Further, the latch 33 includes a connecting portion 33a and an inserting portion 33b, the connecting portion 33a is perpendicular to the side cover 32, the inserting portion 33b is located inside the connecting portion 33a and extends vertically toward the bottom to be inserted into the card slot 13c, a concave portion 33c is formed among the connecting portion 33a, the inserting portion 33b and the side cover 32, and the concave portion 33c receives the second blocking portion 13b of the blocking plate 13 on the side corresponding to the end of the lamp 10a, that is, the concave portion 33c can be matched with the shape of the second blocking portion 13 b.

In the lamp body 10 of the present invention, the housing 11 includes a top portion 11a and two side portions 11b, the top portion 11a of the housing 11 is connected to the top ends of the two side portions 11b and forms an accommodating groove 11e with the top portion, and the bottom of the accommodating groove 11e is open. The top 11a of the housing 11 is further provided with a plurality of heat dissipation channels 11d, one end of each heat dissipation channel 11d is communicated with the outside air, and the other end of each heat dissipation channel 11d is communicated with the containing groove 11 e. The heat dissipation channels 11d are formed by hollow structures, each heat dissipation channel 11d can generate convection with the outside air, the hollow structures can be formed by connecting a plurality of sheet-shaped bodies, and the specific shapes of the hollow structures can be set according to needs and are not limited herein. In practical applications, the housing 11 may be a heat sink made of plastic or aluminum.
The light emitting module 12 is located in the containing slot 11e and is fixedly connected to the top 11a of the housing 11, and a light emitting surface of the light emitting module 12 faces the opening of the containing slot 11 e. The light emitting module 12 further comprises an LED circuit board 12A and a lampshade 12b, the LED circuit board 12A is provided with a plurality of LED lamp beads and is connected with a power line 12c, and the lampshade 12b is fixedly connected with the LED circuit board 12A. The LED circuit board 12A is also fixedly connected to the top 11a of the housing 11, and the two can be fastened by a plurality of screws.
The lamp body 10 is further provided with a heat conducting plate 16, and the heat conducting plate 16 is located between the bottom surface of the top 11a of the housing 11 and the back surface of the light emitting module 12, i.e., at the other end of the heat dissipating channel 11d to transfer heat generated by the light emitting module 12 to the outside air through the heat dissipating channel 11 d. Namely, the heat conducting plate 16 is located on the back of the LED circuit board 12A, and directly contacts with the LED circuit board 12A to realize heat conduction, and the heat conducting plate 16 is provided with through holes for screws to pass through. The heat-conducting plate 16 may be a heat-conducting plate 16 made of aluminum.
The structure of the invention has the following splicing process:
firstly, aligning the opposite ends of the two lamp bodies 10, so that the abutting convex strips 15 at the ends are abutted against and contacted with each other, the two first blocking parts 13a at the same side are also abutted against and contacted, and the two clamping grooves 13c form a splicing groove 13d; the splicing piece 20 is sleeved outside the two lamp bodies 10 from top to bottom, the guide plate 25 moves downwards along the guide groove 14, the inserting piece 23 is inserted into the splicing groove 13d, the top plate 21 of the splicing piece 20 is fixedly locked at the tops 11a of the two shells 11 through screws by adopting screws, namely, the splicing of the two lamp bodies 10 is completed, similarly, the third lamp body 10 is spliced with the second lamp body 10, the fourth lamp body 10 is spliced with the third lamp body 10, the required length of the lamp 10a is spliced by analogy, the end covers 30 are sleeved at the end part of the lamp 10a from top to bottom, the clamping piece 33 is inserted into the corresponding clamping groove 13c, the top cover 31 is fixedly locked at the top of the lamp 10a through screws, and the splicing of the lamp 10a is completed after the two end covers 30 are installed.
