Description

Pretreatment composition for cosmetics and preparation method and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to a composition for cosmetics, in particular to a pretreatment composition for cosmetics capable of enhancing the transparency of the cosmetics, a preparation method and application thereof, belonging to the technical field of cosmetics.
Background
Cosmetic and personal care compositions are often required to have a variety of visual and functional attributes. Clear, transparent compositions are often the most desirable choice, for example, to appeal to the consumer, but when some beneficial active is incorporated, problems such as product cloudiness and discoloration often result due to the nature of the active itself.
Ceramide is a substance having high crystallinity, is insoluble in water, has low solubility in other oil agents, and is easily crystallized at low temperature, and therefore, when ceramide is introduced into a cosmetic, there has been a problem that the stability with time is poor. However, it is difficult to sufficiently reduce the particle size of dispersed particles of ceramide, and there is a problem that transparency of the cosmetic cannot be obtained.
Ceramides, which are excellent in skin care effects, are very easily crystallized, and even when they are prepared as stable dispersions, they are still precipitated in the form of crystals in the subsequent storage period after being mixed with base components of cosmetics, thus adversely affecting the transparent appearance of cosmetics.
At present, many techniques have been studied to solve the problem of transparentization of cosmetics containing ceramide.
Such as: the invention patent CN101214198A discloses a ceramide nano liposome preparation, which comprises: 0.1 to 5 weight percent of ceramide, 1 to 20 weight percent of phospholipid, 10 to 70 weight percent of glycerol, 25 to 80 weight percent of water and the like are mixed and emulsified evenly at the temperature of between 60 and 80 ℃ in sequence, and finally, the ceramide nanoliposome preparation which is transparent or semitransparent and has the average grain diameter of less than 100nm can be obtained by processing the mixture by a high-pressure homogenizer. However, the technical scheme has adverse effects on production equipment and energy consumption due to the adoption of a high-pressure homogenization treatment method, and a product with a very transparent appearance is difficult to obtain when the content of ceramide is relatively high.
Patent CN105456045B provides a transparent gel-like aqueous cosmetic, which contains 0.5 to 5% by mass of a copolymer selected from PEG-240/decyltetradecyltetradecylpolyether-20/hexamethylene diisocyanate, distearyl PEG/PPG-8/6 copolymer, 0.1 to 1000ppm of acylceramide, a nonionic surfactant having an acylceramide content of 0.1 times or more, an anionic surfactant having an acylceramide content of 0.01 times or more, and water, based on the total mass of the cosmetic. The composition has good transparency, but the preparation of the composition requires devices such as ultrasonic homogenization, ultrahigh pressure emulsification and the like. Meanwhile, it has a high viscosity due to its high polymer content, it is greatly restricted in formulation of cosmetic formulations, and the content of ceramide in the composition is low.
Patent application CN109843257A provides a transparent cosmetic composition having excellent ceramide dissolution stability, comprising (a) 0.00001 to 5.0 wt% of ceramide, (b) 0.1 to 5.0 wt% of polyglycerol aliphatic ether, and (c) water, wherein the content of polyglycerol mono-aliphatic ether is preferably 75 wt% or more of the total amount of polyglycerol aliphatic ether, and the content of polyglycerol di-aliphatic ether is preferably 5 wt% or less of the total amount of polyglycerol aliphatic ether. However, the technical solution still cannot solve the problem of transparency and stability of high ceramide content. The ceramide transparent solution of the technical scheme is easy to be turbid at high temperature and easy to be separated out at low temperature, and is sensitive to other oil-soluble components in the product.
Patent CN106456516B provides a composition in the form of a nanoemulsion or microemulsion, comprising: (a) at least one oil; (b) At least one nonionic surfactant having an HLB value of 8.0 to 14.0, preferably 9.0 to 13.5, and more preferably 10.0 to 13.0; (c) at least one ceramide compound; (d) at least one anionic surfactant; and (e) water. However, in the technical scheme, the transparency of the compound still cannot meet the requirement, and the transparency stability of the compound with high content of ceramide is poor.
Patent CN106061462B discloses a ceramide dispersion composition, which mainly addresses the problem of the temporal stability of ceramide, but this technical scheme only addresses that the average particle size of dispersed particles of ceramide is less than 60nm, the temporal stability is excellent under high temperature conditions and the skin care effect is excellent, but the problem of transparency of cosmetics is not clearly identified, and this technical scheme specifically limits the kind of ceramide and the nonionic surfactant to polyglycerol fatty acid ester, and the conditions are more limited and the versatility is not strong. And the nonionic surfactant does not exist in an ionic state in the solution, so that the nonionic surfactant has high stability, is not easily influenced by the existence of strong electrolyte, acid and alkali, has good compatibility and has good solubility in various solvents.
Studies on the transparency effect of compositions have also been reported in the prior art, for example:
JP2017149673A discloses a cosmetic composition containing 20-50 wt% of rosemary extract containing ursolic acid. The ratio of polyol to nonionic surfactant is 10:1-1:5, the composition is transparent and suitable for long-term storage, but no ceramides are involved in the composition.
WO2011102001A1 discloses a composition comprising a non-ionic surfactant, kojic acid and at least one perfume and fatty compound. The composition has excellent temperature stability and transparency, but the composition also does not involve ceramides.
