the user terminal 20 responds to the audit failure message sent by the talent declaration module, and displays the audit failure message.
In the embodiment of the invention, the manager audits and confirms the declaration material submitted by the user through the declaration auditing submodule. If the verification is passed, the verification sub-module sends the verification passing message to the talent information management module, the talent information management module responds to the verification passing message sent by the talent declaration module, updates the talent database according to the personal information of the current user so as to record the talent identification condition of the current user, and simultaneously generates an electronic talent card and determines the corresponding talent rights and interests. In one embodiment, the talent information management module may also send talent identification to the government information platform. If the examination is not passed, the current user is neither the talent identified by the government nor the talent identification condition is met, and the electronic talent card is not issued to the current user and the talent interest information is not displayed.
In one embodiment, the talent reporting module further includes a form configuration sub-module, please refer to fig. 5 and fig. 6, where fig. 5 is a schematic diagram of a basic data configuration interface of the form configuration sub-module in the talent reporting module according to an embodiment of the present invention, fig. 6 is a schematic diagram of a reporting material configuration interface of the form configuration sub-module in the talent reporting module according to an embodiment of the present invention, and the form configuration sub-module is configured to:
setting a basic data filling form with expansibility so that a user can fill personal information in the basic data filling form through the talent declaration window;
and setting an extensible declaration material submission form so that a user can submit declaration materials through the talent declaration window.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the talent information management platform 10 has a function setting with good modularity and expandability. The manager can set basic data filling form and declaration material submitting form through the form configuration sub-module, and both the basic data filling form and the declaration material submitting form can be displayed on the talent declaration window to guide the user to fill personal information and submit declaration material.
Specifically, the manager can add or delete the basic data to fill in the contents of the form through the form configuration sub-module. Illustratively, as shown in fig. 5, the content of the current basic data filling form includes basic personal information such as name, contact address, company name, gender, and the like, and the administrator may also add the contact address of the mailbox on the basis of fig. 5. The configured basic data filling form is displayed on the talent declaration window of the user terminal 20 to guide the declaration user to fill in personal information in turn.
The manager can add or delete the contents of the declaration material submission form through the form configuration sub-module. Illustratively, as shown in fig. 6, the contents of the present declaration material submission form include certified materials to be submitted by various types of talent policies, for example, the excellent talents recommended by the high-tech enterprise, the certified materials to be submitted include talent card application forms, valid identity documents, high-tech enterprise qualification certificates, academic or vocational certificates or skill certificates and certification materials, recommendations issued by the enterprise, and the like. The configured submission form of the declaration material is displayed on the talent declaration window of the user terminal 20 to guide the declaration user to submit the required declaration material.
Thus, by arranging the form configuration sub-module on the talent information management platform 10, a manager can configure corresponding basic data to fill in the form according to personal information of a required user, and meanwhile, the manager can also configure a corresponding declaration material submission form according to local talent policy conditions, so that the talent information management platform 10 is good in expansibility and strong in practicability, and is convenient for the manager to effectively manage talent information and information such as talent policies and talent rights and interests.
In one embodiment, the talent information management platform 10 further includes a page design module, please refer to fig. 7, fig. 7 is an operation interface schematic diagram of the page design module in the talent information management platform 10 according to an embodiment of the present invention, and the page design module is interconnected with the user terminal 20 and configured to:
configuring corresponding page elements for the page of the user terminal 20 in response to a page design operation; wherein the page elements include one or more of a home page presentation element, a policy presentation element, a rights presentation element, and a personal information presentation element.
In the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, the applet operation interface of the user terminal 20 displays a home page display element, a policy display element, a rights display element, and a personal information display element. Specifically, the page design module includes a plurality of sub-modules, for example, a home page configuration sub-module, a government affairs configuration sub-module, a rights and interests configuration sub-module, and a personal information sub-module, and a designer of the talent information management platform 10 can configure corresponding page elements for the page of the user terminal 20 through the plurality of sub-modules in the page design module, so as to improve the user experience of the user.
In one embodiment, the talent information management platform 10 further includes an information publishing module and a questionnaire survey module, please refer to fig. 8 and 9, fig. 8 is an operation interface schematic diagram of the information publishing module in the talent information management platform 10 according to an embodiment of the present invention, fig. 9 is an operation interface schematic diagram of the questionnaire survey module in the talent information management platform 10 according to an embodiment of the present invention, and the information publishing module and the questionnaire survey module are both interconnected with the user terminal 20;
the information publishing module is used for editing the image-text information and publishing the edited image-text information to the user terminal 20;
the questionnaire survey module is used for setting a questionnaire associated with the image-text information and receiving a response result sent by the user terminal 20 about the questionnaire.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the talent information management platform 10 is configured with an information issuing module and a questionnaire survey module. As shown in fig. 8, through the information publishing module, the manager can publish the text message related to the talent policy to the user terminal 20 for the user to read. As shown in fig. 9, the manager may also select questions from the question bank through the questionnaire survey module to set up a questionnaire associated with the image-text information and receive feedback from the user. Therefore, managers can conveniently publicize information such as talent policies and talent rights and interests.
