second circumferential chute 432 until it cannot move, and the assembly of the separator 3 and the ash storage 4 is illustrated. By virtue of the difference in the extension direction of the second circumferential chute 432 and the second axial chute 431, the separator 3 entering the second circumferential chute 432 is limited from being separated from the ash storage 4, and the connection between the separator 3 and the ash storage 4 is ensured.
The extending direction of the second axial slideway 431 may be parallel to the axial direction, and may also be set to form an acute angle with the axial direction, and the extending direction of the second circumferential slideway 432 may be parallel to the horizontal direction, and may also be set to form an acute angle with the horizontal direction, that is, the extending direction of the second axial slideway 431 and the extending direction of the second circumferential slideway 432 may be an acute angle, an obtuse angle, or a right angle. In one embodiment, the second axial ramp 431 extends parallel to the axial direction and the second circumferential ramp 432 extends parallel to the horizontal direction.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, 2, 9 and 10, a second blocking portion 44 is provided in the second circumferential chute 432, and the fourth connecting portion 33 is further restricted by the second blocking portion 44 to prevent the separator 3 from being separated from the ash storage member 4. Specifically, in the radial direction of the ash storage member 4, the outer end surface of the second blocking portion 44 is located outside the inner end surface of the second circumferential chute 432, and due to the height difference between the second blocking portion 44 and the lower end surface of the second circumferential chute 432 in the radial direction, when a user performs installation, the fourth connecting portion 33 will receive resistance when moving along the second circumferential chute 432 to contact with the second blocking portion 44, and the user continues to apply an acting force, and the fourth connecting portion 33 will overcome the resistance, cross over the second blocking portion 44 from one side of the second blocking portion 44 and contact with the other side of the second blocking portion 44, and the limitation on the fourth connecting portion 33 is realized by means of the other side of the second blocking portion 44 and the second circumferential chute 432, so as to avoid the separation of the separator 3 from the ash storage member 4.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the fourth connecting portion 33 may be a protrusion, and when the protrusion moves along the second circumferential slideway 432 to contact with the second blocking portion 44, the protrusion will receive resistance, and the user continues to apply force, and the fourth connecting portion 33 will overcome the resistance, and cross the second blocking portion 44 from one side of the second blocking portion 44 and contact with the other side of the second blocking portion 44, and the limitation of the fourth connecting portion 33 is achieved by means of the other side of the second blocking portion 44 and the second circumferential slideway 432, so as to avoid the separation of the separator 3 from the ash storage member 4.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the fourth connection portion 33 may be two protrusions, the fourth connection portion 33 includes a first protrusion 331 and a second protrusion 332, a gap 333 is formed between the first protrusion 331 and the second protrusion 332, when the first protrusion 331, the gap 333 and the second protrusion 332 synchronously move along the second circumferential slideway 432 to contact with the second blocking portion 44, the first protrusion 331 first contacts with the second blocking portion 44 and receives resistance, the user continues to apply force, the first protrusion 331 overcomes the resistance to pass through the second blocking portion 44 from one side of the second blocking portion 44 and contact with the other side of the second blocking portion 44, the gap 333 and the second protrusion 332 synchronously move, the gap 333 is matched with the second blocking portion 44, in other words, the second blocking portion 44 is clamped in the gap 333, the first protrusion 331 and the second protrusion 332 are clamped on both sides of the second blocking portion 44, a structure of the fourth connection portion 33 and the second blocking portion 44 is formed, and the separator 3 is prevented from being separated from the ash storage member 4.
In some embodiments of the present invention, in one embodiment, as shown in fig. 9 and 10, the fourth connection part 33 includes a first protrusion 331 and a second protrusion 332, and a gap 333 is formed between the first protrusion 331 and the second protrusion 332.
In some embodiments of the present invention, in order to quickly assemble the ash storage member with the separator, the first protrusion 331 is further provided with a guide slope 3311 on a side facing the second blocking portion 44, and the guide slope contacts the second blocking portion 44 to allow the first protrusion 331 to quickly pass over the second blocking portion 44 from one side of the second blocking portion 44 and contact the other side of the second blocking portion 44, thereby facilitating the assembly by a user.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the installation direction of the dust blocking member 5 to the dust storage member 4 may be opposite to the installation direction of the dust storage member 4 to the separator 3, and when the dust blocking member 5 is installed opposite to the dust storage member 4, the user applies a force opposite to the installation direction of the dust blocking member 5 to the dust storage member 4 when the dust blocking member 5 is detached from the dust storage member 4, but the same force as the installation direction of the dust storage member 4 to the separator 3, so that it is possible to ensure that the dust blocking member 5 is detached without detaching the dust storage member 4 together, and on the contrary, it is also possible to increase the reliability of the connection between the dust storage member 4 and the separator 3. In particular, as shown in fig. 4, 5, 7 to 10, the direction in which the first axial ramp 5111 points towards the first circumferential ramp 5112 is opposite to the direction in which the second axial ramp 431 points towards the second circumferential ramp 432.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, a side of the dust storage 4 facing the separator 3 is provided with a flange along a radial direction, the dust cup assembly further includes a first sealing member 6, the first sealing member 6 is sleeved on the flange of the dust storage 4, the dust storage 4 and the separator 3 are in interference connection through the first sealing member 6, and the connection between the third connecting portion 43 and the fourth connecting portion 33 is matched to increase the reliability of the connection between the first sealing member and the separator. Further, the first sealing member 6 is in a deformed and compressed state after the ash storage member 4 is connected to the separator 3.
