s4, when the worker carries out the operation in S3, after the storage sleeve 27 and the lantern ring 24 are installed on the outer side of the flat roller 13, the bearing is installed on the outer side of the roller head 3 from the pin groove 4 through the shaft pin, and then the roller head 3 is installed on a working place through the bearing.