Still another embodiment of the present invention provides a talent information management method, which is applied to the talent information management system 100 according to any of the above embodiments. Referring to fig. 10, fig. 10 is a flowchart illustrating a talent information management method according to an embodiment of the present invention, in which the talent information management method may include steps S110 to S150, and the steps are as follows:
s110: talent information management platform 10 obtains talent data from the government information platform to form a talent database;
s120: the user terminal 20 acquires the personal information of the current user and sends a talent matching request to the talent information management platform 10;
s130: the talent information management module of the talent information management platform 10, in response to the talent matching request sent by the user terminal 20, matches the personal information of the current user with talent data in the talent database to determine whether the current user is a talent meeting the talent policy conditions;
s140: if yes, the talent information management module feeds back the matched message and talent information of the current user to the user side 20, so that the user side 20 generates an electronic talent card based on the personal information and talent information of the current user, determines talent rights corresponding to the talent information, and then displays the electronic talent card and the talent rights on an interface of the user side 20;
s150: if not, the talent information management module feeds back a matching failure message and a talent declaration window to the user terminal 20 so that the current user performs talent declaration and identification through the talent declaration window on the user terminal 20; wherein the talent declaration window is used for guiding a user to submit declaration materials.
Referring to fig. 1, another embodiment of the present invention provides a talent information management platform 10, which is applied to the talent information management method described in the above embodiment, wherein the talent information management platform 10 is respectively interconnected with a user side 20 and a government information platform, and includes a talent information management module, and the talent information management module is configured to:
responding to a talent matching request sent by the user terminal 20, matching the personal information of the current user with talent data in the talent database to judge whether the current user is a talent meeting the conditions of talent policy;
if yes, feeding back the matched message and the talent information of the current user to the user terminal 20, so that the user terminal 20 generates an electronic talent card based on the personal information and the talent information of the current user, determines the talent interest corresponding to the talent information, and then displays the electronic talent card and the talent interest on an interface of the user terminal 20;
if not, feeding back a matching failure message and a talent declaration window to the user side 20, so that the current user performs talent declaration confirmation through the talent declaration window on the user side 20; wherein the talent declaration window is used for guiding a user to submit declaration materials.
Specifically, the talent information management platform 10 is interconnected with a government information platform, so that talent data can be obtained from the government information platform, and the talent information management platform 10 sorts the talent data to form a talent base. In an actual application scenario, in order to know the personal talent identification condition, a user can input personal information through the user terminal 20 and send a talent matching request to the talent information management platform 10; after receiving the talent matching request sent by the user terminal 20, the talent information management module of the talent information management platform 10 responds to the request message to match the personal information of the current user with the talent data in the talent database, thereby determining whether the current user is a talent meeting the talent policy conditions.
If the personal information of the current user matches the talent data in the talent database, indicating that the current user is a talent currently identified by the government, the talent information management module feeds back the matched message and the corresponding talent message, for example, which type of talent the user belongs to, to the user 20 for the user to know. After receiving the matched message and the corresponding talent message, the user terminal 20 further generates an electronic talent card based on the personal information and talent information of the current user, where the electronic talent card is associated with the personal information (e.g., identification number) of the current user and has a unique identifier. Meanwhile, the user terminal 20 may also determine the talent interests corresponding to the talent information, such as one or more of the dining interests, the retail interests, the entertainment interests, the travel interests or the accommodation interests. In summary, compared with the prior art, the beneficial effects of the embodiments of the present invention include at least the following:
(1) The present invention judges whether the current user is the talent meeting the talent policy conditions through the talent information management module of the talent information management platform 10, if yes, the matched message and the talent information of the current user are fed back to the user terminal 20, so that the user terminal 20 generates an electronic talent card based on the personal information and the talent information of the current user, determines the talent rights and interests corresponding to the talent information, and then displays the electronic talent card and the talent rights and interests on the interface of the user terminal 20. Thus, the talent information management platform 10 can generate the electronic talent card and determine the corresponding talent interests for the talents meeting the talent policy conditions, the user can know the talent identification result and the corresponding talent interests through the user terminal 20, the operation is simple, in addition, the user can easily enjoy the talent interests through the talent interest information displayed on the interface of the user terminal 20, and the user experience effect is improved.
(2) The talent information management platform 10 has the advantages that the modularized and good-expansibility function setting is realized, the form configuration sub-module, the page design module, the information issuing module, the questionnaire investigation module and the like can be set according to actual requirements, the talent information management platform 10 is good in expansibility and strong in practicability, and management personnel can effectively manage talent information and can promote information such as talent policies and talent rights and interests; meanwhile, the user side 20 can also be flexibly configured, which is convenient for improving the user experience effect.
(3) The user side 20 of the invention takes a bank APP/bank public number/bank applet as an access port, and the talent information management platform 10 is also a platform with high safety, so that the personal information safety of the user can be ensured, the user can conveniently and directly perform talent identification operation on the user side 20 from the perspective of the user, the talent identification operation can be performed without a mail or short message link mode, and the operation is simple; in addition, from the perspective of the bank, the user carries out talent identification operation through bank APP/bank public number/bank applet, and the user viscosity of the bank is improved.