The spliced lamp 10a can then be fixed to a ceiling by two common methods, one is to form a hole on the top surface of each lamp 10 for connecting one end of the hanging rope 40, and another hole is formed on the ceiling for fixing the other end of the hanging rope 40, so that the lamp 10a is suspended below the ceiling, see fig. 13. In addition, the ceiling can be provided with a threading hole for the power line 12c of the light-emitting module to pass through so as to be connected with a power supply.
In another way, the elastic clamping pieces 50 are matched and fixed in a fixing groove 41 arranged on the ceiling together. Referring to fig. 14-19, the details are as follows:
at least one elastic clamping piece 50 is respectively arranged on two sides of the lamp body 10, the elastic clamping piece 50 is provided with a fixing part 51, one end of the fixing part 51 is fixedly connected with the shell 11, the other end of the fixing part is bent outwards and extends to form a clamping part 52, the clamping part 52 is arc-shaped, and the tail end of the clamping part 52 extends upwards to form a guiding part 53; the elastic clip 50 is manipulated to make the clip part 52 and the lead-in part 53 approach towards the fixing part 51 so as to be clipped into the preset fixing groove 41 together with the lamp 10a, and the clip part 52 is clipped on the inner wall of the fixing groove 41 to fix the lamp 10a.
The fixing portion 51 includes a fixing section 51a and a connecting section 51b, the fixing section 51a is provided with a mounting hole 51c, the fixing section 51a is fixed on the lamp body 10 through the mounting hole 51c in cooperation with a fastener, and the fixing section 51a can be fixed at a suitable position such as a top surface or a side surface of the lamp body 10. The connecting section 51b extends downwards along one end of the fixing section 51a, the connecting section 51b can be located at a side of the housing 11, and an included angle can be formed between the connecting section 51b and the fixing section 51 a. The connecting section 51b may be an arc shape having a curvature, so that the connecting section 51b has a certain elasticity, which can partially abut against the side of the lamp body 10.
Further, the clamping portion 52 extends outwards relative to the connecting section 51b, the clamping portion 52 bends outwards and extends, so that certain elasticity is provided, when the leading-in portion 53 has no external force, the clamping portion 52 and the leading-in portion 53 can extend outwards and be far away from the fixing portion 51, and when the external force acts, the leading-in portion 53 and the clamping portion 52 can be close to the fixing portion 51. The clamping portion 52 is formed in an arc shape, and after the external force disappears, the clamping portion 52 rebounds and has an upward rebounding force, which can assist the lamp body 10 to move upward.
Furthermore, a transition portion 54 is further arranged between the clamping portion 52 and the introduction portion 53, the transition portion 54 is inclined upwards relative to the clamping portion 52, and the transition portion 54 is arranged to play a role in transition between the clamping portion 52 and the introduction portion 53, so that when the clamping portion 52 and the introduction portion 53 are close to the fixing portion 51, the whole projection width is small, and the fixing groove 41 is convenient to mount. In addition, a convex part 55 can be formed at the junction of the transition part 54 and the clamping part 52, when the transition part 54 and the clamping part 52 are close to the fixing part 51, the convex part 55 protrudes outwards, and when the depth of the fixing groove 41 is large, the convex part 55 can be abutted against the inner wall of the fixing groove 41.
In practical applications, the length of the transition portion 54 is set to be smaller than that of the clamping portion 52, and the length of the transition portion 54 is smaller than that of the lead-in portion 53. And the length of the catching portion 52 is set to be greater than that of the introduction portion 53. Specific dimensions of the engaging portion 52, the transition portion 54 and the introducing portion 53 may be set according to actual requirements, and a length of the fixing portion 51 may be set according to a size of the lamp body 10, which is not limited herein.
In the present invention, the introduction part 53 is inclined upward relative to the transition part 54, and is formed in a straight line shape, so that it can be adhered to the inner wall of the fixing groove 41 to ensure that the elastic latch 50 smoothly enters the fixing groove 41.
