The quality control device 4 comprises a microcontroller-based circuit board 41 and a display 42, the microcontroller-based circuit board 41 is electrically connected with each electric device, the display 42 is electrically connected with the microcontroller-based circuit board 41 in a communication way, and the quality control data and the quality control result of the frame circuit breaker 100 are displayed.
The circuit board 41 based on the microcontroller is adopted to realize automatic program control of a plurality of actuators and comprehensive judgment of multiple data, so that the quality inspection efficiency is greatly improved, and a display screen can display the quality inspection data and results of the frame circuit breaker 100, thereby facilitating monitoring of workers.
