Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a clothes dryer provided in an embodiment of the present application. The dryer 1 may be an exhaust type dryer, a heat pump type dryer, a condensing type dryer, or the like. For example, the dryer 1 may include a housing 10, an inner drum 20, and a humidity sensor 30. Of course, the dryer 1 may further include other structural components, such as a rotating shaft, a bearing, a display panel, etc. (not shown in the drawings), and is not particularly limited herein.
The inner cylinder 20 may be disposed inside the housing 10, that is, the housing 10 corresponds to an encapsulation structure of the dryer 1, and a display panel, an operation button, and the like may be disposed on the housing 10. The inner drum 20 can be used for carrying the laundry, and the inner drum 20 can rotate relative to the housing 10, and the drying of the laundry can be realized in cooperation with the program of the clothes dryer 1.
The humidity sensor 30 can be disposed proximate to the drum 20. For example, the housing 10 is further provided with an opening, and the clothes dryer 1 may further include a door 40, wherein the door 40 is rotatably connected with the housing 10 to close the opening of the housing 10 or open the opening of the housing 10. The humidity sensor 30 may be disposed in the housing 10 below a side of the drum 20 in the gravity direction, and may randomly contact the laundry in the drum 20 when the drum 20 rotates to detect the humidity of the laundry in the drum 20. For example, the humidity sensor 30 can be a bi-metal strip sensor, which can randomly contact a metal strip when the laundry rotates with the drum 20 in the drum 20, so as to collect the humidity of the laundry in the drum 20. The humidity sensor 30 may also be a water-resistant humidity-sensitive resistance sensing device, a ceramic pressure sensing device, a humidity-sensitive capacitance sensing device, an epoxy thermistor sensing device, or the like, and the humidity sensor 30 may characterize the humidity value of the laundry carried in the inner tub by an electrical signal.
Referring to fig. 2 in conjunction with fig. 1, fig. 2 is a block diagram of a clothes dryer according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. The dryer 1 of the embodiment of the present application may further include at least one memory 50 and at least one processor 60, and the memory 50 and the processor 60 are electrically connected. The memory 50 has a computer program stored thereon, and the processor 60 performs control of the dryer by calling the computer program stored on the memory 50. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the dryer configurations shown in the figures do not constitute a limitation of the dryer, and may include more or fewer components than shown, or some components may be combined, or a different arrangement of components.
The processor 60 is a control center of the dryer 1, connects various parts of the dryer 1 using various interfaces and lines, performs various functions of the dryer 1 and processes data by operating or loading software programs and/or modules stored in the memory 50 and calling data stored in the memory 50, thereby monitoring the entire dryer 1.
It should be noted that, in the existing drying algorithm for the clothes dryer to determine the load made of special materials, the drying is mainly determined by the temperature difference between the air inlet and the air outlet of the clothes dryer. The method is easily influenced by the state of the machine, if the machine is continuously dried, an error is generated when the drying is judged according to the temperature difference value, and the condition that the drying is not performed or the drying is performed too much is easily caused.
In order to solve the above problems, the embodiment of the present application improves the program algorithm running in the processor 60, and the processor 60 in the clothes dryer 1 loads the instructions corresponding to the processes of one or more application programs into the memory 50 according to the following steps, and the processor 60 runs the application programs stored in the memory 50, thereby implementing various functions.
Referring to fig. 3 in conjunction with fig. 1 and fig. 2, fig. 3 is a first flowchart of a control method of a clothes dryer according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. The embodiment of the application provides a control method of a clothes dryer, which comprises the following steps:
101. and obtaining the material of the target clothes carried in the inner drum.
When a user needs to dry clothes using the clothes dryer 1, the user can first identify the target clothes carried in the inner drum 20 or the materials of the clothes to be dried, wherein the materials of the clothes may include hemp, leather, terylene, wool, silk, cotton cloth, wool fabric, silk, acrylic, silk, down, and the like. There are various ways to identify the material of the clothes to be dried, for example, a scanning gun may be disposed in the inner drum 20 of the dryer 1 or at the entrance of the inner drum 20, and the material of the clothes may be identified by scanning a tag or label of the clothes to be dried. For example, a camera may be disposed in the inner barrel 20, and the corresponding material may be matched from the database through the taken picture; for another example, the material of the laundry to be dried is identified by scanning a tag or label of the laundry to be dried through a camera of the electronic device of the user, or by taking a picture of the laundry to be dried through the camera of the electronic device, and the specific identification manner is not specifically limited herein.
The clothes to be dried are placed in the inner drum 20 of the dryer 1, so that the target clothes carried by the dryer can be obtained, and after the material of the clothes to be dried is identified, the material of the target clothes carried in the inner drum 20 is obtained.
