Description

Comprehensive treatment method of phosphogypsum
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of wet-process phosphoric acid, and particularly relates to a comprehensive treatment method of phosphogypsum, wherein the treated phosphogypsum can be used as a building raw material or a cement coagulant and the like.
Background
Phosphogypsum is an industrial byproduct gypsum generated in the production of high-concentration phosphorus compound fertilizer, and the main component of the phosphogypsum is calcium sulfate dihydrate (CaSO) 4 ·2H 2 O), 1 ton of phosphoric acid (100% by weight P) is prepared 2 O 5 Measured) to produce 4.8-5.0 tons of phosphogypsum, and the pressure of solid waste is very large, so the phosphogypsum needs to be treated in time. At present, phosphogypsum stacking of domestic manufacturers generally adopts two methods of wet discharging stacking and dry discharging and dry stacking.
Wet dumping: the filtering station of the phosphoric acid device adopts wet-method deslagging, phosphogypsum is firstly mixed with water to prepare phosphogypsum slag slurry with 70-80% of water, then the phosphogypsum slag slurry is pumped to a phosphogypsum tailing pond by adopting a one-stage or multi-stage pump according to the distance of conveying, and clear water after natural sedimentation is pumped to the phosphoric acid device by using water for reuse. The method is generally adopted by domestic large-scale wet-process phosphoric acid devices. The method has the advantages of high recovery rate of wastewater and phosphoric acid, environmental protection, energy conservation, convenient operation, low operating cost and the like.
Dry draining and piling: the dry discharging and dry piling process is the ardealite piling mode which is applied to the wet phosphoric acid production at first. The filtering station of the phosphoric acid device adopts dry-method deslagging, the phosphogypsum with the water content of less than 20 percent is conveyed to a phosphogypsum warehouse by a belt conveyor, and then an automobile or a belt conveyor is transported to a slag yard outside a plant area.
In the prior art, the phosphogypsum is treated by a filter press, the treatment capacity is very limited, and the production of megaton phosphoric acid by the company needs a great number of filter presses and is basically impossible to realize by equipping a great number of operators. In addition, only filter pressing treatment can not reduce the total phosphorus content of the phosphogypsum basically, thereby causing the waste of phosphorus elements and not utilizing the utilization of the phosphogypsum. The phosphogypsum treated only by dry discharge has high phosphorus content, very low pH value and more other impurities, is not accepted by cement factories, building material manufacturers and the like, and limits the approach of phosphogypsum utilization.

(3) Repulping the filter residue obtained in the step (2), repulping water and lime milk to obtain phosphogypsum slurry with the pH value of 6-8 and the density of 1.3-1.4g/mL, wherein the repulping water comprises filter pressing filtrate and secondary filtering and washing drainage water;
(4) Filtering the phosphogypsum slurry obtained in the step (3) by using a secondary belt filter, combining the filtrate of the secondary belt filter, the first washing drainage, the second washing drainage and the third washing drainage to obtain secondary filtering and washing drainage, and taking the filter residue as dry gypsum;
in the steps (2) and (4), after filtering, sequentially performing primary washing, secondary washing and tertiary washing by using primary washing water, secondary washing water and tertiary washing water respectively;
in the step (2), collecting first washing drainage water of the first-stage belt filter, carrying out gas-liquid separation, adding lime milk for neutralization until the pH value is 7-8, and carrying out filter pressing to obtain filter pressing filtrate; collecting the second washing drainage, and using the second washing drainage as first washing water after gas-liquid separation; collecting the third washing drainage, and performing gas-liquid separation to obtain second washing water; the third washing water comprises filter pressing filtrate and second-stage filtering washing drainage;
in the step (4), clear water is used as the first washing water, the second washing water and the third washing water.