1. A talent information management system is characterized by comprising a user side and a talent information management platform, wherein the talent information management platform is respectively interconnected with the user side and a government information platform;
the user side is used for acquiring the personal information of the current user and sending a talent matching request to the talent information management platform;
talent information management platform includes talent information management module, talent information management module is used for:
acquiring talent data from the government information platform to form a talent database;
responding to a talent matching request sent by the user side, and matching the personal information of the current user with talent data in the talent database to judge whether the current user is a talent meeting the conditions of talent policy;
if yes, feeding back the matched message and talent information of the current user to the user side so that the user side can generate an electronic talent card based on the personal information and talent information of the current user, determine talent rights and interests corresponding to the talent information, and then display the electronic talent card and the talent rights and interests on an interface of the user side;
if not, feeding back a matching failure message and a talent declaration window to the user side so as to ensure that the current user performs talent declaration and identification through the talent declaration window on the user side; wherein the talent declaration window is used for guiding a user to submit declaration materials.
2. The talent information management system according to claim 1, wherein the talent information management module is specifically configured to:
acquiring talent data of each administrative region from the government information platform to form a talent database of each administrative region;
responding to a talent matching request sent by the user side, extracting personal information of the current user, and determining an administrative region to which the current user belongs;
and matching the personal information of the current user with the talent data in the talent database corresponding to the affiliated administrative area so as to judge whether the current user is a talent meeting the talent policy conditions corresponding to the affiliated administrative area.
3. The talent information management system according to claim 2, wherein the user side is specifically configured to:
receiving matched information fed back by the talent information management module and talent information of the current user;
generating an electronic talent card with a unique identifier based on the personal information and talent information of the current user; the electronic talent card is associated with personal information of the current user;
according to the talent information, matching talent rights and interests corresponding to the talent information from business district information corresponding to a subordinate administrative area; wherein the talent interests comprise one or more of catering interests, retail interests, entertainment interests, travel interests or accommodation interests;
and displaying the electronic talent card and the talent right interest on an interface of the user side.

The talent information management system according to claim 1, wherein the talent information management platform further comprises a talent declaration module, the talent declaration module comprises a declaration and auditing sub-module, and the declaration and auditing sub-module is configured to:
receiving declaration materials submitted by the current user through the talent declaration window for the management personnel to check;
responding to the verification passing operation of the administrator, and sending a verification passing message to the talent information management module;
responding to the verification failure operation of the manager, and sending a verification failure message to the user side;
the talent information management module responds to the verification passing message sent by the talent declaration module, updates the talent database according to the personal information of the current user, and feeds back the talent information of the current user to the user side, so that the user side generates an electronic talent card based on the personal information and the talent information of the current user, determines the talent rights and interests corresponding to the talent information, and then displays the electronic talent card and the talent rights and interests on an interface of the user side;
and the user side responds to the audit failure message sent by the talent declaration module and displays the audit failure message.
5. The talent information management system according to claim 4, wherein said talent declaration module further comprises a form configuration sub-module, said form configuration sub-module configured to:
setting an extensible basic data filling form for a user to fill in personal information;
and setting an extensible declaration material submission form for a user to submit the declaration material.
6. The talent information management system according to claim 1, wherein the talent information management platform further comprises a page design module, the page design module being interconnected with the user side and configured to:
responding to page design operation, and configuring corresponding page elements for the page of the user side; wherein the page elements include one or more of a home page presentation element, a policy presentation element, a rights presentation element, and a personal information presentation element.

The talent information management system according to claim 1, wherein the talent information management platform further comprises an information publishing module and a questionnaire survey module, wherein the information publishing module and the questionnaire survey module are both interconnected with the user side;
the information publishing module is used for editing the image-text information and publishing the edited image-text information to the user side;
the questionnaire survey module is used for setting questionnaires related to the image-text information and receiving a response result about the questionnaires sent by the user side.
8. The system of claim 1, wherein the access port between the user end and the talent information management platform comprises one or more of a bank application, a bank public number, and a bank applet.
9. A talent information management method applied to the talent information management system according to claims 1-8, the method comprising:
acquiring talent data from the government information platform by a talent information management platform to form a talent database;
a user side acquires personal information of a current user and sends a talent matching request to a talent information management platform;

A talent information management platform applied to the talent information management method according to claim 9, the talent information management platform being interconnected with a user terminal and a government information platform, respectively, and comprising a talent information management module for:
responding to a talent matching request sent by the user side, and matching the personal information of the current user with talent data in the talent database to judge whether the current user is a talent meeting the conditions of talent policy;
if yes, feeding back the matched message and talent information of the current user to the user side so that the user side can generate an electronic talent card based on the personal information and talent information of the current user, determine talent rights and interests corresponding to the talent information, and then display the electronic talent card and the talent rights and interests on an interface of the user side;
if not, feeding back a matching failure message and a talent declaration window to the user side so as to ensure that the current user performs talent declaration and identification through the talent declaration window on the user side; wherein the talent declaration window is used for guiding a user to submit declaration materials.