102. After a drying program of the clothes dryer is started, a plurality of humidity values of target clothes in the inner drum within a first preset time are obtained.
The operation mode of the dryer 1 may be continuous drying, and the operation mode of the dryer 1 may also be single drying. The single drying is that the dryer 1 only performs a drying procedure once within a period of time, and after the drying is finished, the temperature in the dryer 1 is reduced to the ambient temperature. At the next drying time, the temperature inside the dryer 1 may be heated from the ambient temperature to the preset drying temperature to dry the laundry. The continuous drying is that after one drying is finished, the next drying process is carried out. In the continuous drying mode, since the dryer 1 sets a fixed cooling time for the drying program, the temperature in the inner drum 20 does not decrease to the ambient temperature after the last drying, but enters the next drying after a little time interval. Under the influence of the operation state of the machine, if the drying is determined by the temperature difference between the air inlet and the air outlet of the inner drum 20, a drying determination error is easily generated, and the condition that the clothes are not dried or are dried too much is caused. Therefore, in the present embodiment, based on the material of the target clothes carried in the inner tub 20, the target clothes in the inner tub 20 are judged to be dry by combining a plurality of humidity values of the target clothes in the inner tub 20, so as to reduce the influence of the machine operation state on the drying effect.
The humidity sensor 30 can perform a humidity value of the laundry within the drum 20. After the drying program is started, the humidity sensor 30 may be set to a certain frequency to collect the humidity value. For example, the humidity value may be obtained by: after the drying program of the clothes dryer 1 is started, controlling the inner cylinder 20 of the clothes dryer 1 to keep the initial working rotating speed to work for a first preset time; acquiring a plurality of sub-humidity values in each time period in a plurality of time periods in a first preset time period; and acquiring the humidity value of each time period according to the plurality of sub-humidity values in each time period, so as to obtain a plurality of humidity values in the first preset time period. Wherein, for the humidity value of each time segment, the humidity value can be calculated by the average value of a plurality of sub-humidity values in the time segment. For example, the humidity sensor 30 may collect at a preset frequency, which may be 1 collection per 500 ms. The first preset time period may be 30 minutes, and a plurality of sub-humidity values may be collected in each time period, for example, 1 minute within the first preset time period, and an average value of the plurality of sub-humidity values in each 1 minute may be used as the humidity value of the 1 minute, thereby obtaining, for example, 30 humidity values within the first preset time period. In order to ensure the accuracy of the humidity detection, a certain time may be delayed at the beginning of the drying process, for example, the sub-humidity value may be detected after delaying for 5 minutes.
Wherein, the drying program starts to be that the user opens the drying program through touch physical key or virtual key to and through voice command control dryer 1, the drying program of dryer 1 can include a plurality of drying programs to the material of the target clothing of different materials, if the eiderdown material corresponds to have eiderdown drying program, the wool material corresponds to have wool drying program, the dacron material should have dacron drying program. Of course, the clothes to be dried may also be divided into soft type material, stiff and comfortable type material, glossy type material, heavy and thick type material, and transparent type material, and at this time, the clothes dryer 1 is also provided with a corresponding drying procedure. The drying programs can be classified in other types, such as a plurality of drying programs classified according to the weight value of the clothes, and four sets of drying programs are correspondingly arranged for heavy loads, and a small-load drying program is correspondingly arranged for light loads. The user may select the information according to the needs, which is not limited herein.
103. And calculating the drying remaining time of the drying program according to the material of the target clothes and the plurality of humidity values.
Different drying programs are provided corresponding to different target clothes materials, and correspondingly, different drying time lengths can be set for different drying programs. For example, a set drying time period corresponding to the material of the target laundry may be obtained first, and the set drying time period may be adjusted according to the relationship between the humidity values and the humidity threshold, so as to obtain a remaining drying time period. For example, when down material is dried, the set drying time may be 20 minutes. If it is detected that a plurality of humidity values within the first preset time period are all smaller than the humidity threshold, the set drying time period may be adjusted, such as reduced by 5 minutes, to obtain the remaining drying time period, for example, the remaining drying time period may be 15 minutes.
For the acquisition of the humidity threshold, the following method can be used: a plurality of test humidities are obtained when the inner drum 20 does not carry clothes, and a humidity threshold is obtained according to the plurality of test humidities. For example, a plurality of test humidities at which the drum 20 is not loaded with laundry at different stages of drying can be detected, and the humidity threshold can be obtained by averaging the plurality of test humidities.