Furthermore, the end of the introduction part 53 is provided with a bent hook part 56, an included angle is formed between the hook part 56 and the main body of the introduction part 53, and when the introduction part 53 approaches the fixing part 51, the hook part 56 is bent outwards. The hook part 56 can prevent the tail end of the leading-in part 53 from being too sharp, and if the lamp 10a falls off from the fixed groove 41 due to the failure of the elastic clamping piece 50, the hook part 56 can hook the top edge of the fixed groove 41, so that the auxiliary safety effect is achieved.
The specific installation process is as follows:
the top or the side of the plurality of lamp bodies 10 in the lamp 10a may be provided with a mounting groove 11c, the mounting groove 11c is also provided with a mounting hole 51c, a fastener is adopted to pass through the elastic clip 50 and the mounting hole 51c on the mounting groove 11c to lock the fixing section 51a in the mounting groove 11c, and the mounting of each elastic clip 50 is completed in sequence, at this time, the fixing section 51 of each elastic clip 50 may be close to the side wall of the lamp 10a, and the clamping section 52, the transition section 54 and the guiding section 53 may extend outward, see fig. 16 and 17. The fixing groove 41 is pre-opened on the ceiling, and may be slightly larger than the whole size of the lamp 10a, and the depth of the fixing groove 41 is smaller than the length of the clamping portion 52. A controller 42 may also be provided in the ceiling for connection to the power cord 12c of the light fixture 10a.
Then, referring to fig. 18a, the power line 12c of the lamp 10a is connected to the controller 42, the elastic clips 50 are pressed to make the clip portions 52 and the lead-in portions 53 close to the fixing portions 51, and the lead-in portions 53 of the elastic clips 50 are inserted into the fixing slots 41, so that the lead-in portions 53 can be attached to the inner walls of the fixing slots 41, and then the lamp 10a is pushed upward, in the pushing-up process, when the clip portions 52 contact the inner walls of the fixing slots 41, the clip portions 52 can assist the lamp 10a to move upward under the action of the rebounding force, and after the lamp is pushed to the position, the top end edges of the fixing slots 41 can abut against the clip portions 52 near the middle positions, referring to fig. 18c, at this time, the clip portions 52 of the lamp 10a abut against the top end edges of the fixing slots 41 near the middle portions, the lead-in portions 53 and the transition portions 54 extend outward slightly, and the fixing portions 51 are attached to the side walls of the lamp 10a, so that the lamp 10a cannot be pulled downward.
When the depth of the fixing groove 41 is slightly greater than the length of the engaging portion 52, the protrusion 55 can abut against the top edge of the fixing groove 41 after being pushed into place, and if the depth of the fixing groove 41 is deeper, the protrusion 55 can be lower than the inner wall of the fixing groove 41, and the fixing can be achieved, as shown in fig. 19.
When the lamp 10a is to be detached, the lamp 10a is slowly pulled downward, and since the top edge of the fixing groove 41 abuts against the fastening portion 52, the transition portion 54, and the guiding portion 53 can be drawn toward the fixing portion 51, as shown in fig. 18b, at this time, the protruding portion 55 abuts against the bottom end of the inner wall of the fixing groove 41, and is continuously pulled downward, and the fastening portion 52, the transition portion 54, and the guiding portion 53 can be sequentially pulled out of the fixing groove 41, so that the lamp 10a can be completely detached. In addition, during the detachment process, the fixing portion 51 is in a pressed state, and after the fastening portion 52, the transition portion 54 and the introduction portion 53 are completely separated from the fixing groove 41 and naturally extend outward, the fixing portion 51 is also returned, as shown in fig. 16.
In the invention, the periphery of the top end of the lamp body 10 can be further provided with a first positioning baffle 17 extending outwards, the periphery of the bottom end of the end cover 30 is also correspondingly provided with a second positioning baffle 35, the first positioning baffle 17 can be butted with the second positioning baffle 35, and after the lamp 10a is installed in the fixing groove 41, the first positioning baffle 17 and the second positioning baffle 35 can be abutted against the ceiling on the periphery of the fixing groove 41.