In some embodiments of the invention, as shown in figure 1, the dirt cup assembly further includes a second seal member 7. The second seal member 7 can be attached to the bottom cap 2 on the side facing the cup body 1, can be attached to the cup body 1 on the side facing the bottom cap 2, or can be provided as a separate component between the bottom cap 2 and the cup body 1. In one embodiment, the second seal 7 is provided on the side of the bottom lid 2 facing the cup 1. The bottom cover 2 is tightly matched with the cup body 1 through the second sealing piece 7, and dust leakage in the dust collection process is avoided.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in FIG. 1, the dirt cup assembly further includes a third sealing member 8. The third sealing member 8 can be attached to the bottom cover 2 on the side facing the dirt storage member 4, can be attached to the dirt storage member 4 on the side facing the bottom cover 2, or can be provided as a separate component between the bottom cover 2 and the dirt storage member 4. In one embodiment, the first sealing member 6 is provided at a side of the bottom cover 2 facing the ash storage member 4. Make bottom 2 and ash storage member 4 closely cooperate through first sealing member 6, avoid first ash storage chamber 11 and second ash storage chamber 41 to lead to the problem that the dust was raised in the intercommunication of bottom.
The above description is only for the preferred embodiment of the present invention, but the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto, and any changes or substitutions that can be easily conceived by those skilled in the art within the technical scope of the present invention are also included in the scope of the present invention. Therefore, the protection scope of the present invention shall be subject to the protection scope of the claims.

Claims (10)

1. A dirt cup assembly, comprising:
a cup body;
the bottom cover is detachably connected to the bottom of the cup body;
the separator is connected in the cup body, and a first ash storage cavity is formed between the separator and the cup body;
the ash storage part is detachably connected to the separator, and a second ash storage cavity is formed in the ash storage part;
and the dust blocking part is arranged in the first dust storage cavity and is connected with the dust storage part.
2. The dirt cup assembly of claim 1, wherein the dirt stop is removably coupled to the dirt storage member.
3. The dirt cup assembly of claim 2, wherein said dirt stop is mounted to said dirt cup in a direction opposite to a direction in which said dirt cup is mounted to said separator.
4. The dirt cup assembly of claim 2, wherein the dirt stop comprises:
the bracket is sleeved on the outer side of the ash storage part and is detachably connected with the ash storage part;
the skirt edge is connected to the support.
5. The dirt cup assembly of claim 4, wherein one of the bracket and the dirt storage member has at least one first connector portion disposed thereon and the other has at least one second connector portion disposed thereon, the bracket and the dirt storage member being removably connected by a snap-fit engagement of the at least one first connector portion and the at least one second connector portion.
6. The dirt cup assembly of claim 5, wherein the bracket has a first connection portion disposed thereon, the first connection portion comprising:
the first axial slideway extends axially from the end face of the bracket along the inner wall of the bracket;
the first circumferential slideway extends along the circumferential direction of the support on the inner wall of the support, the first axial slideway is communicated with the first circumferential slideway, a first blocking part is arranged in the first circumferential slideway, and the upper end surface of the first blocking part is higher than the lower end surface of the first circumferential slideway along the axial direction of the support;
the ash storage device is characterized in that a second connecting part is arranged on the ash storage part, the second connecting part is a bulge formed by extending the outer wall of the ash storage part, and the second connecting part is matched with the first blocking part in a limiting manner and enters the first circumferential slide way through the first axial slide way.
7. The dirt cup assembly of claim 1, wherein the dirt stop is of unitary construction with the dirt storage member.
8. The dirt cup assembly of any one of claims 1-7, wherein one of the dirt storage member and the separator is provided with at least one third connector portion and the other is provided with at least one fourth connector portion, and wherein the dirt storage member and the separator are removably connected by a snap-fit engagement of the at least one third connector portion and the at least one fourth connector portion.
9. The dirt cup assembly of claim 8, wherein a third connection is provided on the dirt storage member, the third connection comprising:
the second axial slideway extends axially from the end face of the ash storage part along the outer wall of the ash storage part;