Illustratively, when the material of the target laundry is a first material, such as down, a first drying remaining time period of the drying program is calculated according to the first material and a plurality of humidity values within a first preset time period. When the target clothes are made of a second material such as wool, a second drying remaining time of the drying program is calculated according to the second material and a plurality of humidity values in the first preset time, and the second drying remaining time is longer than the first drying remaining time because the water absorbability of the wool is greater than that of the down material, namely, the down material is easier to dry. And when the material of the target clothes is a third material such as a polyester material, calculating a third drying remaining time according to the third material and the plurality of humidity values. Because the hydroscopicity of dacron material is greater than the hydroscopicity of wool material, also the stoving of wool material is easier promptly, consequently, third stoving surplus duration is greater than second stoving surplus duration.
104. And when the drying remaining time period of the drying program is finished, closing the drying program.
After the drying remaining time length is obtained through calculation, when the drying program is operated to the end of the drying remaining time length, the drying program is automatically controlled to be closed, that is, the inner drum 20 enters a cooling stage. The dryer 1 can be intelligently controlled, and the effect of stopping the dryer immediately is achieved.
It should be noted that, because the drying process of the drying machine 1 on the target clothes may cause the inner drum to be in a high temperature state, and the root cause of the high temperature is the operation of the engine or other functional devices of the drying machine 1, if the drying machine 1 is directly turned off after the target clothes reaches the target moisture content, that is, after the drying process is turned off, the engine or other functional devices may be damaged, therefore, after the drying process of the drying machine 1 is finished, that is, after the remaining operation time is finished, the drying machine 1 may be maintained in the neutral position for a certain time, so that the transmitter or other functional devices in the drying machine 1 completely stop operating, and then the drying machine is turned off, so as to improve the service life of the drying machine 1. The time for keeping the neutral gear can be 5 minutes, and the process can be regarded as a cooling stage.
In addition, after the user dries the target laundry to the target moisture content through the dryer 1, that is, after the drying process is closed, wrinkles are generated due to the winding state in the inner drum 20 during the drying process of the target laundry, and in order to eliminate the wrinkles, the dryer 1 may further have a wrinkle preventing function. Specifically, after the clothes dryer 1 keeps the neutral position for a certain time, the crease-resist function of the clothes dryer 1 is turned on, and after the crease-resist operation is finished, the clothes dryer 1 is controlled to stop running.
As can be seen from the above, in the control method of the clothes dryer in the embodiment of the present application, for different materials of the target clothes carried in the inner drum 20, by detecting a plurality of humidity values of the target clothes in the inner drum 20, the remaining drying time of the drying program of the clothes dryer 1 is calculated, without considering the influence of the temperature change during continuous drying on the drying program, so that the drying error of different materials of clothes during continuous drying can be reduced, and the drying effect is improved.
Referring to fig. 4 in conjunction with fig. 1 to fig. 3, fig. 4 is a second flowchart of a control method of a clothes dryer according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. The specific operation steps of the control method of the clothes dryer can be as follows:
201. a weight value of target laundry carried in the drum is obtained.
The dryer 1 has different drying programs according to the material of the laundry to be dried, and also can set different drying programs according to the weight of the laundry to be dried, and can set the priority of the drying program set according to the weight value of the target laundry to be higher than the priority of the drying program set according to the material of the target laundry. It can be understood that the weight of the belt-dried laundry has some influence on the remaining drying time thereof. The weight of the laundry to be dried may be classified, for example, into a heavy load, a light load, and other loads one and two, and the weights of the other loads one and two are similar to each other, and the drying program to be operated is determined according to the humidity value. The weight of clothes to be dried of the heavy load is greater than that of clothes to be dried of other loads, and the weight of clothes to be dried of the other loads I and II is greater than that of clothes to be dried of the light load. The clothes to be dried can be weighed by a weight, and if the clothes to be dried are heavy load, a drying program corresponding to the heavy weight is operated. And if the load is a light load, operating a drying program corresponding to the light load. If the humidity value of the other load I meets the requirement, the drying program corresponding to the other load I can be operated. If the load is the second load, the drying program which judges the drying according to the material of the clothes to be dried can be entered.
The dryer 1 may be provided with a pressure sensor for detecting a weight value of the target laundry in the drum 20. Of course, the weight value of the target clothes in the drum 20 can be detected by other methods, which is not limited herein.
202. And after the drying program of the clothes dryer is started, acquiring a plurality of humidity values of the target clothes in the inner drum within a second preset time.
The second preset duration may be the same as the first preset duration. Reference may be made to the description of step 102 for obtaining the humidity values of the target clothes in the drum 20, and the difference is only that the time period is different from the humidity value obtaining time period in step 102, for example, the humidity values may be obtained first within a second preset time period and then within a first preset time period in a sequential order.
203. And calculating the drying remaining time period of the drying program according to the weight value and the plurality of humidity values of the target laundry.
