A physical training device, as shown in fig. 5, for effective data recording of kick accuracy; the present example was modified on the basis of example 1 as follows: the kick record subassembly includes six first springs 33, hexagon reinforcing plate 34, second spring 35, seven collision sensors 36 and six recess 37, and six first springs 33 and second spring 35 weld respectively on the circumference of one side of training disc 6 and central inner wall, six recess 37 set up respectively in one inboard of training disc 6, hexagon reinforcing plate 34 welds in training disc 6 and is close to the circumference inboard of second spring 35, seven collision sensors 36 are fixed in training disc 6 respectively through the bolt on being close to the inner wall at six first springs 33 and second spring 35 centre of a circle, and the training disc 6 outside is fixed with flexible soft rubber plate through the bolt.
When the ball is kicked onto the flexible soft rubber plate, the first spring 33 and the second spring 35 in the training disc 6 are extruded, the collision sensor 34 is touched, the touch sensor 34 transmits touch information to the controller and records the touch information, so that after training is finished, the accuracy of kicking can be studied, and the subsequent training quality of athletes is effectively improved.

A physical training apparatus, as shown in figures 6-9, for meeting training requirements of different levels of people; the training disc 6 is internally provided with an extension mechanism, the extension mechanism comprises more than three kick-off discs 38, five telescopic components 39, a pushing shaft 40, a main shaft 41, four connecting rods 42, a sliding cylinder 43, a fixing cylinder 52, a fixing ring 44 and an air cylinder 45, the pushing shaft 40 is connected to the outer wall of the back of the training disc 6 in a drawing and penetrating mode, the air cylinder 45 is connected to the end portion of the pushing shaft 40 through a fixing piece, the fixing ring 44 is sleeved on the end portion of a piston rod of the air cylinder 45, the four connecting rods 43 are fixed to one side circumference of the fixing ring 44 through bolts, a guide groove is formed in the end portion of the piston rod of the air cylinder 45, the main shaft 41 is connected to the guide groove in a sliding mode, the sliding cylinder 43 is connected to the outer wall of the circumference of the main shaft 41 in a sliding mode, the fixing cylinder 52 is connected to the top end portion of the main shaft 41 in a threaded mode, the five telescopic components 39 are respectively equidistantly arranged on the outer walls of the fixing cylinder 52 and the sliding cylinder 43, and each kick-off disc 38 is arranged at the top of each telescopic component 39.
During operation, the pushing shaft 40 is pushed forward, so that the main shaft 41 ejects the training disc 6, meanwhile, the starting cylinder 45 pushes the sliding cylinder 43 to slide on the main shaft 41, and then each telescopic assembly 39 is unfolded, so that the training area of the training disc 6 is enlarged, meanwhile, the training disc 6 is transited from plane adjustment to space adjustment, the effects of changing directions and changing difficulty are achieved, and the training requirements of people with different levels are met.
To complete the extension and retraction of kick plate 38; as shown in fig. 8, each of the telescopic assemblies 39 includes a first guide rod 46, a second guide rod 47, a third guide rod 48, a fourth guide rod 49, a fifth guide rod 50 and a sixth guide rod 51, wherein the fourth guide rod 49 is rotatably connected to one side of the sliding cylinder 43 through a rotating base, the sixth guide rod 51 is rotatably connected to one side of the fixed cylinder 52 through a rotating base, the fifth guide rod 50 is connected to a middle section of the sixth guide rod 51 through a rotating block, the fourth guide rod 49 is connected to one end of the sixth guide rod 51 through a rotating block, the third guide rod 48 is connected to a middle section of the fourth guide rod 49 through a rotating block, one end and the middle section of the second guide rod 47 are respectively connected to one ends of the fourth guide rod 49 and the fifth guide rod 50 through rotating blocks, one end and the middle section of the first guide rod 46 are respectively connected to one ends of the second guide rod 47 and the third guide rod 48 through rotating blocks, and top ends of the first guide rod 46 and the fifth guide rod 50 are respectively rotatably connected to two kick plates 38.
The sliding cylinder 43 slides on the main shaft 41 to drive the first guide rod 46, the second guide rod 47, the third guide rod 48, the fourth guide rod 49, the fifth guide rod 50 and the sixth guide rod 51 to be unfolded in a linkage way, so that the vertical kick plate 38 is promoted to be unfolded and to be horizontal, the expansion and the contraction of the kick plate 38 are completed, the requirement of multi-point training is ensured, and the pertinence of the training is improved.
To facilitate adjustment of the angle of kick plate 38; as shown in fig. 9, four U-shaped receiving rods 53 are fixed on the bottom center outer wall of the kick plate 38 through bolts, springs 54 are fixed on the inner outer wall of each U-shaped receiving rod 53, ball hinges 56 are clamped at opposite ends of the four U-shaped receiving rods 53, and fixing blocks 55 are welded at the bottoms of the ball hinges 56; through the setting of ball hinge 56, effectively promoted the regulation of playing the dish 38 angle, improved the degree of difficulty of whole football technique training, guaranteed the training quality of football actual combat.
Example 4:
A physical training apparatus, as shown in fig. 8, for effectively synchronizing and changing training distances of different horizontal trainers; an infrared range finder 57 is fixed on the front middle outer wall of the convex fixing plate 10 through bolts; the football is marked through the infrared range finder 57, so that training distance adjustment of training personnel is completed, the difference and pertinence of training of different level personnel are ensured, and the training quality is improved.