Different drying programs are provided corresponding to different weight values of the target laundry, and accordingly, different drying time periods can be set corresponding to different drying programs. For example, a set drying time corresponding to the weight value of the target laundry may be obtained, and the set drying time may be adjusted according to the relationship between the humidity values and the humidity threshold, so as to obtain a remaining drying time. For example, when a heavy load is dried, the set drying time period may be 40 minutes, and if a plurality of humidity values are less than the humidity threshold, it indicates that the moisture content of the heavy target laundry is low, and at this time, the drying time period may be reduced, for example, the remaining drying time period obtained by adjusting the set drying time period may be 35 minutes. This humidity threshold may be obtained in the same manner as the humidity threshold in step 103.
For example, when the weight value of the target laundry is the first other load, if the humidity values within the second preset time period are all greater than the temperature threshold, the drying remaining time period of the drying program corresponding to the first other load may be executed. If the weight value of the target clothes is not the first load, judging whether to start the heavy-weight drying program, and if the heavy-weight drying program is started, such as the four-piece drying program, operating the drying residual time of the corresponding drying program. And if the drying program with the large weight is not started, judging the relation between the humidity values in the first preset time period and the humidity threshold, and if the humidity values in the first preset time period are all smaller than the humidity threshold and the humidity values in the second preset time period are all within the humidity threshold, operating the drying residual time period corresponding to the drying program with the small weight. And if the humidity values in the first preset time period are not all smaller than the humidity threshold value, judging which material corresponding drying program is entered according to the relation between the humidity values in the second preset time period and the humidity threshold value.
There are various ways to identify the material of the clothes to be dried, for example, a scanning gun may be installed in the inner drum 20 of the dryer 1 or at the entrance of the inner drum 20, and the material of the clothes may be identified by scanning the tag or label of the clothes to be dried. For example, a camera may be disposed in the inner barrel 20, and the corresponding material may be matched from the database through the taken picture; for another example, the user may scan a tag or label of the laundry to be dried through a camera of the electronic device, or may take a picture of the laundry to be dried through the camera of the electronic device to identify the material of the laundry, and the specific identification manner is not limited in this respect.
The clothes to be dried are placed in the inner drum 20 of the clothes dryer 1, so that the target clothes carried by the clothes dryer can be obtained, and after the material of the clothes to be dried is identified, the material of the target clothes carried in the inner drum 20 is obtained.
For example, when the target laundry is made of a first material such as down, a first drying remaining time period of the drying program is calculated according to the first material and a plurality of humidity values within a first preset time period. And when the target clothes are made of a third material such as a polyester material, calculating a third drying remaining time according to the third material and the plurality of humidity values. Because the hydroscopicity of dacron material is greater than the hydroscopicity of wool material, also the stoving of wool material is easier promptly, consequently, third stoving surplus duration is greater than second stoving surplus duration.
206. And when the drying remaining time period of the drying program is finished, closing the drying program.
After the remaining drying time is obtained through calculation, when the drying program is operated to the end of the remaining drying time, the drying program is automatically controlled to be closed, that is, the inner drum 20 enters a cooling stage. The dryer 1 can be intelligently controlled, and the effect of stopping the dryer immediately is achieved.
It should be noted that, since the drying process of the drying machine 1 on the target laundry may cause the inner drum to be in a high temperature state, and the root cause of the high temperature is the operation of the engine or other functional devices of the drying machine 1, if the drying machine 1 is directly turned off after the target laundry reaches the target moisture content, that is, after the drying process is turned off, the engine or other functional devices may be damaged, therefore, after the drying process of the drying machine 1 is finished, that is, after the remaining operation time is finished, the drying machine 1 may be maintained in the neutral position for a certain time, so that the transmitter or other functional devices in the drying machine 1 completely stop operating, and then the drying machine is turned off, so as to improve the service life of the drying machine 1. The time for keeping the neutral gear can be 5 minutes, and the process can be regarded as a cooling stage.
In addition, after the user dries the target laundry to the target moisture content through the dryer 1, that is, after the drying process is closed, wrinkles are generated in the drying process of the target laundry due to the winding state in the inner drum 20, and in order to eliminate the wrinkles, the dryer 1 may further have a wrinkle preventing function. Specifically, after the dryer 1 keeps the neutral position for a certain time, the crease-resistance function of the dryer 1 is turned on, and after the crease-resistance operation is finished, the dryer 1 is controlled to stop running.
As can be seen from the above, in the control method of the clothes dryer in the embodiment of the application, for different materials of the target clothes carried in the inner drum 20, the drying remaining time of the drying program of the clothes dryer 1 is calculated by detecting a plurality of humidity values of the target clothes in the inner drum 20, without considering the influence of the temperature change during continuous drying on the drying program, so that the drying judgment error of different materials of clothes during continuous drying can be reduced, and the drying effect is improved.
